Abstract

Pada awal tahun 2020 hampir semua negara di dunia mengalami masa pandemi COVID-19 termasuk negara kita Indonesia sehingga pembelajaran dilakukan secara secara jarak jauh dari rumah mahasiswa masing-masing. Pembelajaran jarak jauh secara daring juga dialami pada program vokasi di Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Kepuasan belajar mahasiswa secara jarak jauh di evaluasi untuk perbaikan program selanjutnya. Tujuan penelitian dalam era COVID ini adalah untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang diprediksi dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan belajar jarak jauh secara daring mahasiswa vokasi di masa pandemi COVID-19. Kami melakukan penelitian survei untuk mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang telah disusun dalam google form dan disebar melalui WAG. Pengambilan sample dilakukan secara convenience sampling pada mahasiswa program vokasi di Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2020 dilakukan pengambilan data secara online, dan diperoleh 170 responden. Dalam penelitian ini data diananalisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan program SPSS. Dari sembilan faktor yang diprediksi  berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan belajar jarak jauh, hanya empat faktor terbukti secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan belajar jarak jauh yaitu sumber belajar elektronik yang baik (good e-resourches), konten pembelajaran (learning content), manfaaat yang dirasakan (perceived usefulness) dan interaksi antara pembelajar dan dosen (learner-instructor interaction). Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap baik terhadap pengelola pembelajaran maupun dosen.

Abstract

Management is applied in business, government, universities, schools, industry, and learning. Teaching factory learning is production-based learning or services according to industry standards and procedures. The resulting product is sold, so marketing is needed. Teaching factory learning is a replica industry in schools. Thus, teaching factory is related to management, teachers, students, industry, consumers, and marketing, so that management is needed in its management. Management of teaching factory in vocational high school, regulated according to the implementation of teaching factory. The purpose of this research is to describe the management of the teaching factory, covering the organizational structure and management of the teaching factory. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. The research sample was 14 SMK in East Java. Data collection methods use interviews and observations. The results showed that the management of teaching factories in vocational high schools was different. The organizational structure involves the principal, vice principal, head of expertise program, productive teacher and education personnel. In addition, there are outside parties, namely partner companies and school supervisors. Teaching factory management includes planning that consists of planning learning equipment, planning products, and planning marketing. Implementation includes production, marketing. Supervision includes evaluation of the implementation of teaching factory and follow-up.

Abstract

Tema Catchy memiliki arti menarik, dan mudah diingat menggambarkan tampilan modern 1980. Berupa color plan yang mencolok dan kegembiraan pada lantai dansa atau disco. Memiliki daya tarik dengan pesona unik 80-an serta trend Sci-Fi mempengaruhi fabric pada busana dengan permukaan berkilau. Didasarkan pada sumber ide disco ball, busana pesta ini memiliki desain yang terdiri dari banyak potongan serta terdapat variasi rok yang berbentuk seperempat lingkaran, sehingga membutuhkan pembuatan pola dengan perhitungan sistematis. Yaitu kostruksi pola sistem Porrie Muliawan. Tujuan penelitian tugas akhir ini adalah untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan proses pembuatan pecah pola busana pesta malam tema catchy mengunakan pola konstruksi sistem Porrie Muliawan, dan 2) mendeskripsikan hasil jadi busana pesta malam tema catchy. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian penciptaan karya, yang terdiri atas empat tahap, yaitu pra-perancangan, perancangan, perwujudan, dan penyajian. Hasil penelitian menyatakan: 1) proses pembuatan pecah pola busana pesta malam tema catchy menggunaan konstruksi pola Porrie Muliawan, dan 2) hasil jadi busana pesta malam dengan menerapkan konstruksi pola sistem Porrie Muliawan untuk mewujudkan variasi rok seperempat lingkar yang menjadi poin utama tema catchy, serta bagian busana lain seperti dress, dan lengan balon. The Catchy theme has an interesting meaning, and is easy to remember describing the modern look of 1980. It is a striking color plan and excitement on the dance floor or disco. It has an appeal with unique charms of the 80's and the Sci-Fi trend influences fabric on clothing with sparkling surfaces. Based on the source of the idea of ​​disco ball, this evening wear has a design that consists of many pieces and there are variations in the form of a quarter circle skirt, so that it requires making patterns with systematic calculations. Namely the construction of the pattern of the Porrie Muliawan system. The purpose of this final project research is to: 1) describe the process of making a catchy theme evening wear pattern breakout using the Porrie Muliawan system construction pattern, and 2) describe the results to be a catchy theme evening wear. This research is a work creation research, which consists of four stages, namely pre-design, design, embodiment, and presentation. The results of the study stated: 1) the process of making a catchy evening wear theme pattern using the construction of the Porrie Muliawan pattern, and 2) the result of being a evening wear by applying the construction pattern of the Porrie Muliawan system to realize the quarter circle skirt variations that became the main points of the catchy theme, and other fashion parts like dresses, and balloon sleeves

Abstract

Patchwork adalah potongan kecil dengan berbagai bentuk dari bahan yang berbeda dijahitkan secara bersamaan. Berdasarkan sumber ide tersebut, penulis membuat busana pesta malam dengan penerapan patchwork dan payet . Tujuan penulis untuk mengetahui proses pembuatan penerapan patchwork dan payet pada busana pesta malam dengan tema vie ancienne dan hasil jadi penerapan patchwork dan payet pada busana pesta malam dengan tema vie ancienne. Proses pembuatan penerapan patchwork dan payet pada busana pesta malam dengan tema vie ancienne menggunakan kain bludru yang telah dilapisi dengan kain trico dimulai dari membuat desain manipulating patchwork yang sesuai dengan bentuk sumber ide kehidupan zaman prasejarah. Proses penerapan patchwork dan payet di mulai dengan kain bludru yang sudah dipotong sesuai pecah pola badan muka dan belakang. Kemudian dijahit sesuai urutan nomer pola patchwork, setelah jadi satu potongan pecah pola garis princess badan, lalu dilapisi dengan kain toyobo menggunakan teknik jelujur, kemudian setiap potongan garis princess dijahit jadi satu sesuai desain. Lalu mengatur peletakan hotflix menggunakan teknik pola serak. Hasil jadi busana pesta malam dengan penerapan patchwork dan payet terlihat mirip dengan sumber ide yaitu kehidupan zaman prasejarah. Pemilihan karakteristik bahan menggunakan tone warna coklat serta manipulating patchwork dan payet membuat gaun terlihat kesan etnic dan elegan. The aim of the research is to find out the process of making the on evening party dress and the final result of applying on evening party dress with the theme of vie ancienne. The process of making the application of patchwork and sequins on evening party attire with the theme of vie ancienne using a velvet cloth that has been coated with trico fabric starts from creating a manipulating patchwork design that matches the shape of prehistoric life ideas. The process of applying patchwork and sequins begins with a velvet fabric that has been cut according to the broken pattern of the face and back bodies. Then sewn in the order of the patchwork pattern number, after it becomes one broken piece of body princess line pattern, then coated with toyobo cloth using baste, then each piece of princess line is sewn together according to the design. Then arrange the hotflix placement using the hoarse pattern technique. The finished evening party dress with the application of patchwork and sequins looks similar to the source of the idea, prehistoric life. The choice of material characteristics using brown tones and manipulating patchwork and sequins makes the dress look etnic and elegant.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan proses dari penerapan anyaman sebagai hiasan busana pesta malam dengan tema fort van martello. Metode penelitian ini menciptakan karya yang terdiri empat tahap, yaitu tahap pra-prancangan, tahap prancangan, tahap perwujudan dan tahap penyajian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Menggunakan manipulating fabric berupa anyaman yang penerapannya diletakan dibagian badan sebagai center of interest. 2) Terdapat ekor dan menggunakan rok lingkar pias tiga dengan menggunakan warna ungu dan terdapat manik-manik dibagian belt serta bagian ekor busana pesta yang tidak menggunakan lengan dan terdapat leher bulat. 3) Anyaman mempunyai ukuran satu pakan 2 cm dan satu lungsi 2 cm sehingga total jadi lebar adalah 12 cm dan panjang bagian kanan adalah 86 cm dan bagian kiri 79 cm. 4) Pelapis dalam anyaman adalah viseline dan agar anyaman terlihat bisa tegak menggunakan horse hair yang terdapat didalam anyamannya. Teknik peletakkan manipulating pada busana menggunakan mesin jahit yang memperoleh nilai rata-rata baik. Kesesuaian hasil busana dengan desain memperoleh rata-rata baik. Keindahan busana secara keseluruhan memproleh rata-rata baik. The purpose of this study was to describe the process of applying woven as a decoration for evening party dresses with the theme of fort van martello. This research method creates a work consisting of four stages: the pre-pre-trial stage, the pre-launch phase, the embodiment stage, and the presentation stage. The results of this study are: 1) Using manipulating fabric in the form of woven whose application is placed in the body as a center of interest. 2) There is a tail that uses a standard three-circle skirt using purple, and there are beads on the belt and the tail part of the party fashion that does not use sleeves, and there is a round neck. 3) Woven has the size of one feed 2 cm and one lung 2 cm so that the total width is 12 cm and the length of the right part is 86 cm, and the left part is 79 cm. 4) The coating in the woven is vaseline and so that the webbing can be seen to be upright using horsehair contained in the woven. The technique of laying manipulating on fashion using a sewing machine that obtains a good average value. The suitability of fashion results in design earning a good average. The beauty of fashion as a whole produces a good standard.

Abstract

Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 telah menggeser banyak pekerjaan sehingga kita harus menemukan solusi untuk mengatasinya. Indonesia harus mampu menghadapi masalah pengangguran dan daya saing sumber daya manusianya. Kewirausahaan dapat menjadi satu cara untuk mengatasi masalah pengangguran karena dapat menunjang perekonomian suatu negara selain itu juga dapat menyerap tenaga kerja terampil lainnya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui minat berwirausaha dan jenis usaha yang diminati siswa SMK Negeri 3 Kediri program kejuruan Tata Busana. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa jurusan tata busana SMKN 3 Kediri dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 135 siswa. Angket yang diberikan kepada responden digunakan untuk pengumpulan data Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa minat berwirausaha siswa pada kategori sedang dengan jenis usaha yang paling banyak diminati siswa ialah berjualan online tentang busana.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to determine 1) the implementation of learning on the elements of making basic patterns of the female body using video tutorial media, 2) student responses with the application of video tutorial media on the elements of making basic patterns of women's bodies, 3) the influence of video tutorial media on student learning outcomes. This research used a quantitative descriptive research method with research subjects of 34 students of Class X Fashion Design 1 SMK Negeri 3 Kediri.The research results show that: 1) The use of video tutorial media in implementing the learning process is categorized as very good so that it is very effective in teaching students; 2) The results of the student response questionnaire show that the average student response is interested in using video tutorials as a learning medium; 3) The learning outcomes of students who use video tutorial media increase significantly so that they are included in the complete category. The findings of this research are able to help students understand the material so as to achieve the completeness criteria in the KKTP (Learning Achievement Criteria). Apart from that, the application of video media can not only be applied in schools but students can apply video tutorials anywhere and anytime, therefore video tutorial media is said to be very good for application in learning.

Abstract

This research began with various problems faced by students in the learning process, one of which was students' lack of motivation in achieving learning goals. Due to this problem, various methods which will be the solution to this problem, one of which is the method of providing rewards and punishments. This research aims to determine the relationship between giving rewards and punishments to learning motivation in making blouses at SMK Nergeri 1 Jabon. This research used a quantitative approach with a population of 72 students and because the sampling technique in this research used a total sampling technique, the samples taken totaled 72 respondents. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Meanwhile, data analysis used product moment correlation with the help of the SPSS 23 application. The results of this research show that there is a relationship between giving rewards and punishment to learning motivation. It is known that the calculated r is greater than the r table (0.490 > 0.339) and the significance value obtained is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi terjadinya Covid sembilan belas yang mengakibatkan perubahan proses pembelajaran. Hasil wawancara dengan guru SMKN dua Surabaya menyebutkan bahwa perubahan proses pembelajaran ini mengakibatkan motivasi belajar siswa menjadi menurun, sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis untuk mengetahui faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, dan pengaruh tipe kepribadian Hippocrates terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Ex post facto, yaitu penelitian hubungan sebab akibat tanpa memberi perlakuan kepada subjek penelitian. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas X Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan di SMKN dua Surabaya, dengan sampel kelas X DPIB satu dan DPIB dua. Teknik pengambilan data berupa angket yang telah divalidasi oleh ahli. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa,  Tipe kepribadian Hippocrates-sanguinis tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa; dan tipe kepribadian Hippocrates-phlegmatis berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.
