Abstract

Permasalahan tanah terlantar di indonesia masih krusial. Surat Keputusan Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) dinilai tidak sesuai dengan prinsip pemerintahan yang baik. Penelitian ini mengkaji permasalahan status tanah terlantar di Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara (PTUN), pembatalan keputusan BPN terkait tanah terlantar, dan perlindungan hukum pemegang hak atas tanah yang salah ditetapkan sebagai tanah terlantar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode hukum normatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PTUN membatalkan keputusan bpn karena kekeliruan dan ketidaksesuaian yang ditetapkan oleh Peraturan Perundang-Undangan, serta tanpa mempertimbangkan adanya lahan yang merupakan tanah High Conservation Value. Perlindungan hukum dapat bersifat preventif dan represif. Saran penelitian perlu adanya pengaturan status quo terkait penertiban tanah terlantar di PTUN, pengaturan terkait tanah High Conservation Value, dan keterlibatan instansi lain serta ahli dalam proses review keputusan tentang penetapan tanah terlantar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas perkara antara R. Rullie A. Slamet Rijadi (Penggugat) yang menjual tanah beserta bangunan rumah terhadap Santury Kuntoro (Tergugat I). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif yang bersifat deskriptif analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah studi kepustakaan, dengan menganalisa data kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Penggugat dinyatakan sebagai penjual yang beritikad baik, namun adanya persetujuan perpanjangan kredit dan peletakan hak tanggungan atas objek jual beli adalah sah. Adapun perbuatan Tergugat I yang tidak melunasi transaksi jual beli setelah pencairan kredit merupakan wujud pelanggaran asas kepatutan dalam pelaksanaan pengikatan jual beli.

Abstract

The main improvement a company needs to do if it is to expand its business is improving their human resources. One of these improvements is through the implementation of work orientation and organizational culture. Therefore, this research was conducted to examine the impact of work orientation and organizational culture on employee performance using motivation as moderating variable  at the Primary Tax Service Office, Sukoharjo. The research method used is a survey based on the Proportionate Cluster Random Sampling technique conducted on 59 respondents of Primary Tax Service Office, Sukoharjo. The data analysis techniques that was applied consist of multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination, instrument test, classical assumption test, and absolute difference test. Based on the research conducted, may be specified that work orientation has been significantly positive influenced employee performance, while organizational culture has negatively and insignificantly influenced employee performance. Meanwhile, motivation has significantly influenced employee performance and is proven to not moderate both organizational culture as well as work orientation.

Abstract

Kota Rantang, located in North Sumatra, is rich in Islamic history and cultural heritage in Indonesia. This study aims to explore the existence of Islamic archaeological remains in Kota Rantang and their implications for understanding Indonesian history and culture. The research questions focus on identifying the types of Islamic archaeological remains in this area and how these artifacts provide insight into the development of Islam in Indonesia. The methodology employs a historical approach combined with archaeological techniques, collecting data from sites such as tomb complexes, mosque ruins, and everyday artifacts like statue fragments, jewelry, and pottery. The findings indicate that these remains are crucial for uncovering the past lives of the community and the role of Islam in shaping local cultural identity. In conclusion, the archaeological remains in Kota Rantang not only enrich our understanding of Islamic history in Indonesia but also strengthen the nation's cultural identity.

Abstract

This article discusses Lhokseumawe City during the New Order era using historical research methods consisting of heuristics, verification, interpretation and historiography. The research results show that Lhokseumawe City tends to have good geographical conditions as an industrial location. This is also supported by Lhokseumawe's long history as an indicator that this region has long been important to rulers at all times. During the New Order government, Lhokseumawe was then turned into an industrial city with all the natural resources it had. The success of the New Order in turning Lhokseumawe into an industrial city was carried out by enacting Regional Laws and Regulations as legitimacy in the management of all commodities owned by the region. Even though development was promoted in Lhokseumawe, it was only physical, while the people still experienced social inequality, until the end of the New Order's rule for more than 30 years.

Abstract

The Rapid Action Force Command (Kopasgat) carried out shooting exercises regularly with high intensity. However, the current assessment system is still conventional, requires large human resources and tends to be prone to errors and fraud. This research aims to design and build a monitoring system for automatic assessment results on shooting ranges to support Kopasgat exercises. This system was developed using Java technology for application development, MySQL as a database for storing information on assessment results, and an executive information system for effective data presentation. The communication method between devices and systems is implemented through serial communication, ensuring fast and accurate data transmission. The advantage of this system lies in its real-time capabilities, allowing for direct monitoring of the results of the fire assessment instantly. The development process includes analyzing user needs, designing system architecture, developing applications using the Java programming language, and implementing MySQL databases. The system provides comprehensive information, including detailed assessment of shot accuracy, response time, and individual performance of personnel. With this automatic monitoring system, it is hoped that Kopasgat shooting training can be optimized, increasing the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of personnel performance evaluation. The implementation of real-time technology is a key aspect in providing quick feedback to personnel, allowing for immediate improvements and improved overall fireability. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar matematika siswa kelas V SDN Lidah Wetan 4 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Team Games Tournament (TGT) dengan bantuan media permainan Hole in One. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan empat tahapan: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Pada siklus I, 55,56% peserta didik mencapai kategori motivasi tinggi, sementara pada siklus II, jumlah ini meningkat menjadi 77,78%, dengan tambahan 11,11% peserta didik yang mencapai kategori sangat tinggi. Penerapan model Team Games Tournament dengan media Hole in One terbukti dapat menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan dan meningkatkan motivasi peserta didik. Abstract

The sole proprietorship as a new profit legal entity in Indonesia brings a new concept to the world of companies in Indonesia. As with the establishment of a sole proprietorship without an authentic deed organized by a Notary, this is different from the concept of establishing a limited liability company that uses a deed of establishment by a Notary. This thesis analysed the shift in the establishment of a sole proprietorship legal entity without an authentic deed, which is different from the establishment of a limited liability company with an authentic deed. The formulation of the problem in this study is: Does a sole proprietorship have elements as a legal entity according to legal theory and legal doctrine; Why is the establishment of a sole proprietorship legal entity carried out without an authentic deed, which is different from the establishment of a limited liability company that must be established with an authentic deed; how is the legal force for proving the certificate of establishment of a sole proprietorship issued by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The research method used in this study is a normative legal research type, which is supported by primary and secondary legal sources and is analysed qualitatively. The results of the research and discussion are that a sole proprietorship as a new legal entity, reviewed from the theory of legal entities, fulfills the elements of a legal entity against a sole proprietorship, but when reviewed from the legal doctrine by Nindyo Pramono, a sole proprietorship does not have articles of association approved by the Minister, this is contrary to Nindyo Pramono's opinion. If this happens, the injured party can cancel the certificate of establishment of the sole proprietorship at the State Administrative Court.

Abstract

The deed of statement and deed of power of attorney made by a notary must be based on the principle of fairness. The principle of fairness emphasizes that every activity of the government or state administration must pay attention to the values that apply in society, whether related to religion, morals, customs, or other values. This is intended so that the making of the deed does not conflict with religion, morals, customs, or other values that apply in society. The next problem is regarding the rights of children to the joint property. This paper discussed the deed of Statement and Power of Attorney No. 33 dated July 27, 1998 made before Defendant II and its derivatives each dated July 27, 1998 canceled by the court, what is the civil liability of the Notary for the deed of statement and deed of power of attorney 0p-=that was canceled by the Court and what are the consequences of further legal actions based on the Deed of Statement and Power of Attorney that was canceled by the Court in the Supreme Court Decision Number 188 K/Pdt/2013 Jo. Number 443 PK/Pdt/2015. The method used is normative juridical legal research, namely: used to provide an overview that law is written regulations in the form of statutes. The reason why the Deed of Statement and Power of Attorney No. 33 dated July 27, 1998 made before Defendant II and its derivatives each dated July 27, 1998 was canceled by the court in connection with the evidence is because the Deed of Statement and Power of Attorney which has been proven with the theory of positive evidence exceeds the rights and interests of Defendant I, even the Plaintiff feels that Defendant II also has an interest, because the actions of Defendant II above are not in good faith.

Abstract

The storage of Notary Protocols that are not submitted by Notaries to the Regional Supervisory Board is not in accordance with the provisions in Article 63 paragraph (5) of the UUJN, that Notary protocols that have exceeded a period of 25 (twenty five) years or more must be submitted to the Regional Supervisory Board. This paper discussed a formulation of the problem in this study is responsibility of notaries for notary protocols that are 25 years old or more and the application of Article 63 paragraph (5) of Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notaries in the process of submitting notary protocols; also impact on notaries who do not submit notary protocols that are 25 years old or more as regulated in Article 63 paragraph (5) of Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notaries. This study uses an empirical legal method with a statutory and conceptual approach. Data were obtained from interviews with notaries in Medan City, as well as legal document studies. The analysis was conducted qualitatively with the aim of examining notary protocol issues, combining legal theory with field data, and drawing deductive conclusions. The results of the study found that notary protocols that are 25 years old or more are regulated in Article 63 paragraph (5) of the UUJN which requires notary protocols to be submitted to the MPD in accordance with the authority of the MPD in Article 70 letter e of the UUJN, where in its implementation it is carried out through an inventory mechanism, making a list of protocols and minutes of handover, but is constrained by limited storage space, damaged protocol conditions, incomplete documents and lack of coordination, so that if the notary does not submit the protocol, administrative sanctions can be imposed in accordance with Article 85 of the UUJN in the form of verbal or written warnings, temporary dismissal, honorable or dishonorable dismissal which can affect the credibility and professionalism of the notary.
