Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar matematika siswa kelas V SDN Lidah Wetan 4 melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Team Games Tournament (TGT) dengan bantuan media permainan Hole in One. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan empat tahapan: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Pada siklus I, 55,56% peserta didik mencapai kategori motivasi tinggi, sementara pada siklus II, jumlah ini meningkat menjadi 77,78%, dengan tambahan 11,11% peserta didik yang mencapai kategori sangat tinggi. Penerapan model Team Games Tournament dengan media Hole in One terbukti dapat menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan dan meningkatkan motivasi peserta didik. Abstract

The sole proprietorship as a new profit legal entity in Indonesia brings a new concept to the world of companies in Indonesia. As with the establishment of a sole proprietorship without an authentic deed organized by a Notary, this is different from the concept of establishing a limited liability company that uses a deed of establishment by a Notary. This thesis analysed the shift in the establishment of a sole proprietorship legal entity without an authentic deed, which is different from the establishment of a limited liability company with an authentic deed. The formulation of the problem in this study is: Does a sole proprietorship have elements as a legal entity according to legal theory and legal doctrine; Why is the establishment of a sole proprietorship legal entity carried out without an authentic deed, which is different from the establishment of a limited liability company that must be established with an authentic deed; how is the legal force for proving the certificate of establishment of a sole proprietorship issued by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. The research method used in this study is a normative legal research type, which is supported by primary and secondary legal sources and is analysed qualitatively. The results of the research and discussion are that a sole proprietorship as a new legal entity, reviewed from the theory of legal entities, fulfills the elements of a legal entity against a sole proprietorship, but when reviewed from the legal doctrine by Nindyo Pramono, a sole proprietorship does not have articles of association approved by the Minister, this is contrary to Nindyo Pramono's opinion. If this happens, the injured party can cancel the certificate of establishment of the sole proprietorship at the State Administrative Court.

Abstract

The deed of statement and deed of power of attorney made by a notary must be based on the principle of fairness. The principle of fairness emphasizes that every activity of the government or state administration must pay attention to the values that apply in society, whether related to religion, morals, customs, or other values. This is intended so that the making of the deed does not conflict with religion, morals, customs, or other values that apply in society. The next problem is regarding the rights of children to the joint property. This paper discussed the deed of Statement and Power of Attorney No. 33 dated July 27, 1998 made before Defendant II and its derivatives each dated July 27, 1998 canceled by the court, what is the civil liability of the Notary for the deed of statement and deed of power of attorney 0p-=that was canceled by the Court and what are the consequences of further legal actions based on the Deed of Statement and Power of Attorney that was canceled by the Court in the Supreme Court Decision Number 188 K/Pdt/2013 Jo. Number 443 PK/Pdt/2015. The method used is normative juridical legal research, namely: used to provide an overview that law is written regulations in the form of statutes. The reason why the Deed of Statement and Power of Attorney No. 33 dated July 27, 1998 made before Defendant II and its derivatives each dated July 27, 1998 was canceled by the court in connection with the evidence is because the Deed of Statement and Power of Attorney which has been proven with the theory of positive evidence exceeds the rights and interests of Defendant I, even the Plaintiff feels that Defendant II also has an interest, because the actions of Defendant II above are not in good faith.

Abstract

The storage of Notary Protocols that are not submitted by Notaries to the Regional Supervisory Board is not in accordance with the provisions in Article 63 paragraph (5) of the UUJN, that Notary protocols that have exceeded a period of 25 (twenty five) years or more must be submitted to the Regional Supervisory Board. This paper discussed a formulation of the problem in this study is responsibility of notaries for notary protocols that are 25 years old or more and the application of Article 63 paragraph (5) of Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notaries in the process of submitting notary protocols; also impact on notaries who do not submit notary protocols that are 25 years old or more as regulated in Article 63 paragraph (5) of Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notaries. This study uses an empirical legal method with a statutory and conceptual approach. Data were obtained from interviews with notaries in Medan City, as well as legal document studies. The analysis was conducted qualitatively with the aim of examining notary protocol issues, combining legal theory with field data, and drawing deductive conclusions. The results of the study found that notary protocols that are 25 years old or more are regulated in Article 63 paragraph (5) of the UUJN which requires notary protocols to be submitted to the MPD in accordance with the authority of the MPD in Article 70 letter e of the UUJN, where in its implementation it is carried out through an inventory mechanism, making a list of protocols and minutes of handover, but is constrained by limited storage space, damaged protocol conditions, incomplete documents and lack of coordination, so that if the notary does not submit the protocol, administrative sanctions can be imposed in accordance with Article 85 of the UUJN in the form of verbal or written warnings, temporary dismissal, honorable or dishonorable dismissal which can affect the credibility and professionalism of the notary.

Abstract

This research aims to comprehensively examine the juridical implications of fingerprint forgery as a substitute for signatures in authentic deeds and analyze the judicial considerations in handling such cases, using Decision Number 87/Pdt.G/2014/PN.Kpn as a case study. This normative legal research utilizes a statutory approach and a case study approach. Data analysis employs a qualitative content analysis to describe the problem and answer the research objectives. The results show that fingerprint forgery in authentic deeds has multidimensional legal consequences, covering civil, criminal, and administrative law aspects. In civil law, such a deed has the potential to be null and void due to a defect in the element of consensus, which results in the invalidity of the transfer of rights. From a criminal law perspective, this act constitutes the crime of document forgery. Meanwhile, notary publics or land deed officials involved or who are negligent may be subject to administrative sanctions. The analysis of Decision Number 87/Pdt.G/2014/PN.Kpn shows that the judicial considerations were based on the principles of legal certainty, justice, and benefit while emphasizing the importance of due diligence, integrity, and professionalism, especially for Land Deed Officials in carrying out their duties and functions to ensure the validity and authenticity of authentic deeds.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada mitra Terasa Java Coffee di Colomadu, Karanganyar, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan mitra dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk mengelola dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Melalui program Semester Berkarya, mahasiswa didampingi oleh dosen pembimbing melaksanakan kegiatan berupa pelatihan penggunaan Linktree sebagai platform interaksi digital dan pembuatan email bisnis untuk keperluan komunikasi profesional. Proyek ini diawali dengan analisis kebutuhan mitra melalui wawancara yang mengidentifikasi hambatan dan peluang dalam memanfaatkan media sosial, seperti Instagram dan TikTok. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan mitra dalam menggunakan Linktree untuk menyusun menu digital, reservasi, dan informasi layanan, yang secara langsung membantu meningkatkan keterlibatan konsumen. Penggunaan teknologi ini memberikan nilai tambah dalam pengelolaan media sosial dan strategi pemasaran digital Terasa Java Coffee.

Abstract

This report presents the results of a community service initiative aimed atoptimizing the shoe care and cleaning services provided by Major Shoesclean, asmall and medium enterprise (SME) established in Klaten. With the growingawareness of the importance of shoe maintenance, Major Shoesclean faceschallenges in expanding its market reach and enhancing service quality. Toaddress these challenges, this initiative integrates digital technology intomarketing and service management processes.The methods employed include thedevelopment of a website, the introduction of Google Maps for betteraccessibility, and promotional activities conducted at the Ngarsopuro NightMarket. These strategies aim to enhance visibility and attract a broader customerbase.The outcomes of this initiative indicate significant improvements inoperational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and public awareness regarding theimportance of proper shoe care. The implementation of a computerizedinformation system allows for better data management and streamlined servicedelivery.Overall, this program is expected to have a positive impact on thegrowth of Major Shoesclean and contribute to the economic empowerment of thelocal community, fostering sustainable development within the SME sector.

Abstract

Abstract: The case of deed forgery by Notary HS in Langkat, North Sumatra, highlights the importance of enforcing the notary code of ethics. On April 1, 2024, the MPWN of North Sumatra issued Decision No. 4/MPWN Prov.03.24 of 2024 declaring a violation of Law No. 2 of 2014 concerning Notary Position. This research discusses the law enforcement mechanism against violations of the code of ethics, factors that influence violations, and efforts to overcome violations of the code of ethics in making authentic deeds. With normative and empirical legal approaches, primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data from books, journals, and regulations are analyzed qualitatively. Law enforcement involves MPD, MPW, MKN, and law enforcement agencies with internal factors such as personal ethics and external factors such as economic pressure as causes of violations. Efforts in Medan include strict supervision, strict sanctions, training, and cooperation of legal institutions. Research suggestions include increased inter-agency coordination, continuing education for notaries, and periodic evaluation of law enforcement mechanisms to maintain professional integrity and public trust. Keyword: Law Enforcement, Notary Code of Ethics, Violation, Authentic Deed Abstrak: Kasus pemalsuan akta oleh Notaris HS di Langkat, Sumatera Utara, menyoroti pentingnya penegakan kode etik notaris. Pada 1 April 2024, MPWN Sumut mengeluarkan Putusan No. 84/MPWN Prov.03.24 Tahun 2024 yang menyatakan pelanggaran terhadap Undang-Undang No. 2 Tahun 2014 tentang Jabatan Notaris. Penelitian ini membahas mekanisme penegakan hukum terhadap pelanggaran kode etik, faktor yang memengaruhi pelanggaran, dan upaya penanggulangan pelanggaran kode etik dalam pembuatan akta otentik. Dengan pendekatan hukum normatif dan empiris, data primer berupa kuesioner serta data sekunder dari buku, jurnal, dan regulasi dianalisis secara kualitatif. Penegakan hukum melibatkan MPD, MPW, MKN, serta lembaga penegak hukum dengan faktor internal seperti etika pribadi dan eksternal seperti tekanan ekonomi sebagai penyebab pelanggaran. Upaya di Medan mencakup pengawasan ketat, sanksi tegas, pelatihan, dan kerja sama lembaga hukum. Saran penelitian meliputi peningkatan koordinasi antar lembaga, pendidikan berkelanjutan untuk notaris, serta evaluasi berkala mekanisme penegakan hukum guna menjaga integritas profesi dan kepercayaan masyarakat. Kata kunci: Penegakan Hukum, Kode Etik Notaris, Pelanggaran, Akta Otentik

Abstract

This study aims to explain the impact of motivation, self-efficacy, and family environment on students' interest in entrepreneurship. The research was conducted using a survey method on 2018 students from the Management Study Program at the Faculty of Economics, Slamet Riyadi University. Data collection techniques included questionnaires and observations. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, with 80 respondents who had taken entrepreneurship courses and were active students from the class of 2018. Based on the t-test results, motivation and family environment significantly influenced students' interest in entrepreneurship, whereas self-efficacy did not have a significant effect. Meanwhile, the F-test results showed that motivation, self-efficacy, and family environment collectively influenced students' entrepreneurial interests. The coefficient of determination (R2) was found to be 0.420, indicating that 42% of students' entrepreneurial interest is influenced by motivation, self-efficacy, and family environment, while the remaining 58% is affected by other variables not examined in this study. Therefore, students need to enhance their motivation, self-efficacy, and family support for entrepreneurship as preparation for their careers after graduation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the progress of Minangkabau ulama in Tanah Deli, especially in the 20th century AD. This research method was carried out through four stages, namely data collection (heuristics), source examination (verification), interpretation (interpretation), and writing (historiography). carried out based on field research and library research. The research results show that the presence of the Minangkabau ethnic group in Tanah Deli in the 20th century AD was inseparable from the impact of the open door political economy which made Tanah Deli a large economic area in the East Sumatra region. The economic growth in Tanah Deli has been able to attract migrants from various regions, including the Minangkabau ethnic group, to come to Tanah Deli. These Minangkabau ethnic migrants have always been identified with the Muhammadiyah organization because they had previously been influenced by Muhammadiyah when they were still in their hometown. Then when they were in Tanah Deli they made Muhammadiyah a gathering place for Minangkabau migrants who had a modernist religious style. However, for certain reasons their existence did not receive full political support from the Malay Sultanate or the Dutch East Indies government. However, the Minangkabau ethnic group has colored the history of Tanah Deli, especially in the religious sector, which is marked by the emergence of many big-name scholars from the Minangkabau ethnic group, namely Bustami Ibrahim, Hamka, Mahyaruddin Salim, Joesoef Sou'yb, Mansyur Luthan, Saldin Saleh, Djamaluddin Ahmad , Anas Nurdin, and Firdaus Naly.
