Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), an arc welding process, is widely used in applications. In practice, SMAW is widely applied to the welding process on hollow square pipe. Performance expected from this welding is the tensile strength of weld joint. The tensile strength is influenced by parameters process which have possibility for an optimization process to become ‘robust’. Robust is a design which less sensitive to the effect of uncertain quantities or noise factors. Taguchi method is the most efficient optimization method which accommodates the noise factors effect and requires less experiment. This study is focusing on optimizing the welding process on hollow square pipe. Parameters process such as welding current (I), electrode angle (θ), root gap (d) and electrode type (E) are adopted as parameters design. Taguchi method are chosen as a strategy and L9 fractional orthogonal array are chosen as the design experiment, which only 9 experiment samples needed from 81 experiments that should have been carried out for full factorial design. The objectivity is to maximize the tensile strength of weld joint. Three replications of L9 fractional orthogonal array Taguchi had been performed to generate the tensile strength and estimates the fluctuation of the output caused by noise factors. This study found that the welding current of 100A (I), electrode angle (θ) of 90°, root gap (d) of 2 mm, and electrode type (E) of E7018 produce the optimum results. Tensile strength improved from this robust parameter design is about 98.39 MPa based on initial parameter design.

Abstrak: Bakteri pereduksi sulfat atau Sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) adalah jenis bakteri obligat anaerob kemolitrotof memanfaatkan donor electron H2. Kemampuan SRB mereduksi sulfat menjadi sulfida mampu mengendapkan logam toksik meliputi Cd, Cu, dan Zn sebagai logam sulfida. SRB memerlukan substrat organik seperti asam piruvat yang dihasilkan oleh aktivitas anaerob lainnya. Mekanisme SRB dalam melakukan reduksi sulfat, sulfat digunakan sebagai sumber energi sebagai akseptor elektron dan menggunakan sumber karbon (C) sebagai donor elekton dalam metabolisme dan bahan penyusun sel. Pada kondisi anaerob bahan organik akan berperan sebagai donor elektron. Pembentukan senyawa sulfida melalui proses reduksi yang ditandai oleh penambahan elektron dari bahan organik yang menyebabkan turunnya konsentrasi sulfat dan naiknya pH lingkungan. SRB pada kawah air panas nirwana ini hidup secara anaerob pada suhu lingkungan 600C - 1000C dengan pH 7,4 tingkat kekeruhan air cukup keruh dan kandungan air yang mengandung blerang dengan indikator bau seperti telur busuk dan lingkungan sekitar terdiri dari sedimen batu kapur. Abstract : Sulfate-reducing bacteria (BPS) is a type of chemolithotroph obligate anaerobic bacteria that utilize H2 electron donors. The ability of BPS to reduce sulfate to sulfide is able to precipitate toxic metals including Cd, Cu, and Zn as metal sulfides. BPS requires organic substrates such as pyruvic acid which is produced by other anaerobic activities. The BPS mechanism in reducing sulfate, sulfate is used as an energy source as an electron acceptor and uses a carbon source (C) as an electron donor in metabolism and cell building material. Under anaerobic conditions, organic matter will act as an electron donor. The formation of sulfide compounds through a reduction process is characterized by the addition of electrons from organic matter which causes a decrease in sulfate concentration and an increase in environmental pH. BPS in this nirvana hot spring crater lives anaerobically at an environmental temperature of 600C - 1000C with a pH of 7.4 the level of turbidity of the water is quite cloudy and the water content contains sulfur with an indicator of smell like rotten eggs and the surrounding environment consists of limestone sediments

Chili is one of the important vegetable commodities that have prospective business opportunities. Curly chili pepper is one of the important horticultural plants that are cultivated commercially. Organik fertilizers include the compound fertilizers because they contain macronutrients (N, P, K) and micronutrients (Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Bo, Zn, and Co) which can improve the structure of soil fertility. This study aimed to find the effects of the application of coffee husk organik fertilizer (CHOF) for the growth of curly chili pepper (Capsicum annum L). The results showed that the organik fertilizer of coffee husk P3 variation with a total of 9 bacterial isolates (50% composition of coffee husk, 25% leaves, 12.5% husk charcoal, and 12.5% goat manure) gave the best effect on growth (height and some shoots) on curly chili pepper plants (Capsicum annum L). The results of Brochure validation showed that brochures were possible to use as the information media in the world of formal and non-formal education.

Akta pengakuan utang adalah suatu akta yang berisi pengakuan utang sepihak, dimana debitur mengakui bahwa dirinya mempunyai kewajiban membayar kepada kreditur sejumlah uang dengan jumlah yang pasti (tetap). Eksistensi akta pengakuan hutang dimulai dari adanya perjanjian utang piutang yang mendahuluinya, sehingga dalam hal ini perjanjian utang piutang merupakan perjanjian pokok dan akta pengakuan hutang sebagai accesoir-nya. Permasalahan yang dianalisis adalah mengenai keabsahan akta pengakuan utang yang dibuat dengan akta Notaris yang lahir setelah debitur ingkar janji, tanggung jawab hukum bagi pihak debitur atas pengakuan utang yang dibuatnya dengan akta Notaris yang lahir setelah debitur ingkar janji, dan analisis pertimbangan hukum hakim dalam perkara perdata Nomor 3032 K/Pdt/2022). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian yuridis normatif yang bersifat deskriptif analitis. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan cara studi pustaka dan wawancara. Data-data yang telah diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisa secara kualitatif untuk mendapatkan hasil penulisan yang bersifat deskripstif analitis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keabsahan pengakuan utang yang dibuat dengan akta Notaris yang lahir setelah debitur ingkar janji dapat dikatakan sah ketika dapat dibuktikan terdapat utang piutang sebagai dasar lahirnya akta pengakuan utang. Akta pengakuan utang selalu mengikuti perjanjian pokoknya yakni perjanjian utang piutang. Tanggung Jawab hukum bagi pihak debitur atas pengakuan utang yang dibuatnya dengan akta Notaris yang lahir setelah debitur ingkar janji yaitu melaksanakan pemenuhan kewajiban yang telah tertera sebagai suatu kepatuhan akan kewajibannya yang diatur dalam isi pengakuan tersebut. Analisis pertimbangan hukum hakim dalam perkara perdata Nomor 3032 K/Pdt/2022 sudah memberikan keadilan secara prosedural dan mengikat secara hukum para pihak yang bersengketa. Hal tersebut tercermin dari sahnya akta pengakuan utang yang dibuat dengan akta Notaris yang lahir setelah debitur inggar janji dan menetapkan debitur wanprestasi sehingga debitur harus membayar utang pokok dan denda sesuai dengan Akta Pengakuan Utang.

This research aims to explore in-depth the registration of the transfer of inheritance rights sourced from an agreement among heirs made before a notary. However, the registration of the transfer of rights, according to Article 37 of Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997 on Land Registration, can only be registered if proven by a deed made by a land deed official (PPAT). Consequently, there is a discrepancy in implementing the inheritance transfer according to Article 111 paragraph 3 of Regulation of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency No. 16 of 2021, which can be made in the form of an underhand deed by all heirs witnessed by 2 (two) witnesses or by a deed of inheritance division made before a notary. This research is classified as normative, and the data is analyzed qualitatively. The results indicate that an agreement is a crucial element in an agreement, where Article 1320 of the Civil Code emphasizes that an agreement is a requirement for the validity of an agreement. The agreement related to the inheritance object carried out by the parties can override what is regulated in inheritance law as long as it meets the elements of Article 1338 and does not violate Article 1321 of the Civil Code. To make the agreement a perfect evidence, it should be made before a notary with a notarial deed as referred to in Article 1870 of the Civil Code.

The study explores the implementation of the Nemo Plus Juris principle by Land Deed Officials (PPAT) in Indonesia, focusing on its role in overseeing the transfer of land rights. Analyzing a case study, the research investigates PPAT's responsibilities, the legal certainty ensured by the Nemo Plus Juris principle in land transactions, and the legal analysis of a specific court decision (No. 2678/K/Pdt/2015) related to this principle. Employing a normative juridical approach, the study draws on court decisions and legal literature. PPAT's accountability aligns with Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997, emphasizing adherence to legal provisions during land rights transfer. The Nemo Plus Juris principle, highlighted in Article 37(1) of the regulation, invalidates transfers by unauthorized entities, underscoring the significance of valid deeds in legitimizing land transactions. The court decision recognizes the principle's importance, confirming rightful ownership based on evidence from PPAT-issued Sale and Purchase Deeds. This study contributes to clarifying PPAT's adherence to legal norms and understanding judges' considerations in upholding the Nemo Plus Juris principle, essential in land ownership disputes.

This study addressed a system design to detect the presence of military personnel (combatants or non-combatants) and civilians in real-time using the convolutional neural network (CNN) and a new loss function called electrostatic loss. The basis of the proposed electrostatic loss is the triplet loss algorithm. Triplet loss’ input is a triplet image consisting of an anchor image (xa), a positive image (xp), and a negative image (xn). In triplet loss, xn will be moved away from xa but not far from both xa and xp. It is possible to create clusters where the intra-class distance becomes large and does not determine the magnitude and direction of xn displacement. As a result, the convergence condition is more difficult to achieve. Meanwhile, in electrostatic loss, some of these problems are solved by approaching the electrostatic force on charged particles as described in Coulomb's law. With the inception ResNet-v2 128-dimensional vectors network within electrostatic loss, the system was able to produce accuracy values of 0.994681, mean average precision (mAP) of 0.994385, R-precision of 0.992908, adjusted mutual information (AMI) of 0.964917, and normalized mutual information (NMI) of 0.965031.

This article discusses the cancellation of the SKMHT deed (Power of Attorney to Encumber Mortgage Rights) by the court which originates from inheritance. SKMHT is a power of attorney given by the debtor to the creditor to place a mortgage on the land and/or building which is used as collateral for the credit. Cancellation of the SKMHT can occur if the SKMHT is not implemented within a certain period or if the SKMHT does not meet the applicable legal requirements. This article also discusses the impact of legal standing in the context of SKMHT cancellation that originates from inheritance. Legal standing is the authority or legal capacity of a person or legal entity to file a lawsuit or petition in court. Legal complexity in the context of inheritance can affect the legal position of the parties involved in SKMHT, whether as debtors, creditors, heirs, or third parties. This article digs deeper into conflicts, disputes, and lawsuits that may arise as a result of the cancellation of SKMHT by the court which originates from inheritance.

Notaries play a crucial role in making authentic deeds by Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning Notary Positions (UUJN-P). This research uses normative legal research methods with a descriptive nature, collecting data through literature research and field studies. The results show that the application of the Principle of Recognizing Service Users (PMPJ) by Notaries has become important in notary practice, especially after the issuance of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation Number 9 of 2017. Despite the dilemma between maintaining the confidentiality of client information and complying with PMPJ principles, steps have been taken to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including reporting suspicious transactions to the Financial Transaction Reporting and Analysis Center (PPATK) if necessary. Thus, the application of PMPJ principles by Notaries is essential in maintaining integrity and compliance with applicable regulations in notary practice.

Trichoderma sp. is a type of fungus that exists in the root zone of plants and is able to protect plants from disease. This biological agent is known to be able to overcome the attack of fusarium wilt which often attacks chili plants. Tuban Regency became a chili center area because in 2022 it managed to produce 36,528 tons of cayenne pepper and 6,760.98 tons of large chili. One of the sub-districts in Tuban Regency that has the highest chili production rate is Grabagan Sub-district with a production rate of 81.91%. The high rate of chili production, both cayenne pepper and large chili, is proportional to the increasing challenges of chili cultivation. This community service activity has the main objective of introducing biopesticides from the biological agent Trichoderma sp. to chili farmers in Grabagan District, Tuban Regency as a solution to chili wilt disease caused by the fungus Fusarium sp. Community Service activities initiated by the Faculty of Agriculture Lecturer Team of Sunan Bonang University Tuban have been carried out by involving 13 chili farmers in Grabagan District at the Grabagan District Extension and Food Security Center (BPKP). This activity contains counseling related to the propagation of Trichoderma sp. fungi in a simple way and sustainable agriculture with the concept of Back to Nature. The activity was complemented by hands-on practice of Trichoderma sp. fungi propagation using rice as a substrate. Based on the questionnaire distributed to the participants, it was found that 10 out of 13 chili farmers in Grabagan sub-district still depend on the use of synthetic pesticides. After receiving the counseling, 12 out of 13 chili farmers expressed their willingness to implement environmentally friendly agriculture by utilizing biological agents Trichoderma sp.
