Abstract

This research examines how the implementation of sustainable Islamic investment can encourage profit growth at PT. Asuransi Takaful Keluarga. This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of sustainable sharia investment on the profit growth of PT. Asuransi Takaful Keluarga in the midst of global economic challenges. Through a qualitative approach, this study found that the implementation of sustainable Islamic investment contributed significantly to the increase in company profits. This is due to several factors, including increased investor confidence and reduced operational risk. This research shows that sustainable Islamic investment is not only limited to fulfilling social and environmental aspects, but can also be an effective business strategy to improve the company's financial performance.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing for retail Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), specifically Pasundan Gorden, through the integration of e-commerce and social media. The activities encompassed the design of a user-friendly e-commerce website, the development of focused social media campaigns, and the evaluation of their impact on business performance. Implementation methods included identifying participant needs, preparing training materials, conducting interactive workshops, and post-training evaluation. Results demonstrated a significant improvement in participants' understanding and skills in digital marketing, with average scores increasing from 60 to 85. Furthermore, a responsive website and focused social media campaigns were created, leading to increased consumer engagement, brand awareness, and sales. Dissemination of information on content marketing, SEO, and augmented reality is recommended to enhance customer loyalty. Thus, this activity serves as a model for other MSMEs to improve digital competitiveness through planned strategy implementation and continuous evaluation.

Abstract

Di beberapa negara, teknologi transportasi udara perkotaan, khususnya mobil terbang (electric vertical take-off and landing/eVTOL), telah menjadi lebih komersil. Namun, tidak ada undang-undang khusus di Indonesia yang mengatur operasi mobil terbang di ruang udara rendah dan darat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat betapa pentingnya membuat aturan khusus untuk mobil terbang, serta masalah hukum dan teknis yang terkait dengan memasukkannya ke dalam sistem transportasi Indonesia. Metode normatif, yaitu analisis konseptual, digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Data ini berasal dari sumber primer (UU Penerbangan No. 1/2009 dan UU Lalu Lintas No. 22/2009) dan sumber sekunder (buku, jurnal, dan laporan kebijakan). Analisis dilakukan dengan melakukan penelitian kepustakaan dan meninjau peraturan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peraturan saat ini tidak memenuhi ciri-ciri unik mobil terbang, seperti kemampuan untuk beroperasi baik di udara maupun di darat. Harmonisasi hukum, sertifikasi, infrastruktur (vertiport), manajemen lalu lintas udara, dan keamanan siber adalah masalah utama. Selain itu, untuk menjamin efisiensi dan keselamatan, klasifikasi ruang udara rendah kelas E dan G memerlukan penyesuaian. Untuk menangani masalah teknis, operasional, dan hukum, diperlukan aturan khusus. Ini harus mencakup adaptasi standar internasional (ICAO), membangun lembaga sertifikasi nasional, membangun infrastruktur pendukung, dan memberikan pelatihan sumber daya manusia untuk pengendalian lalu lintas udara (ATC). Studi ini menekankan betapa pentingnya kerangka hukum yang komprehensif di Indonesia untuk mendukung inovasi mobil terbang.

Abstract

Project time management is the process of planning, compiling, and monitoring the project activity schedule. This is an approach to meeting needs in construction projects that involves managing the planning, design and project implementation processes in an integrated manner. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of accelerating work duration using the CPM (Critical Path Method) method on the Selili sub-district project. The acceleration alternative used is by cutting work time and combining several jobs that can be done at one time by looking for advanced calculations and backward and critical path calculations use the critical path which is then accelerated in the form of shortening the time of activities on the critical path. Then a float diagram is created to determine the work that has been cut. The results obtained from the work using the CPM method are a summary of work days of 15 days from the initial plan which was planned to be completed within 163 days, after going through the critical path using the critical path and knowing the results of the forward and backward calculations then depicted in a float diagram that the work can be completed within 148 days

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of learning culture, achievement needs, family environment and self-efficacy on students' entrepreneurial interest. This research was conducted in high schools in Samarinda City. In this study, the method used was quantitative with a survey approach. The population in this study was 1,562 grade XII students in Samarinda City.  The sample was taken using a proportional random sampling technique which amounted to 410 respondents. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The model fit test uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the LISREL program. Before conducting SEM analysis, validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure that the measurement instruments used were of good quality. A normality test was also conducted to ensure that the data obtained met the assumptions required for SEM analysis. The results of this study are: (1) Need for achievement and family environment have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest, while the learning culture and self-efficacy do not affect entrepreneurial interest. (2) Learning culture, need for achievement and family environment affect self-efficacy. (3) Learning culture, need for achievement and family environment do not affect entrepreneurial interest through self-efficacy. Therefore, it important for schools and parents need to create an environment that supports and encourages students to pursue entrepreneurship. Schools can develop a curriculum that is more integrated with entrepreneurial practices, while parents can provide the necessary support to help their children pursue their dreams.

AbstrakBaitul Mal wa Tamwil (BMT), peran umum BMT adalah membiayai sesuai dengan hukum Syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem pengelolaan keuangan Pembiayaan syariah dengan akad murabahah pada KSPPS NU Artha Berkah. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kulitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara atau interview, dokumentasi dan pencatatan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa akad murabahah termasuk salah satu akad yang paling dominan di KSPPS NU Artha Berkah. Diantara produk-produknya antara lain produk pendanaan dan pembiayaan. Abstract

The resolution of industrial relations disputes through bipartite mechanisms in East Kalimantan holds potential to establish harmonious, efficient, and fair labor relations. This study aims to analyze the resolution mechanism, identify its effectiveness, and explore the factors influencing its success. Data indicate that this mechanism faces various obstacles, including power imbalances, lack of regulatory understanding, and limited openness among stakeholders. However, with collaboration and capacity building among all parties, the bipartite mechanism can be optimized to resolve industrial relations disputes. This study provides recommendations to enhance regulatory awareness and training, as well as to encourage the establishment of Bipartite Cooperation Institutions within companies.

Abstract

 This research aims to analyze the obstacles in handling election crimes and find the ideal argumentation basis to be used as an improvement to the handling of election crimes. The current handling of election criminal offenses is affected by problems of substance and structure. In terms of substance, there are several articles that regulate elements that are difficult to prove, such as articles related to money politics, political dowries, and unscheduled campaigns, while in terms of structure, the existence of integrated law enforcement centers tends to differ with each other in the process of handling election criminal offenses, which has an impact on the discontinuation of handling election criminal offenses. In addition, there is a change in the personnel of investigators and prosecutors when the process of handling violations is ongoing. This research is normative research. The results of the research illustrate that the redesign of the handling of election criminal offenses is carried out with two approaches, namely first, Article 492, Article 494, Article 495 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2), Article 513, Article 515, Article 518, Article 545. Second, the redesign of the handling of electoral crimes through the enactment of the concept of the provisions of Article 486 paragraph (2) and paragraph (4) expressly in the pattern of handling electoral crimes by the Gakkumdu center by placing the span of control of the termination of the investigation and prosecution process through legal instruments issued by Bawaslu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kendala dalam penanganan tindak pidana Pemilu serta menemukan basis argumentasi yang ideal untuk digunakan sebagai perbaikan terhadap penanganan tindak pidana Pemilu. Penanganan pelanggaran tindak pidana Pemilu saat ini dipengaruhi oleh problematika subtansi dan struktur. Dari sisi substansi, terdapat beberapa pasal yang mengatur Unsur-unsur yang sulit dibuktikan semisal pasal terkait politik uang, mahar politik, dan kampanye luar jadwal, sedangkan dari sisi struktur, keberadaan sentra penegakan hukum terpadu cenderung saling berbeda pandangan dalam proses penanganan pelanggaran tindak pidana Pemilu, yang berdampak pada tidak dilanjutkanya penanganan pelanggaran tindak pidana Pemilu. Di samping itu pula, dalam terjadi pergantian personil penyidik dan penuntut di saat proses penanganan pelanggaran tengah berjalan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian normatif. Adapun hasil penelitian memberikan gambaran yakni redesain terhadap penanganan pelanggaran tindak pidana Pemilu dilakukan dengan dua pendekatan yakni pertama, Pasal 492, Pasal 494, Pasal 495 ayat (1) dan ayat (2), Pasal 513, Pasal 515, Pasal 518, Pasal 545. Kedua, redesain terhadap penanganan tindak pidana Pemilu melalui dengan memberlakukan konsep ketentuan Pasal 486 ayat (2) dan ayat (4) secara tegas pada pola penanganan tindak pidana Pemilu oleh Sentra Gakkumdu dengan menempatkan rentang kendali penghentian proses penyidikan dan penuntutan melalui instrument hukum yang dikeluarkan oleh Bawaslu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of promotion and price on consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable, and the effect of promotion, price, and customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty. The research method used in this research is path analysis. The research population is Honda motorcycle consumers. The sample of this study was 120 people with a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach, namely the researcher chose a purposive sample subjectively. The method of collecting data is by using a questionnaire distributed through the gppgle form. The type of data used is primary data. The results of this study indicate that promotion has an effect on consumer satisfaction and price has an effect on consumer satisfaction. Promotions and prices affect consumer loyalty, consumer satisfaction affects consumer loyalty. Promotion and price affect consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable.Keywords: Promotion, price, consumer satisfaction, and consumer loyalty

Abstract

Sexual violence against children is a form of criminal act that has a serious impact on the victim, both physically and psychologically. Although Indonesia is a country of law that upholds justice, the reality is that there are still various obstacles in law enforcement against perpetrators of sexual violence against children. The Samarinda City Resort Police Women and Children Service Unit plays an important role in handling these cases, including in providing assistance to victims and processing cases to the legal settlement stage. However, in its implementation, the Women and Children Service Unit still faces various obstacles, both in terms of technical, human resources, and social factors. This study aims to analyze the role of the Women and Children Service Unit of the Samarinda City Resort Police in handling sexual violence against children and identify inhibiting factors in the implementation of their duties. This study uses an empirical juridical method with a qualitative approach, where data is obtained through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results of the study show that although the Women and Children Service Unit has carried out various efforts in handling cases of sexual violence against children, there are a number of obstacles that hinder the effectiveness of handling cases. These obstacles include the lack of expert personnel, limited facilities, delays in the issuance of visum results, as well as social factors such as stigma and fear of the victim's family to report. In addition, the limited coordination between relevant institutions is also a challenge in the fast and effective law enforcement process. Based on the findings of this study, efforts are needed to improve in various aspects, including the addition of professionals, the provision of more adequate facilities, and education to the public to be more aware of the importance of reporting cases of sexual violence against children, so it is hoped that the Women and Children Protection Unit can be more optimal in carrying out its duties to protect children's rights and ensure justice for victims of sexual violence.
