Abstract

AbstractOne sector of non-timber forest products (NTFPs) that is a favorite in the national and international markets is beekeeping. The main products from beekeeping are honey, royal jelly and bee pollen. The aim of this research is to determine the types of plant sources of food for honey bees, the density, frequency, importance index of each type of plant source of food for honey bees and the diversity of plant sources of food for honey bees based on their habitus in Buana Sakti Village. This research uses a centralized circle method which is placed systematically, with sample plots made in the form of a circle covering an area of 0.05 ha with a radius of 12.6 m, the sampling intensity used is 0.52%, so the observed sample area is 0.8 Ha. Based on the research results, it is known that there are 43 types of plants, 37 types of which are food sources for honey bees consisting of plantation plants, agricultural plants, ornamental plants, forestry plants and grass. The habitus of the 43 types of plants consists of 22 types of trees, 6 types of shrubs, 2 types of lianas and 13 types of herbs. Corn (Zea mays) is the type of plant that has the largest density, namely 225 individuals/ha, while the largest frequency value is owned by the plant species, Mimosa pudica, which is 0.563. The highest level of species control for the type of forestry plant that feeds honey bees (Apis cerana) is owned by mangium (Acacia mangium) with an INP of 15.302%. Meanwhile, for agricultural crops as a food source for honey bees, the highest level of species control is owned by corn with an INP of 17.686%.

This research was a descriptive study. The researcher used documents to collect the data. The corpus of this research was the transcript of the inauguration speech by Joe Biden. The data were collected from the official website “The White House”. Then, the data were sorted out of the corpus. This research used open coding and focused coding to analyze the data. The writer used the theory of Fromkin, Rodman, and Hyams to analyze the most dominant type of derivational morphemes and Koltai’s theory to analyze the formation process of derivational morphemes. The findings of this research found that the most dominant type of derivational morphemes found in the Joe Biden’s inauguration speech are suffixes with 147 data out of 158 data. The formation processes of derivational morphemes found are noun formation, verb formation, adjective formation, and adverb formation. Noun formation becomes the most dominant formation process with 107 data out of 158 data. This research covered two types of derivational morphemes and four formation processes of derivational morphemes as a discussion for further linguistic study on morphology, especially derivational morphemes.

Abstract

Public speaking anxiety (PSA) is a problem that often occurs in the language learning process therefore this study was conducted to find the strategies students use to overcome the public speaking anxiety they experience using the theory developed by Kondo and Ying Ling (2004). This study used a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The participants of this research were 40 students of the English education study program of FKIP at Universitas Tanjungpura. The results showed that relaxation strategy is the most chosen strategy by students as the strategy they use to overcome their public speaking anxiety with the percentage 83.2%, followed by the preparation strategy as the second strategy with the percentage 80.1%, then third is peer seeking strategy chosen by 80% students and the last is the positive thinking strategy as much as 78.2%. The limitations of this study are as follows: it does not provide data on students' levels of anxiety, lacks diversity in the tools used, focuses solely on students who have completed the course, and does not explore strategies beyond those suggested in the questionnaire.

Abstract

Accounting information systems (AISs) have become indispensable enterprise management tools, serving as a vital resource for promoting administrative and financial processes, facilitating decision-making, and improving overall performance. Apart from business, AISs can also be developed as zakat for sharia. In this regard, AIS plays a role in calculating zakat, making zakat payment decisions, and assisting managers in zakat allocation. This function is very beneficial for business actors, especially MSME actors. The existence of AISs can make it easier for MSMEs to manage their revenue and zakat. So, MSMEs need to be able to adopt AISs. Unfortunately, research regarding the acceptability of AIS adoption for MSMEs has not yet been conducted. Therefore, this research examines the factors of acceptance of AISs by e-commerce actors from MSMEs. By using the elements in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), such as Perceived ease of use (PEU) and perceived usefulness (PU) through quantitative methods and Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) analysis, the results of data analysis in this study show that the influence of PEU and PU on IUAISs is positive and significant. This shows that IUAISs are influenced by two main variables from TAM (PEU and PU). Based on the results, this study implies that MSMEs that successfully adopt Accounting Information Systems (AISs) for revenue and zakat management can improve their administrative and financial efficiency, emphasizing the importance of understanding the factors influencing AIS acceptance among MSMEs.
