Journal articles are required all researchers as references to improve the quality of research so that the results are better than existing studies. The presence of many journal indexers that collect articles from many publishers and repositories are very helpful to lecturers and researchers to locate articles in their specific areas of interest. The main issues in the indexing include: (i) the selection and collection process articles data, (ii) the management of indexing based on source and relevance of science (iii) the accuracy and speed of the search process, and (iv) the relationship between the articles each other called citation. The desirable by readers from the indexer is to get relevant and good-quality articles easily and accurately. While the interest of the journal managers is to supply their article which reader preferred then hope many cited to their journals. This is where the position of an indexer to bridge publisher and reader. This paper presents the architecture of Indonesian Publications Index (IPI) as the bridge. This architecture is designed with three layers. The layers are the data collection layer, storage layer, and service layer. The functionality of the first layer is IPI collaboration with publishers, the second layer is the index management system, the third layer is a service to the readers. Service layer built on a variety of applications such as web based applications, mobile applications and e-library.

A solar thermal technology which is also known as concentrating solar power (CSP) uses thermal energy from the sun to generate electricity. The electricity generation from solar thermal can be produced with four technologies of concentrating solar systems which are parabolic trough, linear Fresnel reflector, solar tower, and parabolic dish-Stirling engine system. This paper reviews the parabolic dish-stirling based on CSP technology by taking into account the performance, the global performance, site for parabolic dish and levelized cost of energy (LCOE). Generally, the parabolic dish applications have barriers in terms of the technology and the high capital cost compared to the others CSP technologies.

Kebakaran di hutan maupun pemukiman mengakibatkan kerugian material maupun korban jiwa. Pendeteksian dini terhadap kebakaran merupakan salah satu upaya mengurangi kerugian tersebut. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan simulasi pendeteksian dini sumber api yang berasal dari lilin. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan pengambilan citra api secara real-time menggunakan webcam dan kemudian melakukan thresholding, sehingga diperoleh citra yang hanya mempunyai dua nilai derajad keabuan, dan selanjutnya dicari nilai rerata RGB untuk dibandingkan dengan nilai range acuan yang ada di database untuk menentukan apakah citra yang ditangkap webcam berupa api atau bukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keberhasilan sistem deteksi api yang dirancang adalah 100 % dapat mendeteksi ada dan tidaknya api pada variasi jarak api ketika background-nya homogen.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan dan menguji kinerja pengendalian motor induksi satu fasa menggunakan inverter PWM pulsa tunggal berbasis mikrokontroler AT89S51. Penelitian dilakukan dengan terlebih dahulu merancang inverter menggunakan Mosfet IRF 830, rangkaian penggerak mosfet dan pembangkit pulsa PWM dengan mikrokontroler AT89S51. Keluaran pulsa dari mikrokontroler AT89S51 kemudian diumpankan ke rangkaian penggerak untuk mengemudikan inverter. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian kinerja sistem kendali dengan memasang beban motor induksi satu fasa pada keluaran inverter. Pada penelitian ini, inverter dicatu dengan tegangan DC 50 Volt. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem kendali dengan inverter PWM pulsa tunggal yang diimplementasikan berbasis mikrokontroler AT89S51 dapat mengatur kecepatan putar motor induksi satu fasa.

This paper presents a parallel energy-sharing control strategy for the application of fuel cell hybrid vehicles (FCHVs). The hybrid source discussed consists of a fuel cells (FCs) generator and energy storage units (ESUs) which composed by the battery and ultracapacitor (UC) modules. A direct current (DC) bus is used to interface between the energy sources and the electric vehicles (EV) propulsion system (loads). Energy sources are connected to the DC bus using of power electronics converters. A total of six control loops are designed in the supervisory system in order to regulate the DC bus voltage, control of current flow and to monitor the state of charge (SOC) of each energy storage device at the same time. Proportional plus integral (PI) controllers are employed to regulate the output from each control loop referring to their reference signals. The proposed energy control system is simulated in MATLAB/Simulink environment. Results indicated that the proposed parallel energy-sharing control system is capable to provide a practical hybrid vehicle in respond to the vehicle traction response and avoids the FC and battery from overstressed at the same time.

Dish-Stirling concentrating solar power systems is an efficient and reliable source of renewable energy. In this paper, the proposed model showed the idea of Parabolic Dish (PD) systems with control system model which vary the amount of working gas in the Stirling engine. The control systems were designed using Matlab /Simulink 2012a. Based on the developed linearized model, an improved temperature controller with transient droop characteristic and Mean Pressure Control (MPC) has been proposed. This temperature controller was effective in reducing the temperature and improving performance of the PD system. The overall performance of the system improved more than 78% in output power and energy. Besides, the system improved in term of sensitivity compared with the PD system without compensated. In addition, thermal losses decreased to 97.6% which is directly have significant improvement for the output efficiency to the system. The analysis shows that the PD system is feasible in term of technical but not economically feasible in the Malaysia environment.

Gangguan total loss off line atau listrik padam dapat menyebabkan kerusakan peralatan listrik, kerusakan data pada sistem komputer dan kerugian waktu serta biaya. Guna mengatasi hal tersebut diperlukan UPS untuk menggantikan sumber tenaga listrik sementara. Pada penelitian ini dirancang sistem UPS SPS dengan metode inverter SPWM. Hasil perbandingan antara gelombang sinusoida sebagai sinyal referensi dan gelombang segitiga sebagai sinyal pembawa yang dibangkitkan dari L8038CCPD digunakan untuk memicu jembatan inverter pada sistem UPS. Sebagai penaik tegangan digunakan transformator step-up dan sumber DC disediakan oleh batere dengan kapasitas 4,2 Ah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sistem UPS yang dirancangan dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi gangguan listrik padam. Kapasitas daya dari transformator mempengaruhi kapasitas daya yang diberikan oleh sistem.

Queue management system is designed in organizing queues at service sectors like banks and post offices, which expected to have a large number of customers daily. Conventional ways of managing queues like issuing paper tickets printed with queue number, leads to several problems such as paper tickets littering and also long queueing or waiting time. Therefore, this paper presents the development of a system to manage queues more efficiently and eco-friendly. The proposed system consists of a Graphical User Interface (GUI), which is used to obtain customers’ mobile phone numbers and the processing unit, which generates the queue number and initiate the ticket to be sent to customers’ mobile phones via SMS, thus replacing the utilization of papers. Moreover, this system additional features allow customers to remotely obtain their queue number just by sending request to the system through SMS, and also reminding the upcoming customers that their turns are nearly arriving, a feature which is very useful especially for those who are waiting outside the premise. Simulations and experimental tests were conducted to ensure the reliability and the efficiency of the proposed system. The proposed system is supporting the development of sustainable green technology, and the expected increase of system efficiency may contribute in improving customers’ satisfaction.

Nowadays, the most important risk and challenge in online system are online scam and phishing attacks. Phishing attacks have been always used to steal important information of users. In this kind of scam, attacker direct victim to fake pages using social engineering techniques, then, starts stealing users` important information such as passwords. In order to confronting these attacks, numerous techniques have been invented which have the ability to confront different kinds of these attacks. Our goal in this paper is to introducing new kind of phishing attacks which are not identifiable by techniques and methods which have been invented to confronting phishing attacks. Unlike other kinds of phishing attacks which target all kinds of users, researchers are the victims of these kinds of journal phishing attacks. Finally, we`ll introduce an approach based on classification algorithms to identify these kind of journal phishing attacks and then we`ll check our suggested approach in error rate.

Nowadays an educational mobile application has been widely accepted and opened new windows of opportunity to explore. With its flexibility and practicality, the mobile application can promote learning through playing with an interactive environment especially to the children. This paper describes the development of mobile learning to help children above 4 years old in learning English and Arabic language in a playful and fun way. The application is developed with a combination of Android Studio and the machine learning technique, TensorFlow object detection API in order to predict the output result. Developed application namely “LearnWithIman” has successfully been implemented and the results show the prediction of application is accurate based on the captured image with the list item. The inclusion of the user database for lesson tracking and new lesson will be added for improvement in the future.
