Abstract

Abstract This paper is an idea that deserves to be used as an alternative leadership model. The carpenter is a local wisdom (local wisdom/local genuin) of the people of Bangka. Etymologically, the ngulon artisan comes from the word "Kulon" or "Ngulon" which was adopted from Javanese or Sundanese which means west (showing direction). Ngulon is interpreted as inviting people to go west. Inviting to the west according to the Bangka Malay understanding means inviting to the Qibla direction (prayer worship), inviting to goodness. The leadership of the carpenter has 5 characteristics; invite, move, match, motivate, and inspire. Theoretically, the leadership model of the kuehman ngulon is closer to the theory of transformational leadership, and includes effective leadership.

Abstract

Kolong is a basin area filled with water as a result of tin mining. The number of collars in Bangka Belitung is 887 with an area of 11712.65 Ha. The collars are scattered in Bangka island with 544 holes with an area of 1035.51 Ha and Belitung island with 343 holes with an area of 677.14 Ha. The comparison between the area of Bangka is 0.09% and Belitung island is 0.14%. (PT Timah Tbk, 2000). The pit has great potential to provide economic impact to the community such as fisheries and tourism potential. However, the community mostly utilizes kolong for bathing and washing while the rest is left unattended. The Community Learning and Empowerment Program (KKN PPM) of the Universitas Bangka Belitung, which raises the theme of the Utilization Model of Former Tin Mine Underground Resources to Improve the Socio-Economic Quality of the Community Towards Green Economy Development in Parit Padang Village, Sungailiat District, Bangka Regency, is funded by DIKTI. The objectives of the KKN-PPM program can be divided into three, namely: community empowerment, enhancing the role of higher education, and supporting the government. KKN PPM consists of 45 students who are divided into three groups. Group 1 is located in Bukit Betung Village, Group 2 is located in Parit Padang Village and Group 3 is located in Merawang District. Each group was assigned to run the main program and supporting programs. The KKN PPM program at the Universitas Bangka Belitung has been successfully implemented with active community involvement in every activity. For this reason, universities need to implement more programs that empower the community. This KKN PPM has also made Apat and Merawang pits a model of planned pits management. They have created comprehensive maps and development plans to empower the community. For this reason, in addition to making local regulations, the local government should set aside the APBD for the management of the empties. The government is also expected to be able to realize the site plan and master plan for the Apat and Merawang pits in collaboration with various parties in order to improve the socio-economic quality of the community. Last but not least, the community must play a role in the Kolong Lovers Community to maintain and care for the kolong.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design the utilization of the potential of Kulong Kebintik, in the form of the potential of Kulong water and the land around Kulong. The method used is a quantitative descriptive survey method. Most of the data used is in the form of secondary data, the primary data is only in the form of kulong water quality data. Quantitative Kulong Kebintik water is based on analysis using the Nreca model. has a monthly average debit of 114.7 liters/second. In terms of water quality, Kulong Kebintik is brackish because it is located close to the coast which is still affected by tides. Kulong water utilization analysis uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The basis for determining alternative designs for the use of kulong consists of four criteria in the form of; water availability, water quality, community demand, and cost. An alternative utilization of kulong is for raw water sources, tourism, and fisheries. Based on an analysis of all the criteria, the best Kulong utilization design is for fisheries (39%), then for tourism or recreation (32%), and finally for raw water sources (29%)

Improving the quality of humans to increase the social piety of the community has become one of the priorities in realizing the development of competitive and noble humans. The research method applied was the Creswell model of library research, which is qualitative. Data was gathered from literature on social piety, regional development, and the social piety index. The data-gathering method followed the Sugiyono concept, which entailed a manual and digital search of relevant literature. The Moleong model was used in the data analysis technique. For this reason, several strategies that can be formulated to achieve these goals are outlined in the form of 1) increasing concern for others (social care); 2) increasing public awareness of environmental conservation; 3) increasing the community's awareness of the law, and 4) increasing public awareness of the values of pluralism (diversity). Several parts of the regional apparatus involved in realizing the achievement of the social piety index are all line levels in the community.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the social piety index and identify influential factors related to social piety among the residents of Bangka Barat Regency. The enhancement of community social piety is crucial, aligning with the local government's mission to foster competitive and virtuous human resources. The research employed a survey method and cluster technique (cluster random sampling) for data collection. The social piety index was determined based on three variables: individual worship activities (X1), knowledge about social piety (X2), and attitudes/behaviors reflecting social piety (X3). The findings reveal a high level of individual worship activities (X1: 65.22), a significant understanding of social piety (X2: 77.19), and favorable attitudes/behaviors reflecting social piety (X3: 66.31) within the community. Active participation in recitation and involvement in religious organizations emerged as dominant factors shaping individual piety. Engagement in good governance and participation in conservation/restoration were identified as key factors influencing knowledge about social piety. Respect for differences and involvement in good governance play pivotal roles in shaping attitudes/behaviors associated with social piety.
