Abstract

People with mental disorders are often stereotyped as being involved in criminal acts, especially violence and threats to the safety and security of those around them. This perspective causes people with mental disorders to be feared and shunned, even though they need care and protection. Regional governments are responsible for providing mental health services for their communities and playing a strategic role in managing and preventing mental health issues. In Kudus, there are still displaced people with mental disorders who have not received proper care. The local government can progressively address mental health issues through regulatory instruments to ensure that people with mental disorders receive the appropriate treatment and support they need. This study aims to examine the mental health policies of the Kudus local government, emphasizing policies prioritizing human rights. The research uses a normative juridical method involving a thorough analysis of policies concerning people with mental disorders in the Kudus district. The results show that although the Kudus Regional Government has established policies related to mental Disability and mental health, these policies do not sufficiently address the prevention of mental disabilities or fully incorporate human rights considerations.

Abstract

Lack of creativity is caused by students' lack of knowledge and lack of interest in reading books and looking for references from other sources. A monotonous bun turns out to be an indicator of a student's lack of creativity, and is often the same as several other students. The researcher decided to carry out research on the effectiveness of educational media on traditional bun videos on traditional bun students at SMK Negeri 06 Semarang with the basic competencies of bun gelung malang, bun pusung tagel and bun ukel konde which have the advantage of making interesting video tutorials.The method used in this research is R&D with the ADDIE model which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation stages. This research method uses data collection techniques in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire and is analyzed using quantitative descriptive techniques. This research was implemented at SMK Negeri 06 Semarang with a total population of class XI majoring in beauty engineering with a sample of 60 studentsThe results of this research show (1) Development research using the ADDIE model produces a learning media product in the form of traditional bun video educational media that is suitable for use. (2) Feasibility results from the validity test using Aiken V. In terms of material feasibility, an Aiken score of 0.783 was obtained and media feasibility with an Aiken score of 0.719 in the valid category (3) Effectiveness test results using a sample t-test with significant results and t value = 6.847 > t table (df-2) = 2,048 (4). and the N Gain test results show that the N-Gain in the control class is 22.9% in the low category and the N-Gain in the experimental class is 62.5% in the medium category. So that educational media is effective in improving learning outcomes for beauty system students.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology has led to significant changes in the fields of economy, information, and education. An essential component of education that plays a vital role in fostering technological development is Learning Media. One aspect that can be optimized in the learning process is the use of learning media and evaluation tools. Numerous online platforms, such as the Quizizz application, can currently be utilized as learning media. This study aims to understand the development process, feasibility, and effectiveness of Quizizz as a medium and evaluation tool in Basic Beauty courses.This research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which includes five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The study follows a Quasi-Experimental design with a Two-Group Pretest-Posttest format. The products generated in this study are learning media and evaluation tools for basic beauty education.The results of this study, based on feasibility testing and effectiveness testing of Quizizz as a learning medium for basic beauty, indicate that it is highly feasible according to media experts, educational technology experts, and subject matter experts. Effectiveness testing in the experimental class showed that the media could enhance learning outcomes in the anatomy and physiology of beauty. Student responses regarding learning independence showed high levels of self-directed learning when using the Quizizz application developed as a learning medium for Basic Beauty courses.

Abstract

The Program Kampus Mengajar (Teaching Campus Program) aims to provide opportunities for students, at least in their fifth semester, to learn and develop outside their study program. Students participating in the Program Kampus Mengajar are guided by Field Supervisor Lecturers who are randomly grouped based on their domicile. The objectives of this study are to analyze the actual conditions of the teaching campus practice in target schools, to analyze the process of mentoring and guidance in teaching campus activities at target schools, to analyze the recognition of credits and course grade conventions, and to analyze efforts to optimize the program. The method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data is ensured using source triangulation. Data analysis techniques follow the Miles and Huberman model, consisting of three activities: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study are: (1) The implementation of the Program Kampus Mengajar has been running well, although there are some obstacles; (2) Mentoring and guidance by supervising teachers and Field Supervisor Lecturers are conducted flexibly; (3) The process of recognizing and converting course grades is in accordance with the curriculum, although some lecturers initially disagreed with their courses being recognized; (4) Efforts to optimize the program are essential for the revitalization and success of the next batch of the Program Kampus Mengajar.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the legal protection for consumers in electronic transactions within the community. The development of information and communication technology has influenced consumption patterns with the increasing prevalence of electronic transactions. This study focuses on the legal aspects involving consumers in the context of electronic transactions, encompassing consumer rights, seller responsibilities, and relevant dispute resolution mechanisms. The research methodology involves a literature review to gain in-depth understanding of regulations and policies related to consumer protection in electronic transactions. Additionally, this study includes an analysis of legal cases related to electronic transactions involving consumers as vulnerable parties. The anticipated outcomes of this research are expected to contribute to strengthening the legal framework that safeguards consumers in electronic transactions. Practical implications of this research encompass recommendations for regulatory improvements and the enhancement of dispute resolution mechanisms, enabling consumers to engage in electronic transactions with increased confidence and protection within the community.

Abstract

This study explores the culture of Abhakalan in Madura in the context of early marriage, analyzing its intersections with customary law, religion, and the state. While aimed at preserving family honor, this practice often prioritizes the principle of ḍarran (harm), leading to gender inequality and injustices toward women. The research seeks to evaluate the implications of this cultural practice on women's rights and gender equality, using an empirical legal method grounded in conflict theory and social change, combined with Islamic concepts of ‘urf (accepted custom), naf'an (benefit), and ḍarran (harm). Findings indicate that Abhakalan culture denies women agency in marriage decisions, perpetuating stereotypes of female inferiority and limiting their opportunities for empowerment and education. This study highlights the need for cultural reform through gender advocacy, mindset shifts, and family economic empowerment. By fostering dialogue among customary law, religion, and state policies, the research underscores pathways to equitable and sustainable gender equality. AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji budaya Abhakalan di Madura dalam konteks pernikahan dini dengan menganalisis keterkaitannya dengan hukum adat, agama, dan negara. Meskipun bertujuan menjaga kehormatan keluarga, praktik ini sering mengedepankan prinsip ḍarran (bahaya) yang berujung pada ketidakadilan terhadap perempuan dan ketimpangan gender. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak budaya ini terhadap hak-hak perempuan dan kesetaraan gender, menggunakan metode hukum empiris yang berlandaskan teori konflik dan perubahan sosial, serta konsep Islam seperti ‘urf (adat yang diterima), naf’an (manfaat), dan ḍarran (kerugian). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa budaya Abhakalan mengabaikan hak perempuan dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait pernikahan, memperkuat stereotip inferioritas perempuan, serta membatasi peluang pendidikan dan pemberdayaan mereka. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya reformasi budaya melalui advokasi gender, perubahan pola pikir, dan pemberdayaan ekonomi keluarga, dan dengan mendorong dialog antara hukum adat, agama, dan kebijakan negara, studi ini menawarkan langkah menuju kesetaraan gender yang adil dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

Abstract. Kebaya is widely worn by all kinds of people to attend certain occasions. The prestige of kebaya today has made a lot of progress on several kebaya models that make a lot of Indonesian designers compete – a competition to create new interesting innovations. Kebaya, which has been found in the community so far, has no one innovated Kebaya by combining shibori techniques and sashiko techniques in their manufacture. The purpose of this study is to determine the results of the exploration of shibori and sashiko techniques on kebaya. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) research using the ADDIE development model which is simplified into four stages which include: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation. Data collection using product observation sheet questionnaire by Expert Judgment, Data analysis technique using percentage descriptive analysis technique. The results of the study, Kebaya A made from linen using the kanoko shibori technique and the Shippo-Tsunagi pattern got an average overall percentage of 80.73% slightly higher than the kebaya B made from mori primissima using the itajime shibori technique and the Seigaiha pattern produced a percentage of 80.21%. This study concludes that the assessment results of the three expert panelists have an average overall percentage of 80.47% with very high criteria. The suggestion for this study is that in the next study, you can use natural dyes because this study still uses commercial synthetic dyes that are not good for the environment. Keywords: Shibori, Sashiko, Kebaya Abstrak. Kebaya banyak dikenakan oleh semua kalangan untuk menghadiri acara-acara tertentu. Pamor kebaya pada jaman sekarang banyak mengalami kemajuan pada beberapa model kebaya yang membuat para desainer indonesia berlomba – lomba menciptakan inovasi baru yang menarik. Kebaya yang dijumpai di masyarakat sejauh ini, belum ada yang melakukan inovasi dengan menggabungkan teknik shibori dan teknik sashiko pada pembuatannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hasil eksplorasi teknik shibori dan sashiko pada kebaya.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D) menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang disederhanakan menjadi empat tahapan yang meliputi : (1) analisis, (2) desain, (3) pengembangan, (4) implementasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Angket lembar observasi pengamatan produk oleh Expert Jugdment, Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil Penelitian, Kebaya A berbahan linen menggunakan teknik kanoko shibori dan pola Shippo-Tsunagi mendapatkan rata-rata persentase keseluruhan 80,73% sedikit lebih tinggi dari pada kebaya B berbahan mori primissima menggunakan teknik itajime shibori dan pola Seigaiha menghasilkan persentase 80,21%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu hasil penilaian dari tiga panelis ahli memiliki hasil rata – rata persentase keseluruhan sebesar 80,47% dengan kriteria sangat tinggi. Saran untuk penelitian ini yaitu pada penelitian selanjutnya dapat menggunakan pewarna yang alami dikarenakan penelitian ini masih menggunakan pewarna sintetis komersial yang kurang baik untuk lingkungan. Abstract

Abstrak. Proses pembelajaran akibat wabah covid-19 mengharuskan pembelajaran yang awalnya dilaksanakan secara luring atau bertatap muka kini harus dilaksanakan secara daring atau online. Mata Kuliah Produksi Busana Pria khususnya materi kemeja batik berfuring, berdasarkan wawancara dengan dosen pengampu dan pengisian angket kebutuhan oleh mahasiswa menyatakan terdapat kesulitan dan hambatan dalam praktik pembuatan produk. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan media pembelajaran video tutorial pembuatan kemeja batik berfuring pada Mata Kuliah Produksi Busana Pria. penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) yang menggunakan 4 langkah penelitian yaitu potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data , desain produk, dan validasi produk. Validasi produk dilakukan oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan berdasarkan respon mahasiswa. Subjek mahasiswa pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Tata Busana yang telah lulus Mata Kuliah Produksi Busana Pria angkatan 2019 dan 2020. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan media pembelajaran video tutorial mendapat persentase keseluruhan 84% dari ahli materi termasuk kategori sangat layak, persentase keseluruhan 92% dari ahli media termasuk kategori sangat layak, dan berdasarkan respon mahasiswa memperoleh persentase keseluruhan 82% termasuk kategori sangat layak. Kesimpulan penelitian ini media pembelajaran video tutorial pembuatan kemeja batik berfuring pada Mata Kuliah Produksi Busana Pria layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran dan sebagai penunjang dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Saran pada penelitian ini yaitu menguji keefektifan penggunaan media pembelajaran, penggunaan teknologi dan konsep yang lebih menarik pada media pembelajaran, dan penggunaan materi lainnya pada Mata Kuliah Produksi Busana Pria. Abstract

Abstract: Media is an important component in achieving learning objectives, as well as in the Computer Aided Pattern Making which studies CAD clothing pattern making using Richpeace software. This is a Research and Development (R&D) of analyzing the procedures and feasibility results of e-module development by testing the product results to expert judgment in the form of material experts and media experts. Methods of data collection using documentation and observation techniques. The development method takes the 5 Steps of Using the Research and Development Method from Sugiyono which consists of potentials and problems, data collection, product design, validation and revision. Based on the research that has been developed according to the procedure, the results are obtained in the form of an e-module as a way out of the problems that exist in the Computer Pattern Making Course. Assessment by material experts obtains an average proportion of 97.02% and is classified in the "Very Feasible" interpretation. The results of the assessment by media experts obtained an average proportion of 93.63% and classified in the interpretation of "Very Eligible". So it can be concluded that the E-Module for Making CAD Patterns Using Richpeace Software is very suitable for use as an alternative learning media in Pattern Making with Computer Courses Keyword: Instructional Media, e-modul development, CAD clothing pattern making, Richpeace Abstrak: Media menjadi salah satu komponen penting dalam tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran, begitu pula pada Mata Kuliah Pembuatan Pola dengan Komputer yang mempelajari pembuatan pola busana CAD menggunakan software Richpeace. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis prosedur dan hasil kelayakan pengembangan e-modul dengan mengujikan hasil produk kepada expert judgment berupa ahli materi dan ahli media. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan observasi. Metode pengembangan mengambil 5 Langkah Penggunaan Metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan dari Sugiyono yang terdiri dari potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi dan revisi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dikembangkan sesuai prosedur diperoleh hasil berupa e-modul sebagai jalan keluar dari masalah yang ada pada Mata Kuliah Pembuatan Pola dengan Komputer. Penilaian oleh ahli materi diperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 97,02% dan tergolong dalam interpretasi “Sangat Layak”. Hasil penilaian oleh ahli media diperoleh persentase rata-rata sebesar 93,63% dan tergolong dalam interpretasi “Sangat Layak”. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan E-Modul Pembuatan Pola Busana CAD Menggunakan Software Richpeace sangat layak digunakan sebagai alternatif media pembelajaran pada Mata Kuliah Pembuatan Pola dengan Komputer. Abstract

Corruption never seems to disappear in Indonesia, because almost every day there is news in various print and electronic media regarding public officials, legislative members and even law enforcers who are caught in corrupt practices. Therefore, more massive efforts are needed to prevent and eradicate corruption. This writing uses the Normative Juridical Research method which examines legal rules and principles in answering legal problems that occur using a Conceptual Approach to draw conclusions about the problems studied. We should all be aware that the moment of the General Election (Pemilu) is a very important moment considering the fact that 78 years of Indonesian independence is certainly a moment that must be interpreted deeply, the moment of forming an effective and efficient Cabinet is one of the determining factors for the success of the entire 5 Year government agenda. future and realizing the ideals of the Indonesian nation that have always been echoed, including realizing a government that is clean and free from corruption. Because the disease of corruption that has grown and taken root in this country is caused by many factors, one of which can be caused by the relationship between various systems that are related to corrupt cultural patterns in various functions of power in this country, for example co-optation and strong political intervention. This writing concludes that one of the important points in fixing various corruption problems is by repairing damage to the function and structure of government in this country. Forming an effective and efficient Cabinet in Government can be one of the keys to preventing Corruption
