The purpose of this research is: (1) obtain a picture of the quality of implementation of the model PBL on the ability of solving mathematical problem for the material volume cubes and blocks as well as the surface area of cubes and blocks in class V SD N Karangwotan 02 Pucakwangi Pati, (2) identify the mathematical problem solving ability of students in class V SD N Karangwotan 02 Pucakwangi Pati terms of learning motivation after the application of PBL models, and (3) identify the mathematical problem solving ability of students in class V SD N Karangwotan 02 Pucakwangi Pati terms of learning style after the application of PBL models.This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Analysis of the quality of the learning process judged from phase: (1) planning, (2) implementation, and (3) assessment. While data analysis is done through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: (1) the quality of learning by using the model PBL Scientific approach to the achievement of an increase in mathematical problem solving ability of students in class V SD N Karangwotan 02 in both categories, (2) students with learning motivation high, medium, and low have the same pattern differ in resolving mathematical problem solving Polya steps, and (3) the student's learning style visual, auditory, and kinesthetic also both have different patterns in solving a mathematical problem solving with Polya steps.

The purpose of this study was to distinguish the analyze the difference 21st-century skills of student between the PjBL and the Problem Posing learning models. This research is a quasi-experimental study. Determination of subjects was performed purposively on fourth-grade students of Randuagung Elementary School as the 1st experimental class, amounting to 35 students, and Sukorejo Elementary School as the 2nd experimental group, amounting to 32 students. Data collection was performed by observing communication and collaboration skills during the learning and providing tests of critical thinking and creativity skills after implementing the models. Data analysis used MANOVA. The results showed that there were significant differences in 21st-century skills between students implemented using the PjBL and the Problem Posing models. The optimal PjBL model implementation is creativity, communication, and collaboration skills, due to the results of the multivariate test are different and have a higher average if compared with the implementation of the Problem Posing model. Whereas the implementation of the Problem Posing model has not been optimal for all skills. Critical thinking skills achieved by a student in both model implementation have no significant difference. The differences in the average of the 21st-century skills gained by the student in the two models do not differ greatly. However, the intensity result is that from four skills on the Problem Posing model, critical thinking skills is improve significantly.

The study was based on students' high motivation for gadgets but low in learning. The renewal of learning based on active, innovative, creative, efficient and fun learning (PAIKEM) that is the Flipped Classroom model and additional variables (motivation) is required to improve the process of critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness and influence of the Flipped Classroom Model towards the ability to think critically and student science learning outcomes of students by increasing their motivation. The method used in this study was an experiment with the Control Group Post-test – Only Design. The sample comprised of 121 students from 4 elementary schools in Pati. The data collection consisted of performance tests to measure critical thinking skills and learning outcomes while questionnaires to measure student’s learning motivation. The data were analyzed using the average difference test and single line regression. The analysis result of the average difference test showed that Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 and result of single line regression Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 (sig < 0.05). The results in this study showed that Model Flipped Classroom learning is effective in improving the ability of critical thinking, science learning outcomes and student motivation, there is positive influence between learning motivation and critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes science.

21st century needs human resources that have an adequate ability to face the global era. This ability can trained at the education stage by using a good method in learning, discovery learning can be choices to release that. This study's aim is to analyze the effect of learning with discovery models on 21st-century skills for elementary school students. This study uses experimental research. Experimental research method is a research conducted on variables for which data are not yet available that it needs to be manipulated through the treatment of research subjects in which the impact is measured. Results of the creative thinking skills gain test showed the average value of the experimental class was 0.72 while the average value of the control class was 0,39. This shows the discovery model gives more influence on the studentÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s skills to think creatively. Results of the critical thinking skills gain test showed the average value of the experimental class was 0.78 while the average value of the control class was 0.60. This shows the discovery model gives more influence on the studentÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s skills to think critically. The results of communication skills test showed a significance value of 0.82. This value is higher than 0.05, it means that students communication skills with the discovery model are not higher than group of students that learning with the expository model. The result of collaboration skills showed a significance value of 0.91. This value is greater than 0.05, itÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s means that the collaboration skills of students with discovery models are not higher than those of students who learn with expository models. This research is expected to be a reference for teachers in using learning models when teaching.

The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of students worksheet to improve of critical thinking ability of fourth grade studentÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s of SD N 5 Parakan Kauman based on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and local wisdom. This research adopt the procedure of research and development that oriented in 4D model (Define, Design, Developed, and Disseminate). The research design used was one groups pretest-posttest design with the member of subject were 24 students. The research instrument used observation sheet, interview sheet, validity test, written test (pretest and posttest), and also questionnaire. The result of the research showed that students worksheet included in the effective enough category, which based on the calculation of N-Gain score was 62.7809 or 62.8 %, with a minimum score is 57.14 % and a maximum score 66.67 %. These scores showed the improvement of student thinking in solving problem aspect, with good and very good categories. The result of the teacher respondent is 67, it is in interesting category and the student respondent got 84 in average score, it is in very interesting category. It can be concluded that the implementation of student worksheet in STEM basic and local wisdom can be implemented in teaching learning activities, it also improve the ability of studentsÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ critical thinking.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of ICT learning media The Heroes on studentsÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ activities and learning achievement of fourth grade in SDN Tingkir Lor 02 Salatiga. The method was used Quasi Experimental Design with Control Group Pretest-Posttest type. Samples in this study were IVA and IVB class as a control class and an experiment class, respectively. Collecting data was used test to measure learning achievement and observation sheets for student activities during learning process. Data analysis was used independent t-test analysis, one-sample t-test, N-gain test, and simple linear regression using SPSS program. The observation sheets was analyzed using the checklist formula. Based on the analysis data shows the ICT media on the learning process is effective in the improving student activities and learning achievement. According to t-test analysis, experiment class has higher tvalue compare to the control class 0.41. Then, for the simple regression analysis has tvalue 0.848. The last, N-gain score of the experiment and control class was obtained 0.4 and 0.2, respectively, there are including low and medium criteria. Furthermore, due to the observation result, the observation sheet score on studentÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s activities was 20.4 with good criteria. The use of ICT media The Heroes has a significant effect on studentsÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ activities as well as improving the learning achievement. The results of this study can be used to train students to find new knowledge, to improve their learning achievement, as well as to improve the quality of learning.

The level of student success in the learning process depends on the attention and interest of students. Application of appropriate learning models is expected to increase student interest in learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model of the scaffolding strategy and reading guide on student learning activities and outcomes. This type of research is quantitative in the form of a quasi-experimental. The samples used were SDN Wonosari 02, SDN Wonosari 03, and SDN Tambakaji 02 Semarang. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling in the form of purposive sampling. The average activity value of the experimental class 1 is 76.44, the experimental class 2 is 73.87. The average post-test score for the experimental class 1 is 76.44, the experimental class 2 is 73.87. This shows that the activity and post-test scores of the experimental class I that apply the PBL scaffolding strategy model are better than those of the experimental class 2 who apply the PBL model of the reading guide strategy. The application of the scaffolding strategy in the form of giving cues, keywords and giving learning assignments that are tiered according to the level of student development makes students more independent in solving their own problems through teacher guidance. This study implies that the PBL scaffolding strategy model can be applied in the learning process.

Kulon Progo is one of the regencies in the Special Region of Yogyakarta which has a Regional Regulation Number 65 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Character Education Strengthening. The extracurricular culture of Kemataraman is one of the supporting activities for character development. The purpose of this study is to obtain a description of the planning, preparation, implementation, and achievements of the Kemataraman culture-based program. The research was conducted using a qualitative method with a program evaluation approach. The evaluation used CIPP model (Context, Input, Procces, Product) which is more comprehensive and effective to improve the program. Data were collected using in-depth interviews, document studies, and structured observation. The subject in this study were the Head of Education Office, the Head of Education Planning Section, Principals, class teachers, and art assistant teachers. The data analysis used Milles & Huberman analysis. The result of the study indicate that the objectives of the character education program based on Kemataraman culture have not been fully achieved. There is still gap between the forms of support by the government to schools as organizers and teachers as implementers. The researcher recommends the character education program based on Kemataraman culture at the Kulon Progo regency Elementary School to be continued with improvements.

In this research, the students' science learning outcomes that have not yet achieved completeness. Learning model can facilitate students to learn optimally is the project-based learning (PjBL) model according to edupreneurship. The model is driven by creativity and innovation of 21st century skills. This research conducted to; 1) analyze the effect of the model on students' curiosity; 2) analyze the effect of model on students' science knowledge outcomes and 3) analyze the effect of the model on science process skills. This research method is a quasy experimental with a nonequivalent control group design. The control class should be used project-based learning model and the project-based learning model according to edupreneurship was used experimental class. The subjects of this study were 177 students with purposive sampling technique. Data in the form of learning outcomes are collected through observation, tests, and documentation. The conclutions of the study is the model effective to use and affeted toward outcomes learning of students’ coriusity aspect on science subject. The model has not been affecting the students’ learning outcomes of knowledge on science subject. The model efefctively to use and influences learning outcomes about students’ scientific proceeding skill on learning science subject.
