Abstract

The national plywood industry is declining, 6ut of the 100 existing wilt plywood companies, only 40% are still active. Many plywood companies have closed due to difficulties in obtaining raw materials and increased production costs due to the global crisis..The purpose of this study is to examine the economic condition of the community due to changes in land use into oil palm plantations. This research is located in Sungai Asam Village, Kubu Raya Regency. Purposive sampling is taken. Data analysis uses household level income analysis. The analysis uses survey techniques and direct interviews to respondents. The results of the expansion of oil palm plantations have given a change to the Sungai Asam community, which has had an impact on the economy of the communities surrounding the plantations. The expansion of oil palm plantations in Sungai Asam Village, Sungai Raya district, Kubu Raya Regency, has given a change to the community, where this change has an impact on the economic conditions of the communities around the plantation. The reduction in land area that occurred before the expansion was 15.437 Ha after the expansion to 6.435 Ha, the reduction of the land occurred, whereas on the contrary the community owned before and after the expansion was reduced but not significant. Income changes occurred before the expansion of income, which was originally Rp 1,286,011,992 / year, after the expansion to Rp 1,244,443,992 / year.Keyword : Change, Impact, Income

Abstract

Harmonisasi kerukunan antar umat beragama merupakan pilar kehidupan sosial yang sangat didambahkan setiap pemeluk agama. Untuk itu, kehadiran dakwah rahmatan lil alamin secara konseptual sebagai bentuk transformasi sosial Islam dalam membentuk karakter sosial Islam yang toleran dan humanis. Oleh karena itu yang menjadi problem besar adalah bagaimana mentransformasikan Islam melalui dakwah yang berbasis rahmatan lil alamin.

Abstract

Policy analysis does not stop at using various assessment methods to generate and transform information. This study aims to analyze the implementation of basic education policies (SD/MI levels). The research method used in this study is a qualitative study through literature/document studies, namely studies conducted by reviewing documents from both private and public documents such as scientific articles and applicable regulations. In this study, the author takes an inventory of various sources both from books, journals, information from the internet, and related regulations. Various information from the relevant references are then reviewed and analyzed. Policy arguments which are a means to conduct debates on public policy issues, have a minimum of six elements, namely: (1) Policy-relevant information, (2) policy claims, (3) Justification, (4) Support, ( 5) Rebuttal, and (6) Conclusion. Policy arguments are made to serve as guidelines for action, directing activities in educational organizations to achieve the goals that have been set, increasing the validity (dialectical function), optimizing truth conclusions, inviting and influencing other parties to accept arguments.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Usaha Mikro menjadi sektor paling krusial dalam perkembangan ekonomi di Indonesia. Sektor Usaha Mikro dituntut untuk mengikuti perkembangan zaman, salah satunya mengenai pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan usaha sesuai dengan SAK EMKM (Standar Entitas Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa kesesuaian penerapan SAK EMKM dalam pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan usaha.Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dalam bentuk laporan keuangan Usaha Mikro. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, pemilahan data, penyajian data, dan pembahasan terkait dengan pencatatan, pengukuran, penghentian pengakuan, dan pelaporan. Tahap berikutnya berupa kesimpulan dan saran.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan Usaha Mikro di Kota Malang telah sesuai dengan SAK EMKM, yang diwakili oleh objek penelitian Kayu aro, Resik Wash, Manis Menawan, Starcross, dan Citra Prestasi Gemilang. Standar tersebut digunakan sebagai pengambilan keputusan dalam usaha, meningkatkan kredibilitas laporan keuangan usaha dan membantu para pelaku Usaha Mikro dalam melaporkan pajak. ABStract Micro businesses are the most crucial sector in economic development in Indonesia. The Micro Business sector is required to keep up with the times, one of which is regarding recording and reporting business finances in accordance with SAK EMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Entity Standards). The purpose of this study was to analyze the suitability of the application of SAK EMKM in recording and reporting business finances. This research approach uses descriptive qualitative with survey methods. The data collection technique uses interviews, observations, and documentation in the form of financial reports of micro businesses. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data sorting, data presentation, and discussion related to recording, measurement, derecognition, and reporting. The results of this study indicate that the recording and financial reporting of Micro Businesses in Malang City are in accordance with SAK EMKM, which is represented by the research objects Kayu aro, Resik Wash, Manis Menawan, Starcross, and Citra Prestasi Gemilang. These standards are used as decision making in business, increase the credibility of business financial reports and help Micro Business actors in reporting taxes.

Abstract

literacy rate, evidenced by the minimal number of written works produced by its residents. To address this issue, particularly among educators and students, we proposed a community service program aimed at enhancing literacy skills in scientific writing. This program was designed to provide socialization and assistance in writing for students and educators in one of the schools in Bangkalan Regency. The objective of this community service program is to improve the scientific writing skills of educators and students. The implementation process begins with socialization sessions covering the necessary preparations for writing scientific works, essential elements of scientific writing, and the use of Mendeley. These socialization sessions were conducted three times, followed by a mentoring process where our team assisted participants until they produced scientific papers ready for publication. The community service program concluded with participants completing a questionnaire to evaluate their responses to the program. As a result of these activities, ten written works were produced, ready for publication in journals or print media. Questionnaire results indicate that 95% of participants felt motivated to write scientific papers, and 100% responded positively to the community service activities.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a teaching aid media that is effective in helping students understand the concept of unclean in the school environment. This material is an important part of Islamic religious lessons, and the use of teaching aids is expected to improve students' understanding more interactively and interestingly. This study uses a qualitative approach and the type of Library Research (Library Research). Primary data sources were obtained through reference books that have been processed from books on visual media as well as journals, articles, and some references to the Fiqh unclean. Secondary data sources are obtained through Journal books, articles, and websites that support the discussion under study. The results showed that the use of teaching aids contributed to the development of fish learning methods that are more interactive and oriented to understanding concepts, especially in dealing with complex materials such as unclean ones.

Abstract

A quality education is so far becoming a main target and objective in every educational practice.  It has very close correlation with principals policies in carrying out an institutional management. This research tries to analyse and explain some strategic efforts of the principal of Al-Ishlah Islamic Senior high school (MA) Bilapora Ganding Sumenep in realizing an ideal education and identify also the hinderances in implementing it. This is a field research using a qualitative approach. There are three informen in this research i.e. the principal of MA Al-Ishlah as the main informan and two additional ones namely a vice principal and a teacher by using purposive method. The research is accomplished through several procedures i.e. collecting data by interview technique, analyzing data, validating data and taking conclusion. Then, Every data collected is analysed by using analytical-descriptive method. Based on the result of study or research, we know that there are some strategic principals efforts in realizing an ideal education through several ways, namely: developing relevant curriculums, preparing professional teachers, realizing a professional service standard for students, building an intensive relation with surrounding community, and creating a representative, enjoyable, and character school environment. In implementing those all, the principal faces several kinds of obstacle factors, including: limited land extent for broadening classroom, amount of nonlinear teacher, limited availability of school facilities, and also limited and minimal funding resources. Those are the most urgent factors which need the alternative solutions soon. So that the principals efforts above can be achieved well.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition marked when a child's length or height is less than their age or a condition in which a child experiences growth disorders that causes his body to be shorter than his peers which is the main cause of malnutrition. As an area with a fairly high stunting rate in West Nusa Tenggara Province, Sape District is currently carrying out various cross-sectoral efforts in order to maximize early prevention and treatment of stunting. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of Posyandu Family Cadres in early prevention and treatment of stunting in Sape District, Bima Regency. This research is a field research that examines empirical reality in society as a research object using a qualitative approach. While the method of data collection is done by interviews and observations using guidelines that have been prepared previously as a guide. The results of this study indicate that Family Posyandu Cadres have a strategic role and have a significant impact on stunting management. This is due to several reasons, including: 1) Family Posyandu cadres as the vanguard of basic health services in the community; 2) The interaction intensity of posyandu cadres is quite dominant compared to other health workers; 3) Almost even distribution of Posyandu cadres in every region to remote areas; and 4) There is a moral responsibility carried by the Posyandu Cadre if stunting occurs in a member of the surrounding community.

Abstract

Berpikir kritis merupakan salah satu kemampuan yang harus dimiliki siswa untuk dapat memecahkan permasalahan yang ada dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan yang memiliki peran penting untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis adalah pelajaran matematika. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika di kelas V MIN 2 Kota Mataram tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan bentuk Nonequivalent Control design. Metode pengumpulan data  dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen tes dan observasi, instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan tes tertulis dan pedoman observasi. Teknik analisis data  menggunakan uji-t test polled varians yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas data dengan menggunakan rumus Chi-Kuadrat  dan uji homogenitas data dengan menggunakan rumus uji-F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan  bahwa ada pengaruh model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan berdasarkan nilai rata-rata siswa pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 76,97 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 66,84. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan dengan uji-t test polled varians diperoleh  sebesar  6,164 dan dibandingkan dengan nilai  sebesar 2,026 dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Dari hasil perhitungan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa nilai  (6,164 > 2,026), sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika di kelas V MIN 2 Kota Mataram tahun ajaran 2023/2024.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the forms of difficulties in learning to read the Qur'an faced by seventh-grade students at SMPN 2 Kadindi, understand the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in overcoming these difficulties, and identify the factors causing these learning difficulties. The research employs a qualitative approach aimed at revealing factual conditions without manipulation. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data is then analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results show that the forms of difficulties encountered by students in learning to read the Qur'an at SMPN 2 Kadindi include the pronunciation of hijaiyyah letters (makharijul huruf), fluency issues in reading, and lack of understanding of tajweed rules. The role of PAI teachers in overcoming these difficulties involves providing Qur'an reading guidance before lessons start, offering personal guidance, and applying various teaching methods. The factors causing these learning difficulties include low student interest in PAI lessons, family education background, and school policies directing students to read the Qur'an through existing materials or textbooks. The three roles played by PAI teachers at SMPN 2 Kadindi have proven effective in overcoming the difficulties in learning to read the Qur'an, as evidenced by the positive responses from students. However, some students still do not take the lessons seriously. Nonetheless, with the teachers' efforts, students have shown improvements such as better pronunciation of hijaiyyah letters, mastering the length of readings, and reading the Qur'an more fluently, although there is still room for improvement in reading fluency and tajweed comprehension.
