Abstract

Bimbingan Remaja Usia Sekolah (BRUS) dilakukan oleh mahasiswa KKN Kelompok 1 STAI Syamsul ‘Ulum sebagai upaya pencegahan pernikahan dini dengan bekerja sama dengan KUA Kecamatan Kadudampit yang berlokasi di SMK Plus Al-Farhan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada remaja usia sekolah khususnya pelajar SMK Plus Al-Farhan tentang dampak dan risiko dari pernikahan dini, serta membantu mereka memahami pentingnya menunda pernikahan hingga usia yang cukup. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah metode lokakarya (workshop), dimulai dengan penyampaian presentasi informatif oleh para narasumber, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan tahap evaluasi dan simulasi untuk menilai dampak serta efektivitas dari program ini. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah terdapat peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai dampak dan risiko pernikahan dini. Selain itu, tingkat kesadaran peserta terhadap isu pernikahan dinijuga mengalami peningkatan, mereka menjadi lebih peduli serta aktif dalam upaya mencegah pernikahan dini.

Abstract

Field conditions show that learning in grade IV requires concrete, latest and innovative learning media. This study aims to test the validity, attractiveness and effectiveness of the Nusantara Puzzle which was developed to help students in learning. This study uses the RnD (Research and Development) method with the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. This study was conducted at SD Laboratorium UM with research subjects being grade IV-Bilingual students. Material validation obtained a percentage result of 97.5% stated as very valid. Media validation obtained a percentage result of 97.91% stated as very valid. The attractiveness test from users (teachers) obtained a percentage result of 94.23% stated as interesting. To test the effectiveness of the product, researchers used pre-experimental research by conducting a Sign test with the results of increased learning of 22 students.

Abstract

Teknologi Virtual Reality (VR) telah berkembang sangat pesat sebagai salah satu inovasi yang mampu memberikan dan menciptakan lingkungan buatan secara realtime tiga dimensi yang imersif dan interaktif. Dalam konteks pelestarian budaya lokal, Virtual Reality (VR) memiliki potensi yang sangat besar sebagai salah satu media edukatif yang mampu mempresentasikan warisan budaya lokal secara menarik dan realistis. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancangn dan mengembangkan aplikasi edukatif berbasis Virtual Reality (VR) yang menampilkan simulasi proses teknik tenun tradisional dari masyarakat Suku Sasak di Desa Banyu Urip, Kecamatan Gerung, Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk perangkat android dengan dukungan sensor gyroscope dan dikembangkan menggunakan Unity 3D sebagai game engine serta Blender untuk pemodelan objek 3D. Model pengembangan pad perangkat  lunak yang digunakan yaitu Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), yang terdiri dari enam tahap utama: concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, dan distribution. Hasil dari penggujian aplha dan beta test menunjukan aplikasi yang dikembangkan memiliki performa yang baik, mudah digunakan, serta mampu memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam kepada pengguna mengenai proses menenun khas Sasak. Penelitian ini memberikan manfaat dan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan mefia edukasi berbasis teknologi yang mendukung tentang pelestarian budaya lokal tehnik tenun tradisioonal suku sasak.

Abstract

The food processing industry, especially at the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) scale, faces challenges in increasing production process efficiency due to limited resources and suboptimal work layout. This study aims to identify and minimize waste in the chocolate bar production process at the Cado Agrofood Semesta MSME using the Lean Manufacturing approach and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) analysis tool. The research method includes collecting cycle time data, calculating standard time, takt time, and analyzing value-added and non-value-added activities. The results show that the production process still contains several types of waste, especially in waiting activities and transportation between work stations. Through the application of the Kaizen concept and redesigning the process flow (Future State Mapping), the total production time (Manufacturing Lead Time) can be reduced significantly compared to the initial condition. Proposed improvements include rearranging the work layout and controlling work time according to takt time. The application of this concept has been proven to be able to increase production efficiency and productivity at the Cado Agrofood Semesta MSME. Abstract

Bengkel las Laot Darat merupakan usaha yang bergerak disektor jasa yang melayani berbagai pengelasan. Dari banyaknya jenis pengelasan di bengkel las laot darat dalam 6 bulan terakhir terjadi penurunan jumlah pelanggan yang sangat signifikan pada pengelasan becak barang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan yang disampaikan bengkel las Laot Darat kepada para pelanggannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Service Quality yang memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisa tingkat kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan dan metode Service Blueprint yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil perbaikan kualitas pelayanan bengkel las Laot Darat. Hasil perhitungan metode service quality berdasarkan nilai gap tertinggi berdasarkan atribut yaitu pada atribut tersedia tempat tunggu dan toilet yang nyaman dengan nilai gap -3,39, sedangkan berdasarkan nilai gap tiap dimensi, nilai gap tertinggi berdasarkan dimensi yaitu terdapat pada dimensi reliability -4,5 dan dimensi emphaty -2,5, Hasil dari metode Service Blueprint yaitu terdapat usulan perbaikan menyediakan tempat tunggu yang nyaman, serta memberikan pelayanan untuk pelanggannya mengecek terlebih dahulu hasil perbaikan yang dilakukan oleh pekerja bengkel las.Kata Kunci:  Kepuasan Pelanggan, Bengkel Las, Service Quality, Service Blueprint

Abstract

The availability of school facilities and infrastructure is a key factor in supporting the effectiveness of educational activities. This study aims to analyze the level of readiness of school facilities, particularly related to classrooms and learning technology devices such as anyboards, in supporting the teaching and learning process. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive approach through direct observation, interviews with educators, and document studies related to mapping educational facility needs. The results show that most schools still face significant obstacles in the form of limited adequate classroom space. This condition results in alternating classroom use and impacts the effectiveness of learning time. Furthermore, the lack of modern learning technology devices, including anyboards, hinders the implementation of interactive and digital learning strategies that should increase student participation and understanding. These findings emphasize the need for more optimal planning for the procurement of facilities and infrastructure, including the construction of additional classrooms and the provision of technology devices relevant to current learning needs. This research is expected to serve as a reference for policymakers in developing programs to continuously improve the quality of educational facilities.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price and product quality on purchasing decisions for Huawei smartphones at Erafone Jombang Sudimara Branch in South Tangerang City partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative. In this study, the consumers of Erafone Jombang Sudimara Branch in South Tangerang City were 932 people and the sample determination used probability sampling with the 10% slovin formula, so a sample of 90 respondents was obtained. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the calculation of the t-test value were 7.640 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. then Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected, it can be stated that price (X1) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). The results of the calculation of the t-test value were 8.985 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. then Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected, it can be stated that product quality (X2) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Multiple linear regression analysis Y = 13,865 + 0.373 X1 + 0.373 X2, Based on the results of the study, it was found that the correlation value of the price variable (X1) and product quality (X2) was 0.772, meaning it had a strong level of relationship. Based on the R Square value of 0.772, this shows that 100% - 77.2%. the remainder is 22.8%. Based on the results of the analysis, namely the ANOVA test, the F count value was 64,089 while the F table (0.05) for n = 87 was 2.71. So F count> from F table (0.05) or 64,089> 2.71, with a significant level of 0.000 because 0.000 <0.05, it can be said that price (X1), product quality (X2) positively and significantly influence purchasing decisions (Y)..

Abstract

UD. XYZ is a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) focused on bread production. During its production process, it encounters various challenges such as changes in raw material prices, problems in the dough fermentation process, delays in supplier deliveries, and an expiry rate of 8-18% per month. Specifically, a two-part House of Risk (HOR) model and a Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model are used. First, the SCOR model is used to map the processes in the bakery product supply chain. This data is then loaded into the first stage of the HOR. The next step is to determine the ARP value after evaluating the severity and frequency of incidents. Strategies to manage or mitigate risks are developed using the HOR in the second stage. Twenty risk events and nineteen risk agents were identified at UD. XYZ, with ten priority risk agents identified using a Pareto diagram and mitigation techniques developed. To reduce the likelihood of risk agents appearing in the organization, the second stage of the HOR includes sixteen suggested management tactics.

Abstract

The background of this article is about the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at PT Sharp Electronic Indonesia. This paper examines the process of implementing CSR programs. The methodology used is a qualitative literature study. In this case community and environmental empowerment is part of PT Sharp Electronic Indonesia's commitment. The results of the analysis show that the concept of CSR is indeed good, but unfortunately, until now there are still many companies that have not implemented it properly. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out an evaluation related to the implementation of the CSR Program so that the program can be implemented in a sustainable manner and can empower the community. So that in the development of the company PT Sharp Electronic Indonesia increasingly raises the pros and cons.

Abstract

This study aims to do the planning of raw material inventory at optimal Tire Retreading industry with Silver Meal Heuristic methods optimally. Planning includes penentian safety stock,, reorder point and Economic Order Quantity and Total Cost of Inventory. The results were obtained 706.44 kg of safety stock, reorder point 2283.76 kg and 8356 kg economic order quantity and lead time of 5 days for a total of Rp. 4,020,778,592.6. While based on the existing condition of the total cost of raw material inventory Rp. 4,061,927,100. This shows the efficiency of Rp. 41,148,507.4 or 1.01% per year.
