Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital media on social media in the use of sales levels as an intervening variable. In today's technological era, new business models have emerged as innovations from conventional marketing shifting to modern marketing using digital media. The conventional buying and selling process that requires sellers and buyers to meet face to face can now be mediated by digital media, resulting in new marketing trends. This study uses primary data from distributing questionnaires to entrepreneurs. The sample in this study was 50 respondents with a sampling technique using a purposive sampling approach. There are two variables, namely the Use of Digital Media (X) and Sales Level (Y). The method used in this study is Path Analysis using a data analysis tool, namely SPSS 26. This study aims to determine the influence of the use of digital media on the level of sales of packaged culinary products among entrepreneurs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of strategic leadership and organizational culture on student performance, particularly in preparing them to address global challenges and capitalize on future opportunities. The research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 undergraduate students aged 17–27 years. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, as well as descriptive analysis, with the assistance of Microsoft Excel. The findings reveal that strategic leadership significantly and positively influences student performance, especially in enhancing strategic decision-making and problem-solving skills. Moreover, a robust organizational culture substantially contributes to the development of students' character, including attributes such as collaboration, accountability, and innovation. The synergy between these two factors fosters improved student performance both academically and non-academically, equipping them to become competitive and impactful individuals in the professional world. The study recommends that higher education institutions incorporate strategic leadership elements and organizational culture values into their curricula and extracurricular activities. Future research is encouraged to broaden the sample scope and investigate additional variables, such as the role of technology in influencing student performance.

Abstract

This study, conducted by researchers at Rumah Belajar AL-Fatih in Kota Serang, found that many students forget to say a prayer before studying, despite its numerous benefits. This is due to suboptimal planning, implementation, evaluation, and supporting and inhibiting factors. The purpose of this study is to understand the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the prayer routine, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors and solutions for the prayer routine before studying in enhancing students' spiritual attitudes. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document studies. The data sources are the head of Rumah Belajar Al-Fatih, teachers, and students. The results show that: First, in the planning aspect, the routine starts with setting goals, determining materials, programs, activities, and assessment tools. Second, the implementation is carried out individually in the classroom, with teachers guiding, providing examples, explaining the virtues, benefits, and proper ways of praying. Third, evaluations are conducted mid-semester, at the end of the semester, or at the end of the school year. The evaluation covers the planning, implementation, and outcomes of the routine. Fourth, supporting and inhibiting factors include the limited facilities and teachers available to guide. Overall, the prayer routine activities have been running smoothly, but spiritual intelligence has not yet been fully ingrained in all students due to inhibiting factors, such as students and teachers arriving late, as well as suboptimal discipline and understanding of the prayer routine.

Abstract

This research was carried out at the Ummatan Wasathon Kasemen PAUD, Serang City, Banten Province, which is expected to be used as a reference or study material in increasing knowledge in the field of education, especially Islamic Religious Education. This research aims to determine the application of the Fun Learning method in learning Islamic Religious Education in early childhood which is related to planning, implementation and evaluation of learning. The method used in this research is a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach through observation, interviews and documentation. In this research, the subjects were all students at PAUD Ummatan Wasathon Kasemen Serang City aged 3-6 years. Data was obtained by researchers through participant observation of classroom learning using observation guidelines which include aspects of opening activities, core activities, closing activities, and the learning environment. Researchers also conducted interviews and documentation to support the required data. Interviews were conducted with the school principal and 2 (two) teacher representatives based on predetermined interview guidelines. The results of this research show that the application of the Fun Learning method in learning Islamic Religious Education in early childhood which is related to planning, implementation and evaluation of learning has been carried out well with various efforts made by educators at PAUD Ummatan Wasathon Kasemen Serang City. However, there are still several things that need to be improved, such as making more focused learning plans, implementing reflection activities at the end of learning and providing facilities and infrastructure as learning resources and media so that learning can take place in a fun way and achieve educational goals.

Abstract

Green Open Space (RTH) has an important role in creating a healthy, comfortable, and beautiful environment. However, there are still many RTH that are poorly maintained and are not optimally utilized by the community. This Community Service aims to organize parks in RTH to improve a clean lifestyle and community awareness of the importance of a healthy green environment. These activities include improving the landscape of the park, adding ornamental plants and shade trees, and providing sanitary facilities such as adequate trash cans. In addition, socialization and education were carried out to the public about the importance of maintaining cleanliness and sustainability of RTH as part of a healthy lifestyle. The results of this activity show an increase in public awareness and participation in maintaining the cleanliness and sustainability of the park. With a good garden arrangement, RTH can be a comfortable recreational facility while improving the quality of life of the community

Abstract

Bagedur beach in Malingping is one of the tourist destinations that has great potential to attract tourists. However, the lack of information makes tourist visits still a challenge. Digital marketing is now a strategic solution in promoting tourist destinations, including Bagedur Beach. This study aims to analyze the role of digital marketing applications in increasing tourist visits at Bagedur Beach. Through a qualitative method with a case study approach, data is collected through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results of the study show that the use of digital marketing applications, such as social media and online booking platforms, contributes significantly to the increase in tourist visits. This application not only helps in wider promotions but also in making it easier to access information for prospective tourists. The recommendation of this study is that tourism managers need to be more active in utilizing digital marketing applications to increase the attractiveness of tourist destinations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the Bojonegara District's public feels about digitally based Land and Building Tax (PBB) collection, examine the variables that affect these opinions, and offer tactical suggestions to improve public support for this policy. The e-Government system for taxes is anticipated to improve the administrative process at the United Nations in the age of digital transformation by increasing efficiency, transparency, and convenience. Nonetheless, the primary challenges remain, including a lack of public awareness and a lack of openness in the way tax money is managed. In this study, the local community was surveyed using quantitative descriptive methodologies. The findings of the study indicate that while society welcomes digitization, questions remain regarding its equitable and efficient implementation. Increasing openness, educating the public, and making sure stakeholders are actively involved are all advised.

Abstract

AbstrakKetidakpastian bisnis yang semakin kompleks akibat globalisasi, disrupsi teknologi, dan perubahan pasar menuntut kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan efektif. Penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai gaya kepemimpinan yang mampu menghadapi ketidakpastian bisnis, dengan fokus pada kepemimpinan transformasional, situasional, dan adaptif. Studi literatur ini mengungkap bahwa pemimpin yang mampu berinovasi, mengambil keputusan berbasis data, serta membangun budaya organisasi yang fleksibel memiliki peluang lebih besar untuk mempertahankan keberlanjutan bisnis. Selain itu, kepemimpinan yang mendorong kolaborasi, komunikasi yang transparan, serta pengembangan sumber daya manusia terbukti meningkatkan ketahanan organisasi dalam menghadapi tantangan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi para pemimpin bisnis dalam merancang strategi kepemimpinan yang lebih responsif terhadap dinamika ketidakpastian.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan efektif, ketidakpastian bisnis, adaptasi organisasi, strategi kepemimpinan, inovasi.

Abstract

Profitabilitas merupakan indikator utama dalam menilai kinerja keuangan suatu perusahaan, termasuk PT. Gudang Garam Tbk, sebagai salah satu produsen rokok terbesar di Indonesia. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi profitabilitas PT. Gudang Garam Tbk melalui pendekatan literatur dengan menyoroti strategi keuangan dan efisiensi operasional yang diterapkan perusahaan. Analisis ini mengacu pada kajian teoritis serta hasil penelitian terdahulu yang membahas aspek manajemen keuangan, struktur modal, kebijakan dividen, efisiensi biaya, serta pengaruh faktor eksternal seperti regulasi pemerintah dan dinamika pasar industri rokok. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengelolaan keuangan yang optimal, termasuk pengendalian biaya produksi dan efisiensi operasional, berperan signifikan dalam menjaga stabilitas profitabilitas perusahaan. Selain itu, diversifikasi produk dan inovasi dalam rantai pasokan juga menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. Namun, tantangan seperti kenaikan cukai rokok, perubahan kebijakan regulasi, dan pergeseran preferensi konsumen terhadap produk tembakau alternatif turut mempengaruhi prospek profitabilitas jangka panjang. Oleh karena itu, PT. Gudang Garam Tbk perlu terus mengadaptasi strategi bisnis yang fleksibel dan inovatif guna mempertahankan daya saing dan profitabilitas di tengah dinamika industri.Kata Kunci: Profitabilitas, strategi keuangan, efisiensi operasional, PT. Abstract

AbstrakKompetensi pencari kerja merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan peluang penempatan tenaga kerja di dunia industri. Kota Cilegon, sebagai kawasan industri strategis di Indonesia, menawarkan berbagai peluang kerja yang membutuhkan tenaga kerja dengan keterampilan dan kompetensi yang sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kompetensi pencari kerja dalam meningkatkan peluang penempatan di sektor industri, dengan fokus pada keterampilan teknis, soft skills, serta kesesuaian antara kompetensi dan kebutuhan industri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, melibatkan wawancara dengan pencari kerja, perusahaan industri, serta lembaga pelatihan kerja di Kota Cilegon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencari kerja dengan kompetensi yang lebih relevan, baik dalam aspek teknis maupun non-teknis, memiliki peluang lebih tinggi untuk diterima di dunia industri. Selain itu, adanya kolaborasi antara industri, pemerintah, dan lembaga pelatihan kerja berperan penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing tenaga kerja. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan perlunya program peningkatan kompetensi yang berkelanjutan guna mendukung penyerapan tenaga kerja yang lebih optimal.Kata kunci: kompetensi pencari kerja, penempatan tenaga kerja, industri, Kota Cilegon, keterampilan
