Abstract

AbstrakDisrupsi teknologi dan era VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) telah membawa tantangan besar bagi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di seluruh dunia. Perubahan teknologi yang cepat dan dinamika pasar global memaksa UKM untuk terus beradaptasi agar tetap relevan dan kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi adaptasi yang diterapkan oleh UKM dalam menghadapi tantangan yang muncul akibat disrupsi teknologi dan kondisi VUCA. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur, yang melibatkan analisis berbagai sumber akademik dan praktik terbaik terkait strategi adaptasi UKM. Hasil utama dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa UKM yang sukses dalam beradaptasi cenderung mengadopsi pendekatan inovatif, meningkatkan kapasitas digital mereka, serta menjalin kemitraan strategis dengan berbagai pihak. Implikasi dari studi ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pembuat kebijakan dan praktisi dalam menyusun strategi dukungan yang lebih efektif untuk UKM, serta berkontribusi pada pengembangan literatur akademik tentang manajemen UKM di era digital. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi penting untuk studi lanjutan dalam memahami dinamika adaptasi UKM di tengah perubahan yang pesat.Kata kunci: UKM , Disturpsi Teknologi, Era VUCA, Adaptasi Strategis, Studi Literatur

Abstract

Talent management strategies have become a key focus for organizations in facing employee retention challenges, especially in millennials and Gen Z who have unique characteristics and different work needs compared to previous generations. This study aims to explore effective talent management strategies to increase employee retention in the two generations through a literature review approach. Data is taken from various academic studies, industry reports, and relevant journal articles in the last 10 years. The results of the study show that strategies that emphasize work flexibility, structured career development, inclusive organizational culture, and the use of digital technology in human resource management have a significant influence on employee retention. In addition, employee involvement in strategic decision-making is also a key factor in increasing the loyalty of millennials and Generation Z. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis pustaka. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan menelaah berbagai sumber literatur dan hasil penelitian terdahulu yang membahas ketiga topik tersebut, khususnya yang dipublikasikan dalam kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir. Karyawan dengan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, aman, serta mendukung karyawan untuk bekerja dengan baik terbukti menjadi salah satu faktor utama yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, gaya kepemimpinan juga memiliki peran penting, terutama gaya kepemimpinan yang bersifat terbuka, partisipatif, dan mampu memberikan motivasi kepada karyawan. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, kami menemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan partisipatif lebih sering dikaitkan dengan kepuasan kerja yang tinggi. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja juga berperan terhadap pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan secara keseluruhan. Ini berarti bahwa jika karyawan puas dengan pekerjaan mereka, mereka cenderung bekerja lebih produktif dan menghasilkan hasil pekerjaan yang lebih baik. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi referensi untuk praktisi manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam merancang strategi kerja dan merancang pola manajemen yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali dan mengembangkan potensi desa wisata berbasis UMKM melalui local branding. Pembangunan tersebut merupakan salah satu upaya untuk menggerakkan perekonomian masyarakat, dimana UMKM yang ada di Desa Pulo Panjang belum dapat dikembangkan secara maksimal. Perancangan local branding dilakukan di Desa Pulo Panjang yang memiliki banyak UMKM dan tempat wisata yang memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui proses observasi, wawancara, Forum Group Discussion (FGD) dan dokumentasi yang disajikan dalam bentuk data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan desa wisata berbasis UMKM dengan branding lokal harus menerapkan metode pentahelix. Dimana harus adanya kerjasama dengan beberapa pihak seperti: pemerintah, pengusaha, media lokal, akademisi dan masyarakat di Desa Pulo Panjang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of digitalization and the efforts of the Baduy community in preserving and maintaining local culture in the current digital era. The Baduy community is located in Kanekes Village, Leuwidamar District, Lebak Regency, Banten Province. The Baduy community strongly adheres to traditional values ​​and has very little interaction with modern technology, as time goes by digital technology has begun to enter their society. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through open questionnaires and in-depth interviews. The questionnaire was designed to reveal the perceptions of the Baduy Tribe community regarding the use of digital technology and its impact on their cultural values. The data collected was analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns and trends related to the impact of digitalization on the preservation of customs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of cultural environment on the implementation of international-scale business. In the current era of globalization, companies operating in international markets must be able to adjust their business strategies to various cultural factors present in the target countries. A different cultural environment can influence various aspects of business operations, including communication, negotiations, decision-making, and human resource management. This study uses a qualitative approach with case studies to understand how multinational companies adapt their strategies when facing cultural challenges in different countries. The findings show that the success of international business implementation highly depends on a deep understanding of local cultural values, as well as the ability to adapt products, services, and communication strategies according to the norms and customs in place. This study also identifies the challenges and opportunities faced by companies in managing cultural diversity to achieve success in international business.

Abstract

Minat baca yang rendah merupakan tantangan besar dalam dunia pendidikan di Indonesia. Salah satu upaya untuk mengatasinya adalah dengan menerapkan metode literasi berbasis mendongeng, yang dapat meningkatkan ketertarikan dan kesadaran anak terhadap kegiatan membaca. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan sebagai bagian dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Salira, dengan fokus pada siswa SDN Sumur Lubang. Metode ini melibatkan sosialisasi, diskusi interaktif, dan pemberian reward untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kunjungan siswa ke perpustakaan dan kemampuan mereka untuk memahami serta menyampaikan kembali isi cerita. Program ini membuktikan bahwa literasi berbasis mendongeng dapat menjadi salah satu solusi efektif dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa.

Abstract

Community service represents one of the fundamental contributions of academics to social development, particularly in the educational sector. This article elaborates on the implementation of a community engagement program entitled Towards Smart Pesantren through Digital Transformation, conducted on May 28, 2025, at SMA Bi’rul Ulum Cisait, Serang, Banten. The initiative emerged from an inter-university collaboration aimed at enhancing the digital capacities of santri (Islamic boarding school students) to better prepare them for the challenges of the digital age. The program focused on training in graphic design, public speaking, an introduction to artificial intelligence (AI), and human resource development (HRD) in the digital context. Methods employed in the program included lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice, allowing participants to gain both theoretical understanding and practical skills. The participatory approach fostered active engagement and created an enriching learning environment. Evaluation results indicated a high level of enthusiasm among the participants and a marked improvement in their grasp of fundamental digital competencies. This program exemplifies the strategic potential of inter-institutional academic collaboration in supporting the digital transformation of pesantren-based education in Indonesia. It is expected that the initiative can serve as a replicable and sustainable model for future community service efforts in similar educational contexts, particularly in promoting 21st-century skills.

Abstract

Contemporary organizations today face unprecedented sustainability challenges amidst an increasingly volatile global environment characterized by climate change, geopolitical instability, and technological disruption. This situation demands a shift from traditional profit-maximizing models to sophisticated and adaptive organizational architectures that balance economic viability, environmental protection, and social justice. This research aims to fill this gap in the existing literature by synthesizing empirical evidence on the relationship between organizational design, sustainability integration, and external environmental dynamics. Using a Systematic Literature Review methodology, this study conducted an in-depth analysis of 22 selected peer-reviewed publications from 2020 to 2025. The findings of the thematic analysis revealed three critical themes: the urgent need for adaptive design in response to environmental volatility, the importance of embedding sustainability into organizational architecture, and the identification of key implementation barriers including structural rigidity, cultural resistance, and resource constraints. The study highlighted that traditional mechanistic structures often hinder the flexibility necessary for sustainability, while organic designs may lack implementation discipline. As a significant theoretical and practical contribution, this study proposes a new model called Dynamic Adaptation-Sustainability Integration (DASI). This three-dimensional framework recommends: (1) Structural Flexibility that enables rapid reconfiguration through modularity and decentralization; (2) Cultural Permeability that facilitates the internalization of sustainability values beyond mere ceremonial compliance; and (3) Environmental Scanning Capacity to proactively detect external threats and opportunities. In conclusion, organizations are encouraged to undertake parallel transformations in their structure, culture, and monitoring systems to create a resilient and sustainable organizational ecosystem in the face of global disruptions.

Abstract

Port management organizations face performance optimization challenges that require strategic human resource interventions. This quantitative research examines the influences of job rotation and teamwork on employee performance within the Indonesian port industry context. Employing census sampling of 123 employees at PT PCM—a regional government-owned port enterprise in Cilegon—data were collected through validated questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Findings reveal that job rotation demonstrates significant positive effects on performance (, ), indicating that systematic position changes enhance employee competencies and adaptability. Teamwork exhibits a positive but non-significant relationship with performance (, ), suggesting that collaborative processes require additional mediating factors to translate into performance gains. The combined variables explain 62.6% of performance variance (), confirming the substantial contribution of human resource development strategies. This research contributes empirical evidence supporting job rotation as an effective performance enhancement mechanism in port management contexts, while revealing the complexity of teamwork that requires deeper investigation. Practical implications emphasize the implementation of strategic rotation programs and the examination of team effectiveness factors for optimizing port industry workforce performance. Study limitations include the single-organization focus and cross-sectional design, suggesting the need for longitudinal and multi-site investigations to enable broader generalization.
