Abstract

The study aims to enhance the learning outcomes of students using Truth or Dare card media on students of 4th grade SD Pertiwi Makassar City of Makassar.This type of research is a Class Action Reaserch that consists of two cycles in which each cycle is performed twice as many meetings. Research procedures include planning, implementation of action, observation and reflection. Subjects in this study are students of the 4th grade SD Pertiwi Makassar City of Makassar of 16 people.The results of the study show that in the first cycle of 16 individual students only 10 students or 63% that meet the criteria of minimum proficiency (KKM) or are in the category sufficient. Classicly already met because of the average score obtained of 75. Whereas in the second cycle where of 16 students there are 14 students or 88% have met the KKM and classically already fulfilled that is an average score gained of 80 or is in the good category. Based on the results of the above research, it can be concluded that the mathematics learning results of students of 4th grade SD Pertiwi Makassar city of Makssar through the media application of Truth or Dare cards have improved

Abstract

The aim of Community Service activities is to provide outreach and education about the use of the Kahoot application at SMP N 1 Konawe. The participants in this activity were 12 teachers. From the results of the activity, it can be concluded that by conducting training on the use of digital game-based learning media using the Kahoot platform, educators or teachers can provide skills in learning innovation, resulting in enthusiastic and interactive learning in the classroom. So that it can optimize and facilitate the process of evaluating or assessing student learning. Based on the feedback, information was obtained that this activity was very relevant to the needs of PKM participants. Kahoot is effective as a learning medium in supporting classroom learning

Abstract

Shrimp is one of the marine resources with significant economic potential, particularly in tropical regions. The utilization of shrimp can contribute substantially to the economy of coastal communities. This study aims to analyze the economic potential of shrimp and its utilization by coastal communities in tropical regions. The results of the study indicate that shrimp has significant economic potential, with production values reaching hundreds of millions of dollars per year. However, the utilization of shrimp by coastal communities is still suboptimal due to limited market access, lack of knowledge on shrimp processing technology, and inadequate government support. This study recommends several strategies to enhance the utilization of shrimp by coastal communities, including market infrastructure development, training on shrimp processing technology, and increased government support.

Abstract

The role of cadres is very much needed in posyandu services, apart from being tasked with providing education to parents regarding the importance of providing adequate and balanced nutritional intake but also helping to monitor the nutritional. One plant that can help kids eat more is Temulawak; its curcuminoid content and essential oils can support the function of the pancreas and bile to improve food absorption in the intestines; additionally, the nutrients in pure milk are critical for the development of healthy bones and teeth, so feeding kids this combination can help them eat better. This community service aims to increase the role of posyandu cadres through training activities on processing medicinal plants into temulawak milk candy (Sutela) in an effort to increase children's appetite. The method used is in the form of counseling and training for posyandu cadres on how to process ginger and pure milk plants into silk candy in Sukamulya Village. As a tool to ensure the achievement of this service activity, an assessment is carried out using a questionnaire before the counseling begins to measure participants' initial knowledge and after the counseling to evaluate the extent to which participants' understanding and knowledge have increased after participating. The result of this community service is that posyandu cadre participants enthusiastically took part in this activity, this can be seen from the number of participants who attended, namely 90% and increased knowledge of participants relating to counseling and training materials delivered before and after the activity, namely before the activity by 30,8% and after by 95,4%.  In conclusion, there is an increase in the theoretical understanding and skills of posyandu cadres regarding the processing of temulawak milk candy which is beneficial for children's health in Sukamulya Village.

Abstract

Abstract Child sexual abuse (CSA) in Indonesia remains a serious issue, with the number of cases continuing to rise. One of the causes of CSA is the lack of exposure to information among parents, compounded by the perception that the topic is taboo. Parents need to obtain adequate information to educate their children about preventing CSA. Information can be accessed from various sources, such as individuals, conventional media, and social media. This study aims to identify the sources of information about CSA prevention that parents utilize. The research was conducted in October 2024 using a descriptive quantitative research design with a sample of 100 parents of students in grades 1–6 at elementary schools in the Dayeuhkolot subdistrict, Bandung Regency. The sampling technique employed was stratified random sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire developed by Solehati, (2022) titled "Prevention of Sexual Violence in Elementary School-Aged Children Involving the Role of Parents and Teachers in West Java," which includes demographic data and information sources. Data collection was conducted through Google Forms. Data analysis consisted of frequency distribution and percentages of the information sources used by parents, presented in graphical form.  The results showed that almost all respondents (88%) used social media as a source of information about CSA prevention. To develop CSA prevention programs, healthcare workers and teachers are advised to incorporate the use of social media to enhance CSA prevention efforts among parents. Abstrak Kekerasan seksual pada anak (KSA) di Indonesia saat ini masih menjadi masalah serius dengan jumlah kasus yang terus meningkat. Salah satu penyebab terjadinya KSA karena orang tua kurang terpapar informasi disertai adanya anggapan tabu. Orang tua harus mendapatkan informasi yang memadai agar dapat memberikan edukasi tentang pencegahan KSA. Informasi dapat diakses dari berbagai sumber seperti manusia, media konvensional, dan media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sumber informasi pencegahan KSA yang didapatkan orang tua. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober 2024 menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel orang tua siswa kelas 1-6 berjumlah 92 orang di Sekolah Dasar wilayah Dayeuhkolot Kabupaten Bandung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner yang dibuat oleh Solehati, (2022) tentang “Pencegahan Kekerasan Seksual pada Anak Usia Sekolah Dasar dengan Melibatkan Peran Orang tua dan Guru Sekolah di Jawa Barat” yang berisi data demografi serta sumber informasi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui Google Form. Analisis data berupa distribusi frekuensi dan persentase sumber informasi orang tua yang disajikan dalam bentuk grafik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hampir seluruh responden (88%) menggunakan media sosial sebagai sumber informasi tentang pencegahan KSA. Untuk mengembangkan program pencegahan KSA petugas kesehatan dan guru disarankan melibatkan penggunaan media sosial dalam meningkatkan upaya pencegahan KSA pada orang tua.

Abstract

The implementation of the Enhanced Recovery After Cesarean Surgery (ERACS) method as an innovation in the Sectio Cesarea (SC) surgical procedure aims to accelerate recovery, minimize pain, and improve patient comfort. Although it has been clinically proven, there is still limited research exploring patients' subjective experiences with this method, particularly in eastern Indonesia. This study aims to explore in depth the physical, emotional, psychological experiences, as well as perceptions of service and patient expectations after undergoing SC with the ERACS method at Banggai Laut General Hospital. The study employs a qualitative approach with a phenomenological study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with purposively selected informants and analyzed using Braun & Clarke's thematic analysis technique. The results showed that patients experienced rapid physical recovery, minimal pain, and were able to mobilize early. Emotionally, patients felt calm and stable, supported by good communication with medical staff and family support. However, information about the ERACS procedure before surgery was still perceived as lacking detail. Patients also hope that this method continues to be implemented with improvements in educational aspects and financial support from BPJS. Patients' experiences with the ERACS method are generally very positive and reflect the success of this approach not only clinically but also in creating a more comfortable, efficient, and humane childbirth experience. This study recommends enhancing preoperative education, postoperative monitoring, and more inclusive financial support systems.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the meaning, nature, and objectives of the curriculum. This type of research is qualitative, using descriptive analysis methods and library study methods to dig up information. Curriculum is a set of things related to learning, starting with planning, implementation, and evaluation, and concerns the programs, facilities, and activities of an educational or training institution to realize its vision, mission, and institution. There are four goals of the curriculum: national education goals, institutional education goals, curricular goals, and learning goals.

Abstract

Character education is a fundamental aspect in forming a generation that is not only academically intelligent, but also moral and has a noble personality. Geography learning as part of social science has great potential in instilling social values ​​and character in students. This literature study aims to examine how Geography learning can be used as a vehicle to strengthen character education based on social values. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method on relevant articles, journals, and books in the period 2019-2024. The results of the analysis show that Geography learning based on social values ​​is able to shape students' characters such as social empathy, tolerance, environmental responsibility, nationalism, and mutual cooperation. This learning also encourages students to understand the social and geospatial realities around them, as well as foster awareness of global issues such as climate change and social inequality. By strengthening the affective aspect in Geography learning, teachers play a strategic role in shaping students' personalities. With an integrative and contextual approach, Geography learning is not only a transfer of knowledge, but also a process of internalizing the noble values ​​of nationality and humanity. Therefore, innovation and development of Geography learning models are needed that are able to integrate character education systematically and sustainably.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di SMANOR Palu menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam merancang dan melaksanakan proses pembelajaran yang bersifat kontekstual, fleksibel, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa yang memiliki peran ganda sebagai pelajar sekaligus atlet. Pengembangan modul ajar yang berlandaskan Kurikulum Merdeka harus mampu menghadirkan nilai-nilai Pancasila tidak sekadar sebagai konsep teori, melainkan juga dapat diinternalisasi dan diaplikasikan oleh siswa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, baik di sekolah, asrama, maupun di lingkungan olahraga. Modul ini disusun dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan diferensiatif yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai seperti disiplin, sportivitas, tanggung jawab, dan kolaborasi ke dalam pengalaman nyata siswa. Peran guru sangat vital dalam merancang metode pembelajaran yang adaptif terhadap jadwal latihan dan pola belajar siswa agar proses pembelajaran dapat berjalan secara efektif, bermakna, dan sesuai dengan prinsip pembelajaran merdeka. Selain itu, sangat penting memastikan bahwa metode dan bahan ajar yang digunakan mampu menggabungkan nilai-nilai Pancasila secara reflektif dan partisipatif sehingga dapat membentuk karakter kebangsaan dan memperkuat identitas siswa sebagai generasi Pancasila yang berintegritas dan bertanggung jawab. Penggunaan bahan ajar yang relevan, kontekstual, dan reflektif menjadi faktor kunci dalam membangun karakter kebangsaan dan memperkokoh jati diri siswa sebagai generasi muda yang berjiwa Pancasila, sejalan dengan visi SMANOR Palu.

Abstract

SMA Labschool Untad Palu merupakan lembaga pendidikan menengah yang berkomitmen terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan penguatan karakter siswa.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus untuk menggali secara mendalam bagaimana motivasi belajar, lingkungan belajar, dan peran guru memengaruhi prestasi akademik siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap siswa kelas X hingga XII pada periode 2022–2024. Beriman Kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa Dan Berakhlak Mulia, di SMA Labschool nilai ini di implementasikan melalui kegiatan sederhana namun bermaknah setiap awal pembelajaran, guru membibing siswa untuk berdoa bersama sebelum melakukan pembelajaran. Berkebinekan Global, Sekolah aktif mendorong pemahaman dan penghargan terhadap perbedaan budaya, suku, agama, dan latar belakang sosial. Bergotong Royong, nilai gotong royong melakukan kerja bakti secara bersama di lingkungan sekolah. Mandiri, siswa di ajak untuk mengembangkan daya juang dan sikap tidak bergantung kepada orang lain. Bernalar Kritis, guru mendorong siswa untuk berpikir logis, menyaring informasi, dan tidak mudah terpengaruh oleh opini yang tidak berdasar. Kreatif, karya yang di hasilkan beragam melalui dari poster, puisi, derama pendek, hingga video kreatif.
