Abstract

AbstrakDalam beberapa tahun terakhir, Jumlah coffee shop yang ada di Indonesia meningkat hampir tiga kali lipat dibandingkan pada tahun 2016. Sehingga hal ini mengakibatkan persaingan coffee shop yang sangat ketat. Dalam laporan ini kelompok penulis ingin meneliti tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tentang loyalitas pelanggan diAmati coffee shop. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni Service Quality, Price, dan Brand Image sebagai variabel independen, dan Customer Loyalty sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form sebanyak 360 responden. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada masyarakat yang berdomisili di Kota Batam yang pernah mengunjungi dan membeli makanan atau minuman dari Amati coffee shop. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS Statistic versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Service Quality, Brand Image memiliki hubungan positif signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty. Sedangkan Price tidak signifikan terhadap Customer Loyalty.Kata Kunci: Price, Service quality, Brand image, Customer loyalty, Coffee shop

Abstract

AbstrakDalam beberapa tahun terakhir, perkembangan bisnis industri kedai kopi cukup baik. Hal ini mendorong banyak pengusaha untuk memulai atau membuat bisnis baru atau memperluas yang sudah ada, sementara persaingan antar kedai kopi sangat ketat. Dalam laporan ini kami menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan di Rubeka. Penulis menggunakan beberapa variabel dalam pengujian ini, variabel independen yakni Service Quality, Product Quality, Physical Environment dan Trust, variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah Customer Satisfaction. Teknik yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah dengan cara membagikan kuesioner dan terkumpul sebanyak 214 responden. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini akan berada diperoleh dalam 1 wilayah. Peneliti akan membagi kuesioner kepada masyarakat yang berdomisili di kota Batam yang pernah mengunjungi atau yang pernah mencoba produk dari cafe Rubeka yang berada di kota Batam. Penelitian ini menguji menggunakan alat analisis SPSS Statistics 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa product quality, service quality dan physical environment memiliki hubungan positif signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction. Sedangkan trust tidak signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction.Kata Kunci : Service Quality, Product Quality, Coffee ShopAbstractIn recent years, the business development of the coffee shop industry has been quite good. This encourages many entrepreneurs to start or create new businesses or expand existing ones, while competition between coffee shops is fierce. In this report we investigate the factors that influence customer satisfaction at Rubeka. The author uses several variables in this test, the independent variables are Service Quality, Product Quality, Physical Environment and Trust, the dependent variable used is Customer Satisfaction. The technique used for this research is by distributing questionnaires and collecting as many as 214 respondents. Data collection in this study will be obtained in 1 area. Researchers will distribute questionnaires to people who live in Batam city who have visited or who have tried products from Rubeka cafe in Batam city. This study was tested using the SPSS Statistics 26 analysis tool. The results showed that product quality, service quality and physical environment had a significant positive relationship to customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, trust is not significant to customer satisfaction.Keywords :  Service Quality, Product Quality, Coffee Shop

Abstract

Social commerce is a concept that combines elements of electronic commerce with social activities that occur on social media platforms. This involves the use of social media to facilitate trading activities, from product promotion, interaction between users, to the purchasing process stage that can be done directly on the platform. This study aims to analyze in depth how Social Media Marketing Activities (SMMA) influence Brand Loyalty (BL) by considering the mediation role of Brand Awareness (BA), Brand Trust (BT), and Brand Image (BI). In the process, this study found that each variable analyzed had a significant impact on other variables. However, there is a variable relationship between Social Media Marketing Activities and Brand Loyalty with Brand Awareness mediation stating insignificant results. This is because there are social media activities that are less relevant, uninteresting, and not in accordance with the preferences of target consumers, so they fail to build strong brand loyalty. To support this analysis, data were collected from 322 respondents over a period of approximately four months. The data obtained were then analyzed using the concept structural equivalence modeling program (PLS-SEM), which allows researchers to examine the complex relationships between the various variables in this research model.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of influencer credibility on consumer behavior, particularly in the context of the urge to make impulsive purchases. The subjects of this study are individuals who have made unplanned purchases through online shops. The outer model measurement and hypothesis testing (direct and indirect) were conducted on a data sample of individuals who made unplanned online purchases, using the statistical tool SEM-PLS. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed online via Google Forms, utilizing non-probability sampling techniques and the purposive sampling method, with a total sample size of 310 respondents. The study found several hypotheses indicating negative and insignificant effects, including the hypothesis of influencer credibility on attitude, the hypothesis of perceived usefulness on attitude, the hypothesis of influencer credibility on the urge to buy impulsively mediated by attitude, and the hypothesis of perceived usefulness on the urge to buy impulsively mediated by attitude. However, other hypothesis tests showed significant results. This research provides deep insights into how these variables can be used in marketing strategies to drive impulsive purchases and highlights the importance of understanding the psychological dynamics behind consumer behavior in the context of social media.

Abstract

Currently, the banking world is experiencing very tight developments due to competitive rivalry between one bank and another. This research aims to analyze the influence of promotions, brand image, service quality, trust, and CRM on customer loyalty, which is mediated by customer satisfaction in the banking sector. This research has a population derived from the population of Batam City in 2020, namely 1,196,396 people. Based on the 1:10 method, a sample of 350 respondents was obtained. This research also uses quantitative methods using descriptive statistics with the results of promotions, brand image, service quality, trust, and customer relationship management, significantly influencing customer loyalty and customer satisfaction in the banking sector.

Abstract

The study aims to examine the impact of service quality, reputation, customer trust, price perception, satisfaction, switching costs, and commitment on the repurchase intentions of digital banking app users. The research targets digital banking app users who remain uncertain about trust, reputation, and satisfaction. The findings indicate that service quality, reputation, and customer trust significantly affect customer satisfaction, while price perception has no significant impact due to the minimal cost differences among digital banking services. Service quality, reputation, and trust indirectly influence repurchase intentions through satisfaction as a mediating variable. Switching costs were found to moderate the relationship between satisfaction and repurchase intentions, while commitment does not. This suggests that customer satisfaction directly affects repurchase intentions without the need for commitment as a moderating variable.

Abstract

Milenial suka menyajikan minuman dengan rasa berbeda dan bahan serupa lainnya untuk membuatnya menyenangkan. Tidak bisa dipungkiri banyak sekali boba drinker di Batam yang hampir semuanya menyukai salah satu brand boba drink ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Repurchase Intention terhadap minuman Boba King di Kota Batam. Dalam penelitian ini, data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner terhadap sampel pelanggan Boba King yang telah mengunjungi outlet-outlet mereka di Kota Batam. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini disebut partial least squares (PLS) untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara variabel Repurchase Intention dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, seperti kualitas produk, seles promotion, dan brand image. Selain itu, analisis juga dilakukan untuk memahami peran Customer Satisfaction sebagai mediator antara Repurchase Intention dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sales promotion, kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention melalui kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel mediasi. Sedangkan brand image memiliki pengaruh positif tidak significant terhadap repurchase intention melalui kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel mediasi. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Repurchase Intention, seperti kualitas produk, brand image, dan sales promotion serta memastikan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan yang tinggi untuk mendorong kunjungan berulang ke outlet Boba King di Kota Batam. Studi lanjutan dapat dilakukan untuk menggali faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi Repurchase Intention dalam konteks minuman Boba King atau wilayah geografis lainnya.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology today is influenced by several factors such as the use of internet technology, the development of smartphones, the emergence of various social media, the development of e-commerce, and the number of people who actively use the internet. This community service activity aims to find the right and effective marketing strategy to promote food products by paying attention to the development of digital marketing in Rumah Makan Sunda Kharisma, particularly through social media. In addition, a descriptive qualitative approach was used in this study, while the data collection was done through observation, in-depth interviews with owners, consumers and documentation. After several implementation of social media marketing in this Small Medium Enterprise, the results stated that promotions using social media such as Instagram (IG) and paid promotions can increase awareness and customer’s purchase intention. This can be seen from the enhancement of social engagement and increase in sales during the community service activities.ABSTRAKPesatnya perkembangan teknologi pada era digital saat ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti penggunaan teknologi internet, perkembangan smartphone, munculnya berbagai media sosial, berkembangnya e-commerce, dan banyaknya masyarakat yang aktif menggunakan internet. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menemukan strategi pemasaran yang tepat dan efektif guna mempromosikan produk makanan dengan memperhatikan perkembangan pemasaran digital pada Rumah Makan Sunda Kharisma, terutama pemasaran melalui media sosial. Selain itu, pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, sedangkan pengumpulan datanya dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik, konsumen, dan dokumentasi. Setelah beberapa implementasi pemasaran melalui media sosial, hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi menggunakan media sosial seperti Instagram, Facebook, dan promosi berbayar dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan minat beli pelanggan. Hal ini dapat dilihat melalui peningkatan komunikasi dengan pelanggan dan peningkatan penjualan selama kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of influencer interactivity, influencer authenticity, motivation to use, online consumer behavior, and brand trust on purchase intention among local skincare users in Batam, utilising the technology acceptance model (TAM) as its theoretical framework. Conducted as a quantitative study, data was gathered via an online questionnaire distributed to 310 respondents and analysed using PLS-SEM. The findings reveal influencer interactivity positively impacts influencer authenticity, motivation to use, and online consumer behavior. While influencer authenticity positively affects motivation to use, it does not directly impact online consumer behavior. Motivation to use positively affects both online consumer behavior and brand trust, with online consumer behavior positively influencing brand trust. Furthermore, brand trust significantly impacts purchase intention and is a mediating variable. These findings offer practical implications for local skincare companies, emphasising the importance of leveraging influencer marketing strategies and adopting a technology acceptance approach to enhance business performance and consumer engagement.JEL: L82, M31, M37.

Abstract

Abstract: City branding is one way to promote the image of a typical city through the physical form of the city, government policies, advertising, so that a city can be known with a unique identity that is only owned by the city in the world. This studyuses multiple stakeholders are local residents and business people in the city Batam. The results showed that the factors that affect the city branding as a residence cityof Batam are factor of business opportunity, social bonding and networking. The results showed that the factors affecting Batam city branding for doing bussiness for groups of businesses are factor of business opportunity, transportaion andnetworking.Keywords: City Branding, brand attitude, business opportunity, Cultural Activities, social bonding, transportation and networking.
