Abstract Hotspot analysis at PMS Substation 150 kV Rawadenok Depok using the thermovision method was initiated based on hotspot events on Contact Finger phase S and Disconnecting Switch phase S. This analysis uses the Thermovisi Flir 400 tool as a means of checking high current temperatures that occur in Contact Finger phase S and Disconnecting Switches. The function of this thermovision is to measure the value of the ratio of the energy radiated by an object to the energy radiated by a black body at the same temperature and wave. Then measure the accuracy of Thermovisi starting from the value when checking, testing emissivity values, precision test values, accuracy values and repairs at hotspot points. From the results of the calculation of thermovision accuracy at Bay Cimanggis 1 & 2, it can be concluded that the temperature of the clamps and conductors shows that the conditions are still good. Where the RSM value of 27 samples is 0.4751, and has a coefficient variation (CV) of 0.1% and is categorized as good with a reference of no more than 2%, and has an accuracy value of 97.51%. Prior to the improvement of the hotspot points on Contact Finger it reached 115 oC and the DS Line S phase reached 103 oC after the temperature improvement returned to normal with Contact Finger reaching 36oC and the DS Line S phase reaching 31.2 oC. Gula merah banyak diolah menjadi produk olahan campuran makanan seperti kue putu, onde-onde, serabi dan varian kuliner lainnya. Salah satu olahan dari gula merah tersebut adalah kue putu, yang mana gula merah sebagai bahan tambahnya. Berdasarkan survei yang telah dilakukan pada Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) Kue Putu HJ Bangka di daerah Pangkal Pinang, bahwa proses penggerusan dan pengadukan gula merah masih manual dan membutuhkan waktu proses yang lama. Untuk mengatasi masalah industri kecil tersebut, melalui program Ibm penulis membuat sebuah mesin yang dapat langsung melakukan proses penggerusan gula merah dan pengadukan gula merah dan gula pasir. Daya yang digunakan sangat cocok dengan listrik rumah tangga karena menggunakan motor DC yakni Motor Wiper dan motor AC yang dikombinasikan mempunyai daya yang cukup dengan menggunakan rangkaian relay, selain itu dengan terpisahnya putaran penggerus dan pengaduk dapat memudahkan operator dalam proses penggerusan secara kontinyu dan juga memudahkan operator dalam mengeluarkan hasil akhir dari proses penggerusan karena menggunakan dudukan lengan fleksibel. Mesin yang telah dibuat dapat memenuhi kebutuhan UKM Kue Putu dimana kapasitas produksi gula merah yang tadi 10 kg/jam menjadi 20 kg/jam. Selain itu hasil pengerusan dan pengadukan gula pasir dan gula merah lebih merata jika dibandingkan secara manual.

Estimation of Carbon Stock Stands using EVI and NDVI Vegetation Index in Production Forest of Lembah Seulawah Sub-District, Aceh Indonesia Jhon Pandapotan Situmorang; Sugianto Sugianto; Darusman .

This study aims to determine the distribution of the vegetation indexes to estimate the carbon stocks of forest stands in the Production Forest of Lembah Seulawah sub-district. Aceh Province, Indonesia. A non-destructive method using allometric equations and landscape scale method were applied, where in carbon stocks at the points of samples are correlated with the index values of each transformation of the vegetation indexes; EVI and NDVI. Results show that EVI values of study area from 0.05 to 0.90 and NDVI values from 0.17 to 0.85. The regression analysis between EVI with carbon stock value of sample locations equation is Y = 151.7X-39.76. with the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.83. From this calculation, the total carbon stocks in the Production Forest area of Lembah Seulawah sub-district using EVI is estimated 790.344.41 tonnes, and the average value of carbon stocks in average is 51.48 tons per hectare. Regression analysis between NDVI values at the research locations for the carbon stack measured samples is Y = 204.Xx-102.1 with coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.728. Total carbon stocks in production forest of Lembah Seulawah sub-district using NDVI is estimated 711.061.81 tones. and the average value of carbon stocks is 46.32 tons per hectare. From the above results it can be concluded that the vegetation indexes: EVI and NDVI are vegetation indexed that have a very close correlation with carbon stocks stands estimation. The correlation between EVI with carbon stock and the correlation between NDVI with carbon stock is not significantly different

The purpose of this activity is to foster the motivation of people in the region to actively participate indevelopment through opportunities and life experiences to socialize with communities of different regions, so as tofoster a spirit of tolerance with a deep understanding of the values and diversity of Indonesian culture. The targetsand outcomes expected from this program are (1) able to work together in formulating their potential through theapplication of science and technology, (2) being able to design work programs and apply them responsibly, (3)being able to manage changes in themselves and the environment, communicate and motivate groups andcommunities, and (4) have strong, honest, caring and respectful personalities. The method of implementingNationalism KKN activities is carried out in the form of socialization / counseling and trainings involving thegovernment and the community directly. The results achieved from this activity are the village literacy movement,planting the importance of hand washing for health improvement especially for elementary school students, thegrowing creativity of mothers in utilizing their potential in making products that have economic value, andpreserving dance culture traditional.

The post-covid-19 pandemic era and the use of digitalization in the industrial era 4.0 forced Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to immediately rise up, pursuing adjustments to today's business. Strong business construction is characterized by high competitiveness. The development of the Nusantara Capital City (IKN) has become a trigger for the birth of awareness among MSME players to seize market opportunities in the Penajam Paser Utara (PPU) region. The fear of losing competition among business actors from outside the region is one of the important triggering factors. Anxiety, not knowing which way to compete with other MSME actors, so that the presence of the FGD is the initial stage for MSME actors to look for a pattern of solutions to plan their business to strengthen competitiveness. Implementation of Community Service (PkM) takes the theme of FGDs for MSME actors at PPU, preceded by requests for creative economic communities, supporting universities and PPU district governments and the business world, as well as preparation of FGD materials such as (1) identifying problems with MSME actors, and (2) strategy the concept of accelerating adaptation along with the development of IKN. Exposure of the material as the direction of the FGD. The presentation of the resource person was assisted by a moderator and responder from the Head of the Trade, Cooperative and MSME Office. The results of PkM show that MSME actors need professional guidance and assistance from universities. The conclusions from this PkM activity include: (1) identifying problems requiring provision, knowledge, and skills in analyzing MSME management, (2) a comprehensive understanding of business management as a provision for managing its distinctive products, and (3) speed of adaptation starting from business planning and Feasibility Studies Business (SKB).

Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui fenomen enyusun melaksanakan magang di PT Bank Sumut KCP Syariah HM Joni, penyusun menemukan fakta bahwa prestasi dari perolehan Dana Pihak Ketiga yang terdiri dari Giro, Tabungan dan Deposito sangat baik. Adapun metode penelitiannya yakni kantitatif. Hasil penelitiannya yakni Secara keseluruhan, funding sales officer sangat penting untuk kesuksesan bank. Mereka memainkan peran kritis dalam mengelola deposito bank, menghasilkan pendapatan, membangun hubungan pelanggan, dan memantau tren pasar. Tanpa funding sales officer, bank akan kesulitan menarik pelanggan baru dan menghasilkan pendapatan yang diperlukan untuk operasi mereka.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat produktivitas serta memberikan usulan perbaikan dan peningkatan di PT. Sarana Lalulintas Indonesia. Dengan mengukur produktivitas juga dapat mengetahui Mashlahah maksimum di dalam perushaan dengan memasukkan berkah sebagai input produksi, sebab berkah mempunyai pengaruh yang nyata dalam membentuk nilai output. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Laporan Produksi PT. Sarana Laulintas Indonesia dari periode Januari sampai periode Desember Tahun 2020. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumen dan teknik analisis data menggunakan metode Marvin E. Mundel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas total indeks produktivitas tertinggi pada periode Februari yaitu sebesar 119% dan terendah pada periode April yaitu 74,93%. Dari beberapa faktor yang telah diteliti oleh peneliti bahwa PT. Sarana Lalulintas Indonesia masih belum menginternasilasasikan Mashlahah yang maksimum. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran produktivitas, peningkatan produktivitas dapat dilakukan dengan cara perbaikan masing-masing input diantaranya meningkatkan pemeliharaan dan perawatan terhadap mesin, meningkatkan kontrol terhadap material yang dikirim oleh supplier, dan melakukan pengawasan terhadap karyawan.

This study attempts to: ( 1 ) To know change rice fields and area utilization based on spatial in Krueng Barona Jaya district regency of Aceh Besar, ( 2 ) To know how the use of rice fields with the existing spatial in Krueng Barona Jaya district regency of Aceh Besar , ( 3 ) To find the factors that effecting amendment rice fields into land non farming based on spatial in Krueng Barona Jaya district regency of Aceh Besar. Study was conducted from may 2015 to May 2016 in Krueng Barona Jaya district regency of Aceh Besar and in the Laboratory Sensing Far and Cartography Faculty Agriculture Syiah Kuala University. Methods used in research is method of surveying descriptive. The result showed that any change over the function rice fields of 112,23 ha (16,11 %) change over the function the land, rice fields changing function settlement to land at 93,97 ha (13,49 %), and rice fields changed their function to of farmland dry equal to 18,26 ha (2,62 %). The results of the study also found land use there are no resemblance to 2013-2032 master of 1,14 ha a month 0,16 %. In general factors affect over the function of rice fields in Krueng Barona Jaya district their needs, demand for high land, land conditions, the urge to the conversion and the distances to the city center and near to the sub district.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh umur perusahaan, DER dan NOM terhadap pengungkapan Islamic Social Reporting pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data umur perusahaan, DER dan NOM Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia tahun 2016-2020. Teknik sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling dan diperoleh 11 Bank Umum Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan 55 sampel yang diolah dengan analisis data panel dengan menggunakan aplikasi eviews12. Secara parsial hasil penelitian menunjukkan umur perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan Islamic Social Reporting dengan nilai probabilitas 0,0000 < 0,05. DER berpengaruh negatif terhadap pengungkapan Islamic Social Reporting dengan nilai probabilitas 0,0056 < 0,05. NOM tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan Islamic Social Reporting dengan nilai probabilitas 0,3086 > 0,05. Secara simultan seluruh variabel independen (umur perusahaan, DER, NOM) dalam penelitian ini memiliki pengaruh terhadap pengungkapan Islamic Social Reporting dengan nilai probabilitas 0,000000. Koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar 0,735 dapat diartikan 73,5 % pengungkapan Islamic Social Reporting pada Bank Umum Syariah dipengaruhi oleh umur perusahaan, DER dan NOM. Sedangkan 26,5 % dipengaruhi variabel lain diluar penelitian.
