ABSTRACT Prenatal exercise is an effective and safe way to control weight gain in pregnant women, and has additional benefits such as reducing back pain and improving general health. In addition to reducing weight, prenatal exercise can also affect blood sugar levels in pregnant women. Research shows that prenatal exercise can control blood sugar levels, which is important for maternal and fetal health. This study aims to determine the difference in the effectiveness of prenatal exercise on weight gain in pregnant women with gestational diabetes and pregnant women without gestational diabetes at the Mandalawangi Health Center and Cibitung Health Center. This research method uses a descriptive-analytical research design using a cross-sectional approach, meaning that the subject is only observed once. Measurement of subject variables is carried out during the study. This research method is quantitative research with Pre Experiment research and a one group pretest-posttest research design. The number of samples in this study was 60 respondents with a sampling technique using the total sampling method following the inclusion criteria. The normality test used Shapiro Wilk, and data analysis was carried out with bivariate analysis using the Paired T-Test. The results of the research hypothesis testing obtained a p-value <0.05, which means that there is an effect of pregnancy exercise on weight gain in pregnant women with gestational diabetes and pregnant women without gestational diabetes. Pregnant women should do physical exercise such as pregnancy exercise as an effective and safe way to control weight gain during pregnancy, as well as reduce the risk of pregnancy and postpartum complications. Keywords: Pregnancy, Gestational Diabetes, Pregnancy Exercise, West Body  ABSTRAK Senam hamil merupakan cara yang efektif dan aman untuk mengontrol kenaikan berat badan ibu hamil, serta memiliki manfaat tambahan seperti mengurangi nyeri punggung dan meningkatkan kesehatan umum. Selain mengurangi berat badan, senam hamil juga dapat mempengaruhi kadar gula darah ibu hamil. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa senam hamil dapat mengontrol kadar gula darah, yang penting untuk kesehatan ibu dan janin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan efektifitas senam hamil terhadap peningkatan berat badan ibu hamil diabetes gestasional dan ibu hamil tanpa diabetes gestasional di Puskesmas Mandalawangi dan Puskesmas Cibitung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif-analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional, artinya subjek hanya diamati satu kali. Pengukuran variabel subjek dilakukan pada saat penelitian. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan penelitian Pre Experiment serta rancangan penelitian one group pretest-posttest.Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini terdapat 60 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling mengikuti kriteia inklusi. Uji normalitas menggunakan Shapiro Wilk, dan analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis bivariat menggunakan Paired T-Test. Hasil pengujian hipotesis penelitian diperoleh nilai p-value < 0,05 yang berarti ada pengaruh senam hamil terhadap peningkatan berat badan ibu hamil diabetes gestasional dan ibu hamil tanpa diabetes gestasional. Sebaiknya ibu hamil melakukan olagraga fisik seperti senam hamil merupakan cara efektif dan aman untuk mengontrol kenaikan berat badan selama kehamilan, serta mengurangi risiko komplikasi kehamilan dan postpartum. Kata Kunci: Kehamilan, Diabetes Gestasional, Senam Hamil, Barat Badan
