Abstract

This community service initiative aims to unlock the maximum potential of Jatirejo Village as an educational tourism destination through comprehensive community empowerment. The main challenges include low awareness of local tourism, lack of guiding skills, and lack of expertise in creating attractive educational tour packages. A multifaceted approach was applied to address this issue. Activities carried out include tourism awareness outreach, tour guide training, and training in preparing attractive tourism packages. Total of 54 partners were involved in this activity, consisting of tourism village administrators and the community. The impact of this program is expected to be very large, namely increasing public awareness, improving driving skills, and developing attractive educational tour packages. It is hoped that the results of this activity can contribute to improving the welfare of local communities and the progress of the local tourism sector more broadly. The success of this activity will create a conducive environment for economic growth and encourage sustainable development in Jatirejo Village as a growing educational tourism destination.

Abstract

Reading interest is a strong motivation and active effort by individuals to engage in reading activities. This study aims to analyze the reading interest of grade III students at SDN Bugangan 01 through picture storybooks. The research employed is qualitative. The subjects of this study were grade 6 students, totaling 18 children. The primary data sources for this study were interviews and direct observations. The data collection methods included observations through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique involved data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that the reading interest of grade 6 students is good. This conclusion is supported by the following indicators: the pleasure experienced when reading a good book, the strong need to read books, the interest in quality books, and the desire to read good books

Abstract

Digital literacy itself is a person's ability to manage, access, communicate and utilize electronic devices in an effort to obtain information. This research aims to analyze the digital literacy skills of grade 6 students at SDN Bugangan 01 through the assignment of making food menu posters using the Canva application. This research was conducted in July 2024. The method used by researchers is a descriptive qualitative method by describing the analysis that has been carried out. The data source involved grade 6 teachers and grade 6 students at SDN Bugangan 01, totaling 26 students. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the observations that have been made, it can be concluded that the digital literacy skills of class 6 students at SDN Bugangan 01 through the assignment of food menu posters via the Canva application are good. Students can manage the Canva application well starting from entering the Canva application, being able to utilize the features on the Canva menu such as templates, fonts and other features in designing posters, downloading poster files to exiting the Canva application. Students also showed good results in the food menu poster assignment with an attractive design in accordance with students' creativity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaturan praktik terbaik (best practice executie) terhadap depositor yang melakukan wanprestasi melalui mekanisme eksekusi garansi kebendaan dengan objek garansi fidusia, serta menganalisis akibat hukum dari Putusan Hakim KonstitusiNomor 18/puu-XVII/2019 jucto Putusan Hakim KonstitusiNomor 2/PUU-XIX/2021 mengenai perumusan klausula dalam perjanjian fidusia, eksekusi garansi fidusia, dan penentuan wanprestasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian hukum normatif, yang berarti bahwa ia berkonsentrasi pada pengumpulan dan analisis hukum positif. Ini mencakup asas-asas hukum, peraturan perundang-undangan, putusan pengadilan, doktrin, dan teori hukum yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaturan best practice executie terhadap depositor wanprestasi melalui eksekusi garansi fidusia mengalami perbedaan pengaturan antara sebelum dan sesudah keputusan Mahkamah Konstitusi. Pelaksanaan eksekusi garansi sebelum Putusan Hakim KonstitusiNomor 18/PUU-XVII/2019 juncto Putusan Hakim KonstitusiNomor 2/PUU-XIX/2021 fidusia didasarkan pada Pasal 29 Undang-Undang Garansi Fidusia (UUJF), yang memperbolehkan eksekusi dilakukan melalui tiga cara, yaitu: (1) eksekusi berdasarkan titel eksekutorial, (2) parate executie melalui penawaran publik, dan (3) pembelian di bawah tangan. Namun, setelah Putusan Hakim KonstitusiNomor 18/PUU-XVII/2019, eksekusi garansi fidusia mengalami perubahan besar. Proses eksekusi harus dilakukan melalui permohonan ke Pengadilan Negeri jika depositor menolak atau tidak bersedia menyerahkan garansi secara sukarela. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan Putusan Hakim KonstitusiNomor 2/PUU-XIX/2021, pelaksanaan eksekusi garansi fidusia melalui Pengadilan Negeri oleh kreditur sebagaimana diatur dalam Putusan MK sebelumnya bersifat alternatif, bukan keharusan mutlak. Implikasi hukum dari kedua putusan tersebut menimbulkan pergeseran terhadap norma hukum yang berlaku, khususnya terkait: (1) mekanisme penentuan wanprestasi yang kini harus didasarkan pada kesepakatan antara kreditur dan depositor atau melalui putusan/penetapan lembaga peradilan; (2) perubahan prosedur dan hakikat parate executie sebagai hak istimewa kreditur yang sebelumnya menjadi ciri khas garansi kebendaan dengan asas kemudahan dan kepastian eksekusi; serta (3) perlunya penyesuaian terhadap perumusan klausula dalam perjanjian fidusia agar sesuai dengan prinsip dan arah hukum baru pasca putusan Hakim Konstitusitersebut.

Abstract

This community service program was designed to strengthen the capacity of residents in Cepoko Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang City, to manage agricultural resources as part of a village-based tourism initiative. The program employed a participatory mentoring approach, combining training in village tourism management with hands-on simulation of agricultural tourism practices. A total of 32 participants, including farmers, small business owners, and tourism village administrators, actively engaged in the activities. The outcomes revealed a notable enhancement in participants’ understanding of village tourism concepts, strategies for leveraging agricultural potential as tourist attractions, and digital marketing techniques to promote such offerings. The average knowledge score improved substantially, rising from 3.2 to 4.4 on a five-point scale. In addition, the community collaboratively developed an educational agricultural tourism package, reflecting their ability to apply newly acquired skills in practical planning. This activity illustrates that structured capacity-building programs, combining theoretical training with technical mentoring, can empower communities to manage local resources more independently, improve their tourism management capabilities, and support the long-term sustainability of village-based tourism initiatives.

Abstract

The Dasawisma (Dawis) “Tulip” Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) Group of RT 13 RW 05 Sukorejo Village need a featured product that can be developed into a pioneering Micro Small Medium Enterprise (MSME/ UMKM). Ecoprint has the potential to be a featured product because the materials are available around the Dawis environment, such as Yellow trumpet tree (tabebuya), Jamaica cherry (kersen), Mahogany, Tropical almond (ketapang), and Cosmos (kenikir). The leaves and bark of these plants can be used as ecoprint materials and natural dyes. On this basis, two solutions are offered: 1) increasing the knowledge of the Dawis members in developing eco-friendly ecoprint, 2) increasing the skills of the Dawis members in making ecoprint as a pioneer to create a business unit. These can be achieved through the introduction of eco-friendly ecoprint, increasing the capacity of skills through training and mentoring, as well as monitoring and evaluation of ecoprint products as a pioneering business unit. The results of community service show that: 1) increased knowledge of Dasawisma group members about ecoprint, 2) an increase in ecoprint-making skills of Dasawisma Tulip members, 3) produced hijab, pashmina, and clutch products. The outputs achieved are 1) news in electronic mass media, 2) copyright on ecoprint making procedures, 3) publication of activity videos, and 5) journal publications that are in the process of being submitted. This community service activity is in line with SDGs 4 (Quality Education) and SDGs 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure).

Abstract

The birth of a child with special needs introduces a myriad of challenges, triggering complex psychological dynamics in parents that significantly influence their anxieties about the child's future. This research aims to delve into this intricate phenomenon by examining the role of parental acceptance as a mediator in the impact of Islamic religiosity on future anxiety among parents of children with special needs. The study involved 115 parents (46 fathers and 69 mothers) of children with special needs at SLBN Tasikmalaya, selected through purposive sampling. Data collection was executed through the administration of research questionnaires. The analytical framework employed path analysis, an integrated method amalgamating regression analysis and mediation analysis, facilitated by the use of SPSS application version 25. The calculated results revealed that Islamic religiosity exerts an indirect effect, assuaging future anxiety through the mediating influence of parental acceptance. These findings underscore the significant role of parental acceptance in mediating the impact of Islamic religiosity and its potential to contribute to the reduction of future anxiety. Consequently, the study advocates for the implementation of targeted programs aimed at promoting Islamic religiosity and fostering parental acceptance, providing a strategic avenue to mitigate the enduring impacts of future anxiety within this demographic.

Abstract

Online slot gambling is a massive case, especially in Indonesia. In this context, individuals tend to develop repetitive habits in using the internet, which can lead to increased frequency of use and potentially trigger addictive behavior. Therefore, the rise of addiction cases in gambling behavior ultimately led to a sensation-seeking behavior in playing gambling. The purpose of this study is to determine sensation seeking behavior in online slot gambling players. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, specifically a holistic single case study conducted by 5 primary and 3 secondary participants. Semi-structured interviews and observations were used as data collection techniques. The data analysis technique uses thematic analysis using NVivo 14 Plus software. The results of this study are that the research participants showed this tendency through the statement that playing online slot gambling provides fun, curiosity, and adrenaline that spurs them to continue to seek these sensations. This research highlights that thrill, adventure-seeking, and disinhibition in online slot gambling players are the most significant aspects in the sensation-seeking behavior of gambling players. It also found components namely moral disengagement, pleasure and gratification, and risk-taking behavior. This research highlights the formation of sensation-seeking behavior in online slot gambling players, as well as its implications for online gambling behavior. This research is expected to be a reference for overcoming online gambling addiction and the dynamics of sensation-seeking in addictive behavior.

Abstract

This study examines the legal construction of contested divorce within Indonesia's Religious Court system through the analytical lenses of feminist legal theory and legal pluralism. It argues that contested divorce represents the institutional adaptation of Islamic family law within the national legal system and has significant implications for women's legal rights and access to justice. Employing an empirical legal research approach, the study integrates the analysis of legal norms with the realities of judicial practice in the Religious Courts of Southeast Sulawesi. The research draws upon feminist legal theory and legal pluralism as its principal theoretical frameworks. Data were collected through document analysis and semi-structured interviews. Documentary sources included Religious Court divorce statistics, statutory regulations, judicial decisions, scholarly books, and peer-reviewed journal articles, while interviews were conducted with Religious Court judges and legal scholars from universities in Southeast Sulawesi. The findings demonstrate that the increasing prevalence of contested divorce reflects women's growing legal consciousness and their willingness to assert their rights through formal judicial mechanisms.  Women increasingly utilize legal institutions to challenge unequal or harmful marriages, indicating that the Religious Court system has become a more accessible avenue for seeking justice. Contested divorce may be understood as a positive indicator of expanding access to justice. From the perspective of Islamic law, the institutionalization of contested divorce represents a process of normative adaptation through which the Religious Courts have reinterpreted classical Islamic legal principles in light of contemporary demands for justice, legal protection, and gender equality. Viewed through the framework of legal pluralism, the study further finds that contested divorce emerges from the interaction among state law, Islamic law, and customary (adat) law.

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                                                     Sebagian wanita yang bekerja selain bekerja dan mengurus rumah tangga juga banyak wanita yang aktif di kegiatan organisasi. Salah satu organisasi keagamaan yang beranggotakan wanita adalah ‘Aisyiyah. Hal ini sering kali menimbulkan konflik peran ganda. Konflik peran ganda yang terjadi pada wanita dapat menimbulkan suatu masalah, diantaranya adalah masalah komunikasi, hubungan pribadi, dan masalah lainnya. Menghadapi konflik yang dialami setiap manusia memiliki cara atau strategi sendiri dalam mengatasi konflik. Namun pemahaman wanita dalam mengelola konflik peran peran ganda masih perlu ditingkatkan. Tujuan kegiatan yang akan dilakukan adalah mengimplementasikan sistem manajemen konflik peran ganda pada anggota PCA Purwokerto Utara agar mampu mengelola konflik, yang diawali dengan identifikasi konflik, mengenal gaya manajemen konflik yang digunakan sehingga memudahkan anggota PCA dalam menyelesaikan konflik yang dialami. Sebanyak 52 Pimpinan Cabang Aisyiyah Purwokerto Utara ditargetkan berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu ceramah, pre-test post-test, dan pelatihan, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan aktivitas mandiri. Keberhasilan dari kegiatan ini dapat diketahui dari meningkatnya pengetahuan peserta tentang konflik peran ganda yang ditunjukkan dari hasil pre-test (M = 4,0) dan post-test (M = 5,39). Hasil pelatihan juga menggambarkan gaya manajemen konflik Pimpinan Cabang ‘Aisyiyah Purwokerto Utara yang menjadi peserta dalam pelatihan ini, cenderung menggunakan strategi win-win solution seperti kompromi dan kolaborasiKata kunci: Konflik; peran ganda; Gaya Manajemen konflik; Pimpinan Cabang ‘Aisyiyah. ABSTRACTSome women work in addition to working and taking care of the household, and many are also active in organizational activities. One religious organization with female members is 'Aisyiyah. This often gives rise to dual role conflict. Dual role conflict that occurs among women can cause problems, including communication, personal relationships, and other issues. Facing conflict, each person has their own methods or strategies for resolving it. However, women's understanding of managing dual role conflict still needs to be improved. The objective of this activity is to implement a dual role conflict management system for PCA Purwokerto Utara members so they can manage conflict effectively. This begins with conflict identification and understanding of conflict management styles used, thus facilitating PCA members' resolution. A total of 20 Aisyiyah Branch Leaders in Purwokerto Utara are targeted to participate in this activity. The methods used in this activity include lectures, pre-tests, post-tests, training, discussions, questions and answers, and independent activities. The training results illustrate that the conflict management style of the North Purwokerto 'Aisyiyah Branch Leadership who participated in this training tends to utilize win-win solution strategies such as compromise and collaboration.Keywords: Conflict; dual roles; conflict management style; Branch Leader of 'Aisyiyah.
