Abstract

Sistem Manajemen Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Kendaraan Ringan merupakan sebuah platform yang dirancang untuk mengelola, mengukur, dan meningkatkan kompetensi individu di bidang teknik kendaraan ringan. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah proses identifikasi kebutuhan pelatihan, penilaian kompetensi, serta pemetaan kemampuan sesuai standar industri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan peneliti sebagai instrumen kunci dan data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, serta studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang mencakup tahap pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian, serta penarikan kesimpulan, dengan keabsahan data dijaga melalui triangulasi metode dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data kompetensi, mempercepat proses penilaian, dan memberikan rekomendasi pelatihan yang relevan. Dengan demikian, sistem ini menjadi solusi strategis untuk mendukung pengembangan sumber daya manusia di bidang teknik kendaraan ringan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Widiyanti. Relations Student Knowledge About Makeup Theory Makeup Colors Of The Stage, experimental studies at State University of Jakarta. Department of Family Welfare Program Makeup, Thesis. London: Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta. , 2009. The research was conducted in Makeup Studies Program, Department of Family Welfare, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta. This research method is an experimental method with the correlational approach. The study population is students who have taken the basic subjects of art and design and special makeup with a sample of 10 people taken by simple random technique. Data for the variable X (the knowledge of color theory) is obtained by distributing questionnaires in the form of multiple choice tests. While the Y variable data (stage makeup results) obtained by the method of evaluation by expert lecturers. On the validity of the test item variable X is declared valid as many as 25 points and otherwise drop as much as 5 grains instruments. The test results obtained Fhitung linearity (1.01) <Ftabel (6.39), then the two variables can be said to be linear. Testing research hypotheses with the product moment formula rxy yields of 0.629. Significance test of correlation coefficients obtained with the t-test tcount (2.29)> t table (1.86), then there is a relationship between variables X and Y. Results of the study is that there is a positive relationship between knowledge of cosmetology students of color theory to the results of stage makeup. Coefficient of determination of test results 39.61%. It shows how much variance the stage makeup influenced knowledge of color theory. Hubungan Pengetahuan Mahasiswa Tata Rias Tentang Teori Warna Terhadap Hasil Tata Rias Panggung, studi eksperimen di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Jurusan Ilmu Kesejahteraan Keluarga Program Studi Tata Rias, Skripsi. Jakarta: Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2009. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Program Studi Tata Rias, Jurusan Ilmu Kesejahteraan Keluarga, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang telah mengambil mata kuliah dasar seni dan desain dan tata rias wajah khusus dengan sampel berjumlah 10 orang yang diambil secara teknik acak sederhana. Data untuk variabel X (pengetahuan tentang teori warna) ini didapat dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner yang berupa tes pilihan ganda. Sedangkan data variabel Y (hasil tata rias wajah panggung) didapat dengan cara penilaian oleh dosen ahli. Pada uji validitas butir variabel X yang dinyatakan valid sebanyak 25 butir dan dinyatakan drop sebanyak 5 butir instrumen. Hasil pengujian linieritas diperoleh Fhitung (1,01) < Ftabel (6,39), maka kedua variabel dapat dikatakan bersifat linier. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian dengan rumus product moment menghasil rxy sebesar 0,629. Uji signifikansi koefisien korelasi dengan uji-t diperoleh thitung(2,29) > ttabel (1,86), maka terdapat hubungan antara variabel X dan Y. Hasil penelitian adalah terdapat hubungan positif anatara pengetahuan mahasiswa tata rias tentang teori warna terhadap hasil tata rias wajah panggung. Uji koefisien determinasi memperoleh hasil 39,61%. Ini menunjukkan seberapa besar variansi hasil tata rias wajah panggung dipengaruhi pengetahuan tentang teori warna. Abstract

This community engagement program was implemented to enhance the digital literacy of elementary school teachers at SDN Wonosari 2, Pagu Subdistrict, Kediri Regency through training on Canva for Education and Gemini AI. The program addressed critical issues such as low digital literacy, limited use of digital learning media, and the absence of a digital mindset among teachers. The implementation included hands-on training over two days and intensive mentoring for two weeks, accompanied by pre- and post-tests, product observations, and satisfaction questionnaires. The results demonstrated significant improvements in teachers’ technical skills, a more open attitude toward technology integration, and the formation of internal digital collaboration groups. This program proved to be relevant and practical in bridging the digital literacy gap among elementary teachers and has strong potential to be replicated as a sustainable community service model for other primary schools facing similar challenges.

Abstract

Many students do not demonstrate optimal mastery because EFI mate-rial is considered complex and abstract, while conventional learning using engine stands has limited accessibility outside school hours. This innovation is designed to create an immersive learning experience fo-cused on reinforcing foundational knowledge regarding the identifica-tion of components, functions, and the operational flow of the EFI sys-tem. The study employs a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design of the Non-equivalent Control Group Design type. The research sample consisted of 80 students in the 11th grade of Light Vehicle Engineering, divided into an experimental group and a control group. Data were collected through pre-tests and post-tests, then ana-lysed using ANOVA with a significance level of α=0.05. The results of the study indicate that the use of AREFI media has a significant posi-tive impact on student learning outcomes. There was an increase in the average score from 44.73 in the pre-test to 70.92 in the post-test. The ANOVA test results showed an F value of 90.217 with a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05), proving that the difference in learning out-comes between the two groups was caused by the use of the AREFI media. Therefore, it can be concluded that the AREFI learning media has proven to be effective as an innovative solution for visualizing abstract EFI concepts, enhancing interaction, and facilitating deep un-derstanding among vocational high school students.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to examine the influence of self-regulated learning on academic boredom among students at SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Boarding School Tanggulangin. Method: Utilizing a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis, data were collected from 105 male and female students using two instruments: the Self-Regulated Learning Scale adapted from the Short Self Regulation Questionnaire (SSRQ) by Carey, Neal, and Collins (2004), and the Academic Boredom Scale adapted from The Academic Boredom Survey Instrument (ABSI) developed by Sharp et al. Results: The analysis revealed that self-regulated learning has a significant effect on academic boredom, with an R Square value of 0.164, indicating that 16.4% of the variance in academic boredom can be explained by students' self-regulated learning. The remaining 83.6% is influenced by other factors. Novelty: This study contributes to the limited research on the psychological dynamics of boredom in boarding school environments by highlighting the role of self-regulatory strategies in mitigating academic disengagement, offering insights for educators to develop interventions that foster student autonomy and engagement in structured learning settings.
