Abstract

Demi meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pelanggan yang berjalan beriringan dengan perkembangan teknologi, maka beberapa perusahaan mulai menerapkan digitalisasi pada beberapa kegiatan operasionalnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan digitalisasi dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan pelanggan dan untuk mengetahui hambatan-hambatan yang sering terjadi dalam proses penerapan digitalisasi tersebut pada Pusat Pendidikan Lingkungan Hidup (PPLH) Seloliman, Mojokerto. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara pada beberapa informan dan observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan digitalisasi dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan pelanggan yang dilakukan oleh Pusat Pendidikan Lingkungan Hidup (PPLH) Seloliman, Mojokerto telah berjalan dengan cukup baik meskipun mengalami beberapa hambatan dalam proses penerapannya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Work Attitude (X 1) and the application of K3 (X 2) to the Expertise Competency Test (Y) both partially and simultaneously and describe each variable X 1, X 2, and Y. The research design used is quantitative with descriptive correlational research type. The population in this study were all XII-grade students of SMK Islam 1 Blitar. The sampling technique was carried out using a proportional random sampling technique. The sample of this study was class XII students of the TITL Department of SMK Islam 1 Blitar, which consisted of 11 classes with a sample size of 87 students. The data sources in this study are primary data sourced from questionnaires and secondary data from Google Scholar. The data collection technique in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the respondent sample. The data obtained were tested with a partial correlation test to reveal the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable both partially and simultaneously. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between Work Attitude and the Skills Competency Test of class XII ITT Department students of SMK Islam 1 Blitar. There is a relationship between the Application of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) and the Skills Competency Test of class XII ITT Department of SMK Islam 1 Blitar. There is a positive and significant relationship between Work Attitude and the Application of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) to the Skills Competency Test of class XII ITT Department students of SMK Islam 1 Blitar.

Abstract

The implementation of Merdeka Belajar (MB) brings fundamental changes to Vocational High Schools (VHS). The MB curriculum that is implemented needs to be approached with a deep understanding of the concepts and processes. Thus, many factors influence its implementation. This research aims to analyze the factors in implementing independent learning in vocational schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with a multi-case study at two Public Vocational High Schools (PVHS) in Blitar through in-depth interviews supported by observation and documentation. The research results show that the independent curriculum implemented in PVHS has obstacles in the form of teacher misconceptions and difficulties in synchronizing the curriculum in Light Vehicle Engineering (LVE) with industry. The learning model used in LVE subjects to train students to work independently is PjBL. Meanwhile, guest teachers from industries are invited to provide training and insight to teachers and students. Furthermore, internships are carried out in LVE workshops and industry. Meanwhile, student competency tests are carried out involving the career center and school certification. LVE learning technology updates and graduate absorption also influence this. In conclusion, the implementation of the MB curriculum at VHS is determined by teacher awareness and leadership strategy choices.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the concentration of heavy equipment in industrial classes contributes to the work readiness of Vocational High School graduates, particularly in terms of meeting the demands of Industry 4.0. This research employs a literature review approach by analyzing relevant studies, reports, and publications on vocational education, work readiness, and competencies in the digital era. The findings indicate that the heavy equipment concentration industrial class program enhances graduates' work readiness through the integration of up-to-date technology in the curriculum and a practice-based learning model that develops both technical and soft skills. Graduates are expected to possess technological literacy, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to digitalization and automation in modern industries. However, this study is limited to secondary data analysis and lacks empirical field data, which should be addressed in future research. The findings have broader implications not only for education but also for the social and economic dimensions of vocational development. By strengthening collaboration between schools and industries, this model enhances graduate employability, promotes local economic growth, and cultivates a skilled workforce aligned with national industrial transformation objectives. Overall, the program has a positive impact; nevertheless, curriculum updates are essential to remain responsive to ongoing industrial changes.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of collaborative-based academic supervision integrated with a clinical approach in improving teacher performance at the elementary school level. The research method employed is a descriptive qualitative approach, focusing on the processes of supervision planning, classroom observation, post-observation reflective dialogue, and collaborative follow-up actions. The findings indicate that collaboratively conducted academic supervision contributes to improved teacher performance, particularly in lesson planning, instructional implementation, and teachers’ professional attitudes. This study proposes a more adaptive supervision model grounded in professional learning.

Abstract

This research was conducted using the classroom action research (CAR) method. The progress in learning and storytelling skills is still below the Minimum Completeness Criteria and success indicators. The study included 142 students from SDN 2 Tanjungsari, ranging from grade I to grade VI. 36 sixth-grade students were part of the sample, with an equal number of males and females. The researcher collected data using tests and observations. The research instruments were observation sheets and test sheets. The analysis techniques used were qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results of this study showed that the students' learning outcomes in cycle I had a mastery level of 27.78%. In cycle II, there was an improvement in student learning outcomes with a mastery level of 52.78%. In cycle III, the mastery level reached 83.33%. This indicates that the students' learning outcomes had met the applied mastery criteria of 80%. The study also observed students' learning activities. In cycle I, the students' activities scored 19 with a percentage of 1.58%, which was still categorized as poor. In cycle II, there was an improvement in students' learning activities with a score of 27 and a percentage of 2.25%, categorized as moderate. In cycle III, students' learning activities had a score of 41 with a percentage of 3.42%, which was categorized as good. Research using Problem-Based Learning can enhance learning outcomes and student engagement in Social Studies for fourth-grade students at SDN 2 Tanjungsari in Indramayu District.

Abstract

IntroductionDigital transformation has become a strategic agenda for rural development, particularly in villages that seek to become adaptive, inclusive, and environmentally sustainable Smart Community Villages. However, previous studies have not fully explained how digital leadership drives village transformation through green technology, nor how competence shapes this relationship. In the context of an Islamic economics journal, this issue is also relevant to maslahah, maqasid al-shariah, stewardship, justice, and sustainable welfare.ObjectivesThis study examines the effect of digital leadership on Smart Community Village transformation in Indonesia. It also analyzes the mediating role of green technology and the moderating role of competence in the relationship between digital leadership and sustainable village transformation.MethodThis study used an explanatory quantitative approach with a causal research design. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire from 167 village stakeholders, including village heads, village officials, community leaders, and local changemakers involved in digital transformation and sustainability initiatives. The research model was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares.ResultsThe results show that digital leadership has a positive and significant effect on Smart Community Village transformation. Green technology also has a significant effect on Smart Community Village transformation and significantly mediates the relationship between digital leadership and village transformation. These findings indicate that digital leadership contributes to sustainable transformation not only directly, but also indirectly through environmentally responsible technological practices. However, competence does not significantly moderate the tested relationships, suggesting that its role may be more complex and context-dependent than a simple interaction effect.ImplicationsThe study implies that village transformation requires leadership capacity, green technology adoption, and systematic competence-building. Policy makers should integrate digital village programs with environmental innovation, digital literacy, inclusive governance, and Islamic economics principles that emphasize public welfare, justice, and ecological stewardship.Originality/NoveltyThis study contributes by integrating digital leadership, green technology, competence, and Smart Community Village transformation into a single empirical model while extending the discussion through an Islamic economics perspective on sustainable rural development.
