Abstract

This research is to know the description of participative leadership style, communication, work discipline and teacher performance at SMPN 7 Balikpapan. In detail this research is to know the influence of participative leadership style and communication on teacher performance, influence of participative leadership style and communication to work discipline, influence of work discipline and participative leadership style on teacher performance at SMPN 7 Balikpapan through work discipline; as well as to know the communication on teacher performance at SMPN 7 Balikpapan through work discipline. This research uses quantitative approach and explanatory research type. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study were all teachers at SMPN 7 Balikpapan. The sample of this study amounted to 47 teachers. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample. The results of this study indicate the style of participative leadership and communication in persial significant effect on the discipline of teachers at SMPN 7 Balikpapan. Communication and work discipline have a significant effect on teacher performance at SMPN 7 Balikpapan. Participatory leadership style has a significant effect on teacher performance at SMPN 7 Balikpapan through work discipline. Communication has a significant effect on teacher performance in SMPN 7 Balikpapan through work discipline. Abstract

This study aims to find and describe the conditions of competence, work environment, leadership of the principal as a supervisor and teacher performance in SMA Negeri 1 Batang Cenaku. In addition to knowing and analyzing, the work environment and leadership of the principal as a simultaneous and significant partial to the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Batang Cenaku. The population in this study is all teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Batang Cenaku who directed 32 people. With sampling technique using sampling census, where all members of the company serve as a sample. Results of simultaneous data analysis of teachers, environment and leadership that have a significant influence on the performance of teachers SMA Negeri 1 Batang Cenaku. And partially the working environment and leadership of principals have a significant influence on the performance of teachers SMA Negeri 1 Batang Cenaku. Abstract

This study aims to mengatahui and describe the variables of leadership conditions, abilities, work discipline and performance of employees of the Office of Education and Culture Indragiri Hulu regency. In addition to mengatahui and discuss the variables of leadership, ability and work discipline partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of Education and Culture Office of Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research is an explanatory research with quantitative descriptive approach. The population of this study as many as 66 people. The sample of research used in Education and Culture Office of Indragiri Hulu Regency is 65 people. The data analysis technique is a multiple linear regression. The results show leadership, ability and discipline both partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of employees of the Department of Education and Culture Indragiri upstream regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe training, job mastery and work creativity of employees. Then to train and measure performance both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work productivity. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were all residents of Sekar District, Bojonegoro Regency who lived 31 people. The results showed that training and mastery of tasks simultaneously had a significant influence on work productivity in Sekar District, Bojonegoro Regency. Partial training and mastery of tasks have a significant influence on the work productivity of employees in the Sekar District, Bojonegoro Regency. Keywords: training, task mastery, work productivity

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to study and describe work conditions, distributive justice, organizational commitment and employee satisfaction, analyze work attitudes, distributive justice and organizational commitment related simultaneously to the significance of employee satisfaction, and improve work relations, distribution, and organizational commitment with partial significant effect on employee satisfaction at the Roudlotut Tholibin Balen Islamic Boarding School Foundation in Bojonegoro Regency. This type of research is quantitative explanatory research. The population in this study were all teachers at the Roudlotut Tholibin Balen Islamic Boarding School Foundation in Bojonegoro Regency who received 35 people. The results of the study show partially the variables of work attitude, distributive justice and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneously work attitudes, distributive justice and significant organizational commitment to employee job satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to find out how the two parties work both simultaneously organizational commitment, work ability and work motivation on the performance of personnel in the Pamekasan Police Resort of traffic unit. Respondents of this study were personnel of the Pamekasan Police Resort of traffic unit across 85 people. Using a sampling technique of 100 people. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. This type of research is experimental research, research uses quantitative research equipped with descriptive methods. The results showed organizational commitment, work motivation and simultaneous and significant work motivation on the performance of Pamekasan Police Precinct traffic unit personnel. Partially, the work ability has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the Pamekasan police traffic unit personnel, positive work motivation on the performance of Pamekasan police traffic unit personnel. Among the variables of organizational commitment and work ability, work motivation has a dominant performance on the personnel of the Pamekasan Police Resort of traffic unit. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe the perception of training, work attitude, motivation and quality of human resources. And then to analyze the influences of perception of training, work attitude and motivation both partially and simultaneously on human resources quality at Radulotut Tholibin Balen Bojonegoro Ponpes Foundation. The type of this research is explanatory research and the population in this study is all employees of the Foundation Ponpes Roudlotut Tholibin Balen Bojonegoro with the number of employees as many as 35 people. The results showed that the condition of training perception, work attitude, motivation and quality of human resources at the Foundation Roudlotut Tholibin Balen Bojonegoro Ponpes in good category. The perception of training, work attitude and motivation simultaneously have a significant influence on the quality of human resources. Perception of training, work attitude and motivation partially have a significant influence on the quality of human resources. The perception of training has a dominant influence on the quality of human resources at the Roudlotut Tholibin Balen Bojonegoro Ponpes Foundation. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze both simultaneously dan partially effect on individual behavioral factors consisting of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, locus of control, equity sensitivity and ethical behavior. This research type is explanatory research that is research which explain the influence of independent variable to dependent variable and questionnaire as the main data collection tool. Population in this research is all of employees of PT. Multi Karya Citra Mandiri of Bojonegoro which amounted to 480 people. Sampling technique using purposive sampling taken from employees with staff level, staff level was taken because the staff have experience, working period and higher education level than the operator. The sample of this study were 30 people who subsequently made as respondents. The results showed that the variable of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, locus of control, equity sensity have significant effect simultaneously to ethical behavior. Variables of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and locus of control partially have a significant influence on ethical behavior of PT. Multi Karya Citra Mandiri of Bojonegoro. The equity variable of sensityvity partially has no significant effect on ethical behavior. Keywords: emotional intelligence, spirituali, equity sensity, ethical behavior

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in the civil registry of Kabupaten Pamekasan. with a total sample of 44 people. The purpose of this study is 1). To know and describe how well affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment in the Department of Population and Civil Registry, 2). To know and examine the simultaneous influence of organizational commitment factors on the performance, 3). To find out and test the partial influence on the performance. The results show that normative commitment as an attitude that describes the individual's orientation towards the organization. Affective commitment relates to the emotional, identification, and involvement of employees within an organization. A continuous component means a component based on the employee's perception of the disadvantage he will face if leaving the organization. Simultaneously, affective commitment, continuous commitment and normative commitment have a very significant effect on the performance. Partially, affective commitment have a significant influence on the performance. Continuous commitment variables have a dominant influence in influencing the performance of employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Kabupaten Pamekasan. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Mts Al Falah Kecamatan Pasean Kabupaten Pamekasan with a total sample of 35 people. The purpose of this study is 1) To describe how conditions are about the quality of human resources, work discipline, teacher creativity and work performance of teachers, 2) To test and analyze whether the quality of human resources, work discipline and creativity of teachers simultaneously have an influence on the work performance of teachers, 3) To test and analyze whether the quality of human resources, work discipline and creativity of teachers partially has an influence on the work performance of teachers. The results showed that simultaneously, quality of human resources, work discipline, teacher creativity had a significant effect on teacher work achievement. Partially, the quality of human resources, work discipline, teacher creativity have a significant effect on teacher work performance.
