Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of service quality and trust on customer loyalty. The sampling technique used in this study was non-probability sampling, namely accidental sampling with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses hypothesis testing using path analysis or what is called Path Analysis with the help of the SPSS version 20 program. The type of data used in this study is questionnaire / questionnaire data. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a significant effect on satisfaction but has no significant effect on loyalty, trust has a significant effect on loyalty, and satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. However, in the indirect test, service quality has a significant indirect effect on customer loyalty through satisfaction, and trust does not directly affect customer loyalty through satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment, organizational culture and work motivation of employees at the Public Works Department (DPU) of Highways and Spatial Planning in Bojonegoro Regency. To examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on employee organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment. The population is 125 people with a sample of 125 people using total sampling. The data analysis technique uses Path Analysis SEM with Smart-PLS. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that organizational culture, work motivation, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior of DPU Bina Marga and Spatial Planning in Bojonegoro Regency are in good condition. Organizational culture and work motivation have a significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational culture and organizational commitment have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Work motivation has no significant effect on employee organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational culture and work motivation have a significant effect on employee organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to describe LMX, Employee Engagement and OCB at the Department of Industry and Manpower, Bojonegoro Regency. To examine and analyze the effect of LMX on Employee Engagement, the effect of Employee Engagement on OCB, the effect of LMX on OCB, and the effect of LMX on OCB through Employee Engagement at the Department of Industry and Manpower, Bojonegoro Regency. This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The population is all employees of the Department of Industry and Manpower of Bojonegoro Regency, amounting to 55 people. The sample was determined as many as 55 people with census sampling technique. To perform data analysis using path analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that LMX has a significant effect on Employee Engagement at the Department of Industry and Manpower, Bojonegoro Regency. Employee Engagement has no significant effect on OCB at the Department of Industry and Manpower, Bojonegoro Regency. LMX has a significant effect on OCB in the Department of Industry and Manpower, Bojonegoro Regency. LMX has a significant effect on OCB through Employee Engagement at the Department of Industry and Manpower, Bojonegoro Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kondisi Organizational Citizenship Behavior, komitmen, kepuasan dan keadilan organisasi kerja di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan dan keadilan organisasi kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior melalui komitmen pegawai. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian Explanatory Research menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang berjumlah 72 orang. Sampel ditentukan sebanyak 70 orang menggunakan total sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Path Analysis dengan Partial Last Square (PLS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kepuasan, keadilan organisasi, Komitmen dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Dan Penataan Ruang Kabupaten Bojonegoro dalam kondisi yang baik, Kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen, Keadilan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen, Kepuasan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Keadilan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Komitmen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior melalui Komitmen pegawai, Keadilan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior melalui Komitmen.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mendiskripsikan Budaya Organisasi, Dukungan Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, dukungan organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini berjenis explanatory research dan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi adalah seluruh pegawai  Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara total atau sensus sampling sehingga ditentukan sampel sebanyak 40 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik análisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Budaya Organisasi, Dukungan Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Bojonegoro dalam kategori tinggi. Budaya organisasi, dukungan organisasi dan motivasi kerja semuanya mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Bojonegoro

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of leadership style and work environment on performance both directly and indirectly through employee job satisfaction. This research is a explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this research were all employees of PT. Surya Mustika Nusantara AMC - Malang totaling 127 people. The number of samples taken in this research were 56 employees. The results of the research and data analysis showed that job satisfaction and leadership style got very good index values, while work performance and environment got good index values. Leadership style has a direct positive effect on job satisfaction, work environment has a direct positive effect on job satisfaction, leadership style has a direct positive effect on performance, work environment has a direct positive effect on performance, job satisfaction has a direct positive effect on performance, influential leadership style indirectly positive for performance through job satisfaction, and the work environment has an indirect positive effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe Organizational Citizenship Behavior, work engagement, organizational support and quality of work life of employees at the Department of Public Works, Bina Marga and Spatial Planning, Bojonegoro Regency. And to analyze the effect of organizational support and quality of work life on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through work engagement. This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative research approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Public Works, Highways and Spatial Planning, Bojonegoro Regency, totaling 52 people and the sample was also 52 people using a census sampling technique. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Methods of data analysis using SEM with PLS. The results showed Organizational Citizenship Behavior, work engagement, organizational support and quality of work life of employees in the high category. Organizational support for work engagement has a positive but not significant effect. Quality of work life has a significant effect on work engagement. Organizational support, quality of work life and work engagement have a significant effect on OCB. Organizational support for OCB through work engagement has an insignificant effect, quality of work life for OCB through work engagement has a significant effect.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to describe work motivation, organizational commitment, Servant Leadership Style and interpersonal communication of employees at the Bojonegoro Regency Pusda Office. To analyze the effect of Servant Leadership Style and interpersonal communication on employee motivation through organizational commitment. This type of research is explanatory research and the approach in this research is quantitative. The population is all employees of the Bojonegoro District Pusda Office, totaling 52 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling or saturated sampling, so the sample used is 52 people. In this study, data analysis used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and PLS (Partial Least Square) software. The results showed Servant Leadership Style, Interpersonal Communication, Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation in the high category. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on organizational commitment. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on organizational commitment. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on work motivation. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on work motivation. There is a significant influence between organizational commitment on work motivation. There is no significant effect between Servant Leadership Style on work motivation through organizational commitment. There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on work motivation through organizational commitment.

Abstract

Tourism development in the region must be based on planning, organizing, developing, and managing clear directions and local wisdom so that all the potential of a tourist destination can be optimally empowered to improve community welfare and local revenue (PAD). One of the most successful tourism development concepts today is related to the development of halal tourism which is carried out jointly between the community, government, and investors. The purpose of this study is focused on analyzing the problems and potentials of natural, historical, religious, and culinary tourism destinations in Bangkalan as a reference for managing sustainable tourism based on halal tourism that is suitable for Bangkalan district. This study uses a qualitative research approach. The use of a qualitative approach with the case study method is related to the aspect of understanding and reviewing the tourism development management process that can generate local revenue (PAD) in Bangkalan district. The results of this study indicate that in managing sustainable halal tourism by taking into account the problems and potential of tourist destinations that can be developed to increase PAD is through tripartite cooperation between the government, the community, and investors. The existence of this collaboration becomes a model of a sustainable tourism development strategy that is a hope for the government and society to improve the economy and economic activity. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate governance mechanisms in this case is managerial ownership, earnings management is measured by discretionary accruals and financial performance conditions are measured by return on equity in banking companies in 2017-2020. The sample is 10 companies. The study used a descriptive method, with a probability sampling technique with a proposive sampling method. The results show that the corporate governance mechanism has a significant effect on earnings management. Based on the T-test partially corporate governance and earnings management have a significant effect on financial performance.
