Abstract

The diversity of Indonesian society is one of the most valuable riches, but it can also be a challenge. Multiculturalism in Indonesia does not only include differences in ethnicity, language, and religion, but also the way of life and values ​​held by each group. The purpose of this study was to explore the efforts of village modins in providing religious moderation education to the community in Jatirejo Village, Tikung, Lamongan. The method used in this study was direct data collection in the field using several data collection techniques, including observation, documentation, and interviews with related parties. The results of this study indicate that the efforts of village modins in providing religious moderation education to the community are one way to prevent social conflict caused by differences in religion and belief. By providing education in accordance with the principles of moderation, it is hoped that the community can be more tolerant of differences in religion and belief that exist in society.

Abstract

Fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) Number 83 of 2023 which states that defending Israeli aggression against Palestine is haram, triggered a significant reaction among Indonesian society, especially ASN within the Lampung Provincial Government. This research aims to examine the impact of MUI Fatwa Number 83 of 2023 concerning Interest in Purchasing ASN (State Civil Apparatus) within the Lampung Provincial Government on products from companies involved in illegal activities in Palestine. This research applies qualitative methods through in-depth interview techniques to obtain data from ASN who work in the Lampung Provincial Government Office and its surroundings as respondents. The research results show a significant change in ASN buying interest, where the majority of respondents began to avoid products affiliated with companies involved in illegal activities and looked for alternatives that were in accordance with their religious principles. This change has an impact on reducing ASN's buying interest in affiliated products, as well as fulfilling ASN's compliance with the Fatwa issued by the MUI. However, some respondents still have difficulty finding alternative products that are equivalent in terms of quality and price, so this research highlights that a full transition to alternative products may require more time and effort.

Abstract

Bimbingan belajar direncanakan oleh tim pengabdian kepada masyrakat STAI Walisembilan Semarang, kolaborasi dengan dosen, berawal dari studi pendahuluan, terlihat Desa Tedunan Demak, perbatasan dengan Kab Jepara, terlihat belum adanya Lembaga bimbel, maka tim PkM mahasiswa mengadakan bimbel gratis selama satu bulan. Bimbel tersebut memberdayakan beberapa masyarakat, dan mahasiswa dibimbing oleh dosen pengampu, bimbel tersebut ditujukan kepada murid MI, Adapun materinya adalah mulai dari Matematika, IPA, Pendidikan Agama Islam yang terdiri dari (Alquran, Fiqh, Tauhid dan yang terkait dengan materi yang ada di MI). metode yang digunakan dalam hal ini adalah reading guide, dengan membantu mengerjakan tugas dan membantu memahamkan mata pelajaran siswa. Hasil dari bimbingan tersebut pada ulangan harian terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Praktek Jual Beli Arang di Bandar Jaya Persepektif Ekonomi Islam. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian penulis menunjukan bahwa, Tinjauan Ekonomi Islam Terhadap Praktek Jual Beli Arang di Bandar Jaya, merupakan praktek jual beli secara timbangan, untuk masalah ijab dan kabulnya penjual hanya serahkan apa yang diinginkan pembeli yang penting jual 1 kilo harganya boleh-boleh saja dan masalah arang yang mereka jual itu tidak ada campurannya, dan mengenai harga arang yang mereka jualkan sekarang yaitu 5.500./kilo karena mereka jual 5.000/kilo penjual hanya mendapatkan keuntungan sedikit saja dari arang yang mereka jual, karena penjual mengetahui pedagang lain juga menetapkan harga arang 5.500/kilo jadi menurut penjual tidak ada masalah mereka jual arang dengan harga seperti itu. Ditinjau dari Ekonomi Islam praktek jual beli Arang di Bandar Jaya yang meliputi subyek dan segi akad dan ijab kabul jual beli sudah sesuai dengan Ekonomi Islam dengan melihat syarat dan rukun sudah terpenuhi. Maka jual beli arang di Bandar Jaya dapat dianggap sah.

Abstract

This research employs a semiotic approach by Roland Barthes on the song "Qaliilu Aql." The aim of this study is to analyze the signs and meanings contained in the lyrics of "Qaliilu Aql," including both literal meanings and implied meanings, referred to as denotative and connotative meanings, as well as mythological messages. The research questions in this study are: first, what are the forms of denotative and connotative meanings in the song "Qaliilu Aql"? Second, what is the form of the myth in the song "Qaliilu Aql"? The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, reading, and note-taking. The researcher presents the data in both formal and informal formats. The results of this study indicate that there are 3 denotative meanings, 3 connotative meanings, and 3 mythological messages found in the first, second, and seventh stanzas.

Abstract

The boycott movement is a form of protest carried out collectively by the community to oppose certain actions, products or policies that are considered detrimental. In the context of the productive age community in Bandar Lampung, the boycott movement has become a significant tool in voicing aspirations and concerns about various social and economic issues. The motivations behind people's participation in this movement are diverse, including the desire to improve local economic conditions, uphold social justice, and show solidarity with others. the majority of people support the form of the movement not to use or buy products originating from Israel or related to it. This research method uses quantitative methods using descriptive statistical analysis, using simple regression analysis techniques where the dependent variable is the buying interest of the people of Bandar Lampung, and the independent variable is the pro-Israel product boycott movement on social media. The result of this study is that there is a significant influence of the product boycott movement on social media on people's buying interest, which can be calculated at 56.9% while 43.1% is influenced by other variables that are not examined.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of mobile banking service variables (Y) on customer satisfaction variables (X). The results of this study indicate that mobile banking services have an impact on customer satisfaction and can enhance customer satisfaction. Proven by the results of the correlation coefficient test or the r test through the model summary table, the r value obtained is 0.853, with a correlation value of 72.8% indicating the influence of the mobile banking service variable (Y) on customer satisfaction (X), and 27.2% influenced by other variables not explained in this study. It can be concluded that mobile banking services have a significant impact on customer satisfaction and enhance the satisfaction of customers of BSI

Abstract

Law Number 1 of 1974 about marriage explains in Article 31 paragraph (1) that the rights and position of the wife are balanced with the rights and position of the husband in domestic life and the association of living together in society. Furthermore, article 34, paragraph (1) states that the husband is obliged to protect his wife and provide everything necessary for married life in accordance with his capability. In practice, it is found that the wife should be responsible for making a living for her family, this is not in accordance with the ideal marriage law that should be between husband and wife equally responsible for earning a living for their family. The problem in this study is the wife's responsibility as a breadwinner and the regulations of the wife as the breadwinner in Indonesian law. This type of research, in this case, is empirical juridical legal research. Empirical juridical research in other words, is a type of sociological research and can be called research in the field, which examines legal provisions and what occurs in people's lives. The location of this research is Imbanagara Village, Ciamis Regency. The source of this research data is in the form of primary legal material, secondary and tertiary, namely, laws and regulations, journals, and dictionaries as support. The rights and position of husband and wife are balanced; husband and wife are obliged to be responsible in their household, and the wife can be the breadwinner because of her equal rights and position in Islamic law the wife is not obliged to work, the husband is obliged to earn a living.Keywords: Responsibility, Breadwinner, Wife, Husband

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sertifikasi halal terhadap peningkatan penjualan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Bandar Lampung. Indonesia, sebagai negara dengan populasi Muslim terbesar di dunia memiliki pasar yang signifikan untuk produk halal. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir kesadaran masyarakat terhadap kehalalan produk terus meningkat mendorong UMKM untuk mendapatkan sertifikasi halal sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan daya saing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik UMKM yang telah mendapatkan sertifikasi halal Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum mendapatkan sertifikasi halal, banyak UMKM mengalami stagnasi atau penurunan dalam penjualan. Namun, setelah memperoleh sertifikat halal, rata- rata pendapatan bulanan UMKM meningkat dari Rp 5.000.000 menjadi Rp 7.000.000, menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 47%. Sertifikasi halal tidak hanya memberikan jaminan keamanan dan kehalalan produk tetapi juga meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen. Produk bersertifikat halal memiliki daya saing yang lebih tinggi di pasar dan mampu menarik lebih banyak pelanggan baru.
