Abstract

Model pembelajaran yang digunakan guru berkembang mengikuti situasi dan keadaan dunia saat ini, model penggunaan yang berpusat pada guru mulai menyajikan permasalahan yang disebabkannya, berupa siswa pasif dalam belajar, proses belajar hanya menjadi transfer ilmu saja, guru hanya berfokus untuk menyelesaikan kurikulum dari buku, bukan fokus pada pengetahuan yang didapat oleh siswa. Sedangkan pada abad 21 ini untuk memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis, kolaboratif, dan juga proses belajar yang bermakna. Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana problematika pembelajaran di kelas yang ada dalam penggunaan model teacher centeredpada abad 21 ini dan selanjutnya dibandingkan dengan kajian-kajian literatur dari penelitian-penelitian yang relevan. Sampel penulisan ini adalah tempat penulis mengajar yaitu di SDN Dukuh yang bertempat di Kecamatan Cidahu, Kabupaten Sukabumi. Model penulisan ini berdasarkan pada penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Metode penulisannya menggunakan metode kasus ( case-based method ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam penggunaan model pembelajaran teacher centered, siswa tidak berpartisipasi aktif di kelas, penggunaan buku teks di seluruh kegiatan, siswa takut untuk bertanya, proses pembelajaran berbasis ceramah dan tugas.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the implementation of learning assessment of Curriculum 2013 during the Covid-19 pandemic in 263 Rancaloa Elementary School. This was a qualitative research with a case study. The subjects of the research were three teachers of grade, two upper grade teacher and a lower grade teacher of 263 Rancaloa Elementary Schools. The main instrument was the human instrument. While supporting instruments used interview guid, tape recorder, and observation sheet. The data were analysed using interactive analysis Miles Huberman (data collection, reduction, display, and verification/conclude). The results indicate that (1) the implementation of learning assessment of Curriculum 2013 during the Covid-19 pandemic has not met standards. However, of the three teachers who became the subject of study, two teacher managed to carry outmet standards that was VA1 and VA2, (2) the problems of learning assessment of Curriculum 2013 during the Covid-19 pandemic include; facilities and infrastructure, teachers and parents understanding, teachers’ productivity, unpreparedness teachers and parents, (3) the teachers strategy in addressing the problem is the teacher collective and individual strategy.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengeksplorasi tantangan dan kesiapan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran matematika secara daring dilihat dari dimensi-dimensi pedagogik dan melihat upaya guru dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran matematika secara daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi eksplorasi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian yaitu orang tua/wali siswa dan guru yang melaksanakan pembelajaran matematika secara daring. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Instrumen yang digunakan sudah divalidasi oleh ahli dan nilai validasi yaitu 0,803 yang mengindikasikan sangat valid. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis model Bogdan & Biklen. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa tantangan dalam pembelajaran matematika secara daring yaitu peningkatan literasi digital, fasilitas belajar, pengembangan karakter, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Namun yang menjadi sorotan yaitu literasi digital. Hal ini menjadi faktor yang sangat penting dalam menjawab tantangan pada pembelajaran secara daring. Melihat hal tersebut, guru belum cukup siap dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran secara daring. Kemudian, upaya-upaya yang bisa dilakukan oleh guru dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran matematika berbasis daring yaitu pada segi pemahaman, guru perlu meningkatkan literasi teknologi, inovasi perencanaan pembelajaran dan perkembangan belajar. Sementara pada segi pelaksanaan guru perlu meningkatkan komunikasi, bimbingan, pendekatan menggunakan media teknologi dan kerjasama dengan orangtua pada proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Parenting has a very important role in the growth and development of children. This paper examines the application of parenting education for Indonesians abroad. This activity involved 14 participants from the Indonesian School of Davao, Philippines. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which is carried out in a participatory manner with the aim of encouraging changes in the living conditions of participants for the better. The implementation of parenting education in the digital era uses synchronous modes through video conference platforms and asynchronous through the use of websites. The results of this activity showed a positive response from the participants and shared perceptions regarding the importance of care in families and schools, especially for the development of children's character.

Abstract

The development of the 21st century has had a major impact on developments in various aspects of life including economic, social, and educational aspects. In this regard, education in the 21st century is faced with a number of major challenges, one of which is to develop students who are technologically literate but also culturally literate. Thus, there is a need for a change to the pattern of learning in Indonesian education today that further develops high knowledge, understanding, and skills in line with 21st century technological advances but still ignores core cultural knowledge. In line with this, the first step in realizing this research is to design a mixed reality (MR)-based folklore learning media to develop students' learning abilities and cultural literacy. In line with this, the research aims to determine the perspectives of teachers and elementary school students in West Java on the use of mixed reality in folklore learning. This research was conducted using a descriptive method. The instruments used to collect data are observation guidelines, interview guidelines, and questionnaires. The data was processed using descriptive statistics. Based on the results of the study, it can be stated that the mixed reality media used in folklore learning in the view of teachers and students in elementary schools in West Java is able to motivate students to learn and the media developed is considered very good in quality, function, and benefits.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Design of digital Media teaching materials based multimodality approach to pedagogic futuristic. The research method used is the method of Design and Development using model 4-D. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews. The research results found showed that the medium of digital teaching materials that has been developed is feasible to use based on the assessment of the experts to obtain the percentage of 97.5% in terms of material, for 82.5% in terms of the media, and 100% in terms of language. Summary assessment of teaching materials by students earn a percentage 96,87% in terms of the content of the material, 100% in terms of use, and 100% in terms of appearance.

Abstract

This community service program aims to develop community environmental literacy through inorganic waste management activities based on waste banks. Waste Bank is one of the effective solutions in overcoming the accumulation of inorganic waste in the community and manage it into something more useful. There are benefits that can be generated from the management of inorganic waste. In addition, this community service program is encouraged by the low level of community environmental literacy which is shown by the lack of community skills in managing inorganic waste. The method used in the community service program is carried out using the 7D model method with preliminary survey methods, training, mentoring, evaluation, and discussion. The results of community service activities carried out in Pasir Biru Village, Cibiru District, Bandung City went according to plan and obtained a fairly good level of satisfaction from partners.

Abstract

Education Transformation in Indonesia is now demanded to be faster and able to produce students who are not only proficient in reading and writing but also students who have skills in matters directly related to problem solving in real life. The ability to think critically, apply creativity, work together, solve problems and be communicative are some of the abilities that are the main capital in 21th Century Learning besides other abilities such as reading, writing science and mathematics. The purpose of this study is in accordance with the existing problem formulation, namely to determine the effect of differentiated learning on the computational thinking abilities of elementary school students. In this study the authors used a quantitative approach with quasi-experimental research methods. The research design used was Time Series Design Intervention Analysis. The selection of the method and design of this study took into account the implementation of repeated treatments. The results of testing the hypothesis using the paired sample t-test from the pre-test and post-test data in series 1, 2, and 3 show the results t-count> t-table. In the series one t-count obtained is 7.319. In series 2 the t-count got a value of 9.729 and in series 3 the t-count was 11.660. The results obtained were that the Computational Thinking ability of elementary school students had increased after being treated with Differentiated Learning.

Abstract

This research is motivated by integrating natural and social sciences into science lessons of independent curriculum. This change significantly impacts the preservice teachers’ readiness in elementary school to implement science learning through an independent curriculum. This research investigates the preservice teachers’ readiness to teach natural sciences in an independent curriculum. This descriptive study involves eight elementary school preservice teachers from one of the LPTK in Bandung. The eight preservice teachers were selected based on purposive sampling. The instrument used in this study was a validated self-efficacy questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The findings from this study indicate that preservice elementary school teachers are not fully prepared to be able to implement differentiated science learning. The results of the further investigation showed that this was due to the incomplete understanding of preservice elementary school teachers regarding pedagogical aspects, one of which was curriculum changes. The perceptions of preservice elementary school teachers about the diversity of student characteristics are also not by the principles of differentiated learning. This study concludes that preservice elementary school teachers need further information regarding the idea of an independent curriculum in differentiated science learning and guidance in preparing and implementing the lesson. Comprehensive understanding and differentiated science learning practices of independent curriculum need to be provided to preservice elementary school teachers. Therefore, this content needs to be taught to preservice elementary school teachers at LPTK.

Abstract

Meningkatkan budaya literasi diperlukan di sekolah untuk meningkatkan kecakapan abad 21. Tujuan melakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui upaya terbaik yang dilakukan sekolah dalam menerapkan budaya literasi untuk mengembangkan keterampilan abad 21. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah studi litelatur dengan mencari data melalui google schoolar dari 50 jurnala dan dianalisis menjadi 22 jurnal. Proses mengumpulkan data dan referensi dari berbagai litelatur, memilih, membaca abstrak, menganalisis dan mengambil hal yang relevan serta menyimpulkan hasil.  Hasil yang diperoleh budaya literasi diterapkan di sekolah memerlukan pembiasaan yang dilakukan secara terus menerus. Budaya literasi dari suatu sekolah dapat benar-benar terealisasi dengan baik diperlukan kerjasama dan kolaboratif dengan berbagai pihak. Budaya literasi akan berhasil terlaksana diperlukan dukungan lingkungan sekolah yang menjadikan warga yang literat, manajamen dan pengelolaan sekolah oleh kepala sekolah yang baik terhadap budaya literasi, serta memiliki peserta didik yang sadar terhadap pentingnya budaya literasi terlepas dari dorongan guru dan orang tua. Budaya literasi di sekolah dapat tercipta memerlukan waktu dan warga sekolah harus kreatif dan saling mendukung.
