Abstract

Kernel regression is a nonparametric analysis with smoothing method. Smoothing has become synonymous with nonparametric methods used to estimate functions. The purpose of smoothing is to remove variability from data that has no effect so that the characteristics of the data will appear clear. Kernel regression has a flexible form and the mathematical calculations are easy to adjust. In kernel regression, an estimator is known which is usually used to estimate the regression function, namely the Nadaraya-Watson estimator. This study aims to show how to estimate data using nonparametric regression Gaussian and Eponocvh kernels with the Nadaraya-Watson estimator and the bandwidth selection methods are "Rule of Thumb" bandwidth, Unbiased Cross Validation, Biased Cross Validation and Complete Cross Validation. The results of this study indicate that the MSE value generated by the Epanechnikov kernel function and the Gaussian kernel uses the optimal bandwidth. Statistically, the MSE value generated by the Epanechnikov kernel is almost close to the value in the Gaussian kernel, so it can be said that the MSE value produced by the two kernel functions is almost the same. Based on the plot of estimation results for the Eponocvh kernel function and the Gaussian kernel using the optimal bandwidth, it is very close, so it can be said that the use of a different kernel function with the optimal bandwidth for each of the kernel functions will produce the same estimated regression curve. The results of this study support the opinion expressed by Hastie and Tibshirani, which states that in kernel regression the selection of the smoothing parameter (bandwidth) is much more important than choosing the kernel function.

Abstract

Background: The transformation of Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia reflects broader efforts to adapt religious learning to modern sociocultural dynamics. In this context, Darud Da’wah wal-Irsyad (DDI) stands as a significant example of how pesantren-based organizations evolve to address both educational and social challenges in local communities. Purpose: This study examines the institutional transformation of Darud Da’wah wal-Irsyad (DDI) and its contribution to strengthening Islamic education and social values in the Ajatappareng region of South Sulawesi. Method: Using a qualitative approach through historical analysis and institutional document study, the research highlights how DDI has expanded its role from traditional Islamic schooling into a comprehensive system covering all levels of education, from early childhood to higher education. Result: The findings demonstrate that DDI integrates religious and general curricula, promotes character education, and nurtures Islamic scholars and intellectuals active at regional, national, and international levels. Conclusion These contributions illustrate the adaptive capacity of Islamic education in responding to sociocultural changes and community needs, while reinforcing its socio-religious role in a diverse society.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media Mini Book terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa kelas IV UPT SPF SD Inpres Tamamaung 1. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain quasi experimental. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV UPT SPF SD Inpres Tamamaung 1. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh dengan sampel kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen tes berupa soal uraian dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media Mini Book terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa berpengaruh positif, kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa dengan penggunaan media Mini Book menunjukkan hasil yang lebih baik dari pada sebelum penggunaan media Mini Book dan berpengaruh pada hasil belajar matematikanya. Serta terdapat perbedaan signifikan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa pada kelas yang menggunakan media Mini Book dan yang tidak menggunakan media Mini Book.

Abstract

Religious pluralism remains a critical concern in multi-religious societies such as Indonesia, where diverse faiths coexist within one national framework. Central Sulawesi presents a distinctive context, having experienced religious conflict, particularly the Poso violence in the late 1990s, followed by sustained peacebuilding efforts. This study examines how interfaith communities in Central Sulawesi interpret and practice pluralism to strengthen social cohesion in post-conflict settings. Using a qualitative case study approach, the research explores the experiences of religious leaders, youth, activists, and community members engaged in interfaith activities. Data collection involved interviews, focus group discussions, participant observation, and document analysis of interfaith programs. Thematic analysis identified key patterns related to tolerance, dialogue, collaboration, and the obstacles to maintaining harmony. The findings show that everyday interfaith encounters help reduce prejudice, build trust, and encourage cooperation, aligning with the principles of the contact hypothesis. Activities such as joint community service, cultural gatherings, and peace forums promote mutual understanding and solidarity. Despite these positive outcomes, challenges persist, including lingering mistrust, unequal access to resources, socio-economic disparities, and exposure to radical narratives. The study concludes that inclusive engagement and supportive policies are essential for transforming religious diversity into sustainable social cohesion.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of facilities and infrastructure at the Diskominfo-SP Office of South Sulawesi Province, as well as identify the supporting and inhibiting factors involved in this management. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type that focuses on the management of facilities and infrastructure based on procurement, storage, maintenance, and inventory indicators. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The study's results indicate that the management of facilities and infrastructure at the Communication, Informatics, Statistics, and Encryption Office of South Sulawesi Province is considered "excellent." This is shown through management indicators, namely: (1) Procurement is carried out by looking at the priority scale of needs, starting from the procurement process through the planning stages, which include needs analysis, fund planning, and employee selection. Procurement is carried out using an e-catalog system to ensure budget efficiency and transparency. (2) Storage is carried out by maintaining neatness and conducting periodic checks on the condition of the storage cabinet. Because there is no storage warehouse, empty rooms are used temporarily as a solution. However, this leads to less effective storage management, which impacts the efficiency and safety of goods. (3) Maintenance is carried out in a structured manner with regular planning, implementation, and cleaning every two months. Supervision is carried out by giving responsibility to the team and monitoring the results of maintenance. (4) Inventory is carried out with a combination of manual and digital approaches; using software can make recording easier even though there is no special application. Regular checks are also carried out to assess whether assets need to be repaired, replaced, or kept in use. Overall, management is effective with this method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui; 1) Bagaimana pemanfaatan TikTok dalam meningkatkan literasi sosial pada remaja di desa Jauh Pandang dan 2) Dampak pemanfaatan TikTok dalam meningkatkan literasi sosial pada remaja di desa Jauh Pandang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan pendekatan deskrtiptif. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 8 orang, remaja yang ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria yaitu: 1) Remaja berumur 16-19 tahun, 2) Telah menggunakan TikTok selama lebih dari 6 bulan, 3) Mengikuti Konten Kreator beredukasi. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan Triangulasi. Analisis data yaitu pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah lulusan perguruan tinggi tidak selalu diiringi oleh peningkatan kemampuan seseorang dalam mengelola kegiatan kewirausahaan, sehingga diperlukan pendekatan pembelajaran yang mampu memperkuat kompetensi manajerial mahasiswa. Kondisi ini mencerminkan kebutuhan akan metode pembelajaran yang tidak hanya bersifat teoritis, tetapi juga mendorong kreativitas, kepercayaan diri, serta kesiapan menghadapi dinamika dunia usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran Project-Based Learning (PjBL), self totem, dan kreativitas terhadap manajemen entrepreneurship mahasiswa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 100 mahasiswa sebagai sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda setelah melalui uji asumsi klasik, meliputi uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, homokedastisitas, dan linearitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PjBL dan self totem berpengaruh signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap manajemen entrepreneurship mahasiswa. Koefisien determinasi juga mengindikasikan bahwa variabel bebas memberikan kontribusi substansial dalam menjelaskan variasi kemampuan manajemen entrepreneurship. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan penguatan karakter personal dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan kewirausahaan di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

The GTAW welding skills training based on cybernetic learning at SMK Negeri 8 Pinrang was implemented to enhance the quality of teaching and welding competencies, particularly for students in the light vehicle engineering program. Limited availability of welding machines and equipment at the school has restricted students’ opportunities for practice; therefore, the training was designed using practical and communicative methods to ensure accessibility and comprehension. The implementation stages included observation to identify partner problems, program socialization, cybernetic-based training, application of welding technology media, and mentoring with evaluation of welding products. Students received theoretical knowledge of GTAW welding through digital modules covering machine operation, tools and materials, welding procedures, interpretation of technical drawings, and analysis of welding defects. After mastering the theory, students engaged in welding practice through simulation applications, enabling independent skill development. The cybernetic learning model facilitated the integration of theory and practice by utilizing digital technology, encouraging active participation and structured learning. This training is expected to strengthen students’ GTAW welding competencies at SMK Negeri 8 Pinrang, providing them with essential skills to compete in the workforce and industrial sector.

Abstract

Sukuk have emerged as a key instrument in supporting sustainable financing, particularly in Indonesia, which pioneered its publication in 2018. However, transparency in fund use, reporting accountability, and adherence to international Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards remain key challenges. This study aims to analyze the role of smart contracts in strengthening the transparency and accountability of green finance-based digital sukuk, emphasizing their relevance to the maqasid al-shariah (Islamic principles). The research method employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review. Secondary data were sourced from academic literature, official regulatory reports, and relevant industry practice documents. The results of the study indicate that the integration of blockchain-based smart contracts in green sukuk can improve issuance efficiency, reduce operational costs by reducing the role of intermediaries, and ensure transparency through permanent recording. In terms of accountability, smart contracts are able to automatically execute yield payments and principal repayments according to the contract, while simultaneously ensuring that funds are truly allocated to green projects. These findings also confirm the alignment of smart contracts with the maqasid al-shariah, particularly in the aspects of property protection (hifz al-mal), justice (al-adl), and environmental protection (hifz al-bi’ah). This study differs from previous studies that only analyzed regulatory and market aspects, this study offers a framework for integrating smart contracts based on maqasid al-shariah in green sukuk.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Anaisis Sistem Manajemen K3LH Program Keahlian Teknik Pemesinan di UPT SMK Negeri 2 Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei untuk menguji hubungan variabel dalam Analisis Sistem Manajemen K3LH di UPT SMK Negeri 2 Makassar. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI Mesin 1 dan 2, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Penelitian diawali observasi, penyusunan proposal, dan instrumen penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial, dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk memastikan keakuratan instrumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Sistem Manajemen K3LH pada program keahlian Teknik Pemesinan di UPT SMK Negeri 2 Makassar masih belum optimal, terutama di kalangan guru yang mayoritas berada dalam kategori "Sedang" dan "Tidak Baik." Kendala utama meliputi kurangnya pelatihan, minimnya pendampingan, serta keterbatasan fasilitas dan sumber daya. Sebaliknya, penerapan K3LH di kalangan peserta didik lebih baik, dengan mayoritas berada dalam kategori "Sangat Baik" dan "Baik," meskipun masih ada yang kurang memahami sistem ini. Diperlukan strategi seperti pelatihan berkelanjutan, bimbingan teknis, dan evaluasi berkala untuk meningkatkan efektivitas implementasi K3LH di sekolah.
