Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menganalisis implementasi komunikasi organisasi pimpinan dalam pelaksanaan penjaminan mutu pendidikan di IAIN Bone. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif pendekatan studi kasus. Data primer diperoleh dari pimpinan perguruan tinggi dan dosen IAIN Bone. Data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan dengan mereduksi data, menyajikan dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa komunikasi organisasi pimpinan dalam pelaksanaan penjaminan mutu pendidikan melalui dua bentuk, yaitu komunikasi formal dan komunikasi informal. Komunikasi formal dilakukan melalui tiga bentuk, yaitu komunikasi ke bawah, kemunikasi ke atas, dan komunikasi horizontal. Sementara komunikasi informal merupakan komunikasi yang dilakukan dengan penuh keakraban di antara anggota percakapan tanpa dibatasi oleh struktur maupun jabatan dalam organisasi. Anggota perkacakapan informal tidak hanya dalam satu fakultas, akan tetapi terkadang melibatkan dosen dan pegawai lintas fakultas dan jurusan. Implikasi penelitian, perguruan tinggi hari ini semakin tertantang untuk terus meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, baik berbasis BAN-PT maupun mutu berbasis penilaian masyarakat. Pendekatan BAN-PT, mutu perguruan tinggi nyaris ditentukan oleh kelengkapan administrasi dan dokumentasi. Akan tetapi, mutu dalam penilaian masyarakat diukur berdasarkan kebermanfaatan mahasiswa atau alumni dari suatu perguruan tinggi

Abstract

The moral development of each learner should be the most important thing in the educational process in order to create real educational goals. Therefore, this study aims to describe the forms of moral development and obstacles in the implementation of learning in order to improve student discipline. The research method used is descriptive qualitative which focuses on the form of moral development and the constraints experienced in order to improve discipline. The subject was a class V MI AlHidayah Makassar. The data collection technique used was observation of the learning process, documentation and interviews with Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers, Madrasah heads, and several students at random. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative with a nominal approach. The results obtained indicate that there are several forms of coaching carried out by teachers and other school managers, namely; direction, exemplary, coaching, punishment and reward. Each of these coaching patterns certainly has a positive impact, namely it can minimize the occurrence of indiscipline in students. Obstacles faced by teachers in improving discipline are limited collaboration with parents, guardians of students and environmental influences.

Abstract

The research approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this research are all class X students at SMAN 14 Sinjai with a total of 74 students. The data collection techniques used in this research were interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses basic assumption tests, namely the normality test and linearity test, also using simple linear regression analysis tests, the t test and the coefficient of determination. The implementation of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students is carried out systematically and fulfills the dimensions of the profile of Pancasila students, namely faith and devotion to God Almighty, noble character, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical reasoning and creativity. The research results stated that the implementation of the program was at a percentage of 36.5% which was included in the good category. Analysis of the average respondent questionnaire for variable P5 is in the agree category. The discipline character of class X students at SMAN 14 Sinjai is in the good category with a percentage of 41.9%. This can be proven through interviews with teachers. Apart from that, this was also confirmed by the results of the questionnaire of respondents who chose to agree. Several things that are indicators of assessment in this variable are student personality, behavior and attitudes. There is a significant influence of 24.6% regarding the influence of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students on the discipline character of class X students in Civics subjects at SMAN 14 Sinjai. 75.4% was influenced by other factors not studied. It can be proven by the results of a linear regression test with the formula Y=14.229+0.570X. The Rsquare obtained was 0.246 at a significance level of 5%. Using the t test, a significance figure of 0.001 <0.05 was obtained. So on this basis, H0 is rejected. H1 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students on the discipline character of class X students in Civics subjects at SMAN 14 Sinjai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan motivasi guru untuk meningkatkan Pendidikan kualitas Pendidikan terhadap peserta didik di Madrasah Aliyah DDI Pattojo Kabupaten Soppeng. persoalan yang di hadapi oleh pihak penyelenggara Madrasah Aliyah DDI Pattojo merupakan hal umum seperti kurangnya motivasi belajar peserta didik, ditandai oleh nilai raport yang rata standar, termasuk kondisi proses pembelajaran masih kerap ditemukan peserta didik yang mencerminkan fenomena malas, bosan dan lain-lain. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik, guru dan kepalasa Madrasah di Madrasah Aliyah DDI Pattojo yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Liliriaja Kabupaten Soppeng Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Teknik analisis datanya secara bertahap mulai pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, validasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah pihak penyelenggara Pendidikan di Madrasah Aliyah DDI Pattojo Kabupaten Soppeng dapat membuat dan menyususn program-program termasuk pelatihan-pelatihan, symposium dan seminar dan pemberian kesempatan studin lanjut kepada guru-guru. Sementara pihak wakli kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum bersama bidang kesiswaan membimbing dan mengarahkan peserta didik dengan tekun memilih program ekskul sesuai bakat dan minatmereka masing. Selain itu, guru menyususn persiapan proses secara signifikan sehingga dalam menjalankan proses pembelajaran dapat tercipta secara professional untuk mencapai tujuan yang optimal khususnya kepada peserta didik sebagai pembelajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis peran dan strategi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam pembentukan karakter religius, etis, dan sosial siswa kelas XI di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Al-Khairaat Kolono, Kecamatan Bungku Timur, Kabupaten Morowali. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan guru PAI, kepala sekolah, dan siswa kelas XI sebagai informan kunci, serta analisis dokumen yang relevan. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan dan dampaknya terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru di SMA Al-Khairaat Kolono telah menerapkan berbagai strategi efektif dalam membentuk karakter siswa. Siswa mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter ke dalam materi pelajaran PAI, menjadi teladan bagi siswa, memberikan motivasi spiritual, dan mendorong praktik keagamaan dalam kehidupan sekolah sehari-hari. Temuan ini sejalan dengan peran guru PAI yang luas, yakni sebagai pendidik, pembimbing, pelatih, dan evaluator yang membentuk kepribadian siswa. Dukungan dari lingkungan sekolah yang positif dan keterlibatan orang tua juga berperan penting dalam memperkuat nilai-nilai Islami dalam kehidupan siswa. Kesimpulannya, pembelajaran PAI di SMA Al-Khairaat Kolono terbukti berkontribusi signifikan dalam membentuk karakter siswa yang berakhlak mulia, disiplin, dan peduli terhadap sesama. Meskipun efektif dalam menanamkan karakter positif pada peserta didik, upaya pembentukan karakter di SMA Al-Khairaat Kolono masih menghadapi tantangan, terutama perbedaan latar belakang siswa dan pengaruh lingkungan eksternal. Sebabnya, sinergi antara pendidik, orang tua, dan komunitas sekolah sangat krusial untuk pembinaan dan penguatan karakter yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

ASI merupakan makanan utama dan terbaik bagi bayi yang bersifat alamiah. ASI mengandung berbagai zat gizi yang dibutuhkan dalam proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi. Hal yang penting bagi pertumbuhan bagi bayi dan anak adalah nutrisi sebagai pondasi bagi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Cakupan pemberian ASI Eksklusif pada Puskesmas Moncobalang Kabupaten Gowa yaitu adalah 36,25%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap peningkatan frekuensi dan durasi menyusui pada bayi. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah desain pra-eksperimental dengan pendekatan one grup pretest postest. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel berjumlah 15 responden. Analisa data dengan menggunakan uji wilcoxon test. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap peningkatan frekuensi dan durasi menyusui pada bayi. Didapatkan hasil nilai uji signifikansi nilai p-value yang diperoleh melalui uji wilcoxon test yaitu menunjukkan hasil pada frekuensi sebelum dan sesudah diberi pijat dengan nilai P value=0,001<a=0,05. Hasil nilai dari durasi sebelum dan sesudah diberi pijat P value=0,005<a=0,05 Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan dari uji wilcoxon test menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima yang artinya ada pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap peningkatan frekuensi dan durasi menyusui pada bayi di Puskesmas Moncobalang Kabupaten Gowa.

Abstract

Background. In today’s rapidly evolving business environment, leveraging big data has become a crucial component for enhancing human resource management (HRM). Big data enables organizations to collect, analyze, and interpret vast amounts of employee information, providing insights that can optimize recruitment, performance evaluation, retention, and overall workforce management. However, many companies struggle to fully integrate data-driven strategies in HR, often due to a lack of expertise or understanding of big data analytics in this context. Purpose. This study aims to explore the impact of big data on HRM practices, focusing on how data analytics can improve decision-making, workforce productivity, and employee satisfaction. Method. A mixed-method research approach was employed, combining quantitative data analysis from HR metrics with qualitative insights from HR professionals. Data from various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance, were analyzed using machine learning algorithms to identify trends and inform decision-making processes. Results. Interviews with HR managers provided additional context on the practical challenges and benefits of implementing big data in HRM. Findings reveal that big data analytics significantly enhances HR processes, leading to a 30% increase in recruitment efficiency and a 25% improvement in employee retention rates. Conclusion. The study concludes that integrating big data analytics into HRM offers substantial benefits, enabling more precise, evidence-based decisions that enhance workforce management. However, successful implementation requires ongoing investment in technology and training to ensure data accuracy and relevance. This research emphasizes the value of a data-driven approach in HRM and provides a foundation for organizations seeking to maximize their human capital potential.

Abstract

Purpose - Micro-enterprises play a strategic role in regional economic development, including in Banten Province. However, many micro-enterprises still face weaknesses in financial management, which negatively affect their business performance. The provision of micro-enterprise loans by financial institutions has not been sufficiently accompanied by improvements in borrowers’ financial planning and control capabilities. This study aims to analyze the influence of budget planning, cost management, internal control, cash management, and financial analysis on the business performance of micro-enterprise loan recipients in Banten Province. Methodology - This study adopts a quantitative research design using a survey method. Primary data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to micro-enterprise loan recipients in Banten Province. A total of 140 valid responses were obtained from MSME actors. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS version 30, employing descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis to examine both partial and simultaneous effects of financial management variables on MSME performance. Findings – The results show that budget planning, cost management, internal control, cash management, and financial analysis have a fairly high correlation with business performance and exert a significant positive influence, both partially and simultaneously. The model explains 58.3% of the variance in MSME performance, indicating that strengthening financial management capabilities plays a substantial role in improving sustainable business performance. These findings imply that financial management practices are critical determinants of micro-enterprise success. Novelty – This study provides empirical evidence on the combined impact of multiple financial management dimensions on the performance of micro-enterprise loan recipients at a regional level, specifically in Banten Province. Significance – The findings benefit micro-entrepreneurs, financial institutions, and policymakers by highlighting the importance of integrating financial management capacity-building programs with micro-enterprise lending schemes.

Abstract

The rehabilitation of irrigation networks plays a critical role in enhancing agricultural productivity and supporting national food self-sufficiency targets as mandated by Presidential Instruction No. 2 of 2025. Traditional monitoring practices still rely on manual reporting, inconsistent documentation, and non–real-time inspections, leading to data inaccuracies and limited transparency. These challenges highlight the need for a more reliable, timely, and objective monitoring system. SIMORI (Irrigation Monitoring Information System) is introduced as an AI-powered digital solution capable of providing real-time data, detecting anomalies, and generating accountable automated reports. This paper explores the relevance and urgency of SIMORI as a strategic instrument to enhance transparency, accountability, and monitoring quality in irrigation rehabilitation projects, thereby accelerating national food security objectives.
