Abstract

The Cimeta River, located in West Bandung Regency, plays a vital role in the region’s hydrological system and supports the local community. However, the area is frequently affected by flooding caused by heavy rainfall, unplanned land use changes, and insufficient drainage capacity. This study aims to identify flood-prone critical points along the Cimeta River and analyze the contributing factors. A quantitative descriptive approach was applied using hydrological modeling with HEC-HMS and hydraulic analysis with HEC-RAS. Rainfall data from the past 15 years were used to estimate design flood discharges, which were then simulated to assess the river’s capacity. The results indicate that the peak discharge for a 50-year return period (Q50) is 155 m³/s, which exceeds the current river channel capacity and poses a risk of flooding in several river segments. The study recommends river normalization through dredging, channel widening, and bank reinforcement to reduce future flood risks. These findings are expected to support more effective and sustainable flood mitigation policies.

Abstract

Abstract Revenge Porn is booming among children or high school students who meet. More than that, there are rules for revenge porn itself in the laws and regulations. Therefore, there is a need for further research on revenge porn as a crime, the regulation of revenge porn is reviewed by Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions and Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence, and to know the reporting procedure when there is a porn revenge case. The research method used is normative research with an approach to laws and regulations. The data collection method used in this research is literature study. The results of this study indicate that revenge porn is a crime if there is an intention of the perpetrator to take revenge on the victim due to several factors such as the hurt experienced by the perpetrator. In addition, there can also be coercion and extortion that can aggravate the perpetrator when it is reported by the victim. In the ITE Law, there is a provision for revenge porn which is contained in Article 27 Paragraph (3). The relevance between the ITE Law and TPKS is the opening of electronic devices in the ITE Law that can be used for the needs of victims in reporting victim evidence with the TPKS Law. The procedure for reporting porn revenge cases can be seen in the Regulation of the Head of the Indonesian Police Number 6 of 2019 concerning Criminal Investigations.

Abstract

Perkembangan media sosial mengubah cara kita berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi, Dimana media sosial telah menyediakan sumber data yang kaya akan opini dan persepsi dari berbagai pengguna. Dalam konteks Olahraga, sentimen analisis terhadap Tim Sepak Bola Nasional Indonesia dapat memberikan wawasan yang baik tentang dukungan persepsi publik terhadap Tim Sepak Bola Nasional Indonesia dan juga menjadi bahan evaluasi tim nasional indonesia di masa yang akan datang. Studi ini akan menghasilkan opini publik positif dan negatif pada saat kondisi tim nasional indonesia mengalami kekalahan, kemenangan dan keseluruhan selama mengikuti ajang turnamen piala asia 2023, studi ini menggunakan pendekatan algoritma Multinomial Naïve Bayes Classification (MNB) untuk mengklasifikasikan dan training data, menggunakan library Valence Aware Dictionary and sEntiment Reasoner (VADER) untuk melakukan pelabelan otomatis pada data dan Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) untuk mengekstraksi fitur terhadap data tim sepak bola nasional Indonesia dalam turnamen Piala Asia 2023. Algoritma MNB digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan teks yang sudah dilabeli secara otomatis menggunakan VADER . Data untuk studi ini diperoleh melalui proses pengambilan data dari sosial media X dengan kata kunci "timnas Indonesia Piala Asia 2023" dalam rentang tanggal pada saat turnamen piala asia 2023 yaitu 12 Januari 2024 hingga 10 Februari 2024. Hasil dari studi yang dilakukan oleh penulis pada studi berjudul “Sentimen Analisis Tim Sepak Bola di Piala Asia 2023 Berdasarkan Pengguna Twitter(X) Menggunakan Algoritma Multinomial Naïve Bayes” menghasilkan akurasi yang cukup baik yaitu 81%, 79% dan 79% pada kategori Keseluruhan, Kekalahan dan Kemenangan dengan menggunakan metode evaluasi Confussion Matrix.

Abstract

Artificial intelligence technology has grown quickly in recent years. Convolutional neural network (CNN) technology has also been developed as a result of these developments. However, because convolutional neural networks entail several calculations and the optimization of numerous matrices, their application necessitates the utilization of appropriate technology, such as GPUs or other accelerators. Applying transfer learning techniques is one way to get around this resource barrier. MobileNetV2 is an example of a lightweight convolutional neural network architecture that is appropriate for transfer learning. The objective of the research is to compare the performance of SGD and Adam using the MobileNetv2 convolutional neural network architecture. Model training uses a learning rate of 0.0001, batch size of 32, and binary cross-entropy as the loss function. The training process is carried out for 100 epochs with the application of early stop and patience for 10 epochs. Result of this research is both models using Adam's optimizer and SGD show good capability in crowd classification. However, the model with the SGD optimizer has a slightly superior performance even with less accuracy than model with Adam optimizer. Which is model with Adam has accuracy 96%, while the model with SGD has 95% accuracy. This is because in the graphical results model with the SGD optimizer shows better stability than the model with the Adam optimizer. The loss graph and accuracy graph of the SGD model are more consistent and tend to experience lower fluctuations than the Adam model.

Abstract

The use of motorized vehicles in Indonesia increasing from year to year. This has impacted higher air pollution. The use of electric cars was considered to reduce air pollution. However, the use of electric cars in Indonesia still experienced obstacles. This study aimed to analyze the factors that influenced people to buy electric cars in Jabodetabek through the integration/combination of TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) and TPB (Theory of Planned Behavior) or C-TAM-TPB, which were expanded by adding variables of Price Value, Perceived Risk, Environmental Awareness, and Infrastructure Barrier. There are 200 respondents participated in the study. They are selected using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and SEM PLS. The results of this study indicated that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use had a positive influence on attitude. The variables attitude, perceived behavioural control, and price value had a positive influence on the intention to buy electric cars, while subjective norm, perceived risk, environmental awareness, and infrastructure barriers had no significant effect on the intention to buy electric cars. Abstract

Studi ini fokus pada pengaruh komunikasi stres kerja dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Pekerja sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan kepuasan di lingkungan kerja. Komunikasi yang efektif dapat mendorong kerja sama tim dan mengurangi konflik di antara karyawan. Namun, stres kerja dapat menghambat kepuasan kerja dan kesejahteraan secara keseluruhan. Data didapat melalui penggunaan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada karyawan di berbagai industri dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil analisis data mengatakan motivasi yang tinggi dan komunikasi yang efektif berdampak positif terhadap kepuasan dari pekerjaan. Sebaliknya stres kerja berdampak negatif pada tingkat kepuasan kerja. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya meningkatkan motivasi, meningkatkan praktik komunikasi, dan menerapkan strategi untuk mengelola stres kerja dengan efektif. Dengan mengatasi faktor-faktor ini, kepuasan karyawan dan kesuksesan organisasi secara keseluruhan dapat ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Learning motivation is an important element in the success of the educational process, especially in learning Social Sciences (IPS) which is often considered monotonous and irrelevant by students. This study aims to develop and examine the effectiveness of Do or Learn Card learning media based on gamification integrated with the Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach to increase student learning motivation. This media is designed to provide a fun, participatory learning experience that is in accordance with the cultural background of students. The CRT approach is used to ensure that learning strategies value diversity and accommodate different learning styles. This study uses a development method based on the Design Thinking framework involving five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The results of the study show that the use of this media has a significant impact on increasing student learning motivation, as indicated by the results of the pretest and posttest as well as positive responses from the satisfaction questionnaire.

Abstract

Potensi pinus cukup besar dan menguntungkan ditinjau dari populasi hutan pinus di Pulau Jawa yaitu sekitar 876 Ha. Salah satu hasil pengolahan pinus adalah gondorukem yang memiliki karakteristik tidak stabil dan mudah teroksidasi. Disproportionated rosin (DPR) merupakan produk inovasi dari gondorukem yang lebih stabil, tahan panas dan oksidasi serta banyak diaplikasikan sebagai adiktif untuk tinta cetak, cat, ban, dan kertas. Proses pengolahan gondorukem menjadi DPR melalui reaksi netralisasi memerlukan reaktor. Tujuan perancangan alat ini adalah mendesain reaktor pada prarancangan pabrik DPR dari gondorukem grade WG dengan kapasitas 3000 ton/tahun. Hasil perancangan reaktor berupa reaktor dengan tipe continuous stirred tank reactor dilengkapi pengaduk jenis three bladed propeller. Reaktor memiliki ukuran sebesar 444,22 m3 dengan tinggi 14,21 m, dan diameter sebesar 3,35 m. Impeller berukuran 13,11 m dengan diameter sebesar 1 m. Reaktor menggunakan desain tutup atas dan bawah berupa standard dished head dengan material penyusun yaitu stainless steel (SA 167 grade 3 type 304).   Kata kunci: disproportionated rosin, gondorukem, reaktor CSTR,

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to define the characteristics of the karst aquifer, which is approximated by the parameters of (1) degree of karstification (Dk) and (2) time series analysis (cross-correlation and auto-correlation). This research focuses on the Ngerong Spring, the largest spring in Rengel Karst, East Java, Indonesia. Pendant rain gauge RG-3M and HOBO U20L-02 water-level data loggers were installed over one year with a recording interval of 15 minutes. Furthermore, after one year of time-series discharge data was obtained, the discharge recession coefficient was applied to make the recession formula. It was then used to estimate the karstification degree scale from 1 to 10. The aquifer memory system and the spring response to rainfall events were analyzed by auto-correlation and cross-correlation. The results of this study indicate that the karstification degree (Dk) of the Ngerong Spring system is 4.8-5.0, with one laminar and one turbulent flow subregime type. The aquifer system comprises a subregime with turbulent and laminar flow, where the substantial role in groundwater discharge plays the subregime with laminar flow. Meanwhile, time series analysis shows that the capacity of aquifer storage in the Ngerong Spring is large enough. It has a memory effect for 26.41 days, followed by a rapid response to rainfall events within 8 hours. Compared with several other karst sites in Java, the Ngerong Spring aquifer has the youngest development level with the best storage and the slowest release.

Abstract

This research aims to optimize almond variety classification by integrating Convolutional Autoencoder (CAE) as a feature extraction method and Support Vector Machine (SVM) for classification. The research process includes data collection from available datasets, preprocessing, and splitting data for training and testing. Features from almond images are extracted using CAE, which are then used in the SVM model for classification. Model evaluation shows a classification accuracy of 97% on the test data, a significant increase compared to the 48% accuracy of conventional SVM. The CAE-SVM approach offers more compact and informative feature representations, effectively improving almond variety recognition. This study highlights the potential of combining CAE and SVM advantages to enhance plant image analysis and encourages further advancements in machine learning applications in agriculture.
