Abstract

This research delves into the multifaceted landscape of religious moderation in Indonesia, specifically examining the initiatives undertaken by both the government and community organizations to foster tolerance among diverse religious communities. Indonesia, renowned for its rich religious diversity, faces the dual challenge of celebrating its Islamic heritage while ensuring inclusivity for minority religious groups. Against this backdrop, our study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative, in-depth interviews, surveys, and case studies to gain comprehensive insights. The qualitative arm involves interviews with key stakeholders, including government officials, religious leaders, and community representatives. These interviews aim to uncover the lived experiences, challenges, and successes in fostering religious moderation. Complementing this, surveys provide quantitative data, gauging public perceptions and the effectiveness of existing initiatives. Diverse case studies contribute contextual depth, offering a nuanced understanding of specific instances. Sampling techniques ensure representation from various religious communities and regions, fostering inclusivity in data collection. Ethical considerations, including informed consent and ethical review, underpin our commitment to respecting participants' rights. The analysis incorporates quantitative and qualitative approaches, employing statistical tools and thematic analysis to discern patterns and insights. This research aims to contribute to Indonesia's ongoing discourse on religious harmony by elucidating the dynamic interplay between government policies and grassroots efforts.

Abstract

UMKM Rumah Songket Maisyarah is one of the micro, small, and medium enterprises in the field of songket weaving. The process of making songket fabric still uses Alat Tenun Bukan Mesin (ATBM) with seating consisting of simple boards without cushions or backrests. The weavers for 8 hours a day in a sitting posture. Based on the results of the Nordic Body Map questionnaire distribution, it was found that the weavers complained of pain in the back, shoulders, waist, buttocks, thighs, and calves. If this is left untreated for a long time, it will result in weavers suffering from musculoskeletal disorders. The purpose of this research is to assess the work posture and propose an ergonomic seating arrangement for weavers to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders. The method used in this research is Rapid Entire Body Assessment. The results of the posture assessment show that the weavers are at a high level of musculoskeletal risk. The researchers proposed the design of a songket weaving seat that aligns with the anthropometric data of the weavers, with a seat height of 47.1 cm, a seat depth of 48.65 cm, a seat length of 100 cm, a backrest height of 59.9 cm, a backrest length of 100 cm; and seat and backrest thickness of 4 cm. It is hoped that this proposal can reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders among songket weavers in Batu Bara.

Abstract

Tourism in Indonesia continues to evolve as a vital sector in the economy, yet faces complex challenges in optimizing operational efficiency at tourist destinations. This research explores the application of autonomous systems and swarm robotics technology as an innovative solution to enhance operational efficiency. Autonomous systems, leveraging artificial intelligence and automation, collaborate with the adaptive principles of swarm robotics to create dynamic solutions for managing long queues, security, and mobility in tourist destinations. Through case studies and testing technology implementation at specific destinations, this research reveals the positive contributions of these systems to visitor experiences and operational efficiency. The implications of these findings extend to Indonesia's broader tourism sector, offering potential improvements in competitiveness and sustainability. The research details the potential development of swarm robotics technology in the future and highlights aspects that warrant further investigation. Thus, the approach of autonomous systems and swarm robotics becomes a practical solution and a strategic foundation for redefining tourism operations in Indonesia.

Abstract

in completing tasks. High workloads can lead to increased fatigue among workers at PT. Simpang Kiri Plantation Indonesia, which operates in the palm oil plantation sector. This study aims to analyze the level of fatigue experienced by workers involved in loading Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) using physiological methods and the Swedish Occupational Fatigue Index (SOFI).Workers are required to perform under demanding physical conditions, with an average lifting load of 15-30 kg per load. The analysis results indicate that the workers' fatigue level falls within the moderate category, with a percentage of 100%. The highest dimension of fatigue is found in sleepiness, with a score of 10, followed by physical exertion with a score of 6.5. Additionally, lack of motivation and physical discomfort each have scores of 6.5 and 5.8, respectively, while lack of energy is recorded at the lowest value of 5.5.These findings provide important insights for improving work techniques and managing workloads within the company, as well as serving as a reference for further research aimed at reducing work fatigue.

Abstract

Abstract

The Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method is a method commonly used in benchmarking. The Dynamic Data Envelopment Analysis (DDEA) method was proposed to improve the DEA method in the benchmarking process. The DDEA method proposed can determine the effectiveness of the Decision Making Unit (DMU). The disadvantage of the DDEA model is that it cannot handle problems that involve benchmarking for stochastic data. To improve the DDEA method, the Stochastic Data Envelopment Analysis (SDEA) method is proposed which can be used for benchmarking involving stochastic data. The SDEA method itself has weaknesses in dealing with noise and uncertainty problems that will appear in the assessment process. The purpose of the research conducted by the researcher was to use the Hesitant Fuzzy method in optimizing the SDEA method so that the Hesitant Fuzzy model - Stochastic Data Envelopment Analysis (HF-SDEA) could be carried out benchmarking process in a situation where the assessment contained many elements of uncertainty. The results of this study are benchmarking methods that can do benchmarking for stochastic data on conditions that contain elements of uncertainty.
