Abstract

Proses pengasapan merupakan tahapan penting dalam produksi Ribbed Smoked Sheet (RSS) karena berpengaruh terhadap kualitas produk akhir. Data produksi selama periode Januari hingga Desember 2025 menunjukkan bahwa tingkat produk cacat pada proses pengasapan mencapai 5,4%. Nilai tersebut masih berada diatas batas toleransi cacat yang ditetapkan perusahaan, yaitu sebesar 2%. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menetapkan prioritas risiko penyebab terjadinya cacat, mengidentifikasi akar penyebabnya, serta merumuskan rekomendasi perbaikan pada proses pengasapan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) dan Root Cause Analysis (RCA) menggunakan diagram fishbone. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyebab kegagalan dengan nilai RPN tertinggi pada cacat warna tidak merata adalah distribusi asap di dalam kamar asap tidak merata (RPN 210), cacat gelembung adalah suhu pada tahap awal pengasapan terlalu tinggi (RPN 180) dan cacat hangus adalah kenaikan suhu di dalam kamar asap yang tidak segera diketahui (RPN 336). Usulan perbaikan meliputi pemasangan exhaust fan, temperature controller, dan temperature alarm, disertai pelatihan operator, penyesuaian ventilasi, pengaturan penambahan kayu bakar, evaluasi sirkulasi udara, serta penyusunan prosedur penanganan alarm untuk menurunkan tingkat cacat produk RSS.

Abstract

PT XYZ merupakan unit pelaksana distribusi tenaga listrik yang melaksanakan pekerjaan pemeliharaan jaringan melalui Tim Pekerjaan Dalam Keadaan Bertegangan (PDKB). Salah satu pekerjaan yang memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi adalah penggantian jumper atas yang dilakukan pada jaringan distribusi 20 kV yang masih bertegangan dan di ketinggian. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya, menilai tingkat risiko, serta merumuskan usulan pengendalian risiko menggunakan metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA) dan Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan lima anggota Tim PDKB, serta dokumen Instruksi Kerja (IK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 16 tahapan pekerjaan dengan 31 potensi bahaya yang teridentifikasi. Penilaian risiko awal menunjukkan 12 potensi bahaya (38,7%) berkategori Extreme, 7 (22,6%) berkategori High, 11 (35,5%) berkategori Medium, dan 1 (3,2%) berkategori Low. Setelah penerapan rekayasa teknik, pengendalian administratif, dan penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD), kategori Extreme menurun menjadi 0 (0,0%), kategori High menjadi 5 potensi bahaya (16,1%), kategori Medium menjadi 7 potensi bahaya (22,6%), sedangkan kategori Low meningkat menjadi 19 potensi bahaya (61,3%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode JSA dan HIRARC mampu mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya, menilai tingkat risiko, serta mendukung mitigasi risiko pada pekerjaan penggantian jumper atas.

Abstract

The loading activity of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) at the plantation of PT. ALM is still performed manually by lifting, carrying, and throwing the FFB into truck beds. These repetitive activities, combined with non-ergonomic working postures, have the potential to cause Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) among workers. This study aims to determine the level of ergonomic risk in FFB loading activities using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) and Assessment of Repetitive Tasks (ART Tool) methods, as well as to propose an ergonomic improvement to reduce the risk of MSDs. Data were collected through observation, documentation, interviews, the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire, and anthropometric measurements. The results of the NBM questionnaire indicated that workers experienced discomfort in the back, lower back, shoulders, upper arms, and wrists. The REBA analysis showed that the FFB loading activity falls into a high-risk category, requiring immediate corrective action. Similarly, the ART Tool assessment indicated a high level of risk due to repetitive movements, excessive force exertion, and prolonged working duration. Based on the analysis, an ergonomic improvement in the form of a hydraulic FFB transport and dumping trolley was proposed, designed according to the workers' anthropometric data. The proposed trolley has dimensions of 180 cm in length, 100 cm in width, and 140 cm in height, with a carrying capacity of 200–250 kg, equivalent to 8–10 fresh fruit bunches.

Abstract

Supply chain disruptions in regional food distribution networks can generate cascading impacts due to complex interdependencies among producers, warehouses, distributors, retailers, and other supply chain entities. Existing risk prediction approaches often rely on static representations and independent feature analysis, limiting their ability to capture dynamic network evolution, risk propagation mechanisms, and interpretable decision support. This study proposes a Resilient Supply Chain Risk Prediction framework using graph-based learning for a regional rice distribution network in Aceh Besar Regency and Banda Aceh City, Indonesia. The proposed framework integrates Dynamic Supply Chain Graphs, Temporal Graph Neural Networks (Temporal GNNs), risk propagation analysis, and explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) to model evolving supply chain relationships and identify disruption vulnerabilities. Operational data from rice mills, warehouses, distributors, and traditional markets are transformed into sequential dynamic graph representations to capture changes in supply availability, inventory conditions, transportation relationships, demand variations, and disruption patterns over time. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed Temporal GNN outperforms Random Forest, XGBoost, and LSTM models, achieving 92.40% accuracy, 92.49% F1-score, and an AUC-ROC of 0.968. Furthermore, risk propagation analysis identifies critical nodes and disruption pathways within the supply chain network, while explainability analysis using GNNExplainer and SHAP reveals that lead time, inventory level, and supplier reliability are key factors influencing disruption risks. The proposed framework also supports resilience-oriented decision-making by enabling proactive mitigation strategies, including route adjustment, inventory redistribution, and prioritization of critical supply chain entities. This study contributes to supply chain risk analytics by providing an interpretable dynamic graph-based learning framework that simultaneously captures network evolution, temporal risk patterns, cascading disruption behavior, and resilience improvement strategies for regional food distribution systems
