Abstract

Nonsuicidal Self-Injury (NSSI) yang lebih dikenal dengan self-injury atau self-harm, merupakan tindakan yang dilakukan dengan sengaja untuk melukai diri sendiri. Pelaku self-injury melukai dirinya tidak untuk menciptakan rasa sakit fisik, tetapi untuk menenangkan rasa sakit emosional yang mendalam. Sebuah tinjauan literatur menunjukkan bahwa kelompok-kelompok ini pernah melakukan self-injury : sekitar 18% remaja (usia 10-17 tahun) dan 13% orang dewasa awal (usia 18-24 tahun) telah melukai diri sendiri; sekitar 20% di antaranya adalah mahasiswa. Banyak orang yang melukai diri sendiri tumbuh dalam keluarga dimana ekspresi emosi dan kemarahan tidak ditoleransi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif studi kasus, pengumpulan datanya dengan wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi, dan studi documenter. Responden penelitian ini adalah : Ayah dan ibu pelaku self-injury, 5 pasang, dan bersedia menjadi responden. Analisis Data yang digunakan adalah Model Miles dan Huberman (1994). Hasilnya ada sembilan tema yang menggambarkan bahwa orangtua yang memberi pengaruh paling kuat dalam pembentukan konsep diri pada anak, kurang dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya sebagaimana mestinya. Peran keluarga, terutama orangtua sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengembangkan konsep diri anak menjadi lebih positif, agar dapat mengatasi tindakan NSSI.

Abstract

Pendidikan mengalami perubahan IPTEK yang sangat cepat dan kompleks sebagai dampak era industri 4.0 dan masyarakat 5.0 yang memerlukan kecakapan hidup terdiri empat jenis kecakapan. SMK Bisnis Manajemen sebagai lembaga pendidikan vokasi keahlisan bisnis dan manajemen memiliki kewajiban untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang siap kerja dan berdaya saing di era global. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana konsep inovasi kemitraan yang digunakan oleh smk bisnis manajemen untuk menyiapkan lulusan yang siap kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengumpulkan informasi dari kedua sumber primer yaitu manajemen SMK Bisnis Manajemen Kota Semarang, mitra DUDI dan sumber pendukung lainnya berupa dokumen. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa SMK Bisnis Manajemen melakukan pola kemitraan bersama dunia usaha dan industri (DUDI) untuk meningkatan kualitas lulusan. yang siap kerja dan berdaya saing. Penelitian ini akan memberi manfaat bagi SMK Bisnis Manajemen untuk melakukan Inovasi kemitraan dengan DUDI yang berdampak positif terhadap kualitas lulusan siap kerja dan berdaya saing, sehingga mempengaruhi tingkat daya serap lulusan di dunia kerja di era industri 4.0 dan masyarakat 5.0.

Abstract

Abstrak. The causes of someone committing self-injury are lack of self-love, lack of ability to think about the impact of the actions taken, lack of understanding of emotional changes, lack of self-confidence to change for the better, and other alternatives in solving a problem. That requires intervention that can meet these psychological needs. The research's purpose is to know the impact of the application on the Basic Dimensions of Positive Existential-Humanistic in Fulfilling the Psychological Needs of Self-Injury Actors. The method used in this research is Pre-Experimental Design. Research subjects: five teenagers or adults who did self-injury, female, 16-21 years old. The results of this study are: There is an effect of applying positive basic dimensions in the Humanistic Extension intervention in fulfilling the psychological needs of self-injury perpetrators. When the intervention is given by focusing more on the positive basic dimensions of the human being, the Need for Attachment, the need for Control or Orientation, the need for Pleasure/Pain Avoidance, and the need for Self-Enhancement will be met.

Abstract

Abstrak. The incapability to manage emotion and feeling makes learners triggered to commit inappropriate conformity feelings. Rational emotive behavior counseling becomes an intervention model to relieve anxiety and to help the counseling process in measuring feelings and emotions. This research determined the contribution of the rational emotive counseling behavior model to developing learners' positive conformity. This ex post facto research applied true experimental design. The research subjects consisted of 20 learners. Then, the researchers grouped them into two groups. They were an experimental group with 10 learners and a control group with the other 10 learners. The applied data collecting techniques were measured through interviews and a positive conformity instrument consisting of 32 items. The obtained coefficient of Cronbach Alpha was 0.802. The data analysis applied inferential analysis with the t-test formula. The rational emotive behavior counseling model significantly influenced the experimental group’s improvement. The applied counseling model, rational emotive behavior, was effective to improve the learners’ positive conformity. Both groups, experimental and control groups, experienced significant and different improvements. The experimental group had significantly improved positive conformity to the control group. Thus, the rational-emotive counseling model was effective to develop the positive conformity of the learners.

Abstract

Background: The engagement of nursing students is very important and can affect their progress and success in the nursing profession in the future. In nursing students their learning process is carried out in two environments, in the classroom and in the clinical practice, so that their engagement in both learning environments is very important to help students become more effective, current, and knowledgeable as they became engaged nursing dan become quality nurses. Purpose: The purpose of this research is to identify dan to explore the engagement of nursing students in the classroom and in clinical practice Methods: This study used a literature review design. This research used a database of indexed international journals such as Pubmed, Google Schoolar, Science Direct, and BMC for the period 2011-2021 to search for research articles. The keyword used was ‘Nursing Students, Students Engagement, Classroom, Clinical Practice’ and obtained 12 research articles. Research articles have been screened according to inclusion criteria of this research, namely the articles containing student engagement or the engagement of nursing students in the classroom or clinical practice. Results: Nursing students engagement in the learning process takes place in two environments, in the classroom and the clinical environment. Various studies on the engagement of nursing students showed a high level of engagement in the learning process that influenced by various factors including students, student with other students relationship, teachers, student-teacher/clinical instructors relationships, learning strategies, learning methods and student relationships with the learning environment. Conclusion: The engagement of nursing students is very important for their progress in the future profession, because the level of engagement will lead to various short-term and long-term learning outcomes. Engagement will affect the learning process of students in the classroom and develop academic skills in a clinical environment so that it will have an impact on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Christian Religious Higher Education (CRHE) has a contribution in realizing Indonesia's national education goals, namely educating the life of the nation. One of the challenges in the world of education in the era of society 5.0 is the rapid development of technology that integrates with life. This requires every CRHE lecturer to be able to adapt to change and have digital literacy skills so that they can support lecturer performance. This study aims to analyze the role of digital literacy on the performance of CRHE lecturers in the era of society 5.0 and the challenges of lecturer digital literacy. This research method is qualitative, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documents from relevant research journals. The results of the study show that digital literacy plays an important role in the performance of CRHE lecturers, namely: 1) the dimensions of technical skills, digital literacy can make it easier for lecturers to use digital technology, 2) the cognitive dimension, digital literacy enables lecturers to manage, analyze and synthesize digital resources, and 3) the social dimension, digital literacy enables lecturers to build networks with other researchers and communicate effectively with colleagues, students and the community.

Abstract

Education is experiencing very rapid and complex changes in science and technology as a result of the industrial era 4.0 and society 5.0 which requires life skills consisting of four types of skills. Center of Excellence Vocational School as a vocational education institution based on the independent learning program has an obligation to produce graduates who are resilient and competitive in the global era. The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation of the partnership model used by Vocational High School centers of excellence can be evaluated to prepare graduates who are resilient and globally competitive. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to collect information from primary sources, namely the management of the Center for Excellence Vocational High School in Semarang City, Central Java, Business and Industry Sector partners and other supporting sources in the form of documents. The results of this study indicate that the Center for Excellence Vocational High School conducts a partnership pattern with business and industry to improve the quality of graduates. tough and competitive. This research will benefit the Center of Excellence Vocational High Schools to carry out partnership innovations with Business and Industry Sector which have a positive impact on the quality of tough and competitive graduates, thereby affecting the level of absorption of graduates in the world of work in the era of society 5.0

Abstract

Counseling help-seeking behavior as an effort to solve personal-social problems is influenced by the cultural values ​​of an ethnic group. The purpose of this study was to analyze the barriers to help-seeking behavior in school counseling services for students of Arab, Chinese and Javanese ethnicity in Surakarta. The research method is quasi-qualitative with an ethnographic approach. The instruments used were virtual and in-depth interview guidelines. The research source used 15 Thionghoa participants. Retrieval of data with in-depth interview techniques. Data were analyzed using Qualitative Data Analysis with the NVivo12 application. There are four main themes as a result of data analysis. The results showed that the Chinese ethnicity was influenced by a culture of collectivity and independence. The implication of this research is that in order to improve counseling help-seeking behavior, a counselor needs to understand the cultural values ​​of each learner.

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam became a milestone in the establishment of IAIN Kudus. With the transformation of IAIN Kudus into UIN Kudus, the Program Study of Pendidikan Agama Islam will be in demand by students who do not come from Islamic boarding schools or Madrasah Aliyah (MA). To accelerate learning understanding, a differentiated learning method is needed. The approach used in this study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The results of this study indicate that the lecturer remembers the name of one student at a time. In addition, lecturers understand student characteristics, learning abilities, learning styles, reading levels, and levels of understanding in absorbing material. The existence of differentiated learning methods makes the learning received between students different from one another. Likewise with different teaching methods. Learning that is created according to the needs and understanding of students.

Abstract

The role of counselors is important in supporting student development, especially considering the low hardiness character of junior high school students. The counselor's professionalism in providing comprehensive counseling services is decisive in handling students' hardiness character. One of counseling approach which can improve students' hardiness character is reality counseling. Therefore, the community service team conducted reality counseling training as an effort to improve students' hardiness character at MGBK SMP in Semarang City. The method of implementing uses three stages consisting of participant identification, training implementation, and evaluation. The service activities were carried out for two days with 35 participants from junior high school counselors in Semarang City. The first day's activities focused on increasing participants' knowledge with material presentation by the community service team related to the topic of counselor responsive competencies in the VUCA Era, hardiness character and mind-skills, and reality approach counseling. The second day involved simulation and supervised practice, followed by a reflection and evaluation session. The results of the paired samples t-test showed a significant differences between the average pre-test and post-test scores with a value of Sig. 2-tailed=0.000 (<0.01). It means that there is an effect of training implementation on the counselor's ability to use reality counseling. This is supported by, positive evaluation that shows satisfaction of the trainees during the service activities. Trainees can implement reality counseling in their respective schools to improve the hardiness character of junior high school students
