Abstract

Abstract This study Intends: 1) to find out and analyze the role of academics and industry in creating organic agricultural tourism in Kanigoro Village. 2) to find and analyze the factors that play a role in the development of organic agricultural tourism in Kanigoro Village. The speakers in this study consisted of Mr. Basiri as the head of the P4S Bengkel Mimpi, Mr. Ishaq as one of the P4S Bengkel Mimpi administrators, Mr. Mujib as the village apparature, Mr. Nazil as an industry player, Mas Robit as a student of Brawijaya University, Mr. Min as a resident of Kanigoro Village and Mr. Dwi as the field officer of the Malang Regency Agriculture and Food Crops Service.The results of the study explained that academics played an important role in mapping the problems and potentials of developing Kanigoro Village through various studies conducted from various disciplines so that it was found that Kanigoro Village has the potential to become an organic agricultural tourism village. The Kanigoro Village Government and the Malang Regency Agriculture and Food Crops Office played a role in promoting activities that were participated in both regional and national scales. The next actor is a business / industry actor who applies organic vegetable products in Kanigoro Village to the city. Furthermore, the factors that play an important role are the agricultural potential of Kanigoro Village, the desire to change and the use of digital media. Factors that inhibit financial shortages and loyalty of basic opinions are Mr. Basiri and the people of Kanigoro Village.Keywords: Triple Helix, Organic Farming TourismPendahuluan

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine whether the Ministy of Agricultural andSpatial/Malang District Land Board in calculating and reporter in the e-Filing ofincome Tax Article 21 of the salaries of civil servants in accordance whit theprovisions of the research is adescriptive study using quantitative approach PER-32/PJ/2015. The results obtained from the basic salary and all allowances are notin accordance whit the prevailing tax regulations, because the are difference inthe calculation of gross incame, mandatory dues employee becomes a deductionfrom gross income and the imposition of income tax rates section 21 on thesalaries of cipil e-Filing of of Income tax article 21 was reported by the taxpayerand are in accordance whit the applicable tax regulationsKeywords: Calculation, Reporting by e-Filing of Income Tax Article 21.

Abstract

ABSTRAKThe aim of this research is to find out of the influence of stress work, work environment against the performance of employees in partial and simultaneous. This method of using the quantitative, the kind of this research was causal comperative research. A sample of this research is civil servants district Turi district Lamongan the numberet in 33 respondents. The data collection using the questionnaire. The analyst used in this study is linear regression  analysis multiple with SPSS 16.0 for windows. 1. The results of research shows  that : there  are the influence of a significant positive and stress work employees. 2. There are the influence of positive and significant work environment against the performance of the servants. Keyword : performance employee, stress work, work environment.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how the influence of work motivation, work environment and work discipline variables on the performance of employees of PT. Selecta Batu Tourism City. Research is used by using explanatory methods with quantitative methods on employees of PT. Selecta Batu Tourism City. The sample used in this study amounted to 57 employees. The analytical method used in this study is using the SPSS program which consists of several instrument tests, normality tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that work motivation variables partially influence employee performance, work environment variables do not affect employee performance and work discipline variables do not affect employee performance. Keywords: Employee Performance, Work Motivation, Work Environment and Work Discipline

Abstract

ABSTRACT“The purpose of this research are: 1) to find out the Price Earning Ratio (PER) and how it affects to the company’s stock prices of manufacture companies 2) to understand the influence of Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) towards the company’s stock prices of manufacture companies 3) to discover the impact of Return On Equity (ROE) towards company’s stock prices of manufacture companies. The population of this research are manufacture companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The method that is used to analyze by the multiple linear regression test with a t-test as the hypothesis tester. The result of this research has proved that the Price Earning Ratio (PER) has brought a negative influence and not significantly while the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) also has a negative influence and not significant. However, the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a positive impact and significantly”.Keywords : Return Stock, Price Earning Ratio (PER), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), and Return On Equity (ROE).

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Commitment, Communication, Morale and Work Discipline on the Performance of the Executive Board of Unisma Students for the 2020-2021 period. The type of research used is quantitative research with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study was 80 administrators and data processing using the SPSS computer program. This study has met the requirements of validity and reliability. The data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination analysis. Against Performance. The results of this study conclude that the Commitment Variables, Communication, Work Spirit, have a partial effect on Performance, and Work Discipline had a partial effect on the Performance of the Student Executive Board of the Islamic University of Malang for the 2020-2021 Period. Keywords: Performance, Commitment, Communication, Morale And Work Discipline.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to determine the effect of motivation and work experience on employee work discipline at Sardo Swalayan, located at Jalan Gajayana no.500, Dinoyo, Lowokwaru District, Malang City, East Java 65145. The method used is a quantitative method used to examine a population or specific sample that aims to explain the position of each variable and its effect between one variable with another variable, and the source of the data used is primary data by spreading Likert scale kusieoner to Sardo Shopping Shop Employees City of Malang supermarket. The sample calculation in this study uses the Slovin formula which produces 49 respondents. The results of this study are the variables of motivation and work experience simultaneously and partially affect work discipline. Keywords: Motivation, Work experience, Work Discipline

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of Organizational Climate Salary, and Job Stress on Job Satisfaction of Malang City Meteor Cell employees. The sample used was all employees of the Central Malang Meteor Cell. The Sampling Technique which if it is less than 100 is better taken all then this study is a census study. Based on the results of the study note that the independent variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, the value is known with a sig value below 0.05, then H1 is accepted, meaning that the Organizational Climate and Work Stress variables simultaneously influence the Job Satisfaction. Like the Organizational Climate variable, which is known with a sig value below 0.05, it means that the Organization Climate has a partial effect on Job Satisfaction. Salary variable is known with a sig value below 0.05, meaning that the Salary variable has a partial effect on Job Satisfaction. While the Work Stress Variable is known by the value of sig. above 0.05, it means that the Job Stress variable has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction.Keywords: Orgaizational Climate, Salary, Job Stress, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this to analyze and explain the influence of motivation, intellectual quotient, emotional quotient, and spiritual quotient on the performance of teachers at SDN Kandangsapi 2 Pasuruan City. The dependent variable in this study is teacher performance. And there are 4 independent variables used, namely motivation, intellectual quotient, emotional quotient, and spiritual quotient. The population in this study were teachers of SDN Kandangsapi 2, Pasuruan City. The sample in this study was taken using census research techniques. The data collection method used is the method of distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of the study stated that simultaneously the variables of motivation, intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence had a significant effect on teacher performance. Partially the variables of motivation and intellectual intelligence have no significant effect on teacher performance, the emotional intelligence variable has a negative and insignificant effect on teacher performance, while spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on teacher performance. Keywords: Motivation, Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Spiritual Intelligence and Teacher Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, motivation, effect of compensation on employee performance, and motivation on employee performance at the Office of Population and Civil Registration in Malang. Based on the results of the analysis found that compensation has a positive effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Based on the results of the study, the company Office of Population and Civil Registration (DISPENDUK CAPIL) Malang City should provide fair compensation, motivate employees with promotion of position, to improve maximum work quality.
