Abstract

Determination of full day school learning is a new policy that enforces learning at the Al-Ansar Tanjung Pura Integrated Islamic Elementary School all day long. Education which is dynamic in nature is of course always carrying out reforms in order to catch up with Indonesia's education with developed countries, especially at Al-Ansar Tanjung Pura Integrated Islamic Elementary School. However, this certainly requires careful preparation in order to minimize the emergence of conflict. Community concern arises because the existence of full day school is feared that it can damage the existing order, such as the teaching of madrasah diniyah. Of course this will have an impact on community empowerment and children. This research will discuss further about the product of policy formulation and the problems of implementing the full day school education system at Al-Ansar Tanjung Pura Integrated Islamic Elementary School. The method used is a literature study, and it results that education management cannot be separated from education policy because the two work in synergy with each other. Likewise, education and politics cannot be separated either. Both have an important role with the same goal of advancing the nation. The goals, direction, values ​​and education budget are not spared from the results of political agreements..

Abstract

The main goal of education is the realization of national education goals, namely elevating the life of the nation and state, how students can be the best hope for graduates if teachers lack awareness and concern and a sense of responsibility. Here the director as a leader makes the right policy. the principal who is the foundation of quality education must act as a motivator, driver, pioneer and reinforcer, and administrator. In other words, the principal is the decision maker, determines the direction of the school's goals and is one of the implementers of educational policy or the heart of the school. This article aims to find out the implementation of the principal's policy in improving the function of teachers in Mas Muhammadiyah 1 Medan. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique used was observation, interviews and documentation by observing directly in the field. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be found that the form of implementation of the school principal's policy is very thorough and sequential in accordance with predetermined procedures, as well as a full day system program that makes the school a plus for the community who views it and for teachers who have balanced this with their respective duties and responsibilities. each effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of character education policies at MTsN 3 PALAS, supporting factors, inhibiting factors, and the impacts and solutions of implementing character education policies for students. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. With the research subject of the principal, homeroom teacher and students. Supported by data collection techniques using the method of observation, observation and interviews as well as documentation. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the implementation of character education policies at MTsN 3 PALAS is carried out by school members by implementing them in the teaching and learning process, 2) supporting factors, namely good cooperation between school members, student awareness, a conducive environment and activities that programmed. 3) The inhibiting factors are the teacher's limitations in carrying out character education, the lack of parental supervision of children 4) the solution to the obstacles is an individual approach to students and the impact of implementing this character education policy is to create self-confidence and discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to describe 1) Implementation of the Full Day School policy carried out at SMP-IT Nurul Ilmi Medan Estate; 2) The problems faced at SMP-IT Nurul Ilmi Medan Estate in implementing the Full Day School; 3) Solutions made in solving the problem of implementing the Full Day School policy at SMP-IT Nurul Ilmi Medan Estate. The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive methods. Data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Full Day School policy has been carried out based on the Character Education Strengthening Policy made by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Indonesia. Problems that arise during the implementation of Full Day Schools include inadequate facilities and infrastructure, adaptation of teachers, employees and students which takes a relatively long time, concerns parents of students for their children who are in grades 7 and 8 and adjustments to school schedules and student activities outside of school that have been previously scheduled. The solution taken by the school with existing problems is to always socialize student activities in the Full Day School policy, provide dispensation for students who have previously scheduled activities outside of school, carry out weekly evaluations and collaborate with institutions that can support Full Day School activities in schools.

Abstract

Education Implementation has a goal direction so that the educational policies that have been created are realized. This study of education policy aims to provide a written description of the policy implementation process, including in terms of education and character. The purpose of policy implementation is to set directions so that policy objectives can be realized. This study aims to describe the process of policy implementation including education policy. In implementing it, it is necessary to pay attention to the process, it is necessary to consider the strategies and approaches used, the stages of formulation, the adequacy and completeness of the administration. This is for the realization of success in implementing education policies. In policy implementation, there is a process that must be followed, including certain strategies and approaches that must be taken, as well as several completeness and adequacy that must be met. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of madrasas in the national education system, madrasa problems, opportunities and challenges of madrasas. The method used in this study is a literature study by collecting secondary data from various references in the form of books and journals, then conducting a descriptive analysis of the data which is presented in detail. In essence, madrasas have a qualified position in nation building, but unfortunately currently education in madrasas is considered "second class" education. This is due to the many problems related to the implementation of madrasas, both large and small scale. As well as problems regarding management, the low quality of madrasa education, the gap between public and private, to the opportunities and challenges for madrasas in Indonesia at this time.

Abstract

Inclusive education is to provide education system that provides opportunities for all learners with special needs to be able to follow education or learning in an educational setting together with the learners in general (East Java Governor Regulation, No. 6 of 2011). In the implementation of policy implementation implementation of inclusive education in six schools Organising Inclusive Level Elementary School and Junior High School, was found several classical problems, namely a lack of teachers Educators Lodging, unavailability of dedicated space for the handling of Children with Special Needs, no psychologists or guidance counseling, lack of socialization on inclusive education in the community around the school, and lack of knowledge about of Children with Special Needs regular teachers. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the Government policy of inclusive education at the level of elementary and junior high school levels. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The focus of research on the implementation or operation of the implementation of inclusive education by using the theory Merile S. Grindle, while the data collection used observation, interview, documentation and triangulation.

Abstract

The essence of independent learning is the freedom of teachers and students in the learning process. This freedom has not been experienced by teachers and students so far because teachers are more concerned with the administration of education and learning. Teachers also do not understand the concept and its role in the independent learning policy. The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's role in the independent learning policy and its implementation in the learning process at SMP Negeri 1 Pancur Batu. The reasons behind the emergence of this research are none other than seeing the current independent learning policy as something new for the world of education. The role of the teacher varies widely, including independent learning facilitators, innovative and creative teachers, teachers with characteristics as teachers, and driving teachers. Based on these explanations, this study concluded that understanding the meaning of independent learning and the teacher's role in independent learning helps teachers and students to be more independent in thinking, more innovative and creative, and happy in learning activities. The research method used is a qualitative approach. While the data was collected through library research methods (library research).

Abstract

Education is an important thing in determining individual self-development, and for the life of a nation, the important role of education is one of the drivers of the progress of a nation. The educational policy at the Nurus Salam Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah also requires school members to comply with regulations. The research method that we use is descriptive qualitative research. Namely research that uses a qualitative approach in collecting data. Which is then used in the form of a description. This study seeks to describe the policies in improving the learning quality of students at the Nurus Salam Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Research informants included Madrasah Principals and Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teachers. The techniques we use to collect the data are observation, interviews and document analysis.

Abstract

The 2013 curriculum policy is one of the policies in the field of education launched by the government where the government adds an attitude assessment to the curriculum structure in the 2013 curriculum policy. The existence of this assessment then forms the basis that the 2013 curriculum is a character-based curriculum. This study aims to determine the implementation of the 2013 curriculum policy at SMK Al Washliyah 13 Tebing Tinggi City. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The implementation of the 2013 curriculum policy at Al Washliyah 13 Vocational High School, Tebing Tinggi City, has been running effectively in the good category. Teachers have been able to carry out teaching and learning activities and the assessment process well. Teachers are able to implement teacher and student books in learning activities. The school has governance that is categorized as good to support the implementation of the 2013 curriculum. The school principal also manages the curriculum quite well and tries to provide the facilities and amenities needed by the 2013 curriculum.
