Abstract

Global financial crisis of 2008 led to slowdown of economic growth followed by the decline of global trade volume in the following year. This would  have a negative impact on the reduction of production capacity that could trigger a surge of unemployment rate. In a economy if economic growth increases, government spending will also increased. In Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore, economic growth that indicated by GDP is different each others, so it will be interesting to analyze the relationship between government expenditure and economic growth.The population in this study are the data for government expenditure, HDI and GDP. While the sample is variable data for government expenditure, HDI and GDP  during the research period, namely 1990-2015. Data collection techniques in this research is the method of documentation. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis to the equation. The model used are secondary data with regression analysis with classic assumption, that are normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation test. The result of this study showed that  there is  impact  of government expenditure on GDP in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. This can be seen from the p-value or significant value that is lower than 0,05 so the hypothesis accepted. Another result showed that there is impact of economic growth on GDP in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. This can be seen from the p-value or significant value that is lower than 0,05 so the hypothesis accepted.Suggestions of this research as follows: For the government, can pay attention on givernment expenditure and economic growth because based on this research affecting GDP in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. For further research, can add another variables that affecting GDP, such as interest rates, kurs, etc.

Abstract

Minat Berwirausaha adalah seseorang yang memiliki kecenderungan, keyakinan, serta kesediaan dari dalam diri individu untuk siap menempuh segala resiko dengan perasaan senang dalam melakukan tindakan wirausaha. Minat berwirausaha siswa dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan kewirausahaan, motivasi belajar, status sosial ekonomi orang tua, dan self efficacy. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, motivasi belajar, status soial ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat berwirausaha baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui self efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII SMK di Kotawaringin Barat dengan sampel sebanyak 93 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Ada pengaruh signifikan pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha dan ada pengaruh tidak langsung pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha melalui self efficacy sebesar 17,2% (2) Ada pengaruh signifikan Motivasi belajar terhadap minat berwirausaha dan ada pengaruh tidak langsung motivasi belajar terhadap minat berwirausaha melalui self efficacy sebesar 15,3% (3) Ada pengaruh signifikan  status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat berwirausaha dan ada pengaruh tidak langsung status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat berwirausaha melalui self efficay sebesar 16,8% (4) Ada pengaruh signifikan self efficacy terhadap minat berwirausaha.

Abstract

Perilaku konsumtif adalah kegiatan konsumsi yang tidak didasarkan pada kebutuhan tetapi pada keinginan dan kepuasan semata. Perilaku konsumtif mulai muncul ketika terjadi perubahan pada pola perilaku konsumsi, yaitu menjadi perilaku konsumsi yang tidak rasional atau hanya karena faktor emosional. Secara teoritis perilaku konsumtif dipengaruhi oleh faktor budaya, social, pribadi dan psikologi. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara lingkungan keluarga, teman sebaya, pengendalian diri terhadap perilaku konsumtif baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui litearsi keuangan sebagai variabel intervening. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa FEB Unisbank Semarang dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh negatif terhadap perilaku konsumtif sebesar 25,6% (2) Teman sebaya berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku konsumtif sebesar 34,7% (3) Pengendalian diri berpengaruh negatif terhadap perilaku konsumtif sebesar 16,1% (4) Pengaruh total lingkungan keluarga terhadap perilaku konsumtif sebesar 0,85% (5) Pengaruh total teman sebaya terhadap perilaku konsumtif sebesar 17,94% (6) Pengaruh total pengendalian diri terhadap perilaku konsumtif sebesar -11,21% (7) Literasi keuangan berpengaruh negatif terhadap perilaku konsumtif sebesar 31,3%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ketuntasan, pengaruh aktivitas motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar kewirausahaan Siswa Kelas XI Sekolah Menegah Kejuruan (SMK) Teuku Umar Semarang  secara efektif, karena berdasarkan data bahwa pembelajaran kewirausahaan Siswa Kelas XI SMK Teuku Umar Semarang  22% mengalami ketidaktuntasan dan sumbangan terbesar di program keahlian pemasaran sebesar 42% yang mengakibatkan siswa aktivitas dan motivasi kurang termotivasi dan cenderung pasif mengembangkan potensinya secara optimal.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif studi true eksperimental dengan desain berbentuk Pre test-Control Group Design untuk melihat ketuntasan, pengaruh Pembelajaran secara efektif dengan populasi Siswa Kelas XI SMK Teuku Umar Semarang yang dipilih sampel secara acak menurut kriteria peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ketuntasan keaktifan belajar Siswa sebesar 48%, motivasi belajar Siswa sebesar 63% dan hasil belajar memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 90,74 terhadap pembelajaran proyek dengan saintifik, pengaruh aktifitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 0,019 dan motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 0,098. Hal ini menunjukan aktivitas belajar siswa tidak dapat memprediksi hasil belajar namun motivasi dapat mencapai secara efektif ditandai dengan adanya perbedaan hasil belajar dari 86.15 = 86% dan pos tes sebesar 90,74 = 91% artinya antra pre tes dan pos tes mengalami perubahan sebesar 5% dari sebelumnya. The purpose of this study to determine completeness, influence the activity of learning motivation and learning outcomes Class XI student entrepreneurship Vocational Middle School (SMK) Teuku Umar Semarang effective, because based on data that entrepreneurial learning Class XI student of SMK Teuku Umar Semarang ketidaktuntasan and 22% had the largest contribution the program marketing expertise by 42% which resulted in the student activity and motivation of less motivated and tend to be passive develop their potential optimally. This research is a quantitative study of true experimental design with shaped Pre-test Control Group Design to see the completeness, the influence of learning effectively with Class XI student population Teuku Umar Semarang SMK samples randomly selected according to the criteria of the researcher The results showed that students learning activeness completeness by 48%, student motivation to learn by 63% and the value of learning outcomes gained an average of 90.74 against the project by scientific study, the influence of learning activities to the learning outcomes of 0.019 and 0.098 for students motivation. This shows students learning activities can not predict the outcome of learning but motivation can achieve effectively characterized by the difference in learning outcomes of 86.15 = 86% and post test of 90.74 = 91% means that as between pre-test and post test unchanged at 5% from the previous.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji model kesiapan berwirausaha dengan  menghadirkan self-efficacy sebagai variabel intervening yang memediasi hubungan antara sikap kewirausahaan dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan .Selain itu, lima hipotesis diajukan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung antara variabel independen sikap kewirausahaan dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan, melalui variabel intervening self-efficacy terhadap variabel dependen  kesiapan berwirausaha.Populasi  kuantitatif dengan  populasi 598 orang siswa. Teknik propotional random sampling digunakan untuk memilih sampel 187 responden tersebut dari SMK Negeri di Kota Semarang. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner, analisis data melalui statistik deskriptif, dan  Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) pengaruh langsung sikap kewirausahaan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha secara positif dan signifikan, (2) pengaruh langsung sikap kewirausahaan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha melalui self-efficacy secara positif dan signifikan, (3) pengaruh langsung pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap self-efficacy secara positif dan signifikan, (4) pengaruh langsung pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha melalui self-efficacy secara positif dan signifikan, (5) pengaruh langsung self-efficacy terhadap kesiapan berwirausaha secara positif dan signifikan.The aim of this study is to examine the model of enterprise readines by implementing self-efficacy as the intervening variablethat intervene the relationship between entrepreneurship attitude and entrepreneurship knowledge. Furthermore, there are five hypotheses in this study for describing the direct effect between independent variable of variable entrepreneurship attitude and entrepreneurship knowledge through self-efficacy intervening variable toward dependent variable of enterprise readines. This study used quantitative approach with the population of 598 students. Propotional  random sampling was used to sample choose 187 participants at State Vocational Schools inSemarang. Questionnaire was used as the instrument of data collection. The method of data analysis was descriptive statistic by using Path Analysis.Research result show: (1) direct influence attitude of entrepreneurship to readines of entrepreneurship  significant and positive effect, (2) direct influence attitude of entrepreneurship to redines of entrepreneurship through self-efficacy significant and positive effect, (3)  direct influence knowledge of entrepreneurship to readines of entrepreneurship significant and positive effect, (4) direct influence knowledge of entrepreneurship to redines of entrepreneurship through self-efficacy significant and positive effect, (5) direct influence self-efficacy to readines of entrepreneurship significant and positive effect.

Abstract

One of the government's efforts to overcome the problem of education is by organizing PPG-SM3T program. This study aims to determine whether motivation factors, parents’ support, emotional intelligence and career planning affect the interest to follow PPG-SM3T on UNNES Economic Education students either jointly or partially. The population of this study are all students of Economic Education UNNES year 2013 which amounted to 440 students, with a total sample of 82 students. The sampling technique used is Cluster Proportional Random Sampling. Before the instrument was used for data retrieval, an instrument test was performed on 30 students. Data collection method used is questionnaire. Data analysis methods used are descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear analysis. The results showed that there is influence of motivation, parent support, emotional intelligence and career planning interested to follow PPG-SM3T of 97.60%. While the motivation to be a teacher influence on the interest to follow the PPG-SM3T of 49.42%. Parents’ support affects interest in following the PPG-SM3T by 41.09%. Emotional Intelligence affects interest to follow PPG-SM3T as much as 5.80% and career planning has an effect on interest in following PPG-SM3T of 8.94%.

Abstract

Kinerja Pemasaran adalah merupakan ukuran prestasi yang diperoleh dari aktifitas proses pemasaran secara menyeluruh dari sebuah perusahaan atau organisasi. Selain itu, kinerja pemasaran juga dapat dipandang sebagai sebuah konsep yang digunakan untuk mengukur sampai sejauh mana prestasi pasar yang telah dicapai oleh suatu produk yang dihasilkan perusahaan yang dipengaruhi oleh orientasi pasar, inovasi ,orientansi kewirausahaan dan keunggulan bersaing. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh orientasi pasar, inovasi, orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja pemasaran baik langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui keunggulan bersaing serta menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Metode penelitian meggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis jalur yang diolah menggunakan SPSS. Subjek penelitian ini adalah UKM Sentral batik Trusmi di Kabupaten Cirebon dengan sampel sebanyak 147 responden. Metode Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang di uji validitas dan reliabilitasnya.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) orientansi pasar berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran baik langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui keunggulan bersaing sebesar 14,92%,(2) inovasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran baik langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui keunggulan bersaing sebesar 8,23%,(3) orientansi kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran baik langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui keunggulan bersaing sebesar 18,00 % dan (4) keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran sebesar 10,89 %. Marketing Performance is an achievement measure gained from the overall marketing process activities of a company or organization. In addition, marketing performance can also be viewed as a concept used to measure the extent to which market achievements have been achieved by a product which is produced by the company influenced by market orientation, innovation, entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the influences of market orientation, innovation, entrepreneurship orientation to marketing performance either directly or indirectly through competitive advantage, as well as to analyze and describe the influence of competitive advantage to marketing performance.The research method uses quantitative method and analyzed by using SPSS. The subject of this research is the UKM of Batik Trusmi Central in Cirebon district. The sample is 147 respondents and the method of data collection is questionnaires which is examined by using validity and reliability test.The result of research shows there are significant influences of (1) market orientation to marketing performance either directly or indirectly through competitive advantage 14,92%, (2) innovation to marketing performance either directly or indirectly through competitive advantage 8,23 %, (3) entrepreneurship orientation to marketing performance either directly or indirectly through competitive advantage 18,00% and (4) competitive advantage to marketing performance 10,89%.

Abstract

Business performance can be viewed as a concept used to measure the success extent of business management influenced by entrepreneurship orientation, market orientation, business innovation, and competitive advantage. The objective of the research is to analyze and describe the influences among the tested variables directly and indirectly. The research methods used quantitative methods with path analysis. The subjects of the study are SMEs Convection in Kudus Regency.The results of the study (1) There is positive significant influence of entrepreneurship orientation to business performance directly and indirectly through competitive advantage (2) There is positive significant influence of market orientation to business performance directly and indirectly through competitive advantage (3) There is positive significant influence of business innovation on business performance directly and indirectly through competitive advantage (4) There is positive significant influence of competitive advantage on business performance. It is suggested for future research generalize the performance of SMEs more broadly, can be done cross-district. Also that SMEs should keep control of organizational behavior with the theory of planned behavior, more attention to innovation business aspects, utilize information technology for knowledge exchange with other SMEs. It is recommended to use the questionnaire with interviews and observation of business activities.

Abstract

Uang dan Lembaga Keuangan are materials of Economy Social Science subject which mostly use lecture and memorization in its learning process. This leads to students’ inability to develop their potential and makes students passive. Therefore, a learning method which can trigger students’ activeness is needed. One of the learning methods that can improve the quality of learning is Problem-Based Learning Method and the use of comic as a medium in learning.The objective of this study is to determine whether there are different activities and learning outcomes between the students who learn using a Problem-Based method and comic as the learning medium and the students who learn using a conventional method in class IX SMP Nasima Semarang.This research used Quasi-Experimental Design design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design form. The population in the study was 108 students of class IX of SMP Nasima Semarang with two sample classes, which were class IX-A and IX-C with 28 students in each class.Initial data of the research used the result of pretest which showed the average score of the experimental class was 70,95 while the average score of control class was 70,83. Based on the statistically processed data by using “t” test, the t-count was 2.441, while the value of t-table was 2,004. Therefore, it could be concluded that t count > ttable, then with this Ha was accepted while Ho was rejected. It showed that there were differences in students' learning outcomes between the experimental group and the control group after they were given different learning methods. The class which learned through problem-based learning method had better outcomes than the class which learned through a conventional method.

Abstract

The low production of rice in Sengah Temila District of Landak Regency makes farmers’ income low. The purpose of this research was to analyze production, efficiency (technical, price and economy) and farmer income. The approach used in this research was quantitative approach. The production analysis used Cobb-Douglas’s production function with multiple linear regressions. Technical efficiency analysis used frontier production function with Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA). Allocative efficiency analysis used comparative analysis of marginal product value and input price. Economic efficiency analysis used the combination of technical efficiency and allocative efficiency. The income analysis used the difference between revenue and cost. The results showed that the average production of rice in Sengah Temila District Landak Regency was quite good with production of 5.819 kg/ha. The factors that affect the production level significantly ware the land size, seeds, pesticides and labors while the fertilizer factor had no significant effect because of quantity of fertilizer was less than needed. Land size was dominant factor that affect the production level. Technical efficiency was not yet efficient but it was nearly efficient with coefficient 0.96. Inefficiency of technical becuase of quantity of fertilizer was less than needed and over capacity of land. Based on allocative efficiency, the rice farming was far from efficient due to the high price of production factors, especially fertilizer and labor with coefficient 19.24. Economic efficiency was not efficient with coefficient of 18.38. Farmer’ income was Rp1,385,900.00 per household per month. Farmer' income was lower than the regional minimum wage (UMR) of Landak Regency in 2017 which was Rp2,000,920.00.
