Abstract

Diversity is something we often encounter, one of which is in the classroom. However, this is also often a problem if not handled properly. One of the learnings that pays attention to diversity is differentiated learning. Differentiated learning is learning that is adjusted to students' learning needs that are adjusted to their interests, talents, and abilities. One approach that can be integrated with differentiated learning is the humanistic and pluralistic approach. The purpose of this study is to analyze learning needs from the perspective of teachers and students related to differentiated learning that integrates humanistic and pluralistic approaches. This research method uses Research and Development (R D) research in the initial stage, namely Research and information collecting (Borg, WR Gall, 1983). Data collection techniques by filling out surveys and interviews. The subjects were taken randomly, to 41 grade V teachers and 329 grade V students in 14 elementary schools spread across Sukabumi City. The learning needs in differentiated learning with a humanistic and pluralistic approach are that students and teachers agree that the learning in question must fulfill the principles of differentiated learning (9), the humanistic approach (5), and pluralism (6).

Abstract

Salah satu cara untuk mewujudkan pembelajaran yang menggembirakan adalah melalui pemanfaatan media pembelajaran interaktif seperti Kahoot! dan Quizizz. meskipun platform ini menawarkan banyak manfaat, tidak semua guru di Sekolah Dasar wilayah Kota Bekasi memiliki keterampilan yang memadai dalam mengintegrasikannya ke dalam pembelajaran. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini menggunakan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian tanggal 22 Juli 2025 di Dinas Pendidikan Kota Bekasi. Peserta Kegiatan Sebanyak 36 orang guru sekolah dasar dari berbagai sekolah di Kota Bekasi. Peserta terdiri dari guru kelas rendah dan kelas tinggi dengan latar belakang beragam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Pelatihan terbukti efektif meningkatkan pemahaman guru tentang penerapan Joyful Learning berbasis media digital. Kahoot dan Quizizz terbukti relevan dan sesuai untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Perlu pendampingan lanjutan agar implementasi lebih optimal dan berkelanjutan

Abstract

This study aims to explore the challenges and strategies in creating inclusive classrooms that are friendly to students with emotional disorders and diverse gender identities in elementary schools. Using a descriptive qualitative method, this study involved 35 teachers in an inclusive primary school in East Jakarta, with data collected through a questionnaire that included aspects of challenges, positive influences of multicultural education, and inclusive strategies. The results of the study show that teachers face several key challenges, such as limited resources, understanding, and communication. However, multicultural education has been shown to improve students' empathy, tolerance, and social skills. Effective inclusive strategies include curriculum adaptation, teacher training, and collaboration with parents. Teachers also reported the positive impact of inclusive education on student attitudes and learning outcomes, including increased self-confidence, social responsibility, and collaboration skills. These results underscore the importance of adequate resource support and training programs for teachers to strengthen the effectiveness of inclusive education in primary schools. In addition, anti-stigma and diversity education programs can help reduce discrimination and increase student and public understanding of the importance of inclusion. Closer collaboration between schools and parents is also needed to create ongoing support for students with special needs.

Abstract

The SDI Logo School in East Manggarai Regency, NTT Province, serves as an example of tolerance practices in the primary education environment, where values of tolerance are well-preserved and cultivated. This study aims to explore the dynamics of interfaith tolerance at SDI Logo, with a focus on the religious social interactions of students. The methods used in this research include questionnaires, interviews, and document analysis. Questionnaires were employed to measure the perceptions of teachers and the school principal regarding tolerance, while interviews were conducted to confirm the findings from the questionnaires. Furthermore, data from school policy documents were analyzed to examine the role of the institution in promoting tolerance. Data validation was carried out through method triangulation, member checking, and peer debriefing. The research findings indicate that the practice of tolerance at SDI Logo is effective, particularly through interactions between students from different religious backgrounds. Tolerance does not arise spontaneously but is an integral part of the school culture, upheld through institutional policies and practiced in learning activities both inside and outside the classroom. This study can serve as a model for the implementation of tolerance in schools.

Abstract

Indonesia has demonstrated significant potential for zakat collection. Consequently, various organizations have been established to manage zakat, including Zakat Management Organizations. The National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS), as an entity responsible for managing and distributing zakat to those in need, must implement accounting practices in its daily records. This ensures the production of transparent, balanced, and equitable information for stakeholders. Zakat accounting is a reporting standard designed to provide financial information regarding the management of zakat by zakat institutions, specifically through the implementation of PSAK 109 on Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah Accounting. This study aims to examine the conditions of receipt, distribution, and accounting reporting at BAZNAS Subang Regency as reflected in the financial statements. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method to objectively explore activities and uncover new knowledge previously unknown. This is based on primary and secondary data obtained through observation and interviews. The analysis results indicate that BAZNAS Subang Regency has overall adhered to PSAK 109 on Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah Accounting in its financial statements and has implemented the SIMBA (BAZNAS Information Management System) application.
