Abstract

Improving the quality of education is a challenging task. Schools serve as a pathway to prepare students to become responsible members of society. On the other hand, vocational schools focus on providing practical skills that can be useful in real life situations. Teachers play a crucial role in shaping the education process for students. In order to make students proficient in their respective fields of study, teachers carry out advocacy programs in classrooms. Community service activities are aimed at helping vocational school teachers enhance the quality of education by using project and problem-based learning. The implementation of these services is achieved through interactions and guidance on learning models for vocational school teachers. The results of this PKM activity have been overwhelmingly positive. Participants found the activity to be 100% useful, which helped them strengthen their competencies. The material presented was highly appropriate and of great quality.

Abstract

Pelak or garden is land owned by the community for planting various kinds of plants which is located not far from the house. Pelak has the potential as a real learning medium. This research aims to find out the types of plants found in Pelak and the potential of Pelak as a science learning medium, especially plant diversity material at SMPN 5 Kerinci. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews and observations. The resource person for this research is the owner of Pelak and the 7th grade science teacher. Based on the research results, it is known that in Pelak around SMP Negeri 5 Kerinci there are a variety of plants consisting of 9 types of plants. Five of them fall into the monocot group and 4 dicots. Of the several types of plants, the most numerous are the zingiberaceae group. The potential of acting as a learning medium can be seen from the diversity of plants, the close distance to schools, the shady and comfortable atmosphere, the security in the surrounding area which is maintained because it is close to residential areas, the existence of internet access which can support students in obtaining learning information online and The surrounding environment provides opportunities for students to learn directly from real objects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether E-Tax System and Tax Socialization have significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance During Pandemic and Endemic at PT. Kurniaputra Mandiri. This study uses quantitative data methods, and the data source is primary data. The population in this study are all permanent employees who work at PT Kurniaputra Mandiri. The sample in this study are permanent employees that have Tax Identification Number (NPWP) who work at PT Kurniaputra Mandiri in total of 30 respondents using purposive sampling methods. Data analysis and testing consist of validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (T test), and simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that E-Tax System doesn’t have significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance with a T count of 0,499 < T table 2,048. Tax Socialization has a partially significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance with a T count of 2,964 > T table 2,048. E-Tax System and Tax Socialization simultaneously have a significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance with a F count of 20,019 > F table 3,35 and regression coefficient value of 59,7%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis audio visual terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPAS siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 10 Pasar Muara Labuh. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi pendidikan dalam proses pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan hasil belajar siswa, khususnya pada mata pelajaran IPAS yang memadukan aspek Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial. Media audio visual dinilai mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang menarik, interaktif, dan menyenangkan, sehingga siswa dapat lebih mudah memahami materi pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 19 siswa kelas IV yang dipilih dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes pilihan ganda yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata setelah penggunaan media audio visual, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar IPAS siswa. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media audio visual dapat dijadikan alternatif inovatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan media pembelajaran yang adaptif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa masa kini.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in Pasir Putih Village, Depok City, through the Forum Anak Pasir Putih (FAPP) as a medium to strengthen children's participation in realizing a Child-Friendly City (KLA). The activity aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of adolescents in leadership, organizational management, and peer motivation so that they can serve as "Pelopor" (pioneers) and "Pelapor" (reporters) in promoting and protecting children's rights. The methods used included lectures, discussions, and simulation-based training, all designed to encourage active participation. The results of the activity showed that participants, who were mostly 14–18 years old and high school students, gained new insights into leadership and organizational management. They also demonstrated motivation to actively contribute to the Forum Anak’s work programs. This activity also received support from the Pasir Putih Village government, ensuring the sustainability of Forum Anak activities. The conclusion highlights that counseling and training in organizational management are highly relevant for adolescents, as they provide valuable experiences and knowledge that are not always obtained in formal education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mereimajinasikan konsep akuntansi sosial melalui kajian mendalam terhadap mekanisme akuntabilitas berbasis ritual dan norma adat di Kampung Adat Cikondang. Fokus penelitian ini adalah memahami bagaimana sistem budaya yang bersifat lisan, simbolik, dan komunal mampu menjalankan fungsi pengawasan, pelaporan, dan pertanggungjawaban tanpa instrumen akuntansi formal. Kajian ini menelaah bentuk-bentuk pertanggungjawaban sosial yang lahir dari praktik adat, termasuk musyawarah kampung, ritual pengesahan, serta aturan tidak tertulis yang mengatur perilaku kolektif. Tujuan utamanya adalah mengidentifikasi peran nilai adat dalam membangun akuntabilitas, menggambarkan proses pelaporan berbasis komunal, dan merumuskan model akuntansi sosial berbasis kearifan lokal yang relevan secara teoretis maupun praktis. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain etnografi mini, menggunakan teknik observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, serta dokumentasi teks budaya. Data dianalisis melalui teknik coding tematik untuk menemukan hubungan antara nilai adat dan mekanisme pengendalian sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akuntabilitas di Cikondang tidak mengandalkan pencatatan formal, melainkan legitimasi kolektif yang dibangun melalui ritual dan norma budaya. Musyawarah berfungsi sebagai ruang pelaporan terbuka, sementara ritual mengesahkan keputusan serta memperkuat komitmen moral antarwarga. Norma adat menjadi kontrol internal yang memastikan integritas pengelolaan sumber daya komunal. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa praktik budaya dapat berfungsi sebagai sistem akuntansi sosial yang efektif, sekaligus menawarkan alternatif konseptual bagi akuntansi modern yang cenderung formalistik.

Abstract

Ulkus diabetik merupakan komplikasi serius yang dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup pasien diabetes. Kader kesehatan berbasis komunitas memiliki peran strategis dalam pencegahan dan deteksi dini ulkus diabetik. Tujuan:Mengoptimalkan pemberdayaan kader Aisyiyah melalui pelatihan foot care sebagai upaya pencegahan ulkus diabetik pada pasien diabetes di wilayah Aisyiyah Cabang Pringsewu. Metode: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan di lingkungan persyarikatan Aisyiyah Cabang Pringsewu. Desain sebelum–sesudah (pre–post design) digunakan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pelatihan. Instrumen penilaian pengetahuan didesain khusus untuk materi foot care, dan kepatuhan perawatan pasien diukur melalui observasi dan pencatatan insiden ulkus. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji beda berpasangan untuk skor pengetahuan dan uji chi‑square untuk perbandingan insiden ulkus, dengan taraf signifikansi α=0,05. Hasil:Pelatihan foot care berbasis pemberdayaan meningkatkan pengetahuan kader secara signifikan, dengan rata‑rata skor pre‑test 10,4 ± 2,1 menjadi post‑test 17,8 ± 1,5 (P < 0,001). Kepatuhan kader dalam mendampingi perawatan kaki pasien meningkat pesat, tercermin dari penurunan insiden ulkus diabetik pada pasien dari 24 % menjadi 8 %. Kesimpulan:Program pelatihan foot care yang memanfaatkan pemberdayaan kader Aisyiyah efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kepatuhan perawatan, serta menurunkan insiden ulkus diabetik. Model ini direkomendasikan untuk direplikasi dalam skala yang lebih luas sebagai strategi pencegahan komplikasi diabetes berbasis komunitas.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an information system using Microsoft Excel Macros to improve service efficiency at the Sanken Samarinda Service Center. The background of this research lies in the operational condition that still relies heavily on manual record-keeping, resulting in data entry delays, calculation errors, and slow report generation. The development of this information system is expected to accelerate the administrative processes of sales and services while increasing data accuracy. The research applied a mixed-methods approach, employing observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review for data collection. The incremental model was used for system development, allowing design and testing to be carried out progressively. The findings indicate that implementing a Macro Excel-based system reduces data entry time by up to 50%, improves operational efficiency, and enables automatic and accurate report generation. In terms of effectiveness, the system successfully optimizes resource utilization and minimizes human error. These findings reinforce the theory of information technology efficiency, showing that simple software tools like Microsoft Excel can serve as economical and effective alternatives to support business process digitalization.

Abstract

Studi This study aims to determine the effect of financial technology, social environment, and financial attitudes on the financial behavior of UNTAD Morowali PSDKU students. The type of research used in the study is quantitative. The research method uses non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The population used in this study were UNTAD Morowali PSDKU students. The sample taken was 50 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25. The results showed that 1) based on the results of the F test, it shows that financial technology variables, social environment, and financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of PSDKU UNTAD Morowali students. 2) Financial technology variables have a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of PSDKU UNTAD Morowali students 3) The social environment variable has a positive and insignificant coefficients value, which means that the social environment has no role in the financial behavior of PSDKU UNTAD Morowali students. 4) The financial attitude variable has a positive and insignificant coefficients value, which means that financial attitudes have no role in the financial behavior of PSDKU UNTAD Morowali students

Abstract

The increasing need for state financing and Indonesia's commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions require the presence of fiscal instruments capable of supporting economic and environmental sustainability. The carbon tax is a strategic policy because it functions as an emissions control tool and a new source of revenue for the State Budget (APBN). This study aims to analyze the potential state revenue from the implementation of the carbon tax, identify challenges, and formulate optimal policy solutions. The research method used is a qualitative approach through literature study utilizing secondary data. The results show that the carbon tax has significant potential to expand the tax base and increase state revenue, particularly from the high-emission energy sector, as well as encourage changes in consumption and production behavior towards a low-carbon economy. However, the implementation of the carbon tax in Indonesia still faces challenges. The policy implications of this study emphasize the importance of strengthening public outreach, developing an integrated and transparent MRV system, and improving institutional coordination so that the carbon tax can be optimized as a sustainable fiscal and environmental instrument.
