Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pajak coffeeshopsebagai sumber Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) di Kota Palangka Raya. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pertumbuhan pesat sub-sektor coffeeshopyang belum sepenuhnya tercermin dalam realisasi penerimaan pajak, sehingga diperlukan evaluasi terhadap kontribusi dan efektivitas pengelolaan pajak oleh Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan data sekunder berupa laporan pajak lima tahun terakhir dan data primer melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pejabat Bapenda serta pelaku usaha coffeeshop. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan pajak coffeeshopberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PAD, sementara efektivitas pengelolaan pajak turut meningkatkan realisasi penerimaan secara optimal. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya integrasi antara pertumbuhan ekonomi sub-sektor modern dan mekanisme pengelolaan pajak yang efektif untuk mendukung kemandirian fiskal daerah.

Abstract

Background: Diabetic foot exercise is a form of exercise for people with diabetes mellitus at all ages that can avoid, texiadizxa, open, sebiuzza, circulation. datab, in the foot section, is launched, during diabetic foot exercise blood flow increases sebinzza, more receptors, insulin is available, and the tenentat becomes more active, so that there is an increase in glucose use by the body which will ultimately result in, in the announcement, blood sugar. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of diabetic foot exercise on the general, datab sugar, in people with diabetes mellitus in the Puskesmas Ambatava area in 2024. Methods: The research method used a quasi-experimental design with Tragedgan nonequivalent control group with a sample size of 22 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis using the dependent sample t-test. Results: This study specifically recommends that individuals with diabetes mellitus perform diabetic foot exercises, as these exercises can help reduce blood glucose levels.

Abstract

Background: Post-stroke patients often experience a decline in quality of life due to physical, psychological, social, and economic limitations. Muscle weakness, mobility difficulties, and inability to perform daily activities reduce independence, making patients highly dependent on family support during recovery. Adequate family support can enhance motivation, confidence, and adaptability, while lack of support may lead to depression, helplessness, and poor quality of life. Many post-stroke patients still do not receive optimal family support, resulting in persistently low quality of life. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the relationship between family support and the quality of life of post-stroke patients in the working area of the Ambarawa Health Center, Pringsewu Regency. Methods: This quantitative study used an analytical cross-sectional design. The population consisted of 33 post-stroke patients selected using a total sampling technique. Data were collected using family support (30 items) and quality of life (25 items) questionnaires and analyzed using univariate and bivariate analyses with the Chi-Square test. Results: Among 17 respondents with good family support, 21 (88.2%) had good quality of life, while 12 of 16 respondents (68.8%) with poor family support had low quality of life. The Chi-Square test showed p = 0.000 (< 0.05), indicating a significant relationship between family support and quality of life. Conclusion: Family support plays a crucial role in improving post-stroke patients’ quality of life. The stronger the family support, the better the quality of life across physical, psychological, social, and economic aspects.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effect of financial accountability and transparency on village government performance in managing village finances. The research method used is quantitative method using multiple regression analysis. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires, documentation techniques, and  interviews. The results showed a significant relationship between financial accountability, transparency, and village government performance. The supporting evidence found in this study states that village governments that have a high level of financial accountability and a good level of transparency tend to have better performance in managing village finances. Next research can be enriched by involving qualitative analysis and involving a wider sample of respondents.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya pemahamn numerasi pada indikator materi balok dan kubus siswa SDN Oyom maka untuk menjawab pertanyaan tersebut penulis melakukan penelitian dengan mengunakan model pembelajaran discovery learning dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui gambaran penerapan model discovery learning terhadap pemahaman numerasi siswa SDN Oyom. (2) Untuk meningkatkan pemahaman numerasipada materi bangun ruang sub pokok balok dan kubussiswa SDN Oyom. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model discovery learning yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman numerasi pada materi balok dan kubus siswa kelas IV SDN Oyom. Jenis penelitian yang digunkan adalah penelitian kuantitatif tru-eksperimen desain (pretest-posttest control grup design). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini (1) melakukan ibservasi (2) pemberian pretest (3) pemberian treatmen/perlakuan (4) pemberian post-test. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 134 peserta didik dan pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini sistematis random sampling dan maching grup pada peserta didik kelas IVA (kelas eksperimen) dan B (kelas kontrol) SDN Oyom. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antaran nilai rata-rata pretest dan posttest siswa kelas eksperimen yang dimana nilai rata-rata pada pre-test yang diperoleh peserta didik lebih kecil dibanding dengan nilai rata-rata post-test yakni (pre-test 55,87, post-test 82,40). Hasil uji Wilcoxon yang dilakukan peneliti menunjukan nilai Asymp sig.(2-tailed) yaitu untuk kelas eksperimen 0,001 dan kelas kontrol 0,008 lebih kecil dibandingkan 0,05 hal ini menunjukan bahwah penerpan model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap pemahaman numerasi siswa SDN Oyom berpengaruh. Dikatakan efektif berdasarkan indikator yang telah diterapkan.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education is a challenging task. Schools serve as a pathway to prepare students to become responsible members of society. On the other hand, vocational schools focus on providing practical skills that can be useful in real life situations. Teachers play a crucial role in shaping the education process for students. In order to make students proficient in their respective fields of study, teachers carry out advocacy programs in classrooms. Community service activities are aimed at helping vocational school teachers enhance the quality of education by using project and problem-based learning. The implementation of these services is achieved through interactions and guidance on learning models for vocational school teachers. The results of this PKM activity have been overwhelmingly positive. Participants found the activity to be 100% useful, which helped them strengthen their competencies. The material presented was highly appropriate and of great quality.

Abstract

Pelak or garden is land owned by the community for planting various kinds of plants which is located not far from the house. Pelak has the potential as a real learning medium. This research aims to find out the types of plants found in Pelak and the potential of Pelak as a science learning medium, especially plant diversity material at SMPN 5 Kerinci. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews and observations. The resource person for this research is the owner of Pelak and the 7th grade science teacher. Based on the research results, it is known that in Pelak around SMP Negeri 5 Kerinci there are a variety of plants consisting of 9 types of plants. Five of them fall into the monocot group and 4 dicots. Of the several types of plants, the most numerous are the zingiberaceae group. The potential of acting as a learning medium can be seen from the diversity of plants, the close distance to schools, the shady and comfortable atmosphere, the security in the surrounding area which is maintained because it is close to residential areas, the existence of internet access which can support students in obtaining learning information online and The surrounding environment provides opportunities for students to learn directly from real objects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether E-Tax System and Tax Socialization have significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance During Pandemic and Endemic at PT. Kurniaputra Mandiri. This study uses quantitative data methods, and the data source is primary data. The population in this study are all permanent employees who work at PT Kurniaputra Mandiri. The sample in this study are permanent employees that have Tax Identification Number (NPWP) who work at PT Kurniaputra Mandiri in total of 30 respondents using purposive sampling methods. Data analysis and testing consist of validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, the classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (T test), and simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that E-Tax System doesn’t have significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance with a T count of 0,499 < T table 2,048. Tax Socialization has a partially significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance with a T count of 2,964 > T table 2,048. E-Tax System and Tax Socialization simultaneously have a significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance with a F count of 20,019 > F table 3,35 and regression coefficient value of 59,7%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis audio visual terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPAS siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 10 Pasar Muara Labuh. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi pendidikan dalam proses pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan hasil belajar siswa, khususnya pada mata pelajaran IPAS yang memadukan aspek Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial. Media audio visual dinilai mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang menarik, interaktif, dan menyenangkan, sehingga siswa dapat lebih mudah memahami materi pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pre-eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 19 siswa kelas IV yang dipilih dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes pilihan ganda yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata setelah penggunaan media audio visual, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar IPAS siswa. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media audio visual dapat dijadikan alternatif inovatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan media pembelajaran yang adaptif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa masa kini.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in Pasir Putih Village, Depok City, through the Forum Anak Pasir Putih (FAPP) as a medium to strengthen children's participation in realizing a Child-Friendly City (KLA). The activity aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of adolescents in leadership, organizational management, and peer motivation so that they can serve as "Pelopor" (pioneers) and "Pelapor" (reporters) in promoting and protecting children's rights. The methods used included lectures, discussions, and simulation-based training, all designed to encourage active participation. The results of the activity showed that participants, who were mostly 14–18 years old and high school students, gained new insights into leadership and organizational management. They also demonstrated motivation to actively contribute to the Forum Anak’s work programs. This activity also received support from the Pasir Putih Village government, ensuring the sustainability of Forum Anak activities. The conclusion highlights that counseling and training in organizational management are highly relevant for adolescents, as they provide valuable experiences and knowledge that are not always obtained in formal education.
