Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan model yang baru dengan mengelaborasi kearifan lokal dalam memediasi transformasi budaya, religiusitas dan keputusan pengambilan kredit perbankan di Kabupaten Tana Toraja dan Toraja Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Tana Toraja, berlangsung selama kurang lebih 2 (dua) bulan yakni bulan Juli bulan sampai dengan Agustus 2023. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kepala keluarga (KK) masyarakat adat di Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Dengan tehnik stratified random sampling, yakni pengambilan sampel melalui cara pembagian populasi ke dalam setiap dusun yang ada, memilih sampel acak setiap kepala keluarga (KK) tiap dusun yang pernah melaksanakan upacara adat pada tahun 2019 sampai dengan tahun 2023 dan menggabungkannya untuk menaksir parameter populasi yakni 117 KK. Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pengambilan kredit dapat ditingkatkan oleh adanya transformasi budaya, religiusitas dan kearifan lokal di kabupaten Tana Toraja. Pengaruh langsung dalam penelitian ini yang menunjukkan kontribusi besar adalah pengaruh religiusitas terhadap kearifan lokal. Temuan baru dalam penelitian ini bahwa transformasi budaya dan religiusitas mempengaruhi keputusan pengambilan kredit perbankan. Transformasi budaya dapat mendorong individu untuk lebih menerima atau menolak konsep kredit perbankan modern, sementara religiusitas mungkin menentukan bagaimana individu tersebut melihat etika dan moralitas pinjaman. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Pembiayaan Ultra Mikro PT. Pegadaian Persero Terhadap Perkembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah Di Kabupaten Bulukumba. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data primer yang menggunakan kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian seluruh Nasabah pembiayaan Ultra Mikro di Bulukumba yang berjumlah 47 UMKM, sampel yang digunakan dengan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 130 responden. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bantuan Biaya UMKM berpengaruh Positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Perkembangan UMKM di Kabupaten Bulukumba. Proses Kredit berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Perkembangan UMKM di Kabupaten Bulukumba. Pendampingan UMKM berpengaruh Positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Perkembangan UMKM di Kabupaten Bulukumba. Kata Kunci: Pembiayaan Ultra Mikro, Perkembangan, Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah

Abstract

This study examines and determines the effect of good corporate governance on the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange through Corporate Social Responsibility. This research is quantitative research with a descriptive statistical approach. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector and 28 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2021 period. Determined the sample using purposive sampling and obtained a total sample of 23 companies. The data source of this research is secondary data in the form of annual financial reports of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019-2021. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test consisting of (test normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test) and testing all hypotheses through the partial test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination test with the help of Eviews tool. The results show that Good Corporate Governance has no significant effect on manufacturing companies' financial performance on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Corporate Social Responsibility significantly influences the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Corporate Social Responsibility has a significant effect on moderating the relationship between Good Corporate Governance and the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The leadership factor of school principals and teachers is the most dominant input component in influencing the quality of learning in an educational institution. This research aims to examine further the leadership management of school principals in improving the quality of learning at SD Negeri 17 Bukitraya. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Descriptive qualitative research is a research method that describes conditions or phenomena that exist in the field. Data collection techniques are documentation, observation, and interviews. The research subjects were the principal, head of curriculum, teachers, ADM staff, and student representatives at SD Negeri 17 Bukitraya. The research results show that 1) the plan proposed by the principal to improve the quality of learning at SD Negeri 17 Bukitraya has been effective. School principals have adopted various strategies to improve learning. 2) The organisation carried out by the school principal to improve the quality of learning is by distributing tasks to each school apparatus to carry out the progress of certain activities to completion. 3) The implementation of the principal's leadership management in improving the quality of learning at SD Negeri 17 Bukitraya has gone well. What the principal takes to improve quality is improving the quality of teacher teaching, or what is called increasing teacher professionalism. 4) Supervision of the implementation of the principal's leadership management in improving the quality of learning carried out at SD Negeri 17 Bukitraya can take the form of supervision of the principal.

Abstract

This activity aims to build core competencies to address juvenile delinquency in schools through a strategic management approach. The method used was a material presentation combined with interactive discussions involving the village head, religious leaders, community elders, housewives, and youth figures. Internal school environment analysis was conducted to identify tangible assets, intangible assets, and organizational capabilities supporting delinquency prevention. Demographic data revealed that the 10–24 age group holds the highest potential for juvenile delinquency in Kassiloe Village. Addressing this issue requires synergy between family, community, and school environments. Schools must develop core competencies by enhancing infrastructure, building a good reputation, and strengthening management capabilities. The program was held on November 6, 2024, with active participation and discussions. The parent-student-teacher interaction model was also emphasized to strengthen collaboration in fostering youth character development.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a disease caused by a new type of corona virus, namely SARS-CoV-2. Covid-19 was first discovered in Wuhan City, China in December 2019 and was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) in March 2020. Covid Virus-19 can be spread by touching contaminated surfaces. One of the recommended preventive measures is adopting a clean lifestyle. The clean lifestyle that is applied is discipline in using hand sanitizer. One form of community service carried out by the Nitro Makassar Institute of Business and Finance Team is by distributing hand sanitizer to road users and mosque congregations. The distribution of hand sanitizers is a concrete form of preventing and breaking the chain of spread of Covid-19, especially in Makassar City. The hand sanitizer was obtained from the self-help of the service team. Hand sanitizer distribution is accompanied by education about the benefits and use of hand sanitizer. The activities carried out received a positive response from the community, especially road users and mosque congregations, they were very enthusiastic when hand sanitizer was distributed.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the functions and procedures of the Bank Guarantee as a guarantor for distributors to customers issued by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. This type of research uses qualitative research with the type of field research (Field Research). Field research is a field research procedure that produces descriptive data, data collection methods used are interviews, documentation and literacy regarding Bank Guarantees. The sources of this research are employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Mamba Branch. To find out the function and analyze the Bank Guarantee process as a guarantor for distributors to customers issued by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Mamba Branch. From the results of this study, Bank guarantee distributor guarantees for customers are included in the type of Bank Guarantee for customers' working capital needs in carrying out business activities. This type of bank guarantee aims to guarantee suppliers (suppliers, factories) who supply raw materials or trade goods used/required by customers in order to fulfill the customer's working capital needs.

Timotius Tandililing. 2025. Pengaruh Teknologi Informasi, Kemudahan dan Fitur Layanan Terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Menggunakan Mobile Banking Pada PT. Bank Sulselbar Cabang Rantepao. (Pembimbing : Rosnaini Daga dan Abdul Samad A). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Teknologi Informasi, Kemudahan dan Fitur Layanan Terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Menggunakan Mobile Banking Pada PT. Bank Sulselbar Cabang Rantepao. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26. Populasi penelitian adalah nasabah PT. Bank Sulselbar Cabang Rantepao yang menggunakan mobile banking. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan metode sampel yang digunakan sampling nonprobability dengan rumus slovin, jumlah responden adalah 100 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial 1) Teknologi Informasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap keputusan nasabah menggunakan mobile banking pada PT. bank Sulselbar Cabang Rantepao 2) Kemudahan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah menggunakan mobile banking pada PT. Bank Sulselbar Cabang Rantepao 3) Fitur layanan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap keputusan nasabah menggunakan mobile banking pada PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style variables, workload, and work stress on employee performance at the MATSC branch of an aviation navigation service provider institution. The analysis tool used in this study is data analysis using SPSS. The population in this study was all telecommunications technician employees of the MATSC branch of the aviation navigation service provider institution, totaling 94 employees. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at The MATSC branch of aviation navigation service provider institution; (2) Workload has a negative but insignificant effect on employee performance at The MATSC branch of aviation navigation service provider institution; (3) Work stress has a negative but insignificant effect on employee performance at The MATSC branch of aviation navigation service provider institution; (4) Leadership style, workload and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at The MATSC branch of aviation navigation service provider institution.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the digital branding strategy implemented by the Statistics Indonesia (BPS) of South Sulawesi Province through its Instagram content. In the digital era, social media has become a crucial communication tool for government institutions to build their image and gain public trust. This research adopts a descriptive qualitative method with data triangulation through interviews, documentation, and observation. The findings reveal that BPS South Sulawesi actively utilizes Instagram by delivering informative, educational, and interactive visual content. The branding strategy includes presenting statistical data via infographics, using accessible language, and fostering two-way engagement with the public. Despite its effectiveness in disseminating information, there are still areas for improvement, such as content consistency, creative execution, and strengthening visual identity. This study recommends optimizing Instagram features and enhancing the role of public relations in building the institution's credibility.
