This study aims to determine the design of the development of an enrichment book based on laboratory results of infection in plants. The subtopics presented are infection in plants and detection of infected plants by using isozymes. The initial stage that is carried out is that researchers conduct research in the field and in the laboratory to obtain information in writing the manuscript or the content of the material to be presented in the enrichment book. The development of the enrichment book refers to the book development procedure by Sitepu (2012), are script writing, illustration, editing, cover design, and printing. The design for the development of the enrichment book is arranged in several parts, are the cover page, the initial page, the content section, the evaluation page, and the final page. The development of the enrichment book will be tested on high school students who have obtained infection material on plants. The development of this enrichment book is based on the lack of utilization of research results as teaching materials in schools. Therefore, this biological enrichment book was developed based on the results of research conducted, namely disease incidence (di), disease severity (ds), and isozyme characterization of virus-infected chili plants. The development of this enrichment book is expected to increase students' insight, knowledge, and curiosity and be used as a learning resource to understand the concept of plant infection material widely.

The validity and practicality of the media are a condition before it can be widely piloted. This research aims to find out the validity and practicality of the Evolution Virtual Laboratory Learning Media, which was developed based on the artefacts of the Sangiran Site to empower science literacy of students. The media validity test using expert judgment involved two expert validators, and two high school biology teachers. While the media practicality test involved 20 grade 12th students. The instrument used was a validity questionnaire consisting of 9 items (material experts), 18 items (media experts), and 13 items (practitioners). Questionnaire instruments to students as many as 16 items. All questionnaires use the Likert Scale. The test results showed material experts rated 86.80%, media experts 84.6%, education practitioners 84.30%, and students by 79.00%. Based on the validity and practicality of the Sangiran Site-based Evolution virtual laboratory learning media is declared valid and practical, so it can be used for effectiveness testing.

Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFPs) have an economic and ecological values for the communities around the forest area. The quality and quantity of NTFPs have decreased, so that it hasn’t made a significant contributions to improve economic and social welfare. This study aims to identify the superior NTFPs. Data research by questionnaires methods collected from farmers and community forest management organizations. Data analysis done by non-parametric statistical method (Description Scooring). The results is the Jackfruit commodity was classified as superior I with a total superior value of 86,222. The Commodity category II consists of Bamboo commodities with superior value 73,940 and Durian commodities with superior value of 63,610. Four other types of commodities was classified as superior III namely Kakau with a total superior value of 46,778, Taro is 42,773, Cassava is 40,890 and Ginger is 45,555.Hasil hutan bukan kayu (HHBK) memiliki peranan nilai ekonomi dan ekologi bagi masyarakat sekitar kawasan hutan. HHBK mengalami penurunan kualitas dan kuantitas sehingga belum memberikan kontribusi yang siginifikan untuk meningkatkan perekokonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi HHBK unggulan. Data penelitian diperoleh menggunakan metode kuisioner (angket) yang dikumpulkan dari petani dan organisasi pengelola hutan kemasyarakatan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode statistik non parametric (Description Scooring). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komoditas nangka tergolong dalam unggulan I dengan total nilai unggulan 86,222.Komoditas kategori unggulan II terdiri dari komoditas bambu nilai unggulan 73,940 dan komoditas durian dengan total nilai unggulan 63,610. Empat jenis komoditas lainnya tergolong komoditas unggulan III yaitu kakau dengan total nilai unggulan 46,778 komoditas talas total nilai unggulan 42,773 komoditaubi kayu dengan total nilai unggulan 40,890 dan komoditas jahe dengan total nilai unggulan 45,555.

Desa Wisata saat ini menjadi salah satu tren pariwisata di Tanah Air. Dengan memanfaatkan potensi lokal, banyak desa berlomba mempercantik diri agar bisa menjadi destinasi wisata. Hadirnya beragam teknologi digital utamanya internet dan media sosial menjadikan pariwisata desa-desa wisata di Tanah Air kian semarak. Namun, pandemi COVID-19 menjadikan banyak desa wisata di Indonesia ikut terdampak akibat penurunan jumlah wisatawan, salah satunya Desa Sidowayah, Kecamatan Polanharjo, Kabupaten Klaten, Jawa Tengah. Terkait dengan itu, untuk meningkatkan kembali kekuatan citra (branding) Desa Sidowayah sebagai destinasi wisata, maka Research Group D3 Komunikasi Terapan Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta menyelenggarakan workshop penguatan manajemen media digital desa wisata. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan pada Selasa, 5 Juli 2022 di Pendopo Umbul Siblarak, Desa Sidowayah, Klaten. Kegiatan dan dihadiri sekitar 20 peserta dari kalangan badan usaha milik desa, kelompok sadar wisata, pengelola media digital desa dan karang taruna. Materi kegiatan berupa penyegaran prinsip-prinsip manajemen profesional dalam tata kelola media digital desa wisata secara profesional meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengevaluasian. Sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas (L.) Lam.) has diverse varieties with different secondary metabolite content. Postharvest treatment with low-temperature storage and chitosan coating is expected to expand the shelf life of sweet potatoes. The combination of these treatments will affect the secondary metabolite content of diverse sweet potato varieties. Therefore, this study aims to observe the secondary metabolite content and shelf life extension of 3 sweet potato varieties after coating with chitosan and low-temperature storage. A completely randomized design (CRD) was used with a three-factors experiment. The first factor was chitosan concentration at 0, 10, 15, and 20 g/L, the second was storage room temperature at 25, 15, and 5 °C, while the third was the color of sweet potato varieties namely white, purple, and orange from Tembakur and Mendut varieties. Meanwhile, the control group was tubers without chitosan coating at a storage temperature of 25 °C. Each treatment had five replications and the parameters assessed were changes in wet weight, hardness, respiration, the total chlorophyll level, carotenoid, vitamin C, reducing sugar, and the level of flavonoid. Data were analyzed with Analysis of Variance and then continued with Duncan's Multiple Range Test at a significance level of 5%. The result showed that low-temperature storage combined with chitosan coating affected the shelf life of sweet potatoes. Overall, the best storage temperature was 15 °C, indicated by the highest residual secondary metabolite and the most extended shelf life. The 5°C treatment decreased oxygen consumption during storage, as indicated by a low respiration rate. However, this storage temperature caused a chilling injury and culminated in the shorter shelf life of all examined sweet potatoes. The best coating was achieved by chitosan 15 g/L, indicated by the capability to coat sweet potato surface and maintain the high content of all targeted chemical components. The results also revealed that 20 g/L chitosan concentration is not practical for coating due to its in elasticity and the potential to create a crack in the coating layer.

Probe DNA sebagai Kandidat Biosensor Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. michiganensis pada Tanaman Tomat Penelitian dilakukan untuk menguji teknik deteksi gen menggunakan DNA probe spesifik untuk mendeteksi gen tomA pada Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. michiganensis, bakteri penyebab kanker pada tomat. Probe dirancang menggunakan program Primer3Plus, dilabel dengan molekul nonradioaktif digoxigenin (DIG) dan digunakan pada metode hibridisasi dengan teknik dot blot. Sampel uji terdiri atas dua jenis, yaitu sampel DNA genom yang berasal dari kultur bakteri murni dan dari benih tomat yang diinfeksi buatan dengan C. michiganensis subsp. michiganensis. Sampel yang berasal dari kultur murni bakteri menunjukkan hasil hibridisasi positif pada semua tingkat konsentrasi DNA; sedangkan sampel yang berasal dari biji tomat hanya menunjukkan reaksi positif pada konsentrasi 10, 8, 6, dan 4 µg µL-1. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa probe yang dirancang berpotensi untuk digunakan dalam pengembangan metode deteksi C. michiganensis subsp. michiganensis pada biji tomat berbasis biosensor dan bersifat cukup spesifik karena tidak ada reaksi silang dengan kelompok bakteri bukan target.

This study aims to map global scientific publications with the topic of fair trade in international trade to get trends and issues that can be further researched related to the topic. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a literature study approach using bibliometric analysis. The data used is 54 articles indexed by Scopus in the last ten years. VOSviewer is used to provide a visual examination of the occurrence of keywords. The findings in this study show that publications with the theme of fair trade in international trade have decreased over the past ten years. In 2013 became the most research publications, the United States became the country that contributed the most to the publication of this research. Then, Ulgiati, S. is the author who contributed significantly to this scientific research. Other findings from this study have also shown that the field of study of Social Sciences is the highest, with a total percentage of 34%. Beijing Normal University and the Parthenope University of Naples as contributing institutions in publications on this theme. The research also shows that the most researched topics are dominant issues such as sustainable development goals, consumer behavior in developing countries, and world food trade.

The aim of this research is to determine the dynamics of the policy formulation for the relocation of Street Vendors (PKL) to the Malioboro Terrace by the DIY Provincial Government and the interests and behavior of the actors involved in the dynamics of the policy formulation for the relocation of Street Vendors (PKL) to the Malioboro Terrace. The results of this research show that the dynamics of policy formulation for the relocation of street vendors to Teras Malioboro by the DIY Regional Government went through various stages. The various stages, namely Problem Assessment, are carried out by reviewing Academic Papers and SWOT Analysis by the Regional Government and DIY DPRD. Determining the dynamic objective of policy formulation is to support the existing problem, namely the registration of the Yogyakarta Philosophy Axis with (UNESCO) as a world heritage. Furthermore, UPT Malioboro is one of the answers to formulating alternatives in the policy of relocating street vendors (PKL) in the Malioboro area to Teras Malioboro. In preparing the model, especially in institutions, the DIY Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) is involved in preparing the Academic Paper. An alternative assessment of the dynamics of policy formulation by local governments under specific requirements to obtain a clearer picture of the feasibility or effectiveness of the program is to conduct a survey. This study aims to analyze the effect of Revenue Sharing Funds (DBH), General Allocation Funds (DAU), Special Allocation Funds (DAK) on South Sulawesi's GRDP. This study uses a quantitative research design, namely research that seeks the relationship or influence between one variable and one or more other variables in terms of analyzing the effect of balancing funds on GRDP in South Sulawesi. The sample in this study looked at the budget realization reports of the Provincial Government and Regional Government of South Sulawesi Districts/Cities as well as South Sulawesi's GRDP data for 2010 to 2020. The results showed that DBH partially did not have a significant effect on South Sulawesi's GRDP. Partially, DAU has no significant effect on South Sulawesi's GRDP. Partially, DAK has no significant effect on South Sulawesi's GRDP. Meanwhile, DAU, DBH, and DAK simultaneously have a significant effect on South Sulawesi's GRDP. Furthermore, the amount of simultaneous influence is 92,6%, while the remaining 7,4% is determined by other factors not beyond this study.

This Research explores the social media used to advocate the issues in Surakarta city, in this case, using the social media specific to the Twitter data of the mayor of Surakarta, Gibran Rakabuming Raka (@gibran_tweet). This Research uses Qualitative approach and analysis data with Qualitative Data Analysis Software (Q-DAS). This Research founds that First, The social media content dichotomy of account Gibran Rakabuming Raka as Mayor of Surakarta's dominance of social media as part of reports tolls shows that social media can access everyone to report about the social infrastructure and other problems in Surakarta City. Second, the activity of the account of Gibran Rakbuming Raka focuses only on Surakarta city content. Third, the narration dominance with words related to the location Surakarta or Solo, indicated that the content of Gibran Rakabuming Raka as mayor of Surakata or Solo refers to the specific area in Solo or Surakarta, shows that the content dominance for local content of solo or Surakarta.
