Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the dynamics of the policy formulation for the relocation of Street Vendors (PKL) to the Malioboro Terrace by the DIY Provincial Government and the interests and behavior of the actors involved in the dynamics of the policy formulation for the relocation of Street Vendors (PKL) to the Malioboro Terrace. The results of this research show that the dynamics of policy formulation for the relocation of street vendors to Teras Malioboro by the DIY Regional Government went through various stages. The various stages, namely Problem Assessment, are carried out by reviewing Academic Papers and SWOT Analysis by the Regional Government and DIY DPRD. Determining the dynamic objective of policy formulation is to support the existing problem, namely the registration of the Yogyakarta Philosophy Axis with (UNESCO) as a world heritage. Furthermore, UPT Malioboro is one of the answers to formulating alternatives in the policy of relocating street vendors (PKL) in the Malioboro area to Teras Malioboro. In preparing the model, especially in institutions, the DIY Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) is involved in preparing the Academic Paper. An alternative assessment of the dynamics of policy formulation by local governments under specific requirements to obtain a clearer picture of the feasibility or effectiveness of the program is to conduct a survey. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Revenue Sharing Funds (DBH), General Allocation Funds (DAU), Special Allocation Funds (DAK) on South Sulawesi's GRDP. This study uses a quantitative research design, namely research that seeks the relationship or influence between one variable and one or more other variables in terms of analyzing the effect of balancing funds on GRDP in South Sulawesi. The sample in this study looked at the budget realization reports of the Provincial Government and Regional Government of South Sulawesi Districts/Cities as well as South Sulawesi's GRDP data for 2010 to 2020. The results showed that DBH partially did not have a significant effect on South Sulawesi's GRDP. Partially, DAU has no significant effect on South Sulawesi's GRDP. Partially, DAK has no significant effect on South Sulawesi's GRDP. Meanwhile, DAU, DBH, and DAK simultaneously have a significant effect on South Sulawesi's GRDP. Furthermore, the amount of simultaneous influence is 92,6%, while the remaining 7,4% is determined by other factors not beyond this study.

Abstract

This Research explores the social media used to advocate the issues in Surakarta city, in this case, using the social media specific to the Twitter data of the mayor of Surakarta, Gibran Rakabuming Raka (@gibran_tweet). This Research uses Qualitative approach and analysis data with Qualitative Data Analysis Software (Q-DAS). This Research founds that First, The social media content dichotomy of account Gibran Rakabuming Raka as Mayor of Surakarta's dominance of social media as part of reports tolls shows that social media can access everyone to report about the social infrastructure and other problems in Surakarta City. Second, the activity of the account of Gibran Rakbuming Raka focuses only on Surakarta city content. Third, the narration dominance with words related to the location Surakarta or Solo, indicated that the content of Gibran Rakabuming Raka as mayor of Surakata or Solo refers to the specific area in Solo or Surakarta, shows that the content dominance for local content of solo or Surakarta.

Abstract

One of the objectives of the MBKM program is to improve the competence of hard skills and soft skills of students. This study aims to determine the impact of the MBKM program in improving student competencies. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study design. The subjects of this study were UMS Accounting Education students class of 2019 and 2020 who participated in the MBKM program and Accounting Education lecturers. The object of this research is the MBKM program and the impact of the MBKM learning program on improving the competence of UMS Accounting Education students. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. Data validity techniques used are source triangulation and technique triangulation. Data analysis techniques by means of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that students and lecturers are aware of the MBKM program. Before the MBKM program, UMS Accounting Education already had programs similar to MBKM. Students and lecturers who participate in the MBKM program argue that this MBKM program can improve soft skills and hard skills, as well as competencies as a provision for students for life after graduating from college, and can increase the capacity and competence of lecturers. Thus, the MBKM program is expected to produce competitive graduates.

Abstract

Abstract: Humour is human and not the result of sin. But some people live their religious life rigidly and seriously.  This study explains that Jesus had a sense of humor. The richness of Jesus' humor is so abundant and impressive in terms of technique, content, and impact. Jesus' humor was in no way destructive or disruptive to his teaching. This fact should make all Christians feel entitled to laugh without guilt at funny, fun, and happy things. And what Jesus did, is worth emulating for all Christians in doing ministry, of course with the right portion and creativity. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methodology, by collecting data from various sources and information. It can be concluded that Jesus is believed to have rich and varied humor in his teachings, evident through various humor techniques such as situational, wordplay, and dramatic contrast. His humor was not only to entertain but also to clarify teachings, challenge thinking, and oppose evil. However, when Jesus experienced suffering and death on the cross as part of the work of salvation, there was no use of humor demonstrated by Him. Abstrak: Humor adalah sesuatu yang manusiawi dan bukan karena akibat dosa. Oleh karena itu dalam menjalani kehidupan agama tidak harus secara kaku dan serius.  Penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Yesus memiliki selera humor. Kekayaan humor Yesus begitu melimpah dan sangat mengaggumkan baik dalam hal cara penyajiannya, kontennya, bahkan dampaknya. Humor Yesus sama sekali tidak merusak atau mengganggu dalam bangunan pengajaranNya. Fakta ini seharusnya membuat semua orang Kristen merasa berhak tertawa tanpa rasa bersalah terhadap hal-hal yang lucu, menyenangkan dan membahagiakan. Dan apa yang Yesus lakukan, layak ditiru bagi semua orang Kristen dalam mengerjakan pelayanan, tentu dengan porsi dan kreatifitas yang tepat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metodologi kualitatif deskriptif, dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber dan informasi. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Yesus dipercaya memiliki humor yang kaya dan beragam dalam ajarannya, terbukti melalui berbagai teknik humor seperti situasional, permainan kata, dan menciptakan kontras dramatis. Humor-Nya tidak hanya untuk menghibur tetapi juga untuk memperjelas ajaran, menantang pemikiran, dan menentang kejahatan. Namun, saat Yesus mengalami penderitaan dan kematian di kayu salib sebagai bagian dari karya keselamatan, tidak ada penggunaan humor yang ditunjukkan-Nya.

Abstract

Pembangunan LRT dipercaya sebagai solusi untuk mengurai kemacetan di Kota Medan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kinerja arus lalu lintas di sepanjang area proyek pembangunan LRT Medan salah satunya adalah perencanaan rute LRT di Jalan Gatot Subroto (Simpang Jalan Iskandar Muda – Simpang Jalan Ayahanda) yang terjadi penyempitan akibat rencana pembangunan LRT di Kota Medan. Koridor LRT yang direncanakan total panjang jalur adalah 53,76 Km. Panjang bentang jalur Penelitian yang diambil adalah ± 1 km, dengan populasi penduduk kota Medan setiap tahun-nya bertambah 1,45%, data pada akhir tahun 2020 penduduk kota Medan berjumlah 2,435,252 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode PKJI 2014. Kajian dilakukan dengan pengamatan selama 9 jam/hari, dibagi pada pukul 6:00-9:00, 11:00-14:00, dan 16:00-19.00. Hasil LHR penelitian pada hari Minggu 4488 skr/jam dan hari senin 3428,4 skr/jam. Hasil kinerja ruas jalan apabila rencana proyek LRT berlangsung adalah kapasitas 8962,27 skr/jam, derajat kejenuhan rata-rata 0,44, kecepatan arus bebas 52,57 Km/jam, kecepatan waktu tempuh rata-rata 71,90 detik , tingkat pelayanan di hari minggu B dan hari senin C. Hasil pengamatan langsung di lapangan mendekati dengan hasil penelitian yang berarti rencana pembangunan LRT Medan sudah layak untuk dilaksanakan.

Abstract

Philosophy is the mother of all sciences that directs people to think critically, rooted and deep. In this context the author focuses on the philosophical mindset in human life. Philosophy and science are two words that are related to each other, both substantially and historically because the birth of science cannot be separated from the role of philosophy, on the contrary the development of science strengthens the existence of philosophy. The birth of philosophy in Greece on the minds of the Greeks from the point of view of methodology eventually disappeared and in turn it was ratio that was dominant. With philosophy, the mindset that always depends on God is transformed into a mindset that depends on ratios. Natural events such as eclipses are no longer considered as activities of sleeping Gods, but are natural occurrences caused by the sun, moon and earth being in parallel lines, so that the moon's shadow falls on part of the earth's surface. For this reason, this process requires a basic pattern of thinking and a pattern of thinking based on how science is used as a basis for discussing reality.

Abstract

Disiplin positif menjadi salah satu aspek dalam kurikulum Merdeka yang diimplementasikan pada Sekolah Penggerak. Implementasi disiplin positif di institusi pendidikan di Indonesia menarik untuk dilihat mengingat tujuan besarnya pada transformasi pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi disiplin positif di Sekolah Penggerak yang mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka. Metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus digunakan pada penelitian ini. Tempat penelitian yaitu SMAN 1 Banjarnegara yang memasuki tahun kedua dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, Focus Group Discussion dan observasi. Informan dalam penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru komite pembelajaran, guru bimbingan konseling, serta siswa. Temuan dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlu adanya kesepakatan bersama antara warga sekolah yang dibangun terlebih dahulu. Peran kepala sekolah dan guru komite sangat penting dalam memastikan disiplin positif dijalankan di sekolah. Bentuk praktik baik yang bisa diimplementasikan di sekolah juga dibahas dalam temuan penellitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki kebaruan dalam implementasi disiplin positif pada Kurikulum Merdeka di Indonesia.

Abstract

Critical thinking skills are important for students in learning and real life to face the increasingly complex challenges of the 21st century, including those related to viruses. This study aims to analyze students' critical thinking skills on the material of viruses and their roles. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The research subjects were 70 students from two grade X classes at a Karanganyar, Central Java school, comprising 35 students. The data collection method is done through a written test. The research instrument in the form of essay questions consists of 6 questions based on aspects of critical thinking skills. The data analysis technique used Rasch analysis through the Winsteps 3.73 program. The results of the study show that there are still many students who are unable to answer critical thinking skills questions as seen based on the Wright Map and the comparison of mean logit person (-0.77) < mean logit item (0.00) in the Winsteps output. In conclusion, students' critical thinking skills on virus material are still low. Therefore, further research is needed to improve students' critical thinking skills. Abstract

The characteristics of the independent curriculum include the implementation of project-based learning and local content, but there are still some teachers who have difficulty implementing project-based learning with local content. This study aims to determine the need for a project-based virus enrichment module with a local issue context as additional learning media for students. This study uses quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods with the research subjects being 35 grade X students and one biology teacher. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews. The questionnaire was filled out by a biology teacher and 35 grade X students. Interviews were conducted with a biology educator and four students. Data analysis techniques by describing research data in the form of percentages and opinion descriptions. The results of the needs analysis show that the virus material is considered difficult because it is abstract, learning still uses textbooks and has never been project-based, while students enjoy learning that makes them do activities in a fun way and produce work. They felt the need for additional learning resources besides textbooks, especially virus development material. Therefore, learning media in the form of project-based enrichment modules on viruses in plants needs to be developed to meet the demands of the independent curriculum and improve students' 4C skills in facing the challenges of the 21st century.
