Abstract

ABSTRACT Pandawa All Suite Hotel is an accommodation designed to be the hotel of choice for guests who want to have a relaxing time with quality service and a friendly environment. Pandawa All Suites Hotel is committed to providing a quiet and comfortable stay. This study aims to determine the factors that specify employee job satisfaction at the Pandawa All Suite Hotel. This type of research uses qualitative and quantitative data, using data sources namely primary data and secondary data. The sampling method used in this study is Saturated Sampling with 40 respondents. The analytical tools used is the Validity Test and Reliability Test, quantitative descriptive analysis, factor analysis and data processed using SPSS Version 17 software for windows. The results obtained after analysis using a factor analysis of 16 variables that determine employee job satisfaction at the Pandawa All Suite Hotel into 3 factors: compensation factors have an eigen value of 7,810, leadership factors have an eigen value of 1,511 and the last factor is work equipment with value eigen value 1,222. This study shows that the most dominant factor determining employee job satisfaction at the Pandawa All Suite Hotel is the compensation factor that has the highest value of the overall eigen value 7,810. Abstract

Event memiliki peran penting dalam menghidupkan dinamika sebuah entitas usaha restoran. Mereka bukan hanya menjadi alat untuk menarik perhatian pelanggan, tetapi juga menjadi fondasi untuk membangun citra dan menghadirkan pengalaman yang berkesan bagi konsumen. event merupakan cara yang efektif untuk mengumpulkan komunitas. Hal ini tidak hanya meningkatkan interaksi antar-pelanggan, tetapi juga memperluas jaringan dan membangun hubungan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggali keunikan event dan entertainment untuk meningkatkan penjualan di The Legend Bar Restaurant Legian. Fokusnya adalah serangkaian event yang diselenggarakan dalam satu minggu oleh The Legend Bar sebagai respons atas persaingan pasar yang semakin ketat. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan, meliputi wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi langsung di lokasi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa setiap event yang diadakan The Legend Bar and Restaurant memiliki konsep yang terencana dan memiliki identitasnya tersendiri. Keunikan yang paling ditunjukan adalah ditampilkannya konsep entertainment yang menampilkan tribute para legenda hiburan dunia. Signifikansi penelitian ini terletak pada peningkatan penjualan yang terjadi seiring berlangsungnya event tersebut. Ditemukan bahwa setiap event yang digelar mampu meningkatkan minat pelanggan dan memperluas jangkauan pasar. Dengan telah berdiri selama 34 tahun, The Legend Bar merupakan salah satu Bar yang telah menjadi ikon di daerah Legian, menunjukkan bahwa keunikan event yang terencana dengan baik dapat menjadi pendorong kesuksesan bisnis dalam meningkatkan penjualan untuk menghadapi persaingan yang sengit di pasar. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa identitas unik dalam setiap event dapat menjadi kunci peningkatan penjualan dan mempertahankan posisi dalam pasar yang kompetitif.

Abstract

Di Bali, persaingan di dunia Aki semakin ketat. Fakta memperlihatkan penjualan Aki terusmeningkat dan perusahaan Aki menjamur di berbagai daerah, termasuk di Denpasar. KeberadaanToko Gudang Aki Denpasar adalah salah satu outlet yang bisa membantu dalam memenuhi danmenyediakan berbagai macam kebutuhan akan Aki. Berdasarkan informasi dari pelanggan TokoGudang Aki Denpasar, masih terdapat beberapa hal yang perlu diperbaiki agar konsumen merasakankepuasan. Kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan merupakan dua faktor penting yang memilikiperan agar konsumen merasakan kepuasan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untukmenganalisis serta mengetahui bagaimana peran kualitas produk dan kuliatas pelayanan terhadapkepuasan konsumen pada Toko Gudang Aki Denpasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatananalisis kualitatif deskriptif, dimana peneliti menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasiuntuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan kualitaspelayanan sangat berperan penting terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Toko Gudang Aki Denpasar.Hal ini berarti bahwa semakin baik kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan TokoGudang Aki Denpasar, maka konsumen tentu dapat memperoleh kepuasan. Dengan demikian TokoGudang Aki Denpasar akan dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kepuasan konsumennya.Terimakasih kepada dosen program studi Magister Manajemen yang telah membimbing penelitidalam menyelesaikan penelitian ini.

Meningkatkan laba sebuah perusahaan bisa melalui pengendalian piutang, baik dalamsebuah perusahaan Jasa maupun Produk. Namun seringkali perusahaan tidak memberikan perhatiankhusus pada hal tersebut. Dari latar belakang diatas, yang menjadi rumusan masalah dalampenelitian ini adalah Bagaimana peran Account Receivable terhadap penagihan dan pengirimanfaktur/invoice di PT. Bluewater Safaris? Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran AccountReceivable terhadap penagihan dan pengiriman faktur/invoice dan melakukan system penagihanyang up-to-date kepada agent yang bekerjasama dengan PT. Bluewater Safaris. Landasan teori yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang peran Account Receivable, Piutang, dan PT. BluewaterSafaris. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis kualitatif deskriptif, dimana penelitimenggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa Account Receivable PT. Bluewater Safaris sangat berperan penting bagidepartment Finance & Accounting. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Account Receivable bertugasngengontrol semua piutang baik dari agent maupun non agent (cabang kantor) dan tunai maupunnon tunai, mencocokan hasil laporan dari bookepeer terdahap transaksi pada hari itu, mencocokanriwayat transaksi bank pada aging summary report agar mengetahui apakah ada selisih pembayaranagent dan yang paling penting follow-up agent – agent yang pembayaran tidak sesuai atau sudahjatuh tempo yang di tetapkan dengan perjanjian yang di sepakati di awal (credit facility). Peranaccount receivable di PT. Bluewater Safaris sudah sangat baik sekali, karena menerapkan peraturanyang sudah di buat sesuai SOP yang di tetapkan oleh Perusahaan. Desa Wisata Pinge, Kecamatan Marga, Kabupaten Tabanan ini memiliki potensi daya tarikwisata yang sangat potensial. Namun menghadapi masalah dalam penguatan pengembanganDesa Wisata yang telah terbentuk. Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi adalahketidakmampuan pengelola desa wisata memenuhi permintaan wisatawan asing terkaitmenu breakfast internasional. Berdasarkan informasi tersebut, maka kami timpengabdimengusulkan sosialisasi penguatan Desa Wisata Pinge dan pelatihan pembuatan AmericanBreakfast dan Fresh Juice dengan menggunakan sumber daya alam lokal. Tujuan darikegiatan pendampingan, yaitu: 1).Untuk memberikan wawasan dan sosialisasi mengenaipenguatan Desa Wisata Pinge, menganalisis Kekuatan, Kelemahan, Peluang dan Tantanganyang dihadapi. 2). Untuk memberikan wawasan guna meningkatkan kualitas layanan kepadawisatawan dalam bentuk pelatihan pembuatan American Breakfast dan Fresh Juice denganmenggunakan sumber daya alam lokal. 3). Memberikan wawasan Prinsip-prinsip dasarmanajemen pemasaran mengenai bagaimana menciptakan kepuasan konsumen. Adapunmanfaat dari kegiatan ini, yaitu: 1). Kemampuan mengenai penguatan Desa Wisata Pinge, dengan menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi. 2). Kemampuan meningkatkan kualitas layanan kepada wisatawan dalam bentuk pelatihanpembuatan American Breakfast dan Fresh Juice dengan menggunakan sumber daya alamlokal. 3). Kemampuan prinsip dasar pemasaran dalam menciptakan kepuasan konsumen. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang akan dilaksanakan di Desa Pinge, Kecamatan Marga, Kabupaten Tabanan Bali berupa ceramah dan diskusi serta pelatihansesuai yang dibutuhkan. Masyarakat diberikan kesempatan bertanya untuk memperjelaspemahaman tentang penguatan Desa Wisata Pinge. Kegiatan ini diakhiri dengan evaluasidengan mempraktekkan hasil pelatihan pembuatan American Breakfast dan Fresh Juicedengan menggunakan sumber daya alam lokal. Kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh dosen ProgramMagister Manajemen dan melibatkan mahasiswa. Kegiatan diawali dengan Pretest, sosialisasi, ceramah dan diskusi mengenai Penguatan Pengembangan Desa Wisata Pinge, KecamatanMarga, Kabupaten Tabanan, Provinsi Bali. Dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan pembuatanAmerican Breakfast dan Fresh Juice dengan menggunakan sumber daya alamlokal. Diakhiridengan Postest, monitoring dan evaluasi.

Abstract

In order to find out indications of the influence of store atmosphere, service quality, and customer experience on consumer satisfaction at Bhineka Muda Merdeka, a study using a population, namely all consumers from Bhineka Muda Merdeka Denpasar, took a sample of 120 people. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the indication of store atmosphere has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction with the results of t-count 3,425 > t-table value 1,7 and a significance value of 0,001 <0,05. Another indication is that the quality of service has a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction, with the results of t-count 2,699 > t-table value 1,7 and a significance value of 0,008 <0,05. The last indication is that customer experience has a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction, with the results of t-count 2,910 > t-table value 1,7 and a significance value of 0,004 <0,05. Broadly speaking, there are indications simultaneously between store atmosphere, service quality, and customer experience on customer satisfaction of 34,9%.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to increase our understanding of how people behave when they choose several camps in Bedugul. By knowing the factors that influence consumers' lifestyle and buying interest, camp managers in Bedugul can increase their presence on Social Media to attract consumers' buying interest.  Methodology:This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The research method uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Data collection was carried out by studying literature and distributing questionnaires to respondents. Data processing was carried out using IBM software called Smart-PLS version 3.0. The Slovin formula was used to determine the sample size. Findings:E-WOM has a positive and significant influence on lifestyle and interest in buying camping in Bedugul, Social Media has a positive and significant influence on lifestyle and interest in buying camping in Bedugul, lifestyle has a positive and significant influence on interest in buying camping in Bedugul, E-WOM and social media has a positive and significant influence on interest in buying camping in Bedugul through lifestyle as a mediating variable. Implication:This research was conducted on a small scale in the Bedugul area with limited coverage, so the results may not fully represent the wider situation. In order to gain a more comprehensive understanding and stronger generalizations, further research is needed on a larger scale and involving more variables. This will help in identifying and understanding various other aspects that may influence consumer buying interest in a broader context.

Abstract

Purpose:The success of the teaching and learning process in today's world of education can be seen through the learning outcomes achieved by each student. Students have a vital role and are considered vital in higher education institutions. For this reason, fostering trust and maintaining student satisfaction are essential aspects of a university's development. This study aims to determine the effect of complaint handling and service quality on the trust and satisfaction of Dhyana Pura University students. Methodology :The sample was taken using the Slovin formula technique of 94 students, and the data analysis technique used was quantitative analysis, using the alternative Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method of Partial Least Square (PLS). Findings :The results of the analysis show that the complaint handling variable has a positive and significant effect on student trust and satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on student trust and satisfaction, and trust mediates the relationship between complaint handling and service quality with student satisfaction at Dhyana Pura University. Implication :The university can use these results to maintain student trust and satisfaction by understanding how each variable affects one another. Undhira must pay close attention to handling appropriate complaints and providing quality services for each student.

Abstract

Purpose:The research on this occasion aimed to determine the influence of digital leadership and organizational support on employee performance, mediated by employee involvement among Siloam Hospital Bali employees. Methodology :The method used in carrying out this research is a quantitative approach. The sample that supports this research is employees recorded as working at Siloam Hospital Bali with a total of 84 data. The techniques used to make searching and collecting data easier are questionnaires, interviews and documentation accompanied by observation. The analytical technique used to answer the hypothesis is quantitative descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS) applying the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model. Findings :The results of this series of research show that 1) digital leadership without providing results influences employee engagement, 2) digital leadership without providing results influences employee performance, 3) organizational support provides results with a positive influence and occurs significantly on employee engagement, 4) organizational support provides results with a positive influence and significant attitude on employee performance. Implication :5) employee engagement provides results with a positive influence and significant relationship on employee performance, 6) employee engagement without being able to mediate the influence of digital leadership on employee performance, 7) engagement employees succeeded in mediating the influence of organizational support on employee performance.

Abstract

Purpose:The research objectives are to identify the factors influencing women's career development, especially in Bali, and determine which factors dominate their career development on the island.Methodology:This research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method to collect data from women holding high positions in companies or institutions in Bali Province. The instrument used for data collection is a questionnaire containing questions related to factors influencing women's career development. Data analysis in this study utilizes factor analysis. The research sample consists of 130 married women with at least one child holding high positions in Bali Province companies or institutions.Findings:The research on the factors influencing women's career development in Bali reveals three key factors. First, the Career Development factor highlights the importance of career position changes in women's careers in Bali. Second, the Career Values & Influences factor emphasizes the importance of personal compromise in women's careers. Third, the Success Perspective factor underscores the sacrifices and benefits of success in women's careers.Implication:The research findings indicate the need to focus on career development and understanding personal values to achieve career success for women, especially in Bali.
