Abstract

Purpose:The research on this occasion aimed to determine the influence of digital leadership and organizational support on employee performance, mediated by employee involvement among Siloam Hospital Bali employees. Methodology :The method used in carrying out this research is a quantitative approach. The sample that supports this research is employees recorded as working at Siloam Hospital Bali with a total of 84 data. The techniques used to make searching and collecting data easier are questionnaires, interviews and documentation accompanied by observation. The analytical technique used to answer the hypothesis is quantitative descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS) applying the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model. Findings :The results of this series of research show that 1) digital leadership without providing results influences employee engagement, 2) digital leadership without providing results influences employee performance, 3) organizational support provides results with a positive influence and occurs significantly on employee engagement, 4) organizational support provides results with a positive influence and significant attitude on employee performance. Implication :5) employee engagement provides results with a positive influence and significant relationship on employee performance, 6) employee engagement without being able to mediate the influence of digital leadership on employee performance, 7) engagement employees succeeded in mediating the influence of organizational support on employee performance.

Abstract

Purpose:The research objectives are to identify the factors influencing women's career development, especially in Bali, and determine which factors dominate their career development on the island.Methodology:This research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method to collect data from women holding high positions in companies or institutions in Bali Province. The instrument used for data collection is a questionnaire containing questions related to factors influencing women's career development. Data analysis in this study utilizes factor analysis. The research sample consists of 130 married women with at least one child holding high positions in Bali Province companies or institutions.Findings:The research on the factors influencing women's career development in Bali reveals three key factors. First, the Career Development factor highlights the importance of career position changes in women's careers in Bali. Second, the Career Values & Influences factor emphasizes the importance of personal compromise in women's careers. Third, the Success Perspective factor underscores the sacrifices and benefits of success in women's careers.Implication:The research findings indicate the need to focus on career development and understanding personal values to achieve career success for women, especially in Bali.

Abstract

The research aims to explore the impact of organizational culture, leadership, self-efficacy on employee performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable (study at the Maha Bhoga Marga Foundation). This study utilizes a quantitative approach through questionnaire methods, interviews, observations, literature review, and documentation. Data analysis will be conducted using Partial Least Squares (PLS), which is a component of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) framework. The research is conducted on 50 permanent employees with over 5 years of service. The results indicate that organizational culture, leadership, and self-efficacy have a positive influence on employee performance. Similarly, OCB as an intervening variable has a positive impact on employee performance by mediating organizational culture, leadership, and self-efficacy. The relationship between OCB and the phenomenon that employee performance affects organizational culture, leadership, and self-efficacy. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to a better understanding of employee performance and OCB as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect career development, work motivation, and work flexibility on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intermediary variable at the Labuan Bajo Tourism Office, West Manggarai. This quantitative study, using a questionnaire from 31 ASN employees and analyzed with SEM-PLS, found that career development, work motivation, and work flexibility all positively and significantly affect employee performance and job satisfaction at the Labuan Bajo Tourism Office, West Manggarai. Additionally, job satisfaction mediates the effects of these factors on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to understand how promotion and word of mouth affect consumer perceptions of Kaniva International's brand image, as well as how these perceptions influence consumer decisions in choosing this training institution. The study used a quantitative approach with an associative research design and involved 72 respondents as samples. Data collection techniques include questionnaires, interviews, observations, and literature studies. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS), a variant-based structural equation model. The results showed that promotion and word of mouth have a positive influence on the decision to choose LPK Kaniva International and also on its brand image. Brand image also has a positive effect on the decision to choose Kaniva International. In addition, promotion and word of mouth influence the decision to choose Kaniva International through brand image mediation, suggesting that effective promotion strategies and word of mouth recommendations can improve brand image perceptions and influence consumer decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of role conflict, social support, and work-life balance on the psychology well-being and career development of women at Christian College Foundation Hope. The study employs a quantitative approaches using questionnaires, interviews, observations, and literature review methods. Data analysis will be conducted using Partials Least Squares (PLS), which is a component of the Structural Equations Modeling (SEM) framework. The results indicate that family social support has a negative influence on dual-role conflict. Higher family social support is associated with lower levels of dual-role conflict experienced by women, thus minimizing such conflicts and aiding women in focusing more on their career development. Additionally, achieving a balance between life and work is a crucial need for individuals in seeking meaning and quality in their lives. Therefore, social support from both family and work environments is essential for women to pursue their careers without neglecting other roles. The findings of this research are expected to contribute to a better understanding of the dual-role conflicts experienced by working women and their impacts on career development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of support systems and work-life balance on career development and job satisfaction among female employees at Yayasan Dhyana Pura. The research methodology employed a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of all female employees at Yayasan Dhyana Pura totaling 37 individuals. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, interviews, observations, and literature reviews. The analytical techniques utilized to address the hypotheses were quantitative descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS) using a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) framework. The findings indicate that support systems have a positive influence on the career development and job satisfaction of female employees at Yayasan Dhyana Pura. Although work-life balance does not significantly affect either, career development positively impacts job satisfaction, and the presence of a strong support system enhances career development opportunities, thereby increasing job satisfaction, while work-life balance has no direct influence.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of work-life balance and flexible work arrangements on partner performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research focuses on Gojek drivers in the province of Bali. The study employs a quantitative approach through a survey method to gather data from a sample of Gojek drivers. Data analysis will be conducted using Partial Least Squares (PLS), which constitutes a component of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) framework. The results showed that higher levels of job satisfaction contribute to improved performance, while lower levels of job satisfaction lead to decreased performance. Additionally, work-life balance positively and significantly affects performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable among Gojek partner drivers in Bali Province. This indicates that achieving a good work-life balance can create job satisfaction, ultimately enhancing the performance of Gojek partner drivers in Bali Province. Similarly, effective implementation of flexible work arrangements positively and significantly influences performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable among Gojek partner drivers in Bali Province. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the understanding of how work-life balance and flexible work arrangements, particularly in the context of Gojek drivers in Bali

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah Pemberdayaan Local Genius Asrama Haji Embarkasi untuk meningkatkan ekonomi Nasional melalui kebijakan kementrian agama kepada Asrama Haji Embarkasi, sesuai dengan program sustainable development goals, Lokasi penelitian di Asrama Haji Embarkasi Medan Sumatra Utara, dengan metode penelitian secara deskriptif, kualitatif, pendekatan kajian hotel bintang, serta community base tourism, dan penelitian menunjukan nilai positif, dengan memperdayakan kearipan lokal daerah sumatra utara, seperti: 1). Mempekerjakan masyarakat sumatra utara sebagai karyawan, 2). Memperdayakan Tari Tor-Tor sebagai ciri khas tari mengisi kegiatan Asrama Haji, 3). Memperdayakan hasil kerajinan masyarakat sebagai Cindera mata, 4). Membuat Dekorasi kegiatan Event dari kreasi masyarakat medan, 5). Membuat Foto Model dari Kreasi masyarakat Medan. Dengan Fokus pemecahan masalah Bagaimana Memperdayakan Local Genius di Asrama Haji untuk meningkatkan Enomi Nasional?, Adapun saran yang dapat diberikan agar Asrama Haji Embarkasi Medan lebih maksimal dalam memperdayakan Local Genius. Untuk dapat membantu kegiatan Asrama Haji dalam meningkatkan ekonomi.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan transformasional pada era digitalisasi berdampak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang berbasis teknologi digital. Situasi ini berpengaruh besar bagi produktivitas pegawai di perusahaan maupun organisasi yang menerapkan model kepemimpinan. Keterkaitan kepemimpinan transformasional cenderung memiliki kompetensi dalam memimpin pegawai. Ini tercermin pada model yang bersifat mendorong atau memotivasi, panutan, dan memberikan inspirasi kepada pegawai. Tujuan dari studi ini ialah untuk mengukur produktivitas kinerja pegawai (teknisi dan staf) dengan model kepemimpinan di PT. Telkom Akses Denpasar. Hal ini bermaksud untuk mengidentifikasi kebijakan dari seorang pimpinan untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang optimal dan berpotensi menghasilkan kontribusi bagi perusahaan digital. Metode dalam studi ini mempergunakan pendekatan wawancara dengan kualitatif eksploratif yang di dukung pengalaman dari perusahaan yang mengimplementasikan kepemimpinan dalam sistem digital. Hasil wawancara terhadap 15 pegawai (10 teknisi dan 5 staf) menunjukkan bahwa di PT. Telkom Akses Denpasar masih menerapkan model kepemimpinan transaksional dan belum optimal dalam menerapkan model kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kesimpulan dari studi ini menunjukkan bahwa seorang pemimpin dengan model transaksional di era digital masih cenderung belum berdampak baik bagi kinerja pegawai. Sehingga, model kepemimpinan transformasional bisa menjadi solusi alternatif model memimpin di era digital untuk meningkatkan produktivitas tinggi bagi pegawai dan perusahaan di PT. Telkom Akses Denpasar.
