Research findings on guidance and counseling services and other educational programs on bullying problems in Indonesia have been widely conducted and published. However, efforts to find references on interventions for preventing and treating bullying problems in the city of Ternate through scientific publications are still relatively few or have not contributed much. Therefore, this study explores how much intervention of guidance and counseling services in schools and educational programs (outside of guidance and counseling services) to prevent and handle bullying problems in Ternate City. Methodologically, this study follows the basic idea of narrative literature review (NLR), by referring to five steps of the process. The analysis results describe that in the last five years, the intervention of guidance and counseling services in schools on preventing and treating bullying problems in Ternate City is still minimal because only one published article was found. Meanwhile, educational program interventions (excluding guidance and counseling services) on the problem of bullying in the city of Ternate have been carried out quite a lot with intervention strategies and targets at different educational levels. Thus, these findings indicate that intervention of guidance and counseling services in schools on the prevention and treating of bullying in Ternate City is still very minimal when compared to intervention of other educational programs.

Dalam pelaksanaan penilaian autentik seorang guru masih banyak mengalami kendala terutama dalam penyusunan instrumen dan pengklasifikasian domainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan penilaian autentik berdasarkan kurikulum 2013 dalam pembelajaran PPKn. Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode campuran (Mixed Methods ) dengan pendekatan Sequential Exploratory Design. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru PPKn SMKN 1 solok yang berjumlah 5 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian mengambarkan bahwa, umumnya guru SMKN 1 Solok belum menggunakan instrumen penilaian autentik untuk mengukur hasil belajar dan sikap peserta didik. Harapan penelitian ini dalam pelaksanaan penilaian autentik guru mampu melaksanakan sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013.-----In the implementation of authentic assessment, a teacher still experiences many obstacles, especially in the preparation of instruments and the classification of their domains. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of authentic assessment based on the 2013 curriculum in learning PPKn. This type of research uses a mixed-method with the sequential exploratory design approach. The informants in this study were all five students of SMKN 1 Solok, with five people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of the study illustrate that, generally, SMK 1 Solok teachers have not used authentic assessment instruments to measure student learning outcomes and attitudes. The expectation of this research in the implementation of authentic teacher assessment can carry out under the 2013 curriculum.

Abstract: Papua as the largest island in Indonesia has a variety of traditional houses that have the characteristics of describing the local identity and uniqueness. This study uses a literature study method and aims to examine how to interpret traditional Papuan architectural works. Theoretically the result of this research finds that the identity of traditional Papuan architecture is seen from the traditional house as an architectural work in terms of firmitas, utilities, and Venustas. The similarity of shapes in various traditional Papuan houses is found on the roof in the form of a sloping roof with various shapes. There are elements of 'tradition' and 'environmental adaptation' in the architecture of traditional Papuan houses, emphasizing special meanings according to local culture.Keyword: identity, traditional architecture, traditional house, PapuaAbstrak: Papua sebagai pulau terbesar di Indonesia memiliki ragam rumah tradisional yang memiliki ciri khas menggambarkan identitas dan kekhasan lokal setempat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dan bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara teoritis bagaimana memaknai karya arsitektur tradisional Papua. Hasil dari penelitian ini secara teoritikal bahwa identitas arsitektur tradisional Papua dilihat dari rumah tradisional sebagai karya arsitektur dari sisi firmitas, utilitas, dan venustas. Kesamaan bentuk pada ragam rumah tradisonal Papua terdapat pada bagian atap berupa atap miring dengan bentuk beragam. Adanya unsur ‘tradisi’ dan ‘adaptasi lingkungan’ pada arsitektur rumah tradisional Papua, menitik beratkan pada pemaknaan khusus sesuai budaya setempat.Kata Kunci: identitas, arsitektur tradisional, rumah tradisional, Papua

Pendahuluan: The Joint United Nations Program on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) menyatakan bahwa secara global, pada tahun 2022 terdapat 1,3 juta infeksi baru dan total terdapat 39 juta ODHIV (orang dengan HIV) serta 630 ribu kasus kematian akibat AIDS (Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome). Berdasarkan data tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hingga saat ini, AIDS masih menjadi krisis global yang mendesak. Selain itu, target global yang ditetapkan oleh UNAIDS untuk pengujian dan pengobatan antiretroviral untuk semua subpopulasi dan kelompok umur telah meningkat (The Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/ AIDS, 2023). Kementerian Kesehatan telah melakukan perubahan signifikan dalam pencegahan dan pengendalian HIV di lapangan, baik dari populasi kunci sebagai pemanfaat program maupun dari tenaga medis di fasilitas kesehatan yang terlibat dalam pencegahan dan pengendalian HIV. (Kemenkes RI, 2022). Tujuan kegiatan: memberikan peningkatan literasi Kesehatan bagi ODHIV ON ARV dan Populasi Kunci melalui kegiatan edukasi pencegahan dan penanganan HIV AIDS. Metode Penelitian: pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode pre dan post . Subjek pengabdian ini adalah ODHIV ON ARV dan Populasi Kunci yang berobat di UPT Puskesmas Lawawoi. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang diberikan sebelum dan setelah dilakukan pelatihan. Hasil: didapatkan bahwa sebelum dilakukan edukasi pada ODHIV ON ARV dan Populasi Kunci rata-rata nilai pengetahuan 30%. Sedangkan setelah edukasi terdapat peningkatan literasi Kesehatan ODHIV ON ARV dan Populasi Kunci menjadi 100%. Kesimpulan: terdapat peningkatan literasi Kesehatan pengetahuan ODHIV ON ARV dan Populasi Kunci setelah dilakukan Edukasi Pencegahan dan Penanganan HIV AIDS

Introduction: In this study, we aimed to examine the relationship between community healthcare needs, expectations, and perceived service quality within the context of rural health service delivery. With growing global emphasis on patient centered care and rising concerns about inequitable healthcare access, our objective was to assess how well community needs and expectations align with service provision at the Lawawoi Community Health Center (CHC) to address gaps identified in existing literature. Methods: This quantitative cross sectional study involved the distribution of structured questionnaires and observational data collection conducted at the Lawawoi CHC from March to May 2024. A total of 80 respondents were enrolled through purposive sampling. Data were collected via validated surveys assessing perceptions of service quality, expectations, and healthcare needs. Ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of the research team’s affiliated institution, and participants provided informed consent. Results: The primary outcome of the study was the perceived improvement in service quality. Findings revealed that 90.5% of participants with high healthcare needs and 94.7% of those with high expectations perceived service quality as good. Chi square tests showed statistically significant relationships between community needs and service quality (p = 0.000) and between expectations and service quality (p = 0.000). Notably, cultural values and interpersonal provider patient interactions were influential in shaping perceptions. Conclusion: In conclusion, our study contributes to the understanding of patient centered service delivery in rural Indonesia by highlighting the importance of aligning healthcare provision with community needs and expectations. This research provides insights into participatory planning, communication strategies, and culturally responsive care as drivers of perceived service quality. Future studies should explore longitudinal impacts of community engagement and evaluate continuous quality improvement models to advance equity oriented healthcare practices in resource limited settings.

Penelitian ini bertolak dari fenomena melemahnya karakter kewarganegaraan pada siswa, penyebabnya ialah belum efektifnya model pembelajaran pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini focus kepada model hipotetik kemitraan guru dan orang tua dalam penanaman karakter. Manfaat penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memaksimalkan penanaman karakter yang sesuai dengan karakter warga negara yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and development, R&D), penggarapan penelitian baru sampai kepada prosedur pelaksanaan model hipotetik. Prosedur model divalidasi oleh para pakar yang berpengalaman di bidang penanaman karakter. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMPN yang berada dipusat Kota Padang dan SMPN yang berada di daerah pinggir kota Padang, yaitu SMPN 1 Padang, SMPN 14 Padang dan SMPN 28 Padang. Informan penelitian terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah, Guru PPKn, guru Bimbingan Konseling dan Pakar Pendidikan. Temuan penelitian ialah berhasilnya dirumuskan prosedur pelaksanaan model hipotetik pembelajaran penanaman karakter kemitraan dalam pembelajaran mata pelajaran PPKn.

DKI Jakarta's BUMDs face significant challenges, including financial instability and declining customer trust, threatening their role in regional development. This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of corporate image, buyer-supplier relationships, and marketing communication on supplier performance and customer trust. Using SEM analysis with data from 400 respondents, the research reveals that all three factors positively and significantly influence supplier performance and customer trust, both directly and indirectly, with supplier performance acting as a partial mediator. Key findings indicate that marketing communication has the strongest impact on supplier performance (path coefficient: 0.55), while supplier performance significantly enhances customer trust (path coefficient: 0.47). The study underscores the importance of holistic strategies to strengthen corporate image, supplier relationships, and communication to rebuild trust and operational efficiency in BUMDs. These findings contribute to the literature on public-sector supply chain management and offer practical implications for policymakers and BUMD leaders to foster sustainable development through improved stakeholder engagement.

This study aims to examine the role of strategic collaboration in improving supplier performance in DKI Jakarta Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) from a buyer-supplier perspective. Strategic collaboration is considered the key to success in supply chain management, especially in the context of business relationships between buyers and suppliers. Qualitative research methods were used with data collection through in-depth interviews with procurement managers and key suppliers in several BUMDs in DKI Jakarta in the period November 2024 to January 2025. The results of the study indicate that the three main dimensions of collaboration, communication, trust, and technology, play an important role in improving supplier performance. Transparent and intensive communication helps synchronize operations, trust strengthens supplier loyalty and commitment, while technology supports the efficiency of procurement and monitoring processes. This study confirms that strengthening strategic collaboration is an effective strategy to improve sustainable supplier performance in the BUMD environment. Practical implications of this study include the need to improve communication, build a culture of mutual trust, and utilize technology in supply chain management.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana isi pesan politik Mahyeldi sebagai Gubernur Sumatera Barat di media sosial Instagram, dan memberikan gambaran respon masyarakat terhadap pesan politik yang di unggah di media sosial Instagram. Jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, wawancara. Uji keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data antara lain reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga klasifikasi topik postingan, yaitu topik pembangunan fisik, topik ekonomi, dan kegiatan keseharian. Pengguna Instagram cenderung merespons positif terhadap konten yang bersifat personal, transparan, dan autentik. Komunikasi politik yang dilakukan Mahyeldi belum cukup efektif dikarenakan pengguna yang mengikuti akun Instagram @mahyeldisp hanya 152 ribu dari total penduduk Sumatera Barat yang berjumlah 5 juta.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan permasalahan yang menunjukkan bahwa kurangnya minat belajar siswa sehingga siswa cenderung merasa cepat bosan dengan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru karena guru kurang efektif dalam menggunakan metode pembelajaran dan menyebabkan siswa sulit memahami pembelajaran dan kurang bersemangat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan metode PBL untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PPKn Kelas VIII di SMPN 1 Sutera. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode quasy eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan dimana pada kelas eksperimen menggunakan metode PBL diperoleh nilai rata-rata pre-test sebesar 57,5 dan post-test 89,63. Pada kelas Kontrol untuk pre-test sebersar 57,5 dan post-test 73,6. Data yang dihasilkan berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Selanjutnya ditinjau melalui hasil uji t diperoleh nilai sig (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Ini menunjukan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII di kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, sehingga menunjukan efektivitas problem based learning efektif digunakan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII.
