Abstract

This research is motivated by facts that show there is great attention to learning tahfidz Alquran in formal, non-formal and informal education channels. Various efforts have been made to produce memorizers of the Koran so that some have made learning tahfidz of the Alquran a superior or mandatory extracurricular program, namely at the Ar-Risalah Islamic College and the Minangkabau Islamic Boarding School, Padang. The aim of this research is to determine the learning strategy for tahfidz Alquran in the aspects of learning planning, implementation of learning and evaluation of tahfidz Alquran learning at the Padang Islamic boarding school. This research was successful in finding i) Planning for Alquran tahfidz learning at the Ar-Risalah Islamic Boarding School and the Minangkabau Islamic Boarding School in Padang, namely the formulation of learning objectives, preparation of students, preparation of teaching staff, preparation of materials, methods, media and learning resources and the environment. ii) Implementation of Alquran tahfidz learning at the Ar-Risalah Islamic Boarding School and Minangkabau Islamic Boarding School, namely the implementation of learning objectives as evidenced by the seriousness of students, the arrangement of materials, methods, use of media and learning resources in accordance with the conditions of the learning environment. iii) Evaluation of Alquran tahfidz learning at the Ar-Risalah Islamic Boarding School and Minangkabau Islamic Boarding School is carried out by means of formative evaluation, namely at the end of the semester and the end of the year, summative evaluation is carried out at the end of the semester and the end of the year. every meeting and reporting of learning outcomes at the end of each year.

Abstract

The development of times marked by an increase in globalization impacts the morals and ethics of the nation's next generation. Innovation is therefore necessary to prevent moral erosion and foster religious character formation. This study aims to explain educational innovation in the form of a religious-based local content curriculum in terms of (1) purpose; (2) material; (3) media; (4) approach; and (5) evaluation. We employed qualitative methods in this investigation. The research findings indicate that the Solok District Government has innovated in education by developing a Religious-Based Local Content Curriculum policy to foster a religious character at the formal education level. The goal is to help students understand the region's spiritual values and local wisdom. The curriculum comprises stand-alone subjects and integrated study materials with relevant subjects. The learning module includes printed and written media. The learning module lays out the learning strategy. The evaluation is formative, summative, and authentic. This study serves as a reference for developing religion-based local content curricula.

Abstract

Learning that only uses lecture or teacher centered methods is often considered boring and uninteresting for students. This can cause a lack of motivation and interest in learning in students. Game Based Learning is a learning innovation that can be used to overcome these problems. Game Based Learning integrates game elements into the learning process, so that learning becomes more interesting, interactive and fun for students. This research aims to examine Game Based Learning innovations in elementary school learning. The method used is qualitative with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The steps in a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) include searching for literature that is relevant to the research question through scientific journals. The literature found was evaluated based on its quality and relevance to the research question. Literature that meets the selection criteria is then analyzed further to identify related themes to answer the problem question. The results of the research show that Game Based Learning has many benefits for learning in elementary schools, including increasing students' motivation and interest in learning, improving student learning outcomes, developing students' critical and creative thinking skills, and increasing collaboration and cooperation between students.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis ruang lingkup materi Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI) dan menganalisis materi berdasarkan buku teks Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI) agar materi yang telah ada dapat dikembangkan. Materi Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI) yang akan dikembangkan yaitu materi tentang “Ketabahan Nabi Muhammad Saw dan Sahabat” yang terdapat dalam bahan ajar Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI) pada kelas IV semester 1. Pemilihan materi ini dilakukan karena adanya kekurangan dari segi keluasan dan kedalaman materi Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam (SKI) di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) kelas IV semester 1 untuk itu dilakukan analisis keluasan dan kedalaman materi sehingga sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research And Depelopment (R&D). melalui model pengembangan 4-D (define, design, develop, dessimination) yaitu metode penlitian yang menghasilkan produk-produk pembelajaran yang diawali dengan analisis kebutuhan, pengembangan produk, evaluasi produk, revisi dan penyebaran produk. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dengan menganalisis materi Sejarah Kebudayaahn Islam (SKI) di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah khususnya pada materi “Ketabahan Nabi Muhammad Saw dan Sahabat” pada kelas IV semester 1, diharapkan dapat mengetahui apa saja keluasan dan kedalaman yang perlu ditambahkan dalam materi tersebut serta pengembangan bahan ajar menggunakan handout.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the method of understanding the meaning and key word in learning tahfiz Al-Qur'an at Rumah Tahfiz Nurul Islam Ulak Karang Padang, and analyze its impact on the quality of memorization and understanding of students. The background of this research is the need for tahfiz methods that do not only focus on verbal memorization, but also encourage understanding of the content of the verse. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies of learning activities at Tahfiz House. The results showed that the implementation of the method was carried out through three main stages, namely orientation of the meaning of the verse through lafziyyah translation, identification of keywords for each verse, and integration between memorization and understanding. This method is proven to be able to improve the students' memory, strengthen the emotional connection to the memorized verse, and encourage active participation in the class. Nevertheless, several obstacles were found, such as differences in the basic abilities of students, limited learning time, and lack of parental involvement. Solutions implemented include classification of learning levels, enrichment of learning modules, teacher training, and strengthening the synergy between home and institutions. This study concludes that the method of understanding meaning and key words is effective in creating a meaningful and contextualized memorization process, and is relevant to be applied in various Qur'anic education institutions.

Abstract

The most basic internal problem is the teaching staff (teachers) of BAM and al-Qur'an education in designing and compiling teaching materials, in determining the way of presentation, in determining the direction of learning, and in outlining learning objectives. With that creativity, learning will be efficient and effective. While the external problem is the problem of implementing BAM learning outcomes in the Minangkabau community. Qualitative research with the type of field research and descriptive methods. Collecting data by observation, interviews and documentation. Efforts are needed to integrate and interconnect Islamic religious education in order to strengthen the innovation policy for independent learning in the Pesisir Selatan. Efforts that must be made in order to create a PAI integration-interconnection program in the context of Strengthening the Free Learning Innovation merdeka belajar by the Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan and Kementerian Pendidikan Agama Pesisir Selatan can achieve their goals. The implementation method can be carried out in two stages, including through seminars and workshops/mentoring for making lesson plans, media and PAI teaching materials that are integrated-interconnected with Al-Qur'an Education and Minangkabau Natural Culture.

Abstract

Religious moderation is a key element in fostering tolerance and harmony in a diverse society, and its integration into Islamic education is crucial for achieving these goals. This study aimed to develop a curriculum model based on religious moderation for madrasas, utilizing the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) to ensure its comprehensive integration. The research involved identifying existing practices at MTs Pembangunan UIN Jakarta, designing a curriculum model incorporating religious moderation into intracurricular, extracurricular, co-curricular, and madrasa culture activities, and piloting the developed module. The results revealed that while MTs Pembangunan UIN Jakarta did not explicitly implement religious moderation in its character and moral development programs, the school exhibited implicit practices aligned with these values. The curriculum developed in this study was assessed as highly valid in terms of content, presentation, graphics, and language, with a particular focus on its practical implementation in fostering students’ attitudes toward religious moderation. The findings emphasize the importance of a multi-faceted approach to embedding religious moderation in all aspects of madrasa life. This study provides valuable insights into how curriculum design can be an effective tool for promoting religious moderation, with implications for improving Islamic education by integrating these values into both formal and informal educational settings.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in PAI subjects at UPTD SMP Negeri 30 Padang. Researchers use field research (Field Research) as a type of research in areas located in the community which are descriptive qualitative in nature. Primary data sources include the principal, deputy principal, educators, and students at UPTD SMP Negeri 30 Padang using the Snowball sampling technique in determining informants. Secondary data was obtained through archives regarding the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in PAI subjects at UPTD SMP Negeri 30 Padang. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique that uses three activity lines, namely: reducing data, presenting it, and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis in this research are that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in the subjects of Islamic Religious Education and Character at UPTD SMP Negeri 30 Padang has the following provisions: it is considered very good and in accordance with the provisions of the guidelines for its implementation.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya menjaga kemurnian Al-Qur’an adalah dengan menghafalnya. Akan tetapi minat anak-anak zaman sekarang untuk membaca Al-Qur’an tergolong rendah dan hanya 34% anak yang tertarik dan serius untuk menghafal Al-Qur’an. Padahal menghafal ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an sendiri memiliki peran dalam upaya meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Maka dari itu fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh intensitas menghafal Al-Qur’an peserta didik terhadap kecerdasan spiritualnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh antara intensitas menghafal Al-Qur’an terhadap kecerdasan emosional peserta didik di SMAN 1 Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI SMAN 1 Padang tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 430 dan sampel sebanyak 204 dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket, dokumentasi dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan memperoleh hasil kesimpulan bahwa intensitas menghafal Al-Qur’an berpengaruh positif terhadap kecerdasan spiritual. Maka dengan demikian Ha diterima dan H0 di tolak.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam berbasis spiritual memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan kepribadian yang beriman. Surau Paseban, sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional di Kota Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Menganalisis Sejarah Surau Paseban 2) Menganalisis Biografi singkat Syeh Paseban, 3) Fungsi surau paseban pada zaman dahulu dan sekarang dan 4) Pola Pendidikan Islam Berbasis Spiritual. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menggali data melalui wawancara dengan pengurus surau dan jamaah, serta menggunakan data dari hasil observasi dengan memperhatikan lingkungan surau paseban. dan dokumentasi serta kajian arsip. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan di Surau Paseban menekankan pada integrasi antara nilai-nilai Islam dan pengembangan spiritual melalui kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan, seperti dzikir tasawuf, pengajian, melaksanakan ibadah wajib dan sunnah. Pendidikan Islam berbasis spiritual di Surau Paseban memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pembentukan pribadi yang seimbang antara intelektualitas dan spiritualitas, yang diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak jangka panjang dalam kehidupan sosial dan keagamaan masyarakat.
