Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk: menganalisis pengaruh Mengetahui dan Studi ini bertujuan untuk: Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Jayapura. Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Jayapura. Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui kinerja pegawai pada DinasKependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Jayapura. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan path analisis (analisis jalur). Di mana langkah pertama yang dilakukan adalah mengetahui pengaruh profesionalisme terhadap kinerja pegawai yang diukur dengan menggunakan unji t, kemudian langkah kedua menguji pengaruh profesionalisme terhadap kepuasan kerja yang diukur dengan menggunakan unji t serta menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan explanative (konfirmatif). Data yang diteliti dalam studi ini adalah data kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden mengenai profesionalisme, kinerja pegawai dan kepuasan kerja. Alat analisis data menggunakan SEM AMOS 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, disimpulkan bahwa Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Jayapura. Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Jayapura. Profesionalisme berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Jayapura. Dengan demikian maka, melalui kepuasan kerja, pengaruh profesionalisme terhadap kinerja karyawan mampu ditingkatkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Personel, Penempatan kerja terhadap pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Personel, Penempatan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Personel, dan Penempatan kerja melalui pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Personel.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, technology is developing rapidly in all aspects, including the economic aspect. Changes in payment transactions using currency are now starting to be replaced by electronic money. There is a lot of electronic money that is present in the community, one of which is the Dana Application. This is something new among the public so that people are still questioning the benefits, convenience and security of the Dana Application, because when using it transactions are inefficient because when using the Dana Application there are difficulties and transaction security is not guaranteed. The research method used is quantitative, namely a process of finding knowledge that uses data in the form of numbers as a tool to analyze information about what you want to know. In this study using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study were Dana Application users and 120 samples were used as a research sample. The results of this study indicate that Perceived Usefulness (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Intention to Use (Y), Ease of Use (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Intention to Use (Y), Safety (X3) has a positive and significant effect on Intention to Use (Y ).

Abstract

Today's society realizes that clothing is more than just clothing needs, but also fashion needs. The shift in clothing style to being a medium to show one's existence in the community has made the clothing business grow rapidly today. Distro is one of the many apparel businesses that have sprung up in Indonesia today, especially in the city of Bandar Lampung. Otsky is a local clothing distribution that is popular with the people of Lampung. Otsky's shop has good product quality and a good store atmosphere. On the other hand, the researchers conducted a survey and found several complaints from consumers about unsatisfactory product quality in terms of materials and product form. Apart from that, there are complaints about the shop atmosphere at Otsky, which has a reasonably dense layout so that it fills the room which affects convenience when shopping. This study aims to determine whether product quality and store atmosphere can influence purchasing decisions at Otsky Stores. The research method used is quantitative, namely a process of finding knowledge that uses data in the form of numbers as a tool to analyze information about what you want to know. This study using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to Otsky Shop buyers. The population of this study were buyers of Otsky Stores in Bandar Lampung and 100 respondents were taken. The results of this study indicate that product quality (X1) and store atmosphere (X2) influence purchasing decisions (Y). The store atmosphere variable shows a result of 0.490, which is higher than the product quality variable, which has an impact of 0.447 on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of discounts and store atmosphere on purchasing decisions in shoe stores in Bandar Lampung, recognizing the evolving role of shoes from a basic foot protection necessity to a symbol of fashion. The purpose is to discern the impact of these factors on consumer behavior, particularly in a dynamic retail setting. The research, involving 100 respondents, employs purposive sampling to ensure representation of the population. Criteria for respondent selection include being over 17 years old and having made purchases in shoe stores. Data collection involves validated and reliable questionnaires, and SPSS version 26 is employed for statistical analysis, utilizing the multiple linear regression method. The results reveal that discounted prices and store atmosphere significantly influence purchasing decisions. These findings underscore the contemporary importance of factors beyond utilitarian aspects, shedding light on the interplay between economic considerations, retail strategies, and consumer preferences. Implications of this study extend to both marketers and consumers, guiding strategies for retailers to enhance the shopping experience and assisting consumers in making informed purchasing decisions in the evolving landscape of the fashion-centric shoe industry.

Abstract

: Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, citra toko, keakraban merek terhadap niat beli pada produk private label Alfamart di Kota Bandar Lampung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Bandar Lampung yang memilki niat untuk membeli produk private label Alfamart. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diperoleh langsung dari responden menggunakan penyebaran kuisioner berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling kepada 120 responden yang dikumpulkan dengan Google Form dan juga data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Alfamart Cabang Lampung. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji simultan (uji F), uji parsial (uji T), dan koefisien determinan (R2). Analisa yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi liniear berganda menggunakan software SPSS For Windows 27. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga dan keakraban merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli, sedangkan citra toko tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat beli. Alfamart harus mempertahakan daya saing harga yang mereka tawarkan kepada konsumen, meningkatkan branding terkait merek produk private label yang mereka tawarkan dan meningkatkan citra toko Alfamart seperti halnya layanan yang diberikan. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan dan serta persepsi risiko terhadap niat menggunakan mobile banking BRImo di Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diperoleh langsung dari responden menggunakan penyebaran kuisioner google form kepada 120 responden dengan indikator skala likert 5 poin. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis SPSS. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan variabel persepsi manfaat dan persepsi kemudahan berpengaruh terhadap niat menggunakan nasabah mobile banking BRImo, sedangkan variabel persepsi risiko tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat menggunakan nasabah mobile banking BRImo. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning strategies differentiated learning strategy against l iteration science on natural events material for fifth grade elementary school students in North Parigi sub-district with a total of 56 students. The samples of this study were the fifth grade class of SD Inpres 1 Toboli as the experimental class and SDN Inti P angi as the control class with the same number of students, namely 28 people. This research method uses true experimental research with the research design pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design , data collection is done by means of observation and science literacy outcome test. Sampling was conducted using the p technique. urposive sampling technique Data analysis used SPSS 23 with the stages of normality test, homogeneity test and T test ( paired T sample). The research results at the time of pretest The average value of science literacy for the control class was 58.78, and the experimental class had an average value of 60.17. The average value of the post-test was 86.13 for the control class and 87.08 for the experimental class. Results output SPSS obtained a significance value smaller than the significance level of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.005) then H 0 is rejected and H 1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of differentiated learning strategies on science literacy on the material on science literacy in the material events nature in grade V elementary schools in the North Parigi sub-district.

Abstract

Rendahnya penguasaan siswa terhadap konsep-konsep fisika kerap kali disebabkan oleh sifat mata pelajaran yang abstrak sehingga sulit dipahami serta miskonsepsi yang mereka miliki terhadap materi tersebut. Penggunaan multimedia interaktif berbasis model problem based learning diharapkan mampu menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa pada mata pelajaran fisika. Penelitian ini menggunakan cara kajian pustaka (literatur review) dengan pendekatan kualitatif dalam menganalisis keefektifan multimedia interaktif berbasis model problem based learning dalam proses pembelajaran fisika. Hasil kajian pustaka ini mengungkapkan bahwa multimedia interaktif memberikan kesempatan bagi siswa untuk memahami konsep-konsep abstrak melalui visualisasi seperti teks, gambar dan simulasi yang dapat memudahkan pemahaman materi dalam proses pembelajaran. Model problem based learning membantu siswa menghubungkan materi pelajaran dengan situasi nyata, mendorong pemecahan masalah, sekaligus meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Dengan demikian, integrasi multimedia interaktif dan model problem based learning terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep fisika, membantu siswa menerapkan konsep dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, serta membangun motivasi belajar.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control on the purchase intention of Maybelline cosmetic products in Bandar Lampung. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data was collected through surveys and interviews with Maybelline users in Bandar Lampung. The findings indicate that all three factors—attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control—positively and significantly affect consumers' purchase intentions. Consumers’ attitudes towards Maybelline are shaped by product quality, innovation, and its ability to meet beauty needs. Subjective norms, influenced by social factors such as recommendations from friends and influencers, also drive purchase decisions. Furthermore, behavioral control, based on consumers’ perception of their ability to afford and use Maybelline products, plays a critical role in their purchasing decisions. The study suggests that Maybelline can enhance its market position by focusing on sustainability, promoting transparent reviews, and offering affordable product bundles. Collaborations with influencers and popular figures can also strengthen emotional connections with consumers and further encourage purchase intentions. The research provides valuable insights into how attitude, social influence, and perceived control impact consumer behavior, offering practical implications for marketers in the cosmetics industry.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of discount framing on brand reputation and consumer purchase intention within the Shopee marketplace. Purchase intention, a crucial determinant of consumer decisions, is shaped by various individual factors and online platform experiences. Data were gathered via surveys and questionnaires from respondents with prior Shopee shopping experience. The analysis employed structural equation modeling and the Sobel test using SPSS software to explore the mediating role of brand reputation in the relationship between discount framing and purchase intention. The results reveal that discount framing significantly and positively influences both brand reputation and purchase intention. Furthermore, brand reputation was found to strengthen the link between discount framing and purchase intention, indicating that a positive brand reputation enhances the effectiveness of discount strategies in attracting consumers. These findings offer valuable insights for businesses to design more impactful marketing strategies, especially regarding discount management and brand reputation, ultimately contributing to improved customer satisfaction and business competitiveness.
