Abstract

Parents’ satisfaction and loyalty towards their chosen school for their children’s education are vital for the sustainability and existence of private schools. This study aims to confirm the critical role of academic quality and service in increasing the satisfaction and loyalty of parents of students. Through a questionnaire survey of 30 parents of Northern Green School Medan students, using a saturated sampling technique, quantitative data were carefully analyzed using PLS analysis. The results of this study prove all hypotheses. Each relationship between variables has been empirically proven to be statistically significant and positively correlated. The partial mediation role of parental satisfaction on the influence of academic quality and service on their loyalty is proven accurate. This study is limited to a small sample, so generalization to all schools cannot be done. Further research is expected to expand the research subjects from several schools with the same level and conduct qualitative research through more in-depth interviews related to the academic quality and service expected by parents.

Abstract

In the digital era, digital marketing is crucial for expanding business reach and engaging consumers. This study examines PT Sadulur Sinareng Raharja, a digital marketing firm specializing in customized campaigns based on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis, which is highly relevant to educational institutions with digital marketing programs. Despite its innovative strategies, the company faces challenges such as changing consumer preferences, increasing competition, and declining campaign effectiveness. This study offers practical business insights while also serving as an educational tool, demonstrating the use of data-driven marketing strategies in real-world business contexts. The research, based on quantitative methods and strategic marketing theory, analyzes data from 30 respondents using multiple regression analysis to evaluate the impact of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor positioning on campaign performance (ROI, conversion rate, and engagement rate). The findings, validated by classical assumption tests, show that all factors significantly affect campaign effectiveness, with an R² value of 77.9%. The results emphasize the importance of a market-driven approach, adaptability to changing trends, and the use of data analytics to create targeted campaigns. This case study is valuable for students and professionals in business and marketing education.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu organisasi bergantung pada kemampuannya untuk mengelola berbagai macam sumber daya yang dimilikinya, salah satu yang sangat penting yaitu Sumber Daya manusia (SDM). SDM merupakan aset berharga bagi perusahaan atau organisasi bisnis karena merupakan poros utama dalam melakukan tindakan, menetukan tujuan, serta pengambilan keputusan yang tepat untuk mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Dikarenanakan pentingnya SDM pada suatu Perusahaan, peneilitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, stress kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan BCG. Metode pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 55 responden. Hasilnya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara beban kerja, motivasi kerja, dan stress kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan BCG baik secara simultan dan parsial.

Abstract

Klinik kecantikan merupakan bisnis yang sedang berkembang sehingga banyak bermunculan klinik-klinik baru, sehingga menarik untuk dilakukan penelitian. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis Loyalitas Pelanggan Miracle Aesthetic Clinic yang dipengaruhi oleh Kualitas Layanan dan Citra Merek melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan di Miracle Aesthetic Clinic Malang sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan menyebarkan kuisioner secara online kepada para pelanggan Miracle Aesthetic Clinic melalui Google Forms. Alat penelitian yang digunakan berupa data mentah yang diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuisioner, dengan pengambilan sampel purposive sampling pada 90 orang responden yang merupakan pelanggan Miracle Aesthetic Clinic Malang yang melakukan perawatan minimal 2 kali dan salah satunya pada bulan Oktober 2021. Data penelitian diolah secara kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis jalur, menggunakan SPSS 25.0. Setelah diolah didapatkanlah hasil penelitian yaitu: (1) Kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Miracle Aesthetic Clinic. (2) Kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Miracle Aesthetic Clinic. (3) Citra merek memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Miracle Aesthetic Clinic. (4) Citra merek memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Miracle Aesthetic Clinic. (5) Kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Miracle Aesthetic Clinic. (6) Kualitas layanan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Miracle Aesthetic Clinic melalui kepuasan pelanggan. (7) Citra merek mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Miracle Aesthetic Clinic melalui kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Tourism has become a leading sector in driving economic growth. Repeat stays are critical for the continuity and economic growth of homestay businesses in the Likupang Super Priority Tourism Destination area. This study aims to examine the influence of social media and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on repeat stay decisions, mediated by tourist satisfaction. The study involved 120 respondents who had stayed at Marinsow Homestay Likupang, North Minahasa, at least twice. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that social media and e-WOM have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction, tourist satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repeat stay decisions, social media has a significant effect on repeat stay decisions, and e-WOM has a positive and significant effect on repeat stay decisions for tourists staying in homestays.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of employee performance through training and work discipline, with motivation as an intervening variable, at PT Mentari Books Indonesia, particularly in the context of intense competition in the publishing and education industries in Indonesia. The sampling method used in this research is a saturated sampling technique or census, in which all 58 marketing employees at PT Mentari Books Indonesia were included as the study sample. This study employs a quantitative research method, with data analysis conducted using path analysis. The results indicate that training and motivation do not have a significant direct effect on the performance of marketing employees at PT Mentari Books Indonesia. However, work discipline has a significant positive effect on performance. Furthermore, motivation is found to mediate the relationship between training and work discipline on employee performance. The theoretical implication of these findings contributes to the strengthening of work motivation theory, particularly within the framework of organizational variable relationships. From a practical standpoint, the company should evaluate the effectiveness of its existing programs to enhance employee performance outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of social media promotion, word of mouth and reference groups on the purchasing decision of Maxmil at CV. Indo Jaya Putra both partially and simultaneously. The population used is customers with product purchases at CV. Indo Jaya Putra with the following criteria: Customers follow one of the Maxmil CV. Indo Jaya Putra social media accounts, Customers who have participated in the Maxmil CV. Indo Jaya Putra product demo in the East Java area, and Customers who are members of the East Java area UMKM group. The sample used was 100 customers with Saturated or census sampling. The results of this study are that the variables of promotion on social media, WOM, and reference groups have a partial and simultaneous effect on the purchasing decision of Maxmil CV. Indo Jaya Putra.

Abstract

Ichthus School West, Jakarta Barat, as an educational institution, has experienced a decline in teacher performance over the past few years. The phenomenon underlying this research includes the high workload of teachers exceeding the standard classroom hours, an organizational culture that tends to maintain traditional practices, and a non-physical work environment demanding intensive communication outside working hours, all of which contribute to decreased performance. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of workload, organizational culture, and non-physical work environment on teacher performance at Ichthus School West, Jakarta Barat. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires and sampling conducted using a purposive sampling technique, involving 40 teachers of written subjects at Ichthus School West, covering elementary and secondary (junior and senior high school) levels. The data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis and tested through instrument tests, classical assumption tests, determination tests, and hypothesis tests. The results reveal that workload has a negative and significant impact on teacher performance, organizational culture has a positive but insignificant impact, and the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Collectively, workload, organizational culture, and non-physical work environment have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is an essential factor in business success. In the publishing industry, such as Pareto Publisher Erlangga, creating customer loyalty is crucial for maintaining a competitive market share. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the relationship between service quality, product quality, sales promotion, and customer loyalty among Publisher Erlangga's Pareto customers in Pekanbaru. This study adopts a quantitative approach by collecting data from 92 respondents who are customers of Pareto Publisher Erlangga in Pekanbaru. The research instrument used is a questionnaire consisting of questions about customer perceptions of service quality, product quality, sales promotion, and loyalty to Erlangga Publisher. The results of data analysis using the multiple linear regression method indicate that service quality, product quality, and sales promotion have a significant positive influence on customer loyalty. This means that the higher the customers' perception of service quality, product quality, and sales promotion, the higher their level of loyalty to Erlangga Publisher. These findings have important implications for Pareto Publisher Erlangga in Pekanbaru to enhance customer loyalty. They should focus on improving service quality, such as responsiveness to customer inquiries, speed of service, and ease of communication. Additionally, they should ensure that the products they offer are of high quality and meet customer expectations. Moreover, effective sales promotion strategies should also be implemented to build awareness and interest among customers. Pareto Publisher Erlangga in Pekanbaru can develop more effective strategies to maintain and increase their market share. This research can serve as a reference for the publishing industry and other businesses in understanding the importance of service quality, product quality, and sales promotion in fostering customer loyalty.

Abstract

Tahun 2024 Indonesia mulai memasuki era serba digital. Berbagai sektor mulai melakukan transformasi dan adaptasi dalam menghadapi era digital ini, salah satunya adalah dunia perbankan. Bank digital adalah lembaga keuangan yang menyediakan layanan perbankan sepenuhnya melalui aplikasi secara online, tanpa perlu keberadaan cabang fisik dengan target market yang cocok adalah Generasi Z. Blu by BCA adalah layanan perbankan digital yang dikembangkan anak perusahaan Bank BCA yang bernama PT Bank Digital BCA. Blu beroperasi sepenuhnya secara online melalui aplikasi mobile dan menawarkan berbagai fitur perbankan modern. Generasi Z melakukan transaksi menggunakan Blu by BCA karena memiliki fitur-fitur yang sesuai kebutuhan, promosi yang menarik, dan kepercayaan yang tinggi sebagai anak perusahaan dari PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: 1) pengaruh kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap trust secara simultan maupun parsial, 2) pengaruh kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah secara simultan maupun parsial, 3) pengaruh trust terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah, 4) pengaruh kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah melalui trust secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan berupa kuisioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada generasi Z pengguna Blu by BCA di Kota Malang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini tidak diketahui dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 orang responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisa data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan menggunakan bantuan software SMART PLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kualitas aplikasi dan promosi terhadap trust secara parsial maupun simultan, 2) secara parsial promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah sedangkan kualitas aplikasi tidak berpengaruh, secara simultan memiliki pengaruh, 3) terdapat pengaruh signifikan trust terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah, 4) secara parsial kualitas aplikasi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan menjadi nasabah melalui trust sedangkan promosi tidak berpengaruh, secara simultan memiliki pengaruh.
