Abstract

This research analyzes Individual Resistance Factors in leadership Change at PT. Alamjaya Wirasentosa Gunungsitoli City, Individual resistance to change is the resistance that arises in individuals towards changes in an organization, while we know that changes must be made to advance the performance of an organization. Based on observations, there is still an attitude of resistance shown by each employee towards the changes made. The aim of the research is to find out how individual resistance occurs among employees due to leadership changes at PT. Alamjaya Wirasentosa, Gunungsitoli City. In conducting this research, qualitative research methods were used using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The sources of informants for this research were 3 people. The research results show that changes at PT. Alamjaya Wirasentosa Gunungsitoli City occurred when there was a change of leadership, employees felt that with a change of leadership there would certainly be changes that would follow in terms of work methods and rules or existing habits. Individual resistance occurs when fear factors and selective perception exist in the individual himself. Based on the interview results, these two factors are the biggest drivers of individual resistance in employees.

Abstract

There is observed problems by researcher that is The training provided to employees is still inadequate, as seen from the fact that training activities are rarely carried out and often not held, so this hampers efforts to develop adequate human resources. Besides that, employees are still not punctual to work. Study This aim , to analyze resource development Power man in increase performance employee at the Library and Archives Service Regency West Nias . In do study This use method study qualitative with use technique data analysis ie data reduction , data presentation and withdrawal conclusion . Results study This show that Human resource development has been carried out well, however one of the obstacles faced in carrying out training activities is related to budget limitations. Then para employee Already produce good performance with exists punctuality in work, to achieve work targets.

Abstract

The work environment encompasses everything around employees while they are working, both in physical and non-physical forms, which can influence them in carrying out their tasks and daily work. A conducive work environment provides a sense of security that enables employees to work optimally. The work environment can affect employees' emotions. If an employee enjoys the work environment where they work, they will feel comfortable in their workplace. A conducive work environment will have a positive impact on the company; conversely, if the work environment is less conducive, it will have a negative impact on the company. The problem formulation in this research is to determine whether there is an Influence of the Work Environment on Employee Productivity at CV. Sukses Karya Lestari, Gunungsitoli City. This research uses quantitative research to determine the influence of an independent variable on the dependent variable in a study and the extent of its role with the aim of testing the established hypotheses. The research sample is the entire population size due to the limited number of respondents studied. From the research results, it is known that the levels of validity of variables X and Y meet the applicable standards with the overall results of the questionnaire items declared valid because r calculated > r table (0.334), at a confidence interval of 95% with N = 35. The research instruments for each variable are also declared reliable with r calculated X (0.495) > r table (0.334) and r calculated Y (0.526) > r table (0.334) at a confidence interval of 95% with N = 35. The calculation of the determination correlation shows that there is an influence of variable X (work environment) on variable Y (employee productivity in the production department) by 23.9%, while 76.1% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Kualitas sumber daya karyawan yang tinggi akan bermuara pada lahirnya komitmen yang kuat dalam penyelesaian tugas-tugas rutin sesuai tanggung jawab dan fungsinya masingmasing secara lebih efisien, efektif, dan produktif. Oleh sebab itu, upaya meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dapat diarahkan pada kedua aspek tersebut. Dengan demikian peranan manajemen sumber daya manusia semakin penting terhadap setiap kegiatan kepegawaian untuk membentuk sumber daya manusia yang handal sehingga mampu memberikan kontribusi pengembangan dan kemajuan bagi organisasi kepemerintahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir, hubungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melibatkan pengiriman kuesioner yang telah menerima sekitar 175 tanggapan responden. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan kantoran yang tersebar di Indonesia, dan metode analisisnya menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa pengembangan karir, hubungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Abstract

At the Gunungsitoli City Education Office, researchers found that interpersonal harmony (human realtions) among employees, especially in the context of public services, is still inadequate. Although the services are directly related to the community, employees tend to carry out their duties individually rather than as a team. The imbalance of communication among employees hinders the effectiveness of services, so the concept of human relations is not optimally applied. it is important for leaders to integrate the principles of human relations into the work system. This aims to create an attitude of humanism among employees, unify employee perceptions and ensure that work is done collaboratively, not just as individuals. This approach is necessary to achieve satisfactory work results. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of human relations on improving employee performance at the Gunungsitoli City Education Office, data collection techniques by means of observation, and distributing questionnaires to 48 respondents of Gunungsitoli City Education Office employees. While testing data analysis using validity test, reliability test, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. In this study using quantitative research with data calculations using SPSS to obtain accurate values. The results of this study, the t test of variable X human relations is 5.561 with a significance level of 5% in the t table of 1.677. It is known that the Sig value = 0.000 <0.05. Then according to the interpretation: If the Sig value <0.05 or t count> t table then there is an influence between variable X on variable Y, otherwise, if the Sig value> 0.05 or t count < t table then there is no influence between variable X on variable Y. So it can be concluded that the influence of Human Relations is positive and significant on performance. In the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R-Square) of human relations on performance, it can be concluded that the amount of influence of human relations on performance is 38.1. For 61.9% influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstract

In today's globalization, it is inevitable that school organizations need to prepare human resources (HR) in order to adapt and improve school performance to be able to compete on a global scale. One of the efforts is to improve teacher performance. So that talent management is a concept that starts from how to plan, get, develop and maintain a talent in an organization or company. Because talent management is very important, therefore talent management is also needed in the world of education, which focuses on the professionalism of a teacher. This research was conducted in a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach because this type of research has the aim of describing and analyzing phenomena, events, or social activities that occur. The teacher talent management system at UPTD SD Negeri 074056 Dahana Humene has several shortcomings and challenges that need to be overcome. First, the honorary teacher selection process has not been effective and optimal, which affects school quality and standards. Secondly, the placement of honorary teachers often does not match their expertise or academic qualifications, which can impact on the quality of teaching and learning. Thirdly, the development and training provided by schools do not always match teachers' needs and expertise, especially in terms of using IT and making technology-based learning tools. For this reason, schools need to make some improvements. In the selection process, schools should implement effective procedures, develop clear and relevant selection criteria, and conduct regular evaluation and improvement. In terms of training and development, schools should better understand teachers' skills and knowledge needs, design appropriate training programs and ensure the training and development process is sustainable. In addition, schools should also ensure that the placement of honorary teachers is in line with their expertise and academic qualifications.

Abstract

This research aims to determine community satisfaction with employee performance at the Gomo Subdistrict office. This research uses qualitative research with the research sources being the people of Gomo District and employees of the Gomo District Head's office. Qualitative research uses observation, documentation and interviews. Researchers can contribute to designing good research by integrating qualitative methods effectively. The research results show qualitatively that community satisfaction with employee performance at the Gomo Subdistrict office based on indicators of community satisfaction and employee performance can be classified as Satisfactory. This is based on the results of research conducted on community informants receiving services at the Gomo District office who assessed the ability of employees to carry out their duties because employees were unable to understand their duties and provide good service to the community. Abstract

Institusi ataupun corporasi turut ikut melakukan proses pembangunan yang dikenal dengan konsep Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang mana korporasi dituntut tidak hanya mengejar keuntungan keuangan tetapi diwajibkan memperhatikan aspek sosial dan aspek lingkungan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu Untuk mengetahui Implementasi Tanggungjawab Sosial PT. Bank Mandiri Dalam Meningkatkan Perekonomian Masyarakat. Untuk mengetahui kondisi perekonomian masyarakat setelah pelaksanaan program tanggung jawab sosial Bank Mandiri Kota Gunungsitoli. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 5 informan. Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan dari penelitian yang dilakukan, maka diperoleh hasil yaitu Implementasi tanggung jawab sosial yang dilaksanakan oleh Bank Mandiri Kota Gunungsitoli yaitu ditentukan sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat itu sendiri, baik berupa pembangunan gedung, dana tunai, pembinaan keterampilan, dan lain sebagainya. Bank Mandiri Kota Gunungsitoli juga mempertanggung jawabkan setiap dampak dari aktivitas usaha khususnya di bidang ekonomi, lingkungan dan sosial. Kondisi perekonomian masyarakat penerima manfaat tanggung jawab sosial (CSR) saat ini sangat berdampak pada perekonomian masyarakat warga binaan Lapas Kelas II B Gunungsitoli. Dimana warga binaan mendapatkan tambahan penghasilan di dalam lapas dengan mengandalkan keterampilan yang telah didapatkan pada pelatihan keterampilan serta bagi warga binaan yang telah selesai masa tahanannya dan kembali ke lingkungan masyarakat, warga binaan dapat membuka kegiatan usaha dan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian dengan keterampilan yang telah didapatkan pada saat berada di Lapas Kelas II B Gunungsitoli.

Abstract

Penjualan produk merupakan kegiatan kunci dalam sebuah bisnis yang melibatkan proses pemasaran, promosi, dan transaksi untuk memasarkan barang atau jasa kepada konsumen. Pendekatan penjualan produk meliputi strategi penentuan harga, distribusi, serta upaya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan pasar. Keberhasilan penjualan produk sangat ditentukan oleh pemahaman mendalam terhadap pasar, segmentasi, target pasar dan positioning dalam merancang produk agar dapat tercipta kesan tertentu diingatan konsumen, serta kualitas produk yang ditawarkan. Seiring dengan itu, upaya pengembangan hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan juga menjadi fokus utama dalam menjaga keberlanjutan bisnis. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Peranan Strategi Pemasaran Guna Meningkatkan Penjualan Pada CV. Bintang Keramik Gunungsitoli. Pendekatan yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Kunci informasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada CV. Bintang Keramik Gunungsitoli sebanyak 10 orang.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CV. Bintang Keramik Gunungsitoli telah melakukan strategi pemasaran sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan peningkatan penjualan. Strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan adalah segmentasi pasar yaitu pemetaan target pasar, targeting yaitu menentukan siapa saja yang menjadi target pasar dan positioning yaitu perusahaan menyediakan produk yang dapat menarik konsumen atau pelanggan agar konsumen atau pelanggan memiliki kesan tertarik pada produk yang dipasarkan dan dijual. Dengan menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi konsumen atau pelanggan membuat penjualan produk pada CV. Bintang Keramik Gunungsitoli semakin meningkat. Tidak hanya itu, konsumen atau pelanggan juga semakin bertambah sehingga target penjualan yang diharapkan tercapai.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Researchers believe that word of mouth communication carried out online can influence employee purchasing decisions because it can attract the enthusiasm of other consumers and has broad, even infinite boundaries. Apart from that, researchers also believe that this influence will be more significant if it is accompanied by good customer reviews. Therefore, the research aims to analyze the influence of the Electronic-Word of Mouth variable on Purchasing Decisions with Customer Reviews as a moderating variable. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory approach. The data used in this research was distributed using an online questionnaire method to 100 sellers on TikTok and 200 consumers on TikTok with the minimum criteria of having shopped once. The questionnaire contains 14 question items containing statements of agree, strongly agree, normal, disagree, and strongly disagree on a number of questionnaires asked. This data can also be called primary data. The collected data was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this this research show word of mouth communication using the internet has its own advantages in increasing consumer purchasing decisions due to its wide reach, as informative material for consumers who are not familiar with the product, and increasing consumer enthusiasm. In line with this, the results of the first researcher's hypothesis and beliefs show that the Electronic Word of Mouth variable has a positive relationship and has a significant influence on purchasing decisions because the P-Values value is positive and is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.002. The second belief and also the second hypothesis in this research shows that good reviews from consumers can increase the influence of Word of Mouth Communication via the internet on Consumer Purchasing Decisions due to Word of Mouth Communication with quality product information, a comfortable place, and good service. from Consumer Reviews can make that influence even more significant. This can be proven from the results of the second hypothesis which shows the direction of the relationship is positive and the influence is more significant, namely 0.000 below 0.05, which is more significant than direct testing, namely 0.003. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this research can be proven and accepted.
