Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, beban kerja dan job insecurity terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan CV. Agus Keramik Malahayu Banjarharjo Brebes Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah keseluruhan karyawan CV. Agus Keramik Malahayu dan sampel yang digunakan adalah sebesar 120 karyawan CV. Agus Keramik Malahayu dengan menggunakan teknik non probality sampling. Analisis data pada penelitian menggunakan software SPSS for window versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat Terdapat pengaruh negatif antara variabel kompensasi (X1) terhadap variabel Turnover Intention pada CV. Agus Keramik Malahayu (Y). Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel beban kerja (X2) terhadap variabel Turnover Intention pada CV. Agus Keramik Malahayu (Y) dan Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel job insecurity (X3) terhadap variabel Turnover Intention pada CV. Agus Keramik Malahayu (Y) dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,636 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel independen variabel Kompensasi, Beban kerja, dan Job Insecurity mempengaruhi Turnover Intention sebesar 63,6% sisanya sebesar 36,4% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya.

Abstract

Research aim : This study aims to examine the impact of overtime, career development, and workplace friendliness on employee turnover intention, with emotional exhaustion serving as a mediating variable. Design/Methode/Approach : Quantitative research methodology was employed, utilizing statistical analysis techniques. The population comprised all employees of Matahari Department Semarang exhibiting an intention to resign. A sample of 387 employees was selected using the Slovin formula (5% margin of error). Data collection was facilitated through a questionnaire survey administered to the respondents. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) software was employed for data analysis. Research Finding : The findings indicate that overtime significantly influences emotional exhaustion, while career development does not exhibit a significant impact on emotional exhaustion. Workplace friendliness was found to have a significant effect on emotional exhaustion. Moreover, overtime, career development, and workplace friendliness were identified as influencing factors on turnover intention. Emotional exhaustion was not directly associated with turnover intention but served as a mediator in the relationship between overtime, career development, workplace friendliness, and turnover intention. Specifically, overtime, career development, and workplace friendliness were found to influence turnover intention through their effects on emotional exhaustion.

Abstract

Research aim :This research was conducted to test the influence of product quality, product innovation and electronic word of mouth on repurchase interest mediated by customer satisfaction in the marketplace. Design/Methode/Approach : Approach in this case the research uses quatitative with primary data types and data collection using literature studies and data obtained from distributing Googleform questionnaires. The population in I was employees of the semarang branch of Indomaret, totaling 2.792 people. In this study, it was calculated using the slovin formula to obtain a score of 350 employees. The technique used is a probability sampling technique with a simple random sampling method and the criteria are employees of semarang branch of Indomaret who are marketplace uses. The data analysis technique in this research uses (SEM) structural equation modeling or SmartPLS. Research Finding : Based on research that has been conducted, it was found that product quality has no effect on repurchase interest, product innovation, electronic word of mouth and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest, product quality has no effect on customer satisfication, product innovation and electronic word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfication, product quality and product innovation have no effect on repurchase interest which is                mediated by customer satisfaction, electronic word of mouth has a positive effect on repurchase interest which is mediated by customer satisfaction. Research limitation : Limitations in time and energy so that this research not maximal.This research is far from perfect, so further researchwill be carried out hopefully better than before.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh loyalitas kerja, budaya organisasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Khas Hotel Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Khas Hotel Semarang, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 58 responden. Pengukuran penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert yang kemudian diolah dengan alat analisis IBM SPSS Statistic Version 25 menggunakan analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara loyalitas kerja (X1) dan kinerja (Y) secara parsial dengan nilai t hitung 6,736 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000, budaya organisasi (X2) tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y) secara parsial dengan nilai t hitung 0,992 dan nilai signifikansi 0,326, kompensasi (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y) secara parsial dengan nilai t hitung 2,040 dan nilai signifikansi 0,046. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh nilai dari Ajusted R Square sebesar 0,548 atau 54,8% menunjukkan bahwa variabel kinerja dipengaruhi oleh variabel loyalitas kerja, budaya organisasi, kompensasi, sedangkan sisanya 0,452 atau 45,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak ada dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganailisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh Work Environment, Workload dan Burnout, terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan pada Pada Karyawan JNT EXPRESS Kota Rembang Tahun 2022. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, analisis dokumen, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan alat analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, variabel Work Environment dan Workload berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Burnout tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Struktur Aset, Pertumbuhan Aset dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Struktur Modal pada Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling melalui metode purposive sampling dengan menetapkan 2 kriteria. Dari total 19 perusahaan, terdapat sebanyak 18 perusahaan yang dapat dijadikan sampel sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Struktur Aset berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar (5,685) lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel sebesar (1,988) dan tingkat signifikan sebesar (0,000) lebih kecil dari tingkat minimum signifikansi sebesar (0,05). Pertumbuhan Aset tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar (-0,067) lebih kecil dari nilai t-tabel sebesar (1,988) dan tingkat signifikan sebesar (0,947) lebih besar dari tingkat minimum signifikansi sebesar (0,05). Ukuran Perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Struktur Model dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar (-1,151) lebih kecil dari nilai t-tabel sebesar (1,988) dan tingkat signifikan sebesar (0,253) lebih besar dari tingkat minimum signifikansi sebesar (0,05).

Abstract

The research object took the Java Loenpia Semarang UMKM on the grounds that there was a problem, namely that the income target set by the management was not able to be realized from October 2022 to September 2023, this shows that the target and realization of income were not in line with the expectations of the UMKM leadership, so a strategy was needed to increase employee performance. This research aims to analyze the influence of compensation and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in Java Loenpia Semarang MSMEs. The research sample was 70 respondents/employees of Java Loenpia Semarang MSMEs using sampling techniques, namely population research or census techniques or saturated samples. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression. The research results found that compensation and work environment partially influence job satisfaction. Compensation, work environment and job satisfaction partially influence employee performance. The results of the findings of the first mediation effect can be concluded that there is no influence of compensation on employee performance with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable. Meanwhile, the findings of the second mediation effect can be concluded that there is an influence of the work environment on employee performance with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Keselamatan Kerja, Kesehatan Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja karyawan operator produksi (studi kasus pada karyawan PT Ilsung Utama Kabupaten Brebes). Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data primer. Sedangkan untuk populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu karyawan operator produksi bagian sablon dan bordir dengan jumlah total sampel 88 responden. Data pada penelitian ini menggunakan pengukuran skala likert, proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menggunakan kuesioner atau manual paper kepada 88 responden yaitu karyawan operator produksi bagian sablon dan bordir PT Ilsung Utama Kabupaten Brebes, dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling serta metode purposive sampling kemudian diolah menggunakan alat bantu IBM SPSS Statistic version 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel disiplin kerja, keselamatan kerja, kesehatan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja secara parsial dan secara simultan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out what factors in financial performance influence the growth of profitability at Bank Danamon and to find out whether company size at Bank Danamon can affect the growth of profitability at Bank Danamon. In conducting this research, the researcher was guided by previous studies and the research method used in this method was quantitative research and for the validity of the data, the researcher took samples from the official Danamon bank financial reports that had been published and had been processed by the researcher. The results of the analysis in this study show that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), and company size have a significant positive influence on bank Danamon TBK's profitability, while Net Interest Margin (NIM) and BOPO have no effect on the profitability of bank Danamon Tbk.

Abstract

There are various e-commerce sites, one of which is Shopee, which utilizes financial technology or what is known as financial technology (Fintech) in the form of Shopeepay. Many factors can influence interest in using fintech including perceived ease, trust, effectiveness and features of use. This study aims to determine the effect of perceptions of convenience, trust, effectiveness and usage features on interest in using Shopeepay fintech. This research method is descriptive quantitative, the population in this study are regular UPGRIS management students class of 2018 and class of 2019 who are willing to fill out a research questionnaire with a total of 100 respondents, the sampling technique used is accidental sampling. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out through validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the data analysis conducted, it was found that perceived convenience has a positive and significant influence on the intention to use Fintech Shopeepay with a significant value of 0.001, trust has a positive and significant influence on the intention to use Fintech Shopeepay with a significant value of 0.048, effectiveness has a positive and significant influence on the intention to use fintech Shopeepay with a significant value of 0.000, features of use have a positive and significant influence on interest in using fintech Shopeepay with a significant value of 0.043. This means that the influence of perceptions of convenience, trust, effectiveness and features of use has an effect on interest in using Shopeepay fintech.
