Abstract

This study aims to determine internal factors (Strenghts, Weaknesses) and external factors (Opportunities- Threats) in supporting the business deveopment of processed moringa leaf products in Loru Village. The detremination of the respondents was determined purposively (purposive). The number of respondents 6 consisted of 1 group leader and 2 group members,while external party respondents consisted of 3 consumers. The analysis used in the study is descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the business development of processed moringa leaf products in Loru village is in the ST strategy, namely quadrant II,where in this posiyion overcoming existing threats by using the strengths of alternative strategies namely (1) Maximizing the use of capital in purchasing raw materials, (2) Maintaining a distinctive taste to anticipate changes in consumer tastes and face compotition with similar busisnesses, (3) Utilizing attractive product packaging and original taste in order to anticipate product equality substitution.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan perilaku inovatif sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas pada produk Kemiri Oil Celebes, sebuah usaha kecil menengah yang memproduksi minyak kemiri tanpa bahan kimia. Fokus penelitian adalah pada strategi pelatihan sumber daya manusia yang dilakukan oleh manajer tim untuk meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran. Menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan manajer tim sekaligus pemilik usaha, observasi langsung, dan analisis data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan yang berfokus pada penggunaan digital marketing dan media sosial berhasil membentuk perilaku inovatif karyawan. Hal ini terbukti dari peningkatan signifikan dalam penjualan produk dari 5 pcs di bulan Agustus menjadi 125 pcs di bulan Januari, serta perluasan jangkauan pasar hingga ke luar Sulawesi. Strategi pemberian target penjualan mingguan dan kebebasan berkreasi kepada karyawan juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kinerja. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan yang tepat dan penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung inovasi sangat penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing UKM. Kata Kunci: Perilaku inovatif, pelatihan SDM, UKM, pemasaran digital, kinerja penjualan     ABSTRACT   This study aims to analyze the implementation of innovative behavior as an effort to improve the quality of Kemiri Oil Celebes products, a small and medium enterprise that produces candlenut oil without chemicals. The research focuses on human resource training strategies conducted by the team manager to enhance marketing performance. Using a qualitative descriptive method, this study involves in-depth interviews with the team manager who is also the business owner, direct observation, and secondary data analysis. The results show that training focused on the use of digital marketing and social media successfully shaped employees' innovative behavior. This is evidenced by a significant increase in product sales from 5 pieces in August to 125 pieces in January, as well as the expansion of market reach beyond Sulawesi. The strategy of setting weekly sales targets and giving employees creative freedom also contributed to performance improvement. This study concludes that human resource development through appropriate training and the creation of a work environment that supports innovation is crucial in enhancing the competitiveness of SMEs. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the role of leadership style in increasing employee performance effectiveness in the context of modern organizations. The main focus of this research is to analyze how different leadership styles, including transformational, transactional, and democratic leadership, influence employee motivation, engagement, and performance. Qualitative analysis methods are used to gain an in-depth understanding of employee perceptions of the leadership style applied in the workplace. This research involved in-depth interviews with a number of employees from various hierarchical levels in the organization. The data obtained was analyzed using a thematic approach, where the main patterns and themes surrounding employee experiences of leadership styles were explored and analyzed. The Donggala Regency Central Statistics Agency applies a democratic leadership style, where decision making involves deliberation to reach agreement. Leaders appreciate employee potential through research, while employees show responsibility in completing their tasks.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of Workload and Motivation on Employee Performance through Work Stress as a Mediating Variable (Study at the Central Sulawesi Provincial Statistics Agency). The subjects in this study were employees of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Statistics Agency and the sample of this study were employees at the Central Sulawesi Provincial Statistics Agency Office, totaling 56 people. The sampling technique in this study used Purposive Sampling technique. The data were analyzed by SEM analysis assisted by the SmartPLS3 application. The results of this study indicate that there are 5 (five) direct relationships between influencing variables. The results of the variables that affected directly are: workload has a significant effect on employee performance, it has a significant effect on work stress, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant effect on work stress, and work stress directly has a significant effect on employees’ performance. The results of the analysis of variables that affected indirectly are: workload indirectly has a significant effect on employee performance through work stress and work motivation indirectly has a significant effect on employee performance through work stress

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to understand the process of weighing and receiving by executive nurses in 10 inpatient rooms of Undata Hospital, Palu, Central Sulawesi Province. The research subjects included 65 executive nurses working in the hospital. Purposive sampling was the sampling method used in this study, where the researcher selected respondents from the population based on criteria determined by the researcher. The conclusion of the results of this study states that a series of nurse handover processes in the inpatient room of Undata Hospital, Palu, Central Sulawesi Province have been implemented, but 45 respondents (69%) stated that the handover mechanism was in accordance with the SOP and 20 respondents (31%) stated that the implementation was not in accordance with the SOP.In the handover method, there were 39 respondents (60%) who stated that it was in accordance with the SOP and 26 respondents (40%) who stated that it was not in accordance with the SOP. Regarding the content / information of the weigh-in, 47 respondents (72%) stated that it was in accordance with the SOP and as many as 18 respondents (18%) stated that it was not in accordance with the SOP. As well as obstacles such as things that are forgotten to be conveyed, noise, patient calls and critical situations of patients during weigh-in, 50 respondents (77%) stated that they could handle it well and as many as 15 respondents (23%) stated that there were obstacles in the process of weigh-in in the Undata Hospital inpatient room that could not be handled at all, but could be minimized.

Abstract

Stunting is condition child short from his age at cause by lack energy cornice in long time . Lack nutrition on baby can happen started from in content until baby 2 years old . After baby 2 years old incident new stunt can seen . Land clearing aims to increase food security as an effort to prevent stunting in Beka Village with a method that includes several stages according to the functions of management, planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. Based on the results of the programs that have been implemented, it can be seen that the problem that occurred before the opening of the sixteen additional food security lands was the non-fulfillment of the food needs of the people of Beka Village. Food security is an important element in preventing stunting. Therefore it is felt necessary to increase food security by opening additional land specifically for food supplies (vegetables) to maintain food security in order to prevent stunting and improve the welfare of the people of Beka Village.

Abstract

Kedai Vespa Palu is a coffee shop business that has been established since 2017 which is engaged in the culinary field. With the main sale of coffee-type drinks. Kedai Vespa Palu in running its business certainly requires financial management of operational management and strategies to fulfill the sustainability of the business. By doing operational management and strategic management and doing business analysis to maintain the sustainability of the business. as for the business results that have been achieved by the hammer vespa shop, namely raw material management, operational management and strategies that are useful for increasing services and turnover of hammer vespa shops. Kedai Vespa Palu will continue to strive to improve the quality of servants and operations, and strategies to achieve even greater targets to develop the business.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of organizational experience in the formation of competitive student character in the higher education environment. The literature study research method was used to summarize key findings that support the positive influence of organizational participation on student character development. The results of this study indicate that student organizations have a considerable role in shaping character values through student activities provided in higher education. Organizational experience contributes to the improvement of leadership and teamwork skills, shaping the character of student who are adaptive and ready to contribute in a professional environment. Due to the role of ormawa in the campus towards the formation of student character, student can later have knowledge and experience in organizing, as well as character building which can later become the hallmark of student.

Abstract

Business continuity, which is closely related to the long-term maintenance of the system in accordance with environmental, economic and social considerations, is an important point that needs to be considered by every MSME actor. The store business is one of the new MSMEs that is of concern so that it continues to carry out business continuity by being carried out based on currently related internal and external factors. Toreko created a unique business idea from brownies, innovating brownies into brownies cookies and using raw materials from mocaf flour. mocaf itself is a modified cassava flour product. The purpose of this article is to describe and analyze the sustainability position of the toreko business through a SWOT analysis, formulate alternative strategies that can be implemented by the toreko after knowing the position of the sustainability position of the business it has. The aggressive strategy is the main choice strategy obtained from the results of IFAS and EFAS. The SWOT matrix is used to determine and arrange the steps for implementing the strategy related to the choice of strategy. An aggressive strategy is carried out until the threat that the store has is smaller than the opportunities that exist. Improving sales promotions and maintaining satisfaction with customer loyalty is the key to realizing business continuity properly.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan satu masalah kesehatan yang masih dihadapi bangsa indonesia. Stunting dapat berdampak pada kualitas generasi penerus bangsa di masa depan. Anak-anak yang mengalami stunting akan terhambat pertumbuhan otaknya sehingga kurang cakap dalam belajar. Ini akan menurunkan produktivitas dan kualitas hidupnya dimasa depan. Oleh karena itu percepatan penurunan stunting menjadi prioritas nasional Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran aparat desa dalam penyaluran dana stunting serta bagaimana peran aparat desa dalam penagulangan stunting di Desa Sibalaya Barat Kecamatan Tanmbulava Kabupaten Sigi, metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam penyaluran dana desa untuk penanggulangan stunting terealisasikan secara keseluruhan, namun dalam pencegahan stunting masih terdapat hambatan, karna kurangnya kesadaran dari masyarakat akan pentingnya hidup sehat dan bersih. Hal hal yang harus di perbaiki agar program kegiatan yang dilakukan bisa lebih efektif menurunkan stunting
