Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of the influence of salafi Islamic boarding school education management on student achievement in MA Al-Islah. The educational background of children at salafi Islamic boarding schools is a supporting factor for student achievement. Because in salafi Islamic boarding schools, children study a lot of religious knowledge taught by a kiyai. Learning achievement is evidence of learning success or one's ability to carry out learning activities in accordance with the weight achieved. The question is how does the educational background of children at Salafi Islamic boarding schools affect student achievement at MA Al-Islah Cikeusal. Based on the background of the problems above, the formulation The problems in this study are: 1) What are the differences between children who study at salafi Islamic boarding schools and children who do not study at salafi Islamic boarding schools? 2) How is student achievement in fiqh subjects at MA Al-Islah Cikeusal? 3) What is the influence of the educational background of children in salafi Islamic boarding schools on student achievement in fiqh subjects at MA Al-Islah Cikeusal? The aims of this study were: 1) to find out the differences between children who study at salafi Islamic boarding schools and children who do not study at salafi Islamic boarding schools 2) to determine student achievement in fiqh subjects at MA Al-Islah Cikeusal. 3) to determine the effect of the educational background of children in salafi Islamic boarding schools on student achievement in fiqh subjects at MA Al-Islah Cikeusal. This research was conducted at MA Al-Islah Cikeusal. With a total sample of 40 people from a population of 200 students. The population was taken from all students of class XI and class XII MA Al-Islah Cikeusal. The method used is field research, namely research conducted directly to the subject through a questionnaire technique, a series of questions that must be answered by the respondent. The approach used in this thesis is a correlational analysis approach, namely testing the effect of the educational background of children in salafi Islamic boarding schools (Variable X) on student achievement (Variable Y) using the product moment correlation formula. The conclusions obtained from the results of this study are: Based on the results of correlation analysis using Product Moment, it shows a correlation position of rxy 0.31. This shows a low correlation, this is shown by the results of 41.39 th which is greater than tt 0.95, so tcount is greater than ttable. As for the influence of the contribution (coefficient of determination) of the educational background of children in salafi Islamic boarding schools (Variable X) on student achievement (Variable Y) of 9.61%, the remaining 90.39% is influenced by other factors that can be re-examined both internally and externally. external. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the management or management of advice and infrastructure in madrasah or school educational institutions. The research method used is the research method used in this writing literature study which focuses on searching for sources through books, journals, and available literature. The results of this writing are (1) planning of facilities and infrastructure in educational institutions including design or purchase planning, procurement of facilities and infrastructure, and equipment distribution planning; (2) organization of facilities and infrastructure including (a) grouping of facilities and infrastructure (b) room arrangement; (3) implementation includes the procurement and utilization of facilities and infrastructure contained in educational institutions so that the use of infrastructure to support activities or teaching-learning processes can run effectively and efficiently; (4) evaluation of facilities and infrastructure in educational institutions is carried out continuously and re-planned, namely by looking at how effective and efficient the facilities and infrastructure in educational institutions are so that in the future, better improvements can be made because the facilities become a factor in the continuity of learning activities.

Abstract

The research method used in this research is library research research where the reference sources used come from journals, books and so on. The results of this research show that the implementation of management functions in developing teacher resources in Islamic educational institutions is as follows: (1) planning development programs such as education and training (training) for teachers; (2) make a schedule for teacher development (training) programs on a regular basis; (3) make a budget plan for the teacher training development program; (4) determine procedures or rules for training programs that can be used as evaluation material. (6) Grouping teachers' duties and responsibilities; (7) Grouping teaching staff according to needs to carry out training. Development in educational institutions can be carried out through several programs such as training and education (diklat), workshops and holding subject teacher deliberations (MGMP) , mentoring and coaching and independent learning. Supervision is a series of actions carried out to find out the extent to which the teacher development program is running well in accordance with predetermined plans.

Abstract

The Darel Azhar Rangkasbitung Islamic Boarding School as an Islamic educational institution has a central role in shaping the character and knowledge of the students. This research aims to analyze the development of the educational supervision model implemented at the Darel Azhar Rangkasbitung Islamic Boarding School. Using qualitative research methods and a descriptive study approach, this research describes the supervision model being implemented, evaluates the effectiveness of the model, and identifies challenges and development strategies being implemented. The research results show that the Darel Azhar Rangkasbitung Islamic Boarding School implements a supervision model that focuses on aspects of Islamic education, character and science. Evaluation of the effectiveness of the supervision model identified advantages in improving the quality of education, but also highlighted several weaknesses that need attention. Challenges in developing supervision models involve limited resources and contextual factors. However, this Islamic boarding school has implemented various strategies to increase the effectiveness of its supervision model with the Direct and Continue supervision model.. The implications of the results of this research provide contributions for managers and practitioners in Islamic boarding schools as well as parties interested in developing Islamic education supervision models

Abstract

The quality of education is the main goal that every madrasa wants to achieve. Quality is a must that must be achieved in order to increase public trust in madrasas. Because quality-oriented madrasahs will be the institutions of choice, this is because most madrasas, especially madrasahs managed by the community, have suffered setbacks. The quality of madrasah education services will be determined by the extent to which madrasahs can optimally manage all existing capabilities and resources, the paradigm that must be built by madrasahs is to build quality. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods dan the type of research used is the library research method . is a study based on the philosophy of postpositivism that uses interpretative and constructive paradigms. Quality management aims to improve the quality of work, increase productivity and efficiency by increasing performance and improving the quality of work. High-quality education is not only reflected in the quality of graduates but also in the quality of educational institutions that can meet and serve customer needs according to applicable quality standards. The central basic technique for continuous quality improvement is improving the quality of all objects processed in education administration, starting from teachers, students, curriculum, learning processes, educational institutions, financing, and also relations with the community. Madrasas that live mainly from, through, and for the community need attention and support from all parties. Quality improvement does not occur without input from all parties. Therefore, to improve their quality, madrasas must be assisted to maintain and struggle so that they can live and develop and compete with other educational institutions. Abstract

The implementation of educational and learning activities in an educational institution will be able to realize a program of improving the quality of education if there is a guidance to apply managerial and academic systems. Therefore, there is a need for the role of school supervisors as educational supervisors who play an important role in the success of the school. The aim of this research is to understand, reveal and explain in detail how educational supervisors play a role in advancing the quality of education management in educational institutions. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, by obtaining data and sources of information from reading literature such as books, written articles, statutory regulations (library research) obtained either via the internet or personal collections. After going through research and analysis, the results showed that supervisors, in this case school supervisors, in advancing the quality of education management in an educational institution play a significant role in providing guidance, assistance and guidance to school principals and teachers

Abstract

Dalam lembaga pendidikan, pemberdayaan memegang peranan penting yang sangat meningkatkan sumber daya manusia. Sebagai pemangku kepentingan di sekolah, alumni memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap manajemen, peningkatan sumber daya manusia, sistem kepemimpinan, dan efektivitas organisasi. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan memberikan pengaruh lebih besar kepada lulusan Pondok Pesantren Al Madina untuk meningkatkan taraf sumber daya manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih jauh bagaimana manajemen pemberdayaan alumni mempengaruhi kemampuan Pondok Pesantren Al Madina dalam mengembangkan sumber daya manusianya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi deskriptif kualitatif dan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap lulusan Pondok Pesantren Al Madina yang menjadi sukarelawan. Sumber utama dan sekunder penelitian ini berasal dari penelitian lapangan.

Abstract

Masjid merupakan tempat ibadah sekaligus tempat pengembangan kebudayaan umat Islam. Jamaah dari kelompok  kaum remaja dan manusia usia lanjt perlu mendapatkan perhatian khsuus dari pengurus Dewan Kesejahteraan Masjid, Penguiruis Remaja Islam Masjid dan panitia Peringan Hari Besar Islam. Kedua kelpmpok jamaah masjid ini cukup mendominasi aktivitas  jamaah di masjid Al Falah Kecamatan Petir Kabupaten Serang Provinsi Banten. Tujuan pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah mengoptimalkan manajemen pengelolaan masjid sebagai lembaga pendidikan berbasis kepentingan umat Islam dalam bentuk pembinaan remaja dan kaum manula melalui aktivitas sholat lima waktu secara berjamah, menghadiri peringahan hari-hari bear Islam, dan mengembangkan budaya  umat Islam. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode Partisipatory Action Research (PAR). Metodologi PAR elemen dasarnya proses pemberdayaan masyarakat, yaitu partisipasi dan mobilisasi sosial, dalam hal ini kaum remaja dan kelompok manusia usia lanjut. Penulis juga menelaah  beberapa artikel hasil penelitian yang terbit di jurnal nasional terakreditasi maupun pada jurnal internasional terndeks, serta buku-buku referensi yang terkait. Hasil dan pembahaan menunjukan bahwa sekecil apapun peran serta kaum remaja masjid dan kelompok manusia usia lanjut, tetap akan memiliki arti dalam konteks ijtihad yakni mengajak kepada  kebenaran dan kebaikan agar menjadi remaja dan kaum manula yang terbaik dan penuh ketaqwaan.

Abstract

This research aims to discuss the important role of teachers as educators and role models in educational institutions, especially in character education at SDIT Al-Izzah Banten. Based on the theoretical framework proposed by Moeslim Abdurrahman, this study emphasizes the importance of role models in character education by underlining the essence of religious teachings that must be applied in everyday life. This study uses a qualitative method with a triangulation technique that combines data from field observations, interviews with teachers and principals, and related literature. This research explores the character education paradigm at SDIT Al-Izzah, emphasizing the importance of acculturating character in the school culture through exemplary behaviour, discipline, habituation, wise advice, and rewards for good behaviour. The research highlights the comprehensive involvement of the school community, including the principal, teachers, administrative staff, caretakers, parents and the local community in creating an environment conducive to character development. Notably, the research revealed the extension of disciplinary practices beyond the classroom, encompassing daily routines such as absences for congregational prayers and communal meals, which contribute to the overall moral formation of students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan studi pustaka terkait Kepemimpinan K.H. Ahmad Dahlan dalam Pendidikan Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis konten dengan mencari dan menganalisis berbagai literatur, baik dalam bentuk jurnal, buku, maupun dokumen resmi. Hasil studi pustaka menunjukkan bahwa K.H. Ahmad Dahlan sebagai seorang pemimpin dalam pembaharu pendidikan Islam di Indonesia memiliki cita-cita membuat suatu sekolah modern yang di dalamnya terdapat ajaran tentang pendidikan Islam. Karena menurutnya, upaya yang tepat untuk membangun bangsa adalah dengan membenahi sistem pendidikan pribumi. Beliau berpendapat bahwa tujuan pendidikan yang benar-benar sempurna adalah dengan menciptakan suatu individu yang tidak hanya mengerti atau paham tentang material, ilmu umum dan dunia, tetapi juga mengerti dan paham tentang spiritual, ilmu agama dan akhirat. Dalam kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa K.H. Ahmad Dahlan merupakan sosok kepemimpinan yang mempunyai daya juang yang tinggi dalam pembaharuan pendidikan, dari segi pemikirannya yang memadukan antara pengetahuan umum dengan pengetahuan agama, sehingga pemikirannya tersebut menghasilkan pendidikan Islam yang modern tanpa menghilangkan unsur keagamaan, hingga saat ini pendidikan Islam K.H. Ahmad Dahlan sudah tersebar ke seluruh Indonesia mulai dari, SMP/MTs, SMA/SMK, bahkan Perguruan Tinggi/Universitas.
