Abstract

ABSTRAK Masa remaja merupakan suatu fase perkembangan yang mengalami banyak perubahan serta persoalan. Perubahan tersebut meliputi perubahan fisik, mental, sosial dan emosional. Kemampuan remaja beradaptasi terhadap perubahan tersebut akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan mental remaja secara keseluruhan. Berdasarkan hasil survei pada remaja SMPN 2 Parigi menunjukan bahwa lebih dari setengahnya siswa mengalami tekanan dan stress. Sumber stres diantaranya dari organisasi, hubungan dengan teman sebaya (bullying verbal), ataupun dalam lingkup keluarga maupun lingkup sekolah. Kondisi tersebut akan berdampak negatif terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan setelah dilakukan promosi kesehatan siswa SMPN 2 Parigi Pangandaran meningkat pengetahuannya tentang kesehatan mental. Metode promosi kesehatan melalui penyuluhan tentang kesehatan mental. Kegiatan promosi kesehatan diikuti seluruh siswa kelas IX yang berjumlah 85 Siswa, pelaksanaan ini dilakukan pada tanggal 30 dan 31 Oktober 2023. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan rata-rata nilai pretest diperoleh sebesar 67 poin dan rata-rata nilai posttest sebesar 79 poin. Kesimpulannya adalah ada peningkatan pengetahuan siswa sebesar 12 poin. Kegiatan yang sudah dilaksanakan diharapkan dapat berkelanjutan secara mandiri dengan kerjasama antara sekolah dan Puskesmas Selasari.  Kerjasama itu diarahkan untuk selalu melaksanakan pembinaan kepada siswa dalam bentuk edukasi dan konsultasi kesehatan sehingga siswa dapat melaksanakan hidup sehat baik kesehatan fisik maupun kesehatan mental. Kata Kunci: Kesehatan Mental, Promosi Kesehatan, Remaja  ABSTRACT Adolescence is a developmental phase that experiences many changes and problems. These changes include physical, mental, social and emotional changes. The ability of teenagers to adapt to these changes will greatly influence the overall mental health of teenagers. Based on survey results among teenagers at SMPN 2 Parigi, it shows that more than half of the students experience pressure and stress. Sources of stress include organizations, relationships with peers (verbal bullying), or within the family or school. This condition will have a negative impact on student learning achievement. The aim of this service activity is that after health promotion is carried out, students at SMPN 2 Parigi Pangandaran will increase their knowledge about mental health. Health promotion methods through education about mental health. The health promotion activity was attended by all 85 class IX students, this implementation was carried out on 30 and 31 October 2023. The results of the activity showed that the average pretest score was 67 points and the average posttest score was 79 points. The conclusion is that there is an increase in student knowledge by 12 points. It is hoped that the activities that have been carried out can be sustainable independently with collaboration between the school and the Siswari Health Center. Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah kesehatan jiwa yang dialami oleh kalangan remaja semakin memprihatinkan. Salah satu gangguan mental yang dapat terjadi adalah Post- Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). PTSD merupakan gangguan stress yang disebabkan oleh paparan langsung maupun tidak langsung dari suatu peristiwa traumatis dan dapat menyebabkan masalah kejiwaan yang serius. Salah satu kegiatan untuk mengatasi masalah kesehatan mental pada remaja yaitu dengan pendidikan kesehatan. Pendidikan kesehatan PTSD pada remaja bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap kondisi PTSD dan juga cara penanganan yang efektif. Tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap kondisi PTSD dan juga cara penanganan yang efektif. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode edukasi kepada siswa/ siswi, seta melakukan diskusi. Sebelumnya didakan dulu pretest dan diakhiri dengan postest. Respon peserta antusias dan aktif bertanya ketika diberikan materi tentang PTSD. Seluruh peserta aktif dalam kegiatan mulai dari pembukaan yang dilakukan oleh wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, pemaparan dan evaluasi, pre dan postest, pemberian penghargaan, hingga penutupan dan dokumentasi. Setelah dilakukan edukasi tentang PTSD mulai dari pengertian, dampak dan cara menangani PTSD, ada peningkatan dari hasil pre dan postest. Kata Kunci: Generasi muda; Pendidikan Kesehatan; PTSD  ABSTRACT Mental health problems experienced by teenagers are increasingly worrying. One of the mental disorders that can occur is Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). PTSD is a stress disorder caused by direct or indirect exposure to a traumatic event and can cause serious mental problems. One of the activities to overcome mental health problems in adolescents is health education. PTSD health education for adolescents aims to increase understanding of the condition of PTSD and also how to effectively treat it. The aim to increase understanding of the condition of PTSD and also how to effectively treat it. This activity uses educational methods for students, as well as conducting discussions. Previously, a pretest was held and ended with a posttest. Participants responded enthusiastically and actively asked questions when given material about PTSD. All participants were active in activities starting from the opening carried out by the deputy principal for curriculum, presentation and evaluation, pre and posttest, giving awards, to closing and documentation. After providing education about PTSD starting from the understanding, impact and how to treat PTSD, there was an improvement in the pre and posttest results.  Keywords: Young generation; Healthy Education; PTSD

Abstract

ABSTRAK Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan program nasional yang dibentuk untuk melindungi pekerja maupun pengusaha serta perusahaan sebagai usaha untuk memaksimalkan produksi dengan mencegah terjadinyacedera di tempat kerja. Masalah kesehatan kerja berupa nyeri di bagian bahu, tangan, dan pinggang. Hal tersebutdisebabkan oleh posisi tubuh pekerja yang masih tidak sesuai dengan ergonomi tubuh. Meningkatkan pemahaman dalam upaya Untuk Mengetahui masalah yang dapat terjadi dan bagaimana cara Mengatasi secara mandiri masalah yang terjadi masalah gangguan ergonomi. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pendidikan kesehatan adalah Metode Ceramah/ Lecture, Metode Tanya jawab, Metode Diskusi dan Metode demonstrasi. Penyuluhan mengenai peregangan otot yamg Baik dan Benar Saat Bekerja dalam upaya pencegahan resiko kerja, dilaksanakan secara langsung dengan jumlah peserta 14 peserta. Peserta penyuluhan terlihat antusias saat pemberian materi berlangsung. Peserta mengikuti penyuluhan dengan senang hati karena penyuluhan dilaksanakan dengan menyenangkan. Kegiatan penyuluhan berjalan kondusif karena peserta memperhatikan materi yang disampaikan dengan baik. Dari hasil Kagiatan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kebutuhan belajar didapatkan bahwa kebutuhan belajar pekerja di home industryBaso Aci Acay Kelurahan Sukamenteri Kecamatan Garut Kota Kabupaten Garut, meliputi kebutuhan belajar perceived needs, unperceived needs, dan misperceived needs. Kata Kunci: Ergonomis, Peregangan, Home Industri  ABSTRACT Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is a national program established to protect workers and employers as well as companies in an effort to maximize production by preventing workplace injuries. Occupational health problems are pain in the shoulders, hands, and waist. This is due to the position of the worker's body that is still not in accordance with the body's ergonomics.  Improve understanding in an effort to find out the problems that can occur and how to independently address the problems that occur with ergonomic disorders problems. The methods carried out in health education are the Lecture Method, the Question and Answer Method, the Discussion Method and the demonstration method. Counseling on muscle stretching that is Good and Correct While Working in an effort to prevent work risks, was carried out directly with a total of 14 participants. The counseling participants looked enthusiastic when the material was given. Participants participated in the counseling happily because the counseling was carried out in a fun way. The counseling activities were conducive because the participants paid attention to the material presented well.  From the results of the activity, it can be concluded that the learning needs of workers in the home industry Baso Aci Acay, Sukamenteri Village, Garut District, Garut City, Garut Regency, include perceived needs, unperceived needs, and misperceived needs. Keywords: Ergonomic, Stretch, Home Industry

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pencegahan stunting memerlukan upaya bersama dari seluruh komponen komunitas, dan peran remaja sangat penting dalam upaya ini. Tujuan kegiatan adalah edukasi kesehatan peningkatan pengetahuan remaja mengenai stunting dan peran remaja dalam pencegahan stunting. Pendidikan kesehatan diberikan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi, pre test dan post test. Sasaran kegiatan adalah remaja di Rw 09 Kelurahan Ciwalen. Hasil. Kegiatan di hadiri remaja perwakilan dari tiap RT dan remaja Karang Taruna di RW 09 kelurahan Ciwalen. Terdapat pengingkatan pengetahuan sebelum dan sesuai pendidikan kesehatan tentang stunting dengan peningkatan nilai sebesar 27,68 %. Dimana hasil nilai pretest rata-rata adalah 3 (55,38%) dan pada post test nilai rata – rata adalah 4-5 yaitu (83,06%). Kesimpulan, setelah dilakukan Pendidikan Kesehatan, pengetahuan terkait pencegahan stunting pada 17 responden meningkat. Dengan pengetahuan, kesadaran, dan tindakan yang tepat, remaja dapat berkontribusi signifikan dalam mengurangi angka stunting di Masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Stunting, Remaja, Pendidikan Kesehatan  ABSTRACT Stunting prevention requires a concerted effort from all components of the community, and the role of adolescents is very important in this effort. The purpose of the activity is health education, increasing adolescent knowledge about stunting and the role of adolescents in stunting prevention. Health education is provided by lecture and discussion, pre test and post test methods. The target of the activity was teenagers in Rw 09 Ciwalen Village. Result. The activity was attended by 17 youth representatives from each RT and Karang Taruna teenagers in RW 09 Ciwalen sub-district. There was an increase in knowledge before and according to health education about stunting with an increase in value of 27.68%. Where the average pretest score is 3 (55.38%) and in the post test the average value is 4-5, namely (83.06%). In conclusion, after Health Education was conducted, knowledge related to stunting prevention in 17 respondents increased. Abstract

ABSTRAK  Kesehatan jiwa merupakan  suatu kondisi yang memungkinkan dari  perkembangan fisik, intelektual, dan emosional menjadi lebih optimal. Menurut Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia, kesehatan jiwa yang baik yaitu  kondisi ketika batin kita  berada dalam keadaan tenteram dan tenang, sehingga  individu  dapat menikmati kehidupan sehari-hari dan menghargai orang lain di sekitarnya . Salah satu cara untuk mengetahui masalah kesehatan jiwa dimasyarakat dan yang  lebih dekat serta memahami keadaan masyarakat yaitu kader,maka kader kesehatan jiwa sangat penting untuk mendeteksi dini masalah kesehatan jiwa ,sehingga akan ketahuan sejak dini masyarakat yang mengalami masalah psikososial dan  gangguan  jiwa ,maka akan segera di laporkan dan ditangani secara langsung oleh petugas kesehatan setempat.  Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu  meningkatkan  pengetahuan kader tentang kesehatan jiwa sehingga bisa mendeteksi secara dini , memfasilitasi dan memberikan penyuluhan terhadap  masyarakat yang mengalami ganguan jiwa. . Metode yang dipergunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan kader secara tatap muka dan melatih cara mendeteksi dini masalah kesehatan jiwa. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah adanya peningkatan  yaitu 57,2 point . Kesimpulan Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan  kader desa Padamukti tentang kesehatan jiwa, cara mengatasi dan mendeteksi secara dini tentang masalah kesehatan jiwa, sehingga  diharapkan  angka kesakitan jiwa baik yang psikososial maupun psikosa menurun, masyarakat menjadi sehat  jiwa. Kata Kunci:  Kesehatan Jiwa,  Kader, Pelatihan  ABSTRACT Mental health is a condition that allows physical, intellectual, and emotional development to be more optimal. According to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, good mental health is a condition when our mind is in a state of calm and calm so that individuals can enjoy daily life and appreciate others around them. One way to find out about mental health problems in the community and to be closer and understand the situation of the community is through cadres, mental health cadres are very important to detect mental health problems early so that people who experience psychosocial problems and mental disorders will be caught early and will be immediately reported and handled directly by local health workers. This activity aims to help increase the knowledge of cadres about mental health so that they can detect early, facilitate, and provide counseling to people who experience mental disorders. The method used in this activity is face-to-face cadre training and training on how to detect mental health problems early. The result of this activity is an increase of 57.2 points. Conclusion There is an increase in knowledge of Padamukti village cadres about mental health, and how to overcome and detect early mental health problems, so it is hoped that the number of mental illnesses, both psychosocial and psychotic, will decrease, and the community will become mentally healthy. Keywords: Mental Health, Cadres, Training.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Anak sekolah dasar (SD) adalah kelompok usia yang rentan terhadap masalah gizi dan mereka perlu mendapatkan perhatian khusus dari keluarga, karena mereka sedang mengalami pertumbuhan spurt (pertumbuhan cepat). Pada usia emas kehidupan, pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak terjadi. Makan makanan yang bergizi membantu pertumbuhan anak. Tubuh memerlukan makanan yang mengandung kalori, protein, vitamin, karbohidrat, dan mineral yang cukup. Sayur-sayuran adalah salah satu sumber makanan ini. Siswa sekolah dasar harus diajarkan cara menanam sayuran.  Tujuan dari pendidikan kesehatan ini untuk mengetahui pengetahuan anak sekolah dasar tentang manfaat sayuran sebagai sumber gizi bagi Kesehatan  anak.  Metode PKM  ini dengan menggunakan edukasi dan penanaman bibit kacang hijau sebagai sumber gizi bagi anak sekolah. Hasil dari pengabdian  ini dilihat dari pre dan post-test  ada peningkatan dari 53,5% menjadi 80 %. Setelah dilakukan pendidikan kesehatan, pengetahuan siswa meningkat tentang manfaat sayuran bagi kesehatan dan mereka bisa menanam bibit kacang hijau  sebagai sumber zat gizi.  Direkomendasikan bagi guru untuk memberikan edukasi lanjut tentang manfaat sayuran bagi Kesehatan anak serta dapat dipraktekan di sekolah. Kata Kunci: Anak Sekolah Dasar, Pendidikan Kesehatan, Sayuran, Manfaat  ABSTRACT Elementary school children are an age group that is vulnerable to nutritional problems and they need special attention from their families, because they are experiencing a growth spurt. At the golden age of life, children's growth and development occur. Eating nutritious food helps children grow. The body needs food that contains sufficient calories, protein, vitamins, carbohydrates, and minerals. Vegetables are one source of this food. Elementary school students should be taught how to grow vegetables. The purpose of this health education is to determine the knowledge of elementary school children about the benefits of vegetables as a source of nutrition for children's health. This PKM method uses education and planting of green bean seeds as a source of nutrition for school children. The results of this community service can be seen from: After health education was carried out, students' knowledge increased about the benefits of vegetables for health and they were able to plant green bean seeds as a source of nutrition. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penyamakan kulit adalah pekerjaan yang memerlukan posisi pekerjanya seringkali berdiri dalam waktu yang lama dan melakukan gerakan yang repetitif. Postur tubuh yang buruk selama pekerjaan ini dapat berdampak negatif pada kesehatan pekerja. Posisi kerja yang tidak ergonomis dapat menyebabkan berbagai masalah kesehatan, seperti nyeri punggung, sakit leher, dan cedera otot. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang Cegah Cedera Saat Bekerja dengan menerapkan ergonomi tubuh yang benar bagi kesehatan.  Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah ceramah interaktif yang melibatkan para pekerja penyamakan kulit. Dalam ceramah ini, mereka diberikan informasi tentang bahaya postur tubuh yang buruk dan bagaimana hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan mereka.  Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan rata rata nilai hasil pre-test sebesar 52 poin dan rata rata nilai post-test sebesar 80 point. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah bertambahnya tingkat pengetahuan para pekerja penyamakan kulit tentang cegah cedera dengan menerapkan ergonomi tubuh sebesar 28 point. Mereka juga diberikan tips praktis tentang bagaimana menjaga postur tubuh yang baik dan menerapkan ergonomi dalam pekerjaan mereka. Setelah pengabdian dilakukan, diharapkan bahwa pekerja penyamakan kulit akan lebih sadar akan pentingnya menjaga postur tubuh yang baik dan mengambil langkah-langkah untuk mencegah cedera saat bekerja. Kata Kunci: Ergonomic, Pekerja, Penyamakan Kulit  ABSTRACT Leather tanning is a job that requires workers to often stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive movements. Poor posture during this work can have a negative impact on workers' health. Unergonomic working positions can cause various health problems, such as back pain, neck pain and muscle injuries. The aim of this community service is to provide tannery workers with an understanding of Preventing Injuries at Work by implementing correct body ergonomics for health. The method used in this service is an interactive lecture involving tannery workers. In this lecture, they are given information about the dangers of poor posture and how it can affect their health. The results of the activity showed that the average pretest score was 52 points and the average posttest score was 80 points.  The conclusion of this service activity is that the level of knowledge of tannery workers about preventing injuries by applying body ergonomics has increased by 28 points. They are also given practical tips on how to maintain good posture and apply ergonomics to their work. Once the service is carried out, it is hoped that tannery workers will be more aware of the importance of maintaining good posture and taking steps to prevent injuries while working. Keywords: Ergonomics, Workers, Leather Tanning

Abstract

ABSTRACT A person's violent or aggressive behaviour is an uncontrollable emotion that can harm oneself or others, both physically and psychologically. The actions given can be pharmacotherapy and non-pharmacology. One of the non-pharmacological actions that can be given is: Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). REBT provides a person with the opportunity to recognize their feelings so that they can change irrational thoughts into rational ones related to an event they have experienced that influenced their feelings. The purpose of this writing is to find outmore about evidence based The latest research is related to the application of REBT to patients with mental disorders. Evidence based practice uses four databases and one search engine with the development of the PICO method. Through Ebsco, Pubmed, Sciencedirect, Sage, and Google Scholar.  Five articles were found that met the criteria which were then used as writing sources. Conclusion:The results of the review found that REBT can change a person's behaviour from maladaptive to adaptive. Where, REBT can control aggressiveness in a person'sviolent behaviour, reduce impulsivity, increase self-control, and even reduce levels of depression.  It is hopedthat this writing can be a source of reading evidence based practice as a consideration for nursing interventions fornurses in treating patients with mental disorders. It is recommended that further researchers use the effectiveness of REBT therapy for other cases of psychosis. Keywords: Mental disorder, REBT, Violent behaviour  ABSTRAK Perilaku kekerasan atau agresivitas seseorang merupakan emosi yang tidak terkendali yang dapat membahayakan diri sendiri maupun orang lain baik secara fisik maupun psikologis. Tindakan yang diberikan dapat berupafarmakoterapi dan non-farmakologi. Tindakan non-farmakologi yang dapat diberikan salah satunya adalah Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). REBT memberikan kesempatan pada seseorang untuk mengenali perasaannya sehingga dapat merubah pikiran-pikiran yang tidak rasional menjadi rasional terkait suatu kejadian yang pernah dialami yang mempengaruhi perasaan. Tujuan dari penulisan ini, yaitu untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut mengenaievidence based terbaru berkaitan dengan penerapan REBT pada pasien gangguan jiwa. Evidence based practice ini menggunakan empat database dan satu search engine dengan pengembangan metode PICO. Literature review melalui Ebsco, Pubmed, Sciencedirect, Sage, dan Google scholar. didapatkan lima artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria yang kemudian dijadikan sumber penulisan. Hasil review didapatkan bahwa REBT dapat merubah perilaku seseorang dari maladaptif menjadi adaptif. Dimana, REBT dapat mengendalikan agresivitas pada perilaku kekerasan seseorang, mengurangi impulsivitas, meningkatkan pengendalian diri, bahkan sampai menurunkan tingkat depresi. Penulisan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber becaan evidence based practice sebagai pertimbangan intervensi keperawatan bagi perawat dalam menangani pasien dengan gangguan jiwa. Direkomendasikan untuk peneliti selanjutnya dapat menggunakan efeketifitas terapi REBT untuk kasus psikosa yang lainnya. Kata Kunci: Gangguan Jiwa, Perilaku kekerasan, REBT

Abstract

The implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) aims to create a safe, comfortable, and healthy workplace. So that work accidents and consequences of occupational diseases can be prevented and work productivity increases, especially in controlling the risk of heat and fire exposure.The purpose of this service activity is: to increase awareness and knowledge of Tansu home industry owners and employees about the importance of work safety and healthy living behaviors. The methods carried out in health education are explanations or lectures, questions and answers and demonstrations through videos given by speakers to workers and owners of Home Industries. As a result of the activity, the participants of this activity were owners or owners of the home industry and 4 employees from the home industry with the result that there was an increase in knowledge with their ability to answer questions properly and correctly. Conclusion: There needs to be an effort to raise awareness about the importance of health in the workplace, including policies that support lifestyles

Abstract

Waste remains a complex environmental problem, particularly in rural areas that rely heavily on agricultural and livestock activities. This condition requires sustainable technology-based waste management alternatives to prevent deterioration in sanitation quality, contamination of water sources, and the decline of environmental carrying capacity for community life. Compreng Village, located in Subang Regency, is predominantly inhabited by farmers, making it vulnerable to environmental pollution due to inadequate waste management practices.This Community Service Program was implemented by introducing an alternative waste management approach, namely the utilization of a Biodigester prototype for household organic waste and agricultural residue processing. The program was carried out under the theme “Healthy and Productive Village,” in which community members were trained to convert organic waste into a renewable energy source as a complementary alternative to LPG gas, while the resulting bioslurry was processed into compost fertilizer. The implementation methods consisted of four main stages: program socialization, training on waste segregation and biodigester operation, mentoring for organic waste processing practice, and technology transfer through community-based biodigester prototype application. A pre- and post-program knowledge assessment was also conducted using a paired t-test. The evaluation results narratively indicated that community members were able to utilize the biodigester prototype to manage organic waste and use the produced bioslurry as fertilizer. Additionally, the paired t-test results showed a significant increase in knowledge regarding the use of biodigesters for organic waste management (p < .001). As a recommendation, ongoing evaluation and follow-up planning are necessary to ensure the sustainability of this program, so that it may be applied. Keywords: Biodigester, environment, healthy productive village, waste management.
