Abstract

One of the issues that arose after the death deals with the distribution of property to whom and how many parts to be retrieved, this has been set forth in the law of Islam, but heir issues that until recently often contentious and prone to conflict within the family is a woman of inheritance in Islamic inheritance system is different with men so that it appears that the laws of inheritance law stigma Islam tended to be discriminatory and gender bias, this is due to the assumption that the system of inheritance in Islam is something that is taken for granted, even though the formulation of inheritance in the books of Fiqh is the interpretation of scholars in social settings where the cleric lived therefore needs to be done upon the reinterpretation of the system of inheritance for women simply because the law is a social response will continue to interact with the construction of the social life of the community

Abstract

The androsentric cultural perspective seems to confirm that this world is a masculine world. From ancient times until now, the world as controlled by men. A man like a king and a slave woman. Ironically, the inauguration was done in the name of culture and even religion and moral. Indeed this is contrary to the spirit of Islam brought by the Prophet, one of which is lifting and glorifying women. On the basis of this idea this paper is intended to reconstruct the paradigm of women so that male hegemony over women can be eliminated and built egalitarian social and cultural constructions in the same position and role as the creature of God as the servant and caliph fil ardh. The realization of a new paradigm for women can be done by reinterpretation of sacred texts that have been interpreted in a culture of masculinity that is considered gender biased toward egalitarian interpretation. The strategy in the effort to build the paradigm can be pursued through the education path that education is always oriented to a change in both ways of thinking and behaving.

Abstract

Konsep transfusi darah atau "Blood Transfusion", merujuk pada proses memindahkan darah dari seorang donor ke penerima untuk menyelamatkan nyawa seseorang. Perdagangan darah masih marak terjadi. Alasan darah dijual karena keseimbangan antara permintaan dan pasokan darah terganggu. Jual beli yang tidak memenuhi syarat dan rukunnya, dan jual beli yang meskipun sah tetapi tetap dilarang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana konsep dasar kajian mengenai jual beli transfusi darah dalam hukum dan pandangan islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif naratif dengan pencarian data melalui wawancara. Peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive sampling (MUI, NU, Muhammadiyah, Persis, dan Tokoh Masyarakat). Hasil penelitian ini adalah ada yang menolaknya karena nilai-nilai agama dan berdasarkan hukum, ada pula sedikit yang mengizinkannya dalam situasi darurat untuk menyelamatakan nyawa seseorang.

Abstract

This study delves into the nadoman tradition prevalent among the Sundanese people of Sumedang district, focusing on how religiosity is transmitted among elementary school children through nadoman as a medium for character education rooted in local wisdom. Sumedang district was chosen due to its declaration as the center of Sundanese culture under the “Sumedang as the Sundanese Cultural Center” government program. Utilizing an ethnographic design, the study involved 3 teachers and 30 elementary school students in the North Sumedang sub-district, Sumedang Regency-West Java.  The study identified five significant themes: nadoman as an expression of appreciation for government policies, nadoman as an educational tradition for Sundanese Muslim children, nadoman as local wisdom, nadoman as a means for internalizing values, and the embodiment of students’ religious character through the nadoman tradition. Ultimately, the study concludes that the nadoman tradition plays a vital role in fostering and fortifying the religious character of children involved, contributing to the development of a character education program rooted in local wisdom within formal education institutions.

Abstract

The government has been implementing the Strengthening Character Education (PPK) program since 2016, mandating teachers, including Physical Education (PE) teachers, to integrate character values into the learning process. However, practical implementation often needs to be improved, with character values being documented mainly in administrative records like learning plans. Preliminary studies in the Sumedang district reveal a need for more emphasis on the affective domain, as PE teachers tend to focus on the psychomotor domain. So, in-depth research must be conducted on this topic. This research, a case study involving 10 PE teachers in Sumedang Regency, explores their perceptions of character education. The data were collected by distributing short questionnaires to collect participant demographic data; ten people participated in semi-structured interviews. Through inductive and thematic data analysis, themes voiced by participants were identified, evaluated, and created with the help of NVivo 12 Pro. Significant findings emerged through open questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, which included teacher understanding, urgency, challenges, learning strategies in integrating character values, and PPK's contribution to improving holistic student development. This research contributes to improving the quality of physical education learning in elementary schools, which is oriented toward strengthening character education. These insights are crucial for policymakers, curriculum writers, and educators to enhance character education in physical learning.

Abstract

This study aims to apply a treatment with color paper and multiball modifications to the push and chop forehand table tennis. The study uses a quantitative approach to the design of the experiment, in which 22 pupils participated. Average percentage value of N-Gain 83%>76% This means that the practice given can be described as effective. And for the N-Gain score 0,83>0,7 Which means that the treatment given can be said to have achieved “high” effectiveness. From the test results above the mean value of color paper modification and multiball pretest 15,09 and 13,36, posttest values 22,36 and 16,36. Whereas seen from the P Value (0.010)>a (0,05) then the hypothesis is accepted. Conclusion, this study can state that color paper modifications have a greater influence on push and chop forehand. Abstract

This research aims to improve basic passing technical skills in learning football. This research method uses a Classroom Action Research (PTK) design. The subjects in the study were 20 class V students consisting of 10 boys and ten girls at SDN Sukamaju Rancaekek, Bandung Regency. The research results in cycle I obtained a completeness score of 40%, or as many as eight people had completed it. In cycle II, there was a completeness score of 70%, or as many as 14 people had completed it, and in cycle III, it was 95%, or 19 people had achieved the completion score. The conclusion is that peer tutoring can improve basic passing technical skills in fifth-grade students at SDN Sukamaju. Keywords: Peer tutoring, soccer games, soccer passing techniques

Abstract

This research aims to determine the learning of the throwing park game motivation to learn physical education. Researchers took a sample of 22 elementary school students in grades V and VI. This research uses a quantitative type with an experimental method with a One-Group pretest posttest design. This research data collection used motivational questionnaires for students and statistical applications to obtain final results. At the beginning of the student learning motivation test, many students still lacked motivation; when given treatment, the students played the game well and smoothly. The results of this research were that there was an increase of 33.5% in children's learning motivation. In conclusion, the Taman Throwing game influences children's learning motivation. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of ladder drill media in increasing motivation to learn sprinting at the Cinarengta Sumedang State Elementary School. This research uses a quantitative approach with experiments, meaning that a sample is given a treatment. The research design used was One Group Pretest- Posttest Design. The research involved 22 samples, with 13 men and nine women. This research has several stages, the first of which is a pretest; this stage is to see students' motivation before being given treatment using a learning motivation questionnaire, and the second stage is given treatment with ladder drill exercises for 12 meetings. The third stage is the posttest, which looks at the results after being given treatment to see an increase in motivation using a learning motivation questionnaire—a random sampling technique. Based on the results of the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, the overall pretest and posttest data show that the pretest sig value is 0.136 (p<0.05), posttest 0.365 (p<0.05), so it can be concluded that the values ​​are normally distributed. Then, it was tested using a paired sample t-test, and the average increase was -6.5000. The sig-paired t-test value is <0.05, which is 0.000. then there are results. Ngain Score is 0.7, which means 0.7>0.76, which is effective. The Percent Value is 76.4773%, which is >76%, meaning the treatment is effective. With a percentage increase of 33%, these results show that the influence of ladder drill media increases motivation to learn to run fast. In conclusion, there is an increased motivation to learn to run fast with effective results. Keyword: ladder drill, fast running, motivation to learn

Abstract

This research aims to increase motivation to learn PJOK in athletics in the Formula 1 game among fifth-grade students at SDIP Ummul Mukminin through the use of a modified learning model. This research uses the classroom action research (PTK) method. This research was carried out in two cycles, starting with a pre-cycle and then each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research were class V students at SDIP Ummul Mukminin for the 2023/2024 academic year with a total of 22 students consisting of 11 boys and 11 girls. The collection technique uses an observation format sheet for assessing student learning motivation and a format for assessing student skills. The data analysis technique used in this research is a mixed method which includes quantitative and qualitative data. In conclusion, modifying the ball can increase student learning motivation and student learning outcomes in athletic learning using the Formula 1 circuit game through a group competition learning model for class V students at SDIP Ummul Mukminin.
